    Comparative Studies of Real Estate Agency Practices and the Way Forward

    This paper conducted a comparative analysis between Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, and Hong Kong. The study contrasted real estate agency practices based on their practices and regulatory bodies. The cross-comparative analyses displayed evidence of commonalities in the ways that regulatory organizations, registration, and codes of ethics are implemented.     Mosques play an important role in Malaysia’s moslem communities. However, mosque management and upkeep depend on the committee members, location and the surrounding community. The paper aims at showcasing the innovative management strategies for income generation effectiveness in organizing community engagement activities towards poverty alleviation and inclusion in their qaryah or locality. These qaryah mosques are situated in the states of Perak and Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Through a qualitative design study, the findings from this project will describe and discuss the mosques’ management and strategies for continuity in ensuring income generation for the stakeholders’ wellbeing and sustainability

    Capital Decision of Islamic Banks in Developing Countries

    The study investigates capital decisions of Islamic banks in developing countries. The study uses 96 Islamic banks in developing countries from period of 2007 to 2021. By applying the random effect model with cluster regression, the findings reveal that all variables are found to be negatively correlated with the capital buffer. The results recommend regulators in developing countries to ensure Islamic banks maintain consistent capital ratios at all times to address the moral hazard issue that is apparent in larger banks. In response to economic cycles, Islamic banks are also encouraged to manage their capital buffers in a counter-cyclical manner

    The Malaysian Ministry of Education aspires to produce knowledgeable, creative and innovative music pupils, teachers, educators, researchers, material writers, and curriculum designers. Thus, there is an urgency to advocate new and current ways of attracting 21st century pupils to learn music. This study involves designing educational music teaching materials and approaches. It also evaluates the effectiveness of musical creativity, engagement, and learning outcomes through musical experience, music composition, and music appreciation. The findings of this study provide insights on ways that will help policymakers, curriculum designers, and music teachers in Malaysia to develop quality teaching and learning materials for future music education

    The Snoezelen room is known as a multisensory room. Snoezelen's environment could improve the behavior and quality of life with mental retardation and mental illness. This paper explores the elements of the snoezelen environment that aid the autistic space. The environment promotes a sense of enjoyment and relief from tension and pressure, consequent improvement in general behavior. The finding for this literature review summarizes the narrative studies, highlighting the key elements that support creating this environment. The snoezelen environment may provide direct and indirect stimulation that offers a sensory approach

    Factors Contributing to Burnout among Nurses in Malaysia Public Hospital

    The study examined the issue of nurses burden in a public hospital setting, to determine the relationship between demographic factors and burnout. The objective was to provide insights into the triggers of burnout, aiding nurses in mitigating mental health challenges. Using a quantitative approach, data from 282 nurses was collected through a structured questionnaire using a convenience sampling technique. Results showed a connection between demographic factors and burnout, with the duration of working experience and department significantly influencing the likelihood of burnout. The study revealed the importance of a supportive work environment for nurses, promoting well-being and enhancing patient care

Despite the vast literature on these concepts, there remains a dearth of studies examining their connection. This paper seeks to bridge this gap by exploring the linkages between NPM and PC.     By utilising the AEIOU method, the user behaviour observation of the analysis framework and the behavioural pain points of the visually impaired in the vegetable-cutting process were deduced. This study aims to assist visually impaired users in completing their kitchen activities, avoiding accidents, and improving the experience of simple operation and safer use while intending to create a comfortable kitchen environment and supplement the extended application of visually impaired products.     Flood is one natural disaster that can occur yearly in Malaysia, usually from November to January. Unexpected floods due to climate change, unexpected heavy rainfall, and lack of drainage systems can have a tremendous effect.   The affected has many impacts, such as damage to property like household and institutional furniture. Based on the institution/school information, the furniture submerged during the flooding was 90% damaged. The objectives of this study are to determine the durability of the school furniture and to evaluate the defects when the products are exposed to flood (simulation)

    This paper discusses about problems facing in the rural revitalization and explore the social value of green design in promoting rural revitalization, as well as the principles and methods of rural revitalization design. From the three aspects of rural brand image design, cultural and creative product design, and rural tourism brand design based on the homesickness resources of Tuping Village. We analyzed the empirical case of Tuping Village homesickness design and social innovation project hosted by the author. In conclusion, design can play an important driving role, designers should carry out green design based on homesickness culture, maintain open collaborative innovation thinking, integrate all forces and resources, and realize the cultural inheritance and industrial revitalization of rural area
