授業におけるボードゲーム：過小評価されているが有益なメディア
Get PDFこの論文は，ボードゲームというメディアの，教育的文脈における依然として知られておらず過小評価されている意義を強調することをその目的とする。この場合の教育とは外国語教育であってもそうでなくとも構わない。そのために本論ではまず，ボードゲームが語学能力の向上にのみ役立つわけではないことを示す。次に，なぜいくつかのゲームが，授業で学生が複雑で有益なコミュニケーションを生み出すことを可能にするのかを見ていく。最後に，授業でゲームを使うときにわれわれが直面する問題について検討していく。すなわち，問題の簡単な解決法はありえないが，授業におけるボードゲームの使用は，困難であると同時に価値ある挑戦でもあるということを示す。departmental bulletin pape

Background to the Conflict in Northern Ireland: the Cameron Report（1969）
Get PDFThe Northern Ireland Civil Rights Association, which was founded in 1967 to protest anti-Catholic discrimination in Northern Ireland, organised public demonstrations. They were severely suppressed by the Royal Ulster Constabulary. The Irish Republican Army, whose members were Catholics, started to attack Protestant, the police and the British army. Protestants established the Ulster Defense Association, which targeted Catholics. This article analyses the background to the conflict in Northern Ireland using the report of the Cameron Commission which established by the British government to investigate the civil disorders of the late 1960s. I examines four areas of contention. First, electoral practices were favourable to Protestants. Catholics were over-represented among the disfranchised. In a number of areas a unionist （Protestant） council ruled over a population with a slight Catholic majority. Secondly, Protestants were disproportionately represented in the non-manual and skilled occupations. Some private firms discriminated against Catholics. Thirdly, there is evidence that certain local authorities discriminated in allocating public housing. In Fermanagh, where Catholics were a slight majority of the population, 568 post-war councils were let to Catholics and 1,021 to Protestants. Regional Characteristics in the Management Method of Baru Ibento （Bar Event）held in Higashiosaka City（Osaka Prefecture）
Get PDFIt is important to hold baru ibento（bar event）periodically to realize regional revitalization. Here,“ bar events” held in three areas of Higashiosaka city are described, and the management of these independent events compared. The bar events held in the three areas of the city, although in close proximity, are managed differently. The differences are found in the using of a ticket system, the use of a wristband entrance pass system, and a flyer （coupon） system. Each executive committee employed one of the above methods they judged to be appropriate in consideration of the following points: the type of“ bar event” envisioned or desired by each executive committee, the scale of the shopping street（ arcade） where the bar event is held, and the number of restaurants in the shopping area. The above suggests that the bar event is a flexible event that can be operated in a way that suits local circumstances.バルイベントは地域活性化のためには単発ではなく継続開催することが重要である。本稿では，地域的特性に応じた運営方法を把握する観点から，東大阪市の3 地域で行われているバルイベントについて比較することを目的とした。東大阪市の3 地域で行われているバルイベントは，比較的近接する3 地域にも関わらず，チケット方式，リストバンドによる参加証方式，チラシ持参方式といった3 地域がそれぞれ異なる運営方法で実施されていることが確認できた。このことは，実行委員会が目指すバルイベントの姿，バルイベントの実施範囲にある商店街の規模，商店街における飲食店の割合などを勘案して，それぞれの実行委員会が適切であると判断した方法がとられたからだと考えられる。上記のことは，バルイベントが地域の実情に適った運営方法をとれる柔軟なイベントであることを示唆している。departmental bulletin pape
A study about the satisfaction degree of express in China
Get PDFEcommerce （Electric Commerce, EC） is rapidly expanding. From 2013 the total amount of EC in China will exceed 10 trillion yuan, in 2016 it will be 22.97 trillion yuan, doubling in five years. In the EC market, by operating a reasonable distribution model, distribution cost is reduced and competitiveness is enhanced by the speed of delivery.
In this research, we conducted a questionnaire survey on Chinese consumers using EC and parcel delivery service, and on the issues such as satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the current courier service, dissatisfaction, lost delay of luggage, loss of service etc.電子商取引（Electric Commerce, EC）が急拡大している。2013年から中国のECの総額は10 兆元を超え、2016年は22.97兆元になり、５年間で２倍に増加した。EC 市場においては、合理的 な物流モデルを運用することで物流コストを低減し、また配送のスピードにより競争力が高まる。
本研究はECや宅配便を利用している中国の一般消費者に対してアンケート調査を実施し、現状の宅配便の満足度や不満、荷物の遅延損害紛失などの問題点や求めるサービスなどについて分析を試みる。departmental bulletin pape

The Second period is when nation states became powers during early imperialism （19th c.）. The third is the age of Imperialism （1890-1945）. The fourth is the age of the Cold War （1945-1990）. And the fifth is the age of Globalization（ 1990-present）.
