Translation and Annotation of “The Mathematical Classic of Zhang Qiujian （張丘建算経）” Vol. 6
Get PDF“The Mathematical Classic of Zhang Qiujian” was written during the Southern and Northern Dynasties, which was listed as one of the Ten Computational Canons（算経十書）during the Tang dynasty. The aim of our research is to provide a complete translation and annotation of it from the viewpoint of our previous work on “The Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art（九章算術）.”
This is the sixth article based on our research and results in which we studied the problems 12 to 25 of the third volume.『張丘建算経』は南北朝期に書かれた算術書であり、唐代に編纂された算経十書の一つである。我々は、我々の『九章算術』研究を起点に、『張丘建算経』の訳注を完成させることを目的としている。本訳注稿では南宋本を底本とし、これに諸家の校訂を加える。

Rethinking “the protection of Human Rights” in the Constitution of Japan: An introductory study
Get PDFWhat does “protection of human rights” mean? A very large number of scholars of the Constitution of Japan purport that the notion of “human rights” contained in it corresponds to “natural rights” in Christian Sense. Yet, in Japan, Christian population is less than that following Buddhist and/or Shinto beliefs, as well as the large proportion of people who claim no religious affiliation. For this reason, most people in Japan would not be convinced with this explanation of the human rights. This article reconsiders the notion of “the protection of human rights” contained in the Constitution of Japan by taking the perspectives offered in Hofeldian thinking, as it pertains to systems of human rights protection.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF対象となる物をハンマなどで叩き、その音を聴いて対象物の状態を判断・判定することは打音検査と呼ばれている。センサー・計測機器・解析方法などが現在ほど十分でなかった時代には手軽にでき、結果の判定も人間の感性に依存することで多く用いられた。しかし結果の判定には熟練が必要であった。ただ現在では熟練者の不足、人手による多点計測の煩わしさなどから、ドローン技術やAIなどを用いた自動化の方向に向かっている。ここでは、打音検査による診断について、従来から行われてきた方法を検討した結果を比較した。departmental bulletin pape
