    The Effect of Competence, Price and Quality Of Service to The Satisfaction of Students

    The number of factors that can affect satisfaction, researchers try to see from the aspects of competence possessed by lecturers, educational staff, prices or costs to be borne by students and service quality. This research was conducted in the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, University of Panca Marga Probolinggo with a sample of 100 management students from a total number of management students of 1000. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant influence between competence, price and quality of service on student satisfaction. Based on the results of research analysis shows that competence, price and service quality together have a significant effect on student satisfaction, where the magnitude of F is 19,060 with a sig level of 0,000. Whereas the results of the research analysis partially showed that the coefficient t of the competency variable, -0.201, proved that competence had no partial effect on student satisfaction with a sig value of 0.841. The coefficient t of the price variable, 2.609, proves that prices affect student satisfaction. If the price is raised and followed by an increase in service it will increase student satisfaction. So partially the price has a significant effect on student satisfaction. The coefficient of service quality t arithmetic which is 5,531 with sig 0,000 means that partially the quality of service has a significant influence on student satisfaction, while the quality of service provides the greatest influence on student satisfaction

    Effect of Tourism Experience Dimensions on Tourism Satisfaction and Tourism Loyalty

    A strong Tourism Experience dimension gives tourism satisfaction which in the end creates tourists loyalty. The Tourism Experience can be reflected in sense, feel and think on tourist attraction felt by tourists. The objective of this research is to test the effect of Tourism Experience dimensions consists of significant sense, feel and think partially and simultaneously on tourism satisfaction and tourists loyalty. Test the effect of satisfaction on loyalty and test the satisfaction as a mediator of sense, feel and think on tourists loyalty. The respondents in this study were 200 B29 tourists. The path analysis and single-test testing showed that sense, feel and think had a significant effect simultaneously on satisfaction and loyalty. Partially, only sense and satisfaction had a significant effect on loyalty, meanwhile feel and think had no significant effect on tourists loyalty partially. The satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of think on loyalty, but it is not proven to mediate the effect of sense and feel on tourists loyalty

    This study aims to examine the development of the management of Lumajang Supermarkets Amanah Supermarkets, which was established in 2012 with its own capital and sell shares to the public as long as approximately seven can run well in the midst of business competition and can earn profits or profits stably, so as to divide dividends to shareholders. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data was obtained from the Lumajang Shirkah Amanah Self-Service report for the past three years. From the profits obtained, the management makes a policy of profit sharing through the General Meeting of Share Shares (GMS). The provisions include net profit before being distributed to shareholders, issued in advance by 25% for business development, 2.5% for managers, 2, 5% for organizations, 2.5% for infaq/ zakat syirkah, and 1% for shareholder shopping rewards. Dividend distribution policy is influenced by several factors, including corporate liquidity, profitability and is supported by earnings stability

    Effect of Empowerment, Work Environment and Fatigue on Silver Craft Productivity

    The survival and growth of a company are not only determined by the strength of capital or money, but also determined by its success in managing human resources. The productivity of human resources is influenced by several factors. This study aims to examine the effect of empowerment, work environment and fatigue which are partially and simultaneously significant on the productivity of silver craftsmen. Respondents in this study consisted of 40 silver craftsmen in Pulo Village, Lumajang Regency. By using the analysis of multiple linear regression, the results obtained that empowerement does not have a significant effect, while the work environment and fatigue have a significant effect on productivity. The limitation of this study is limited to respondent which is only examines silver craftsmen in Pulo Village, Lumajang Regency. Hopefully, the limitation of this study can be examined in the further studies

    Financial performance is an important thing that must be achieved by every company because it is reflection of  company's ability to manage and allocate the resources. This performance has a relationship with GCG and DPK. Then this study want to analyze the relationship of GCG and DPK to this performance not only on direct reffect but also on indirect too. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis as testing model. The population for  this study ia 41  banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015,. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, then obtained 28 companies that met the criteria, so the total sample was 140 observations (firm-years). The results showed that GCG does not affect company performance but DPK has a positive effect to the performance. Other than that GCG has a positive effect for financial performance with DPK as an intervening variable

    At present, patients as consumers can realize the enormous effect on the existence of health care facilities. Patient satisfaction is now a priority for health care providers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction. This research is a quantitative descriptive. Data analysis methods used are correlation analysis and regression analysis. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis that can be solved regarding the power response (responsiveness) is the most dominant variable affecting patient satisfaction in KRI Elisa. Empathy also has an interest in patient satisfaction. Based on independent evidence, physical evidence (tangible), approval (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), empathy (empathy) and Guarantee (guarantee) significantly influence the satisfaction of KRI Elisa patients. The five variables in the dimensions of service quality contributed together to the contribution variable of (R Square) 52.5% on patient satisfaction. This study resulted in the finding that the simultaneous variable quality of service had a significant effect of 54.5% of patient satisfaction at Elisa's inpatient clini

    This study aims to determine the effect of environmental accounting disclosures on stock performance on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Companies that already run their businesses, then there is a possibility that these companies have great potential to have positive and negative impacts on market needs. The sample of this research is the manufacturing sector from 2011-2015. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis by analyzing the independent variables of environmental accounting disclosure measured using proper in influencing the dependent variable of stock performance measured using stock returns.     The activity aims to provide quality management assistance of financial governance on UD “DUA PUTRA” rice mill business in Kutorenon Sukodono, so that the company is able to improve the human resources ability in managing its business management; strengthen the human resources ability in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; improve the ability to separate between business and household finances; find easy capital access. The method used in this community service activity has several stages, including initial surveys, interviews in order to find offered problems and solutions, business management assistance, financial management and UKM operational funding assistance. The weakness of partner mainly lies in the limited human resources ability in manage their business, the unavalaibility of human resources who understand business bookkeeping regularly, unseparated business and household finances and limited capital access. The implementation of this Community Service (PKM) activity is carried out using the lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. Based on the results of the implementation of activities that have been carried out, there are several things that can be concluded from this Community Service activity, namely a. The training that was carried out was able to increase the desire to learn more deeply about financial recording activities in particular and increase the ability to do business in general. b. Training participants are able to explain and understand basic accounting concepts, accounting cycles and accounting information systems, c. The training participants still have a lot to learn and practice in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM
