Change of the Agriculture in the City of Aichi after 1990: Investigation into on the Basis of the Enforcement Basic Law for Urban Agriculture Promotion
Get PDF1990年以降，愛知県全域において農業経営基盤である農地面積や農家戸数の減少が確認されたが，特に名古屋市やその周辺市町で顕著であった。その一方で，生産緑地面積や専業農家数の減少については，一定程度の減少で収まっていた。また，農業関連事業等への取組は直売を除くとそれほど多くはないという地域的特性が把握された。生産緑地の指定について，積極的な市と消極的な市の二極化がみられ，今後の土地利用計画を策定する上での課題となろう。departmental bulletin pape
A Concordance to The Miller’s Prologue and Tale in The Canterbury Tales（3）
Get PDFGeoffrey Chaucer の『カンタベリー物語』は，既に幾つかの用語索引がこれまでに作成されている。J. S. P. Tatlock と A. G. Kennedy による A Concordance to the Complete Works of Geoffrey Chaucer and to the ‘Romount of the Rose’ １）は A. W. Pollard のテキスト The Globe Edition ２）を基に作られた労作であるが，その後のテキスト編纂は時代と共に進展し，近年，最新のテキスト “The Riverside Chaucer”, based on The Works of Geoffrey Chaucer edited by F. N. Robinson ３）が出版され，そしてこれに基づく用語索引が相次いで刊行された。一つは大泉昭夫氏による A Complete Concordance to the
Works of Geoffrey Chaucer ４）であり，いま一つは Larry D. Benson による A Glossarial Concordance to the Riverside Chaucer５）である。しかしこれらはいずれも『カンタベリー物語』の中で展開する個々の「物語」を独立させた用語索引として掲載しておらない。しかし，各「物語」を独立した作品と考え，そこでの使用語彙のより詳細な言葉の環境を捉えるには，それぞれについての用語索引が是非とも必要となる。 『カンタベリー物語』の中で展開する個々の「物語」の中に登場する多様な語彙が，その前後の言語環境を通して作品の中で，どの様な語義の広がりと機能を果たしているかを探ることが，先‘Concordance’作成によって可能となる。又，それぞれの‘Word List’作成によって，如何様な語彙が作品の中で分布しているか，個々の語彙環境を各「物語」の中で総合的に鳥瞰することが可能となる。Chaucer の『カンタベリー物語』の一部を形成する“The Miller’s Prologue and Tale in The Canterbury Tales”の文学世界を，文体と語彙の両面において，一層効率的に把握することの助けとなるはずである。
この‘Concordance’と‘Word List’を作成するにあたり，テキストは“The Riverside Chaucer”を使用した。又，沖田電子技研（有）の文章解析プログラム・Micro-OCP を使用し，東個人が手で打ち込んだものと，同技研から出されている Electronic Text Library Line-upの中の“Chaucer, Complete Works”を使用した。
“The Miller’s Prologue and Tale in The Canterbury Tales”の中に登場する各語彙について，先ず‘Concordance’を作成する。次にアルファベット順による ‘Word List(1) (Alphabetical Order)’と頻度順による ‘Word List(2)(Sorted by Frequency)’を作成し，最後に“The Riverside Chaucer”版を元に手打ちした‘Text of The Miller’s Prologue and Tale in The Canterbury Tales’を掲載した。Text 作成では第一行目を１として表記し，その右側に“The Riverside Chaucer”版による相当行を記入した。

Low Fertility Rate and Child Support Policy in Taiwan.: What Does“ Zhu Ni Hao Yun” Bring to Taiwanese Families in Taipei city?
Get PDFIn Taiwan, where in 2010 the total fertility rate dropped to the world’s lowest level,
a response to the declining birthrate is an urgent policy issue. In particular, Taipei City
has swiftly undertaken a full review of child-rearing support, providing flexible services
accommodating to parenting households and workingwomen. In this study, to understand the
outline and policy aims of the “Zhu ni hao yun” pregnancy and childbirth promotion project
started in 2010, we conducted interviews at the Taipei City Government Department of Social
Welfare, and a fieldwork survey at Taipei City Zhu zan Parent-Child Center.
Through the “Zhu ni hao yun” project, city government departments, private enterprises,
and educational institutions cooperate with each other to undertake services such as subsidizing
childcare fees and child allowances, and providing monetary incentives for childbirth at a more
generous level than in Japan, implementing extended childcare in public kindergartens, and
establishing nursery schools and childcare support facilities within enterprises. In Taiwan,
the norm has been for children to be entrusted to the grandparents in a cooperative, multigenerational
family structure, but a thorough shift to external, service-based childcare may
reveal a movement toward a reorganization of childcare networks that promote the intellectual
development of preschool children and strengthen parent-centered childcare.departmental bulletin pape
