    RESPON MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PERAN POLITIK KYAI

    This research aims to be describe about position, existence and kyai’s inflences in political-community behavior. In fact, there are few research that design for grass root and sometimes elitecentrist more dominant; from this angle/view: research tried to be promote phenomenon in Rembang, a residence at CentralJava province that have base political development in the name of Islam. Usage survey method and technique sampling with Moment product correlation, Partial correlation and Regression correlation to examine hypothesis; research (observation and tracking) found attractive cases: materialistic kyais made fadeaway their charisma; moreover if kyais take hold in official government, as stake-holder in political parties; fially people’s trust in kyai decrease. Decline people’s trust in their kyais, cause bring about their affiiation in certain political-parties choices is not signifiant. They courageous be different with kyai’s political-parties choice. Unwilling visit kyai or passed away/ disappear “sowan” tradition, take kyai’s hand to kiss in order to get kyai’s blessed with reluctantly; in fact people consider that existence and kyai’s inflences is not important in their life. In political behavior, kyais’ attitude is not inflence in their behavior, included their specifid-chooses political parties that similar with their kyai’s. Commonly; people conclude, there are no benefi although choices the same parties (kyai’s politicalparties choice. red); and no signifiant alteration in people life

    This paper elaborates the issue of agricultural resources management processes based on local institution called pa’totiboyongan in the Village of Ballatumuka, Mamasa. This research employs a power analysis framework to analyze the management processes in distributing agricultural resources. In a practical level, the agricultural resource management processes have involved various actors who have different roles and interests. These different roles and interests reveal the patterns of power relations among the actors in forms of conflct, resistance, persuasion, and collaboration. Furthermore, the inflence of power relations among the actors on preserving the existence of pa’totiboyongan is clearly apparent. The result shows that the agricultural resources management processes are based on three important aspects: economics, ecological, and social-culture of  society

Peacebuilding process can lake an important role to end youths’ violence by training to attain personal achievement, involving in social activities and addressing a basic peace education so that a “peace” word can be familiar one fid become part of their everyday’s life style with friends in school instead of talking about harm and taking revenge against their enemy from other school. Peacebuilding talkabout reconcilitation how to make peace and live in harmony among the people by understanding indigenous capacities which don’t merely focus on conflct resolution hut it takes time into sustainable peace process. Youth community/ which concerns on peace movement is the answer for eradicating youth’ potential violence in near future. It accomodates widely-opened places, bridging dialog, inviting more and more young generations to meet and talk each other, understanding identities and respecting difference among them. Peace generations represents a community which is active in conflct resolution and peace within youth society. In has involved and initiated many youth activities concerning in peacebuilding process by promoting its core’ values such as youth, participations, pluralism, and active non-violence as the essential basic of its movement.     The ttransformation of IAIN (State Islamic Institute) Sunan Kalijaga becomes a StateIslamic University (UIN) Sunan Kaijaga has demand a reformation and one of them is in thefield of human resources governance. The human resources has become one of the importantassets for the sustainability of the activityies in the UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Human resourcesat UIN Sunan Kalijaga include: (1) lecturers, (2) administrative personnel, (3) of functionalstaff except lecturers (researchers, librarians, and archivists). Along with progress in thetransformation into a university, UIN Sunan Kalijaga has received ISO 9001:2008 from TUVRheiland on September 10, 2009. This study focuses on the services provided by employees(personnel administration). In its implementation on the ground was still found how the performanceof employees at UIN Sunan Kalijaga have not maximum and satisfy yet. Based onthis background, this study proposed the formulation of the problem as follows: Is there anyinfluence of organizational culture on the employee performance in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta?Theory used in this study is the theory related to organizational culture and employeeperformance. The method which is used is a quantitatively method. The population of this studyis overall of UIN Sunan Kalijaga employees totaling 498 people, with a sample of 222 respondents.Research Location is UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Techniques of data collection isdone by providing the questionnaire as the primary data and the the utilization of secondarydata (reports, magazines, etc.). Test the validity of data is done by using a correlation productmoment and the Cronbach Alpha reliability test (variables studied cronbach declared reliable ifthe value of alpha (?) is above the table or above r 0.600). Meanwhile the analysis using simplifiedlinear regression analysis. This analysis is used to measure the influence of organizationalculture on employee performance by use of a significant level (?) of 5%. From the researchresults that have been done acquired the following results: First, the relationship between OrganizationalCulture by Employee Performance of 0.619, and significant direction. Second, theeffect of frequency of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance by 38.3% remainder61.7% is influenced by the outside factors of this regression model. Third, the tendency forthe affected Employee Performance Organizational Culture generally experienced reductiondecline.
