Get PDFThis study aims to identify the effects of direct compensation, indirect compensation and non-financial compensation on the motivation and performance of employees of private health clinics. The population of this research is private clinic employee in Lumajanga Regency with 34 respondents used as sample. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have no significant effect on motivation and performance. While simultaneously the three variables only have a significant effect on motivation but not on employee performance. In addition, this study indicates that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Coefficient of determination for motivation variable equal to 58,9% which means this variable can be explained by three independent variable in this research. This is different from the performance variable which is only 14.2%. As for the influence of motivation on the performance of coefficient of determination of 14.2%. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute in the development of management science studies, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference for further researc

Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan terdiri dari beberapa rangkaian kegiatan, antara lain : kegiatan ke 1 yaitu : melakukan melakukaan kesepakatan dengan mitra untuk mencari solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi, melalui kegiatan : koordinasi dengan mitra, obervasi cara menjalankan usaha mitra, kegiatan ke 2 yaitu : melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi manajemen usaha produktif untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan keluarga dan kegiatan ke 3 yaitu : melaksanakan kegiatan serupa secara berkelanjutan sehingga menumbuhkan kerja sama yang baik antara pihak mitra dengan STIE Widya Gama Lumajang. Kegiatan sosialisasi diberikan dengan tujuan agar para ibu rumah tangga, untuk secara kreatif dan inovatif menciptakan peluang usaha baru baik secara mandiri maupun berkelompok, sehingga mereka bisa memperoleh tambahan penghasilan dari usaha yang dijalankan, waktu luang yang ada bisa dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk kegiatan yang produktif, menghasilkan dan bermanfaat.

Get PDFCapital market is one form of financial market, where the capital market players invest in the form of securities offered by the issuer. One of the most popular securities for sale on the stock market is stock. Stocks are securities that have high profits and risks or better known as high risk and high return. High risk and high return is the higher the risk of an investment, the higher the amount of profits derived from an investment. The purpose of this study is to obtain evidence empirically and find clarity about the influence of fundamental variables consisting of ROA, EPS, NPM, DER and BVS to stock prices of companies listed in IDX period 2010-2015, either partially or simultaneously. Sample selection method used is purposive sampling and analysis model used is multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that partially ROA, EPS, NPM, DER, and BVS have a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously ROA, ROE, EPS, NPM, DER and BVS simultaneously affect the stock price. Coefficient of Determination (R Square) of 48% and the rest of 52% influenced by other variables that have not been studied in this study

This research is expected to give description about perception and expectation of X kindergarten students and their satisfaction toward TK X in Lumajang Regency. This research prioritizes the variables of perception, expectation and satisfaction of guardian of pupil in TK X of Lumajang Regency. This research takes samples of all X TK students in Lumajang District. The research method is descriptive by using questionnaires distributed to QK X pupil in Lumajang District. The result of this research is the satisfaction of the student guardian in TK X of Lumajang Regency to the highest service quality in tangible dimension, and the expectation and the perception of the guardian of the students on the quality of service is very satisfied. Furthermore, this research is expected to contribute in the development of the study of management science, especially human resources management, so it can be a reference and development for further research
