Get PDFThe current study aims to trace and analyze statistical thinking frameworks of various types in terms of their origin, types, dimensions, tasks, skills focused on them, hierarchy and sequence of levels, their theoretical and educational reference, The use of technology in its construction and the possibility of integration between all different statistical thinking frameworks or the construction of new frameworks. It relied on the inductive method in the survey of literature, studies and scientific reports that monitored the frameworks of statistical thinking. It also adopted the descriptive approach in analyzing and concluding the relationship between different statistical thinking frameworks Comparing and categorizing them , The most important results of the study that emerged from the frameworks of statistical thinking is different from the educational, statistical or commercial, etc., and most of the frameworks are one-dimensional and a few of them are two-dimensional, and the majority focused on the use of practical issues or tasks to reveal the levels of statistical thinking of learners, Computational thinking within the framework of statistical thinking, he study concluded several conclusions and recommendations. The most prominent of these was that the recent statistical thinking frameworks did not receive such global attention, despite their importance. However, the study recommended the need to increase attention to the frameworks of statistical thinking by developing them and to find a mechanism for integration among them or to build new statistical thinking frameworks
THE ROLE OF THE TREATY OF HUDAYBIAH IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

It began with the Treaty of Hudaybiah, in the sixth year after Hijrat, what played a vital role in Islamic Theo-political affairs. On the other hand, Islam threw an ideal process of international affairs and presented it in a very efficient way through this Treaty. RAF'U AL-HARAJ IN AL-QUR'AN: INSPIRING THE INNOVATION IN DIGNITY PROTECTION DURING MATERNITY CARE(Konsep Raf’u Al-Haraj Menurut Al-Quran Dan Inspirasinya Dalam Inovasi Penjagaan Maruah Ketika Prosedur Materniti)
Get PDFAbstract Maternity care is a series of procedures and manuals given to pregnant women throughout their pregnancy, during childbirth and after birth. The improvement of maternity service is in congruent with technological advances and awareness of the importance of the treatment. However, the maternity services provided are still completely non shariah compliant. Human dignity and privacy rights of patients were one of the ethical concerns that are not fully respected and bring difficulties (al-haraj) to patients and medical staff. Whereas, raising awareness of the religious and ethical elements in medicine and maternity care to combine both elements in holistic approach. Hence this study aims to analyse the concept of raf'u al-haraj in the Qur'an for the innovation in maternity care. This is a qualitative study uses the case studies approach and obtains the data through document analysis. The data relating to the concept of raf'u al-haraj are derived from the Qur'anic verses and fiqh books. The data were then analyzed using the theme analysis method. The findings show that the concept of raf'u al-haraj inspired by the Quran is a guide to the innovation in the care of the dignity of pregnant women. The design of maternity pants is one of the innovations born from the inspiration of the concept of raf'u al-haraj which is developed from the Qur'anic text. The study will be the initiate for other innovations to preserve the daruriyyat case when conducting maternal treatment procedures in realizing the maqasid syariah. Keywords: raf'u al-haraj, maternity care, dignity, maternity clothing innovation Abstrak Penjagaan materniti merupakan rangkaian prosedur dan manual rawatan yang diberikan kepada wanita hamil di sepanjang tempoh kehamilan mereka, semasa melahirkan anak dan beberapa ketika selepas bersalin. Perkhidmatan materniti ini mengalami perkembangan selaras dengan kemajuan teknologi dan kesedaran tentang pentingnya rawatan tersebut. Namun, perkhidmatan materniti yang diberikan masih lagi tidak patuh syariah sepenuhnya dan masih terdapat lagi ruang penambahbaikan yang perlu dilakukan. Isu penjagaan maruah dan hak privasi pesakit dilihat masih belum ditangani secara menyeluruh dan membawa kesukaran (al-haraj) kepada pesakit dan perawat sedangkan kesedaran terhadap elemen agama dan etika dalam perubatan memperlihatkan kepada wujudnya tuntutan agar menggabungkan perubatan amnya dan materniti khasnya dengan pendekatan yang lebih holistik. Sehubungan dengan itu, kajian ini akan menganalisis konsep raf’u al-haraj menurut al- Quran dan menjadi inspirasi kepada inovasi penjagaan maruah ketika prosedur maternity dalam memenuhi tuntutan ini. Kajian kualitatif ini menggunakan reka bentuk kajian kes dan memperoleh data kajian melalui analisis dokumen. Data berkaitan konsep raf’u al-haraj diperoleh daripada nas-nas al-Quran dan kitab-kitab fiqah. Data kajian ini kemudiannya dianalisis dengan menggunakan kaedah analisis tema. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa konsep raf’u al-haraj yang diinspirasikan daripada al-Quran menjadi panduan kepada inovasi dalam penjagaan maruah wanita hamil dan bersalin. Rekaan pakaian bersalin merupakan salah satu inovasi yang lahir daripada inspirasi konsep raf’u al-haraj yang digarap daripada nas al-Quran. Kajian dan analisis terhadap prinsip umum al- Quran ini akan menjadi pencetus kepada inovasi yang lain bagi memelihara perkara daruriyyat ketika menjalankan prosedur rawatan materniti seterusnya mencapai maqasid syariah. No full textAbstractThe primary school is considered one of the second social institution to which the child likes to accept and get acquainted to after acquaintance to the family. It has certain requirements, laws and regulations that required the pupil to achieve the adaptation in order to attain some degree of scholastic success and the integration into the school environment besides the establishment of good healthy relationships. This study aims to identify the role of the schooling adaptation in the development of the educational curriculum among primary school pupils. This is to be done by addressing the previous studies and literatures that are relevant to the research topic that represent all the theoretical literatures that were applicable to the schooling adaptation. The author hence the researcher has applied the descriptive approach and methodology in following up the previous literatures that were relevant to the subject of this research study and discussing the results. The study has recognized that the schooling adaptation has a significant role in the development of the academic achievement among primary school pupils. In addition, the study commends of the necessity for the primary school to include instructional programs and educational plans and to be considered as an integral part of the curriculums in order to help students on the adaptation process towards schools. The study as well recommends the emphasis of the teacher’s role in assisting pupils to be familiar with this adaptation process during the effective training programs throughout and before the service in order to prepare the teacher to deal correctly with the pupil’s psychological problems in their early stages.الملخصتعتبر المدرسة الابتدائية المؤسسة الاجتماعية الثانية التي ينتقل إليها الطفل بعد الأسرة. إنلها متطلبات وقوانين وأنظمة تقتضي من التلميذ تحقيق التكيف للوصول إلى قدر من النجاحالدراسي والاندماج في الوسط المدرسي. كذلك إقامة العلاقات السليمة. تهدف هذه الدراسةللتعرف على دور التكيف المدرسي في تنمية التحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ المرحلةالابتدائية. مِن خلال التطرق للدراسات والأدبيات السابقة والمتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة والتيتعبر عن كافة الأدبيات النظرية ذات العلاقة بالتكيف المدرسي. استخدمت الباحثة المنهجالوصفي في تتبع بعض الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع ومناقشة نتائجها. توصلتالدراسة الى ان التكيف المدرسي له دور كبير في تنمية التحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذالمرحلة الابتدائية، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة أن تتضمن المدرسة الابتدائية برامج إرشاديةوخططا تربوية، واعتبارها جزءاً لا يتجزأ عن المناهج الدراسية لمساعدة التلاميذ علىالتكيف المدرسي.توصي الدراسة بالتركيز على دور المعلم في مساعدة التلاميذ على التكيفوذلك عن طريق البرامج التدريبية الفعالة أثناء وقبل الخدمة، من أجل تهيئته للتعامل الصحيحمع مشكلات الطلبة النفسية في المراحل المبكرة لها
LEGAL OBLIGATIONS OF HALAL PRODUCERS; CHARACTERIZATION & EVALUATIONالإلتزامات القانونية لمنتجي المنتجات الحلال توصيف وتقييم
Get PDFThe producer is the secret of the product's existence. However, the Halal standards have not paid much attention to his side, particularly in terms of his legal obligations, which are the basis of work in the Halal sector. The producer here means who processes the production, as well as all the logistics operators; starting from the manufacturers, suppliers, marketers, transporters etc., whom the researcher wills to explain their obligations according to the Malaysian standards of Halal products as it is the most important standards in this regard. In addition to an attempt to assess those standards in terms of their applicability, and the efficiency of the legislative policy followed in making them in terms of absorption the general frameworks, in order to strengthen their legal positions, and to contribute to the strengthening of the halal products' legal framework in general. Through adoption of descriptive and analytical methods in the research, it is found that the Malaysian standards established an acceptable basis for the legal obligations of producers. However, there are some shortcomings in the difficulty of meeting some legal and technical obligations, and their cumbersome in compliance with the systems, especially in the double-activity producers to produce halal and non-halal products. Get PDFThe study aims to analyze poetry from poetry anthology Imam al-Shafie in advising Muslims on the benefits of learning and encouraging the Lifelong Learning (LLL). Using the qualitative approach of content analysis, this study attempts to examine the poems of Imam al-Shafie r.h.m which uses the al-tawkid uslub to express importance (LLL). The findings show that (LLL) is a must-have concept in every individual Muslim but it must be in accordance with Islamic law and should be guided by the right teacher in order to guarantee the blessings of knowledge gained. THE HUMAN RIGHT TO PHYSICAL SAFETY IN THE HOLY QUR'AN AND HADITHحق الإنسان في السلامة البدنية في القرآن والسنة
No full textAbstractThe Holy Quran is concerned with the status of the human right to physical safety to reach human dignity. Its rules have demonstrated the physical inviolability enjoyed by every human being, as well as the abuse of its sanctity. It also placed deterrent penalties on those who attack the physical integrity. Therefore, this research aims to clarify the status of the right to human physical safety from the perspective of al-Quran and Hadith, the statement of its sanctity and protection too. This qualitative study is based on the analytical approach from the Quranic verses and the hadith of the prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h. The research found the following results: Quranic verses as well as hadith proved the protection of physical safety by prohibiting physical assault by beating, wounding, threatening, intimidating and committing suicide, committing torture and aborting the fetus. They also called for the need to keep up the physical integrity in the exclamation for cleanness, the need for treatment, avoid eating forbidden foods and drinks, and the need for moderation in food and drink. The study also points out the status of physical safety in the Maqasid Shari'a under the auspices of self-preservation, which aimed to achieve human dignity. EFFECTIVENESS OF SUBJECT ISLAMIC SHARIAH EDUCATION TO STUDENT'S INTERACTION(KEBERKESANAN MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN SYARIAH ISLAMIAH TERHADAP PERGAULAN PELAJAR)
Get PDFThe study on the effectiveness of Islamic Shariah Education (PSI) subjects to the interaction of students in secondary schools is based on the existence of social problems in the aspects of student interaction. A study to identify these problems is due to less effective PSI learning or there are other factors that cause violations of students' moral limits in their association. Thus, the fundamental of fuqaha’ view was used as an evidence to refer regarding the interaction in Islamic. The process of assessing the effectiveness of the PSI curriculum on student interaction in terms of understanding and appreciation only. This study used the method of questionnaire for secondary school students form five in Kuala Nerus. The results of this study found that PSI was effective in the context of restricting student interactions in their daily lives. The level of understanding of the students is high while the level of appreciation is moderate. Hence, some recommendation of improvement steps need to be taken to increase the level. Abstrak Kajian tentang keberkesanan mata pelajaran Pendidikan Syariah Islamiah (PSI) terhadap pergaulan pelajar di sekolah menengah dilakukan berdasar kepada wujudnya permasalahan sosial dalam aspek pergaulan pelajar. Kajian untuk mengenal pasti permasalahan tersebut disebabkan oleh pembelajaran PSI kurang berkesan atau terdapat faktor lain yang menyebabkan berlakunya pelanggaran batas akhlak pelajar dalam pergaulan mereka. Justeru, secara asasnya pandangan fuqaha’ tentang pergaulan dalam Islam dijadikan sandaran kajian. Proses menilai keberkesanan kurikulum PSI terhadap pergaulan pelajar dari aspek kefahaman dan penghayatan sahaja. Kajian ini menggunakan metode soal selidik pelajar tingkatan lima di dua buah sekolah menengah di Kuala Nerus. Hasil kajian ini mendapati bahawa PSI masih lagi berkesan dalam konteks membataskan pergaulan pelajar dalam kehidupan seharian mereka. Tahap kefahaman pelajar adalah tinggi sementara tahap penghayatannya pula adalah sederhana. Justeru, beberapa langkah penambahbaikan yang disarankan perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan tahap tersebut. AN ANALYSIS OF SHIITE INTERPRETATIONS OF THE QUR’AN FROM THE SUNNITE PERSPECTIVE(Analisis Tafsiran Shiah Terhadap Al-Quran Menurut Perspektif Ahli Sunnah)
Get PDFAbstract Majority of Muslims base their understanding of the Qur‟an on the interpretations of Ahl al- Sunnah wa al-Jama‟ah scholars because it is believed that their scholarly interpretations are the most accurate at helping Muslims to understand the Qur‟an correctly. However, the Shiite scholars‟ interpretations are different from the Sunnite versions. This study conducted a content analysis on some of the books written by the Shiite and Sunnite scholars and found that there are several interpretational differences. This article describes the irregularities found in the Shiite interpretations of the Qur‟anic verses from the Sunnite perspective. These irregularities exist because Shiite scholars tend to base their interpretations on the concept of the religious leadership, a main pillar of their faith. Justeru, kertas kerja ini akan menghuraikan penyelewengan Shi‟ah dalam penafsiran beberapa ayat al-Quran. Metodologi penyelidikan adalah berdasarkan kaedah analisis kandungan terhadap beberapa kitab ulama Shi‟ah dan ulama Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‟ah. A REPENTANCE APPROACH FOR TREATING JUVENILE DELINQUENTS(PENDEKATAN TAUBAT NASUHA DALAM MENANGANI REMAJA BERMASALAH)
Get PDFAdolescent ranking is a time full of problems resulting from changes in psychological, biological and social aspects. This change, sometimes poses challenges and stress to teenagers who are less prepared with their presence. They are not capable of adjusting or accepting such changes easily. The objective of this study is to identify the Nasuha Repetition approach in addressing problematic adolescents. The study is a library study with the Quranic verses and Hadiths as well as the views of several Islamic figures. The findings show that among the forms of Nasuha Taubat's approach is to guide teenagers to know themselves through self-esteem and to seek to transform souls in a better direction.Keywords: Problematic Teenager, Nasuha Repetition, Approach. Abstrak Peringkat remaja merupakan zaman yang penuh dengan masalah hasil perubahan dari aspek psikologi, biologi dan sosial. Perubahan ini, kadang-kadang memberi cabaran dan tekanan kepada remaja yang kurang bersedia dengan kehadirannya. Mereka tidak berupaya menyesuaikan atau menerima dengan mudah perubahan tersebut. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti pendekatan Taubat Nasuha dalam menangani remaja bermasalah. Kajian ini berbentuk kajian perpustakaan berserta dalil-dalil al-Quran dan Hadith di samping pandangan beberapa tokoh Islam.
