This research focused on (1) the development of library services at the State Islamic University (hereafter UIN) in Indonesia, and (2) the implications of library services for students’ learning satisfaction at UIN in Indonesia. This research used mix-methods using a purposive sampling technique. The samples were three library directors, 12 librarians, and 345 students. Data collections involved interviews, observations, and questionnaires, while the data were analyzed using a descriptive approach. The results showed that UIN in Indonesia developed the library services through planning, developing facilities, improving librarian competencies, enhancing the collaboration or network between libraries, and developing the library services. The results also revealed that the quality of library services at UIN in Indonesia was categorized as good, with an average of 76.62%. In contrast, the level of student satisfaction concerning the library services of UIN was classified as satisfactory, with an average of 76.91%. The library services had a strong implication on UIN students’ satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.765. This means that library services have a strong relationship with UIN students’ learning satisfaction in Indonesia
An Overview of Inclusive Education in Eastern Aceh, Indonesia: What do the Educational Elements Say?
Children with disabilities indeed are encouraged to have equal status in education with the normal ones. However, some domains may face particular challenges. Our article explores the insights of current inclusive education in eastern Aceh – Kabupaten Aceh Timur, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, and Kota Langsa – by discovering the views of 104 participants (students, teachers, principals, and officials of educational departments) on inclusive education. By applying a qualitative approach, we integrated a descriptive method through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. Further, we analyzed the data in data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing stages. All students – both regular and disabled - had no problems sharing the same classroom, including the teachers and other school facilities, although some disabled thought that their school should have specific needs for them. Meanwhile, the officials had no strong power to support the development of inclusive education, while several schools may model inclusivity based on their school policy. Maximizing existing special education teachers, socializing the disabled’ needs to earn the rights for education within communities, and establishing special education centers at the university level, may contribute to the lack of inclusive education development in those regions

The Development of a Virtual Laboratory on Qualitative Chemical Practicum Analysis
In practical activities, it is necessary to have media that can provide multi-representation explanations, namely macroscopic, microscopic and submicroscopic, especially in qualitative analytical chemistry for group I and II cations. It takes an innovation of practicum learning media that can explain multiple representations to prepare students for practical activities well. An alternative solution is to use learning media as a virtual laboratory. The objectives of this research and development were to develop a virtual laboratory in qualitative chemical analysis practicum for group I and II cations based on multiple representations with internet integration and describe the feasibility of a virtual laboratory in the practicum of qualitative chemical analysis of group I and II cations based on multiple representations with internet integrated. This research and development used the R & D (research and development) method with a 4D (four-D) development model. The results showed that media expert validation was 87.8% (very valid), and material validation was 82.7% (very valid). The readability test results obtained percentage values of 91.1% and 92.3% (Very Valid). The virtual laboratory explained multiple representations that can help students in practical activities well

An Analysis of Work Stress and Family-Conflict Work on Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention: A Case Study on Employee of PT. Apparel One Indonesia
This study departs from findings that show that the turnover rate of employees at PT. Apparel One Indonesia in 2018 is 3.715% which exceeds the threshold set by the company by 2% each year, and the findings that the variables that explain the phenomenon of turnover intention are still different which then leads to the formulation of the problem regarding "how to reduce turnover". Based on these problems, this study developed a research model that was empirically tested to re-explain the variables that could affect turnover intention by using data obtained from interviews using a questionnaire to PT. Apparel One Indonesia\u27s employees. The test was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The test results showed that work stress and family conflict had a significant adverse effect on organizational commitment. This study also shows that work stress and work-family conflict had a significant positive effect on turnover intention. In contrast, organizational commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention

Therefore, in this study, the authors examined the discourse of spiritualism exemplified by Jamaah Maiyah Cak Nun. The model of spiritualism that the authors adopted was different in context from the cultural spiritualism studied by many scientists. This study sought to elaborate and explore the surge of religious spiritualism promoted by Jamaah Maiyah Cak Nun using a qualitative research framework. In addition, this research leads to a social and religious anthropological research model that combines virtual ethnography and fieldwork. Mother Tongue as a Threat for English Language Learning at Primary Level in Indian Schools: a Survey-Based Study
This study looked at the possibility of using the mother tongue (MT) as an instructional tool at the elementary level of schooling in India. Many academics have remained intent on using their native languages as a medium of teaching in elementary schools because of the country\u27s multilingual character. This study explained why MT, as an instructional tool, may or may not be successful in the coming years, and many issues that make it impossible to carry out are also discussed. Through a purposeful sampling method, the researcher gathered data from 150 elementary school teachers from government-run and private schools in the western part of Uttar Pradesh, India. To gather data, the researcher needed a well-designed questionnaire consisting of questions in two parts- Part A and Part B. The first part wanted demographic data on respondents. In contrast, the second part focused on the many reasons that encourage or discourage primary school students in India from learning their native language. Alpha, mean, and standard deviation were used to evaluate the data obtained. Using MT as an instructional tool in Indian elementary education, the multilingual character of India, and the unavailability of instructional material and scientific equipment in indigenous languages constitute hindrances
