No full textThe hypothesis put forward by this paper is that the creative process requires, from the psychic perspective, that something akin to transgression is at stake, swinging between what is permitted and what is repressed. Such condition is based on the need to dodge the costs of an inexcusable social construction of the individual. It is also suggested that there are some dimensions which support the creative act, common to different human activities and domains, regardless of the uniqueness of the person who creates.The paper then resorts to three diverse scenarios to illustrate this hypothesis. The first one, Charles Darwin, as a testimony oftransgression in scientific thinking, while, following Freud, the other face of that transgression will be displayed (its rigorous and methodic character). In the second scenario, a clinical psychoanalytic vignette shows a six-year-old boy who does not submit to the official version of a legend, provides a reflexive intervention, thus recreating his psychic functioning. In the third case, a family scene reveals the creativity of a girl of three who gives a different version (alters) the fictional plot of a piece of children’s literature.La hipótesis abordada en el presente trabajo sostiene que el proceso creativo requiere, desde el punto de vista psíquico, que algo del orden de la transgresión se ponga en juego, basculando entre lo habilitado y lo reprimido. Tal condición se fundamenta en la necesidad de sortear los costos de una inexcusable fabricación social del individuo. Se postulan asimismo algunas dimensiones que sostienen el acto creativo, comunes a distintas actividades y dominios humanos, sin desconocer la singularidad de quien lo produce.Se recurre entonces a tres escenarios diversos para ilustrar la hipótesis sustentada. En el primero de ellos, Charles Darwin dará testimonio de la transgresión en el pensamiento científico, mientras que de la mano de Freud se mostrará la contracara de dicha transgresión (su carácter riguroso y metódico). En el segundo escenario, una viñeta extraída de la clínica psicoanalíticapresenta a un niño de seis años que no se somete a la versión oficial de una leyenda, la interviene reflexivamente, recreando así su funcionamiento psíquico. En el tercero, una escena familiar revela la creatividad de una niña de tres años que reversiona (altera) la trama ficcional de una obra de la literatura infantil
De arte y psicoanálisis: a propósito de una exposición
No full text«From creation, look, listening and word» was the name given to the exhibition held in July of this year at the Juan Zorrilla deSan Martín Museum, based on the work of the stoneware sculptor Ricardo Nowinski and the photography of light contrasts in white and black by Manuel Gayoso. The authors generate a dialogue between both forms of artistic expression, on the one hand, with the act of creation as a singular, collective and cultural experience; and on the other, build bridges with psychoanalysis. Another attempt was to investigate what is the subjective experiential relationship that links the creator, the work, with the person who observes it; from there to the transferential experience and happening in the psychoanalytic function that, like art, gives rise to the unprecedented in the session. A perspective on the original relationship of the creator of psychoanalysis with art is also addressed. The word, even being a link with culture and history, tries to explain but does not account for the creative act. It also addresses aspects where the possibility of creation and art are subsumed in the contemporary «civilizational vertigo".«De la creación, mirada, escucha y palabra» fue el nombre que llevó la exposición realizada en julio de este año en el Museo Juan Zorrilla de San Martín, a partir del trabajo del escultor en gres Ricardo Nowinski y la fotografía de contrastes lumínicos en blanco y negro de Manuel Gayoso. Los autores generan un diálogo entre ambas formas de expresión artística; por un lado, con el acto de la creación como experiencia singular, colectiva y cultural; y por otro, tender puentes con el psicoanálisis. Otro intento fue indagar cuál es la relación vivencial subjetiva que enlaza al creador, la obra, con quien la observa; desde allí a la experiencia y suceder transferencial en la función psicoanalítica que, como el arte, da lugar a lo inédito en la sesión. También se aborda una perspectiva sobre la originaria relación del creador del psicoanálisis con el arte. La palabra, aun siendo nexo con la cultura y la historia, intenta explicar, pero no da cuenta el acto creativo. Se abordan también aspectos en los que la posibilidad de creación y arte quedan subsumidos en el «vértigo civilizatorio» contemporáneo

No full textEl 12 de diciembre de 1935, Iris Cabezudo, una «joven normalista», asesina de varios balazos a su padre, Lumen. La noticia fue publicada por múltiples periódicos de la época, cobrando así gran relevancia pública. Un año más tarde fue publicado el informe médico legal realizado por el psiquiatra Camilo Payssé. Allí aparecía un hito que podemos considerar iniciático y fundamental: el psiquiatra Valentín Pérez Pastorini realizó un comentario haciendo una referencia al psicoanálisis, novedosa e inédita. El comentario, realizado desde una posición de irreverencia, hace inteligible una distancia con el discurso de la psiquiatría de la época. Discute la utilización fragmentaria de las teorías psicoanalíticas, subrayando la importancia del método para poder llegar a conclusiones psicoanalíticas.Quedaba atrás cierto eclecticismo característico de la psiquiatría de comienzos del siglo veinte. Del psicoanálisis ya nose iba a poder hablar de cualquier manera.On December 12, 1935, Iris Cabezudo, a «young student teacher», murdered her father Lumen with several bullets. The news waspublished by multiple newspapers of the time, thus gaining great public relevance. A year later, the forensic medical report by psychiatrist Camilo Payssé was published. There appeared a milestone that we can consider initiatory and fundamental: the psychiatrist Valentín Pérez Pastorini made a commentary making a novel reference to Psychoanalysis. The commentary, made from a position of irreverence, makes intelligible a distance with the Psychiatry discourse of the time. He discusses the fragmentary use of psychoanalytic theories, highlighting the importance of method in order to reach psychoanalytic conclusions. A certain eclecticism characteristic of psychiatry at the beginning of the twentieth century was left behind. Psychoanalysis could no longer be talked about in the same way

No full textEn el intercambio realizado sobre el tema de lo infantil, la autora plantea que dicha denominación es pertinente, aceptando que las palabras nunca dan cuenta de la profundidad que pretenden, siempre que aceptemos que eso que llamamos infantil son marcas originarias que se juegan en la estructuración psíquica, muchas intraducibles a la palabra, soterradas pero con efecto significante en la estructura, y que no se trata de la infancia, sino que nos acompañan durante toda la vida y pueden emerger en forma de actos, soma o creatividad.Esto plantea problemas en la práctica psicoanalítica si nos limitamos a la escucha del discurso verbal y a la asociación libre.
A veces es en el analista donde se producen ocurrencias, captando indicios e introduciendo hipótesis en una puesta en palabras que es imprescindible, pero aceptando que son siempre imprecisas y que intentan bucear en lo irreductible de lo infantil, generador de repeticiones y dolor, pero también de creatividad.In the exchange carried out on the topic of the infantile, the author says that this denomination is pertinent, accepting that wordsnever account for depth they seek, as long as we accept that we call childish are original marks that are played in the psychic structure,many of them untranslatable into words, buried but with a significant effect on the structure and that is not about childhood but they accompany us throughout our lives, and they can emerge in the form of acts, soma or creativity.This raises problems in psychoanalytic practice, if we limit ourselves to listening to verbal discourse and free association. No full textCreativity is a human activity, articulated with clinical activity, culture offers the possibility, one of the most significant ones, of feeling alive. In a creation, in the sense of a work of art, a problematic knot emerges, as an act, and as a phenomenon, which registers a discursive form that marks its own «incapacity» of having access or expressing totality. Creating, under these circumstances, continues to comprise something enigmatic. In this paper, I invite to enter the intimacy of creation.The sensorial and corporeal dimension of his work, recovers in the artist and in the spectator, its most original nature, displays the re-edition of a pleasure trace, and of an initial fusion. Repetition operates as a possibility for transforming, for working through the «surplus work».This process of producing a work has a constructive logic thatincorporates something ineffable, irrepresentable, and not integrated. Part of the experience of creating is transferred to the work, as the imperceptible movement.Psychosexual and psychosomatic, the intimacy of creation convokes, in its effect and in the one who produces it, a psychic,libidinal, and secret pleasure.La creatividad es una experiencia humana articulada con la clínica,la cultura que brinda la posibilidad, una de las más significativas,de sentirse vivo.En la creación, en el sentido de la obra de arte, emerge un nudo problemático, como acto y como fenómeno, que inscribe unmodo discursivo que marca su misma «imposibilidad» de acceder o expresar la totalidad. El crear, en estas condiciones, sigue comprometiendo algo enigmático. En este artículo, los invito a entrar en la intimidad de la creación.La dimensión sensorial y corporal en la obra recobra en el artista y en el espectador su naturaleza más originaria, pone enjuego la reedición de una huella de placer y de una fusión inicial.La repetición opera como una posibilidad de transformar, de elaborar un «excedente de obra».
Ese proceso de hacer obra tiene una lógica constructiva que incorpora algo de lo inefable, de lo irrepresentable y de lo no integrado. No full textThis work relates the effects of Psychoanalysis in art, through the work of a novel by the writer Arthur Schnitzler (Dream story) that motivated the great director Stanley Kubrick to make his film Eyes wide shut.The coincident aspects between Freud and Schnitzler are highlighted,both of them were contemporaries, jews, atheists, passionate about exploring the dark aspects of the human being and motivated by the «enigma of dreams.»Stanley Kubrick, an admirer of Schnitzler’s novel, dreamed for thirty years of bringing the Dream story to the cinematographiclanguage and in that process he was reached by the effects that psychoanalysis marked on the art of the 20th century, in the West.Este trabajo relaciona los efectos del psicoanálisis en el arte a través de una novela del escritor Arthur Schnitzler (Relato soñado) que motivó al gran director Stanley Kubrick para la realización de su película Ojos bien cerrados.Se destacan los aspectos coincidentes entre Freud y Schnitzler, que fueron contemporáneos, ambos judíos, ateos, apasionados por la exploración de los aspectos oscuros del ser humano y motivados por el «enigma de los sueños».Stanley Kubrick, admirador de la novela de Schnitzler, soñó durante treinta años con llevar al lenguaje cinematográfico el Relato soñado, y en ese proceso fue alcanzado por los efectos que el psicoanálisis marcó en el arte del siglo XX en Occidente
