Faktor Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kesadaran Membayar Zakat Pertanian pada Masyarakat di Desa Ganding Kecamatan Ganding Kabupaten Sumenep
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, religiusitas dan peran ulama terhadap kesadaran membayar zakat pertanian pada masyarakat di Desa Ganding, Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatit dan tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adakah observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk pengambilan sampelnya dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran membayar zakat pertanian, sedangkan variabel peran ulama secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran membayar zakat pertanian. Adapun variabel yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kesadaran untuk membayar zakat adalah tingkat pendidikan hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase pengaruh variabel independen (Tingkat Pendidikan, Religiusitas, dan Peran Ulama) terhadap variabel dependen (Kesadaran Masyarakat) sebesar 46,6%. Sedangkan sisanya 53,4% dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini

No full textThis study aims to determine the application of the Islamic Marketing mix marketing strategy on local products Rengginang Cap Jempol UD Practical Sumenep Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is that Islamic Marketing mix applied by Rengginang Cap thumb UD Practical can increase its sales . What was originally only sold to ordinary consumers has now achieved international sales, providing innovative products, at prices that are in accordance with Islamic law, HR actors who also follow Islamic laws, polite in providing services to consumers.

No full textThe focus of the study in this research is as follows: How is the Accountability of Zakat Fund Management at LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan Branch, How is the Transparency of Zakat Fund Management at LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan Branch, For this reason, the purpose of this study is: To find out and describe the Accountability and Transparency of Zakat Fund Management at LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan Branch. The location of this research was carried out at LAZ Sidogiri Bangkalan Branch which is located at Jl. Pesalakan, Kec. Bangkalan, Kab. Bangkalan. The results of the analysis conducted by the authors show that most of the principles of transparency have been implemented properly. LAZ Sidogiri has implemented the principle of transparency with indicators that there is information that is easily understood and easily accessible by the public, especially muzakki, there are publications and media regarding the process of activities and financial details that can be accessed by the public, namely through financial budget reports, and reports on the distribution of zakat funds which are published through media that is directly distributed to the muzakki. In addition, the Amil Zakat Agency has also implemented the principle of accountability as measured by the conformity between implementation and standard implementation procedures, reports that are made simply, namely only zakat receipt reports and financial budget reports for one period. And with the increase in muzakki, this is one of the proofs that the public's trust in the administrators of zakat has increased

No full textBUMDes was established based on the needs and potential of the village which is an initiative of the village community. This study aims to determine the factors that cause or encourage people to make or choose loans in Beluk Raja BUMDes. The method used in this research is qualitative, namely by interviewing, observing and reviewing documents. The research location was conducted in the village of yet Raja using several research instruments, namely observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by processing data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the views of the people of Beluk Raja Village towards BUMDes are quite good, both from its inception to its implementation. While the factors that cause the people of Beluk Raja Village to borrow a lot of business capital in Rizquna BUMDes are caused by three things, namely knowledge and product factors, promotion factors and service factors

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan permainan papper clay dalam mengembangkan kemampuan fisik motorik halus anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Islam An-Nahl Cemani Tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Acion Research (CAR). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Kelompok A2 TK Islam An Nahl Cemani Grogol Sukoharjo sebanyak 15 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosentase kemampuan motorik halus anak melalui permainan papper clay (bubur kertas) siklus I 69,9 % dan pada siklus II sebesar 86,6 %. Sehingga dapat dikatakan kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan sudah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal sebesar 75 %. yang berarti ada pengaruh permainan papper clay (bubur kertas) terhadap perkembangan motorik halus pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Islam An-Nahl Cemani
Dampak Covid-19 Terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang di Waterfront Kota Pontianak
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan menganalisis pendapatan pedagang Waterfrront Kota Pontianak pada sebelum dan semasan adanya pandemi Covid-19, dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh pedagang Waterfront Kota Pontianak dalam mengatasi kendala selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yaitu para pedagang Waterfront Kota Pontianak dan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku, jurnal dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara langsung serta dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian di antaranya: Sebelum adanya pandemi Covid-19, pendapatan pedagang Waterfront rata-rata Rp 100.000 sampai Rp 700.000 perhari. Pendapatan pedagang Waterfront Kota Pontianak semasa adanya pandemi Covid-19 dibagi menjadi tiga bagian waktu, yaitu pendapatan semasa PSBB, New Normal dan PPKM. Pada masa PSBB pendapatan pedagang menjadi Rp 0. Pada masa New Normal dan PPKM turun menjadi rata-rata Rp 80.000- Rp 400.000. Pada masa New Normal dan PPKM terjadi penurunan terhadap pendapatan pedagang dengan rata-rata penurunan 20-75% perhari. Penurunan pendapatan berdampak pada kehidupan pedagang sehari-harinya. Beragam upaya pedagang dalam mengatasi kendala selama masa pandemi Covid-19, hal ini dilakukan para pedagang agar tetap dapat berjualan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung

No full textSelf-actualization of final grade students is a process that students do to achieve completed self-realization. Self-actualization occurs when individuals have a conformity with the environment that supports them to grow and develop. Self-actualization is very influential in a life because it helps achieve many things, including self-optimization in an environment. Some final year students at Annuqayah High School are known to have been able to actualize themselves even though the school has been known for its uncompromising education system. It is interesting to know more about the self-actualization needs of the final grade students and their efforts to actualize themselves considering the location of the school which is also under the auspices of the Annuqayah Islamic Boarding School.
The purpose of this study is to reveal and get an overview of the self-actualization needs of final grade students of SMA Annuqayah in the academic year 2021/2022 and their efforts with Carl R. Rogers' self-actualization theory approach. This research is a qualitative research conducted by means of a case study. To obtain data, researchers conducted in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects, hereinafter referred to as informants, consisted of 2 final grade students on the recommendation of the school leadership and the guidance & counseling (BK) teacher.
The results of this study indicate that to achieve self-actualization students need several things, among others; a, the need for self-awareness, potential, and desires., b, the need for awareness of their experiences., c, the need for a positive response from outside themselves. While the efforts made to achieve self-actualization include; a, open up to every situation. b, live independently and full of creativity
Peran Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Talaga Ganding Dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Perempuan
No full textThis research aims to determine the economic empowerment program strategy by PP. Darul Ulum Talaga Ganding and the impacts of this program on the economic independence of the society, especially women community. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive and phenomenological with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used in this research is people centered development theory. The research shows that the PP. Darul Ulums model of economic empowerment is carried out in three ways: carrying out sewing training for women in Talaga Village, establishing a savings and loan cooperative for small business capital and agricultural capital, and managing a women's farmer group called KWT Suka Maju. The implications of these three programs are that women have businesses that generate money to help the household economy and do not just rely on the income of their husbands who have migrated. Because the women had additional income, their sons started to go to school. Many young men are interested in working on rented rice fields rather than leaving their wives and children.

No full textThe study attempts to answer the question about the role of parents in shaping a clean, healty life behavior in a teenager in Lebbak village, on a child’s age- inappropriate issues and why would that happen? The study uses qualitative methods to explore the power of people in psychic cases of children in central Ambunten villages. In the process of data collection, researchers use observation techniques, interviews, and documentation, while the analysis techniques used are with data reduction, data presentation and a deduction. The study suggests that the role of parents is an essential factor in making a better young person. Wrong friendship here is a major factor that can create problems in education and child behavior in society. This is because of the lack of parental supervision and roles and the scope of wrong friendships
