LRT Projects in Andalusia, Spain Part 2
Get PDFスペインにおけるLRTプロジェクトの状況については，これまであまり日本では知られていないため，筆者らは継続的にスペインのLRTプロジェクトの現地調査を行ってきた。これまでに，３回にわたって現地調査や現地の交通担当部署へのヒアリング調査を実施してきた。うち，2016年のアンダルシア州の調査については，本論集に「スペイン・アンダルシア地方のLRTプロジェクト」と題してすでに発表している。
今回は，アンダルシア州の５都市（セビーリャ，カディス，マラガ，グラナダ，ハエン）を現地調査対象とし，またセビーリャ都市圏において，バスとLRTの運行業務を担っているTUSSAM（Transportes Urbanos de Sevilla, Sociedad Anónima Municipal） を訪問してヒアリング調査を行った。本研究ノートでは，このヒアリング結果，2016年３月に行った調査から変化のあったカディス，グラナダの状況，さらに運行休止中のハエンの現況について，今後の研究のための記録としてとりまとめたものである。departmental bulletin pape
Agricultural product e-commerce in Henan Province of China
Get PDFWith the development of economy, the large-scale productions and circulation of agricultural products, the process of urbanization and the establishment of new consumption modes, China’s agricultural logistics has entered a new stage. In addition to the traditional logistics channels, with the development of e-commerce and the active participation of distribution business, e-commerce has formed a huge market and has undergone tremendous industry changes. There are some problems in Henan province, such as high logistics cost and insufficient technicians. If these problems are solved, it will further promote the development of agricultural logistics. Based on the development of agricultural e-commerce in Henan Province, especially the case of Taobao in rural areas, this paper introduces the development background and current situation of agricultural logistics innovation, as well as various business models of agricultural e-commerce in Henan Province. In addition, a questionnaire survey was conducted among producers and sellers of agricultural products. After the result of the questionnaire survey shows that the logistics cost is high, this paper puts forward reasonable hypothesis on the distribution route of M company by Saving Algorithm. The optimized method of economizing distribution is introduced into the case, so that the improvement of distribution scheme can reduce logistics costs and optimize distribution services.経済の発展、農産物生産・流通の大規模化や都市化の進行及び新たな消費スタイルの定着に伴い、中国の生鮮農産物流通は新たな段階に入っている。伝統的な流通チャネルに加え、生鮮食料品における電子商取引の発展、宅配事業者など積極的な参入、電子商取引の巨大市場の形成とともに業界も激しく変化しているのが今日の実態である。河南省では、物流コストの高さと技術人材の欠如など様々の問題点がある。これらの問題点を解決出来れば、農産物流通の更なる発展につながると考えられる。本論文では河南省の農産物電子商取引の発展、特に農村タオバオによる展開事例をもとに、中国都市の農産物チャネル革新の背景、発生と現状について紹介した｡そのうえで、河南省農産物に関する様々なビジネスモデルを紹介した｡また、本研究では生産者と販売者によるアンケート調査を行った。物流コストが高いという問題点が明らかになった。そこでセービング法を用いてM社の農産物市内配達のルートのコストを計算し、セービング法と時間枠制約条件のもとで、最適な配送計画を提示し、物流コストを下げることができることをシミュレーションで示した。departmental bulletin pape
Regional Differences of Productive Green Spaces in the Kinki Metropolitan Area
Get PDF本稿では，2017年の生産緑地法の改正をふまえつつ，近畿圏の２府２県を対象に，1992年の生産緑地法の改正以降の生産緑地の指定に関する地域的差異を明らかにした。その結果，今後，都市農業振興基本法に基づく土地利用計画を策定する上で，以下の３点の課題があると考えられる。第一に，1993年の当初指定時に生産緑地指定率の高かった市の生産緑地の多くが残っており，これらの生産緑地が「保全する農地」にそのまま移行するかである。第二に，1993年の当初指定時には市ではなく，後に市となった市では，生産緑地指定率が低い傾向にあり，「宅地化農地」をどのように位置付けるかである。第三に，兵庫県のように生産緑地法の特定市以外でも都市農業振興基本計画に基づき都市農業に該当する地域があり，「保全する農地」をどのように選定するかである。departmental bulletin pape
