Exploring the Ecotourism Experience and Ecotourism Destination Loyalty in Selangor: Reliability and Factor Analysis approach
Get PDFThis study uses reliability and factor analysis to research the relationship between ecotourism experience and destination loyalty in Selangor, Malaysia. The factors influencing ecotourism and loyalty were identified through a literature review and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics. The results reveal a strong correlation between tourist satisfaction and loyalty, focusing on the importance of eco-friendly experiences in nurturing commitment towards sustainable tourism. This research provides valuable insights for researchers and tourism industry players who aim to promote ecotourism in environmentally sensitive areas, contributing to the growing interest in knowledge on sustainable tourism.
Relationship between Social Awareness and Self-Leadership Capabilities: A survey of Indonesian librarians
Get PDFThis study explores how social awareness influences self-leadership—specifically self-goal setting and self-reward—among Indonesian librarians. Using a survey of 406 respondents, data were analyzed via PLS-SEM. Findings reveal that empathy, service orientation, developing others, and political awareness significantly enhance self-leadership. However, leveraging diversity showed no impact. These results highlight the importance of interpersonal and emotional competencies in shaping self-regulation. The study offers insights for organizational development, suggesting that enhancing social awareness fosters self-leadership in professional settings. Data were collected through validated online questionnaires using purposive and convenient sampling, contributing to understanding emotional intelligence in the workplace

Cybertrooper Politics in Malaysia: Definitions, threats, and control mechanisms
Get PDFThis study examines the definitions, threats, and mechanisms for controlling cybertrooper movements in Malaysia, focusing on their impact on national security. Using a qualitative method through semi-structured interviews with 10 informants, the findings show that cybertroopers are intermediaries hired to influence public opinion on social media. While cybertrooper movements pose a moderate threat to political stability, they do not significantly risk national security. Effective control mechanisms include cyber surveillance, filtering, and cybersecurity education. The findings are intended to help the government develop a framework for managing cybertrooper activities in Malaysia
