    STUDENT LOYALTY IN PERSPECTIVE OF EDUCATION SERVICE QUALITY, CREATIVE PROMOTION AND STUDENT SATISFACTION

    Abstract This research aims to explain the student loyalty level through the perspective of education service quality, creative promotion, commitment, decision, and their satisfaction at private universities in Jember. We designed this research with a quantitative approach; it called explanatory research by a causal type. There are six research variables consisting of 3 (three) independent variables, 1 (one) intervening variable and 2 (two) dependent variables. The independent variables consist of the quality of education services (X1), creative promotion (X2), and commitment (X3). The dependent variable consists of satisfaction (Y1) and loyalty (Y2). The intervening variable consists of Decision (Z). The data collection technique carried out by distributing questionnaires online to 300 students of private universities in Jember. Data analysis carried out by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) software. The research result showed that (1) the education service quality had no significant effect on students’ decision that indicated with a probability value: 0.058. (2) The education service quality had a significant effect on students’ satisfaction that indicated with the probability value: 0.000. (3) The creative promotion had a significant effect on students’ decision that indicated with the probability value: 0.000. (4) The student commitment had not significant effect on students’ decision that indicated with a probability value: 0.0760. (5) The student commitment had a significant effect on students’ loyalty that indicated with the probability value: 0.000. (6) The student decision had not significant effect on students’ satisfaction that indicated with a probability value: 0.611. (7) The student satisfaction had a significant effect on students’ loyalty that indicated with the probability value: 0.000.     Customer Satisfaction of Surabaya Mortuary MUA Services

    The development of services is showing a significant increase. This is of course influenced by the complex and diverse needs of the community in an effort to meet their needs. The part of funeral services that cannot be ruled out is make-up services. Mortuary MUA may be a profession that is rarely heard of. This research aim was to determine whether customer experience influence on customer satisfaction in using the mortuary MUA services in Surabaya and also how the five dimensions of customer experience affect customer satisfaction. This study explains the causal relationship or influence between variables through hypothesis testing on certain samples. Population used is all consumers who use mortuary MUA services and the sample totally 60 respondents using Purposive Sampling method. The results shown that: there is a positive effect on the customer experience variable on customer satisfaction for mortuary MUA services in Surabaya. From the dimension of customer experience, it partially affects customer satisfaction and what is influential is the act dimension

    Return Stockis the reciprocal result of stock investment activities that will be received by investors. Before investing in stocks, investors must analyze the company from a financial and non-financial perspective. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of good corporate governance, leverage, and profitability on returns stockin manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2019. The data needed in this study is secondary data in the form of annual reports of manufacturing companies. published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 to 2019 through the website www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The technique of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed with the SPSS application.     Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) is a counter for receiving electricity bill payments from PLN customers who are directly online with the bank. The existence of this service system aims to make it easy for customers to pay for electricity, anywhere, anytime, and in any way. The purpose of this study was to determine the service quality factors that affect the satisfaction of Payment Point Online Bank customers at KUD Sido Rukun Lumajang, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is multiple linear regression statistical method. The results showed that for the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance had no effect on customer satisfaction, for the empathy variable had an influence on customer satisfaction. With a coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.205 which indicates that 20.5% customer satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, while the remaining 79.5% customer satisfaction is influenced by these variables. other variables not examined in this study. The limitation of this study is that it only examines service quality factors that affect customer satisfaction, while other variables that affect satisfaction are expected to be investigated by further researcher

    Audit Committee, Board, and Audit Report Lag

    Effect of corporate governance being the crucial issue in growing process of audit financial statement in order to decrease audit report lag. Some of previous studies stated that correlation between corporate governance and audit report lag is not consistence. That is why, this study used variable control as firm and auditor characteristics in order to find out the effect of audit committee and board characteristics to audit report lag. The variable independent consist of audit committee size, audit committee independent, board size, board independent, and board meeting, meanwhile the variable control consists of firm size, loss, and quality auditor. Sample of this study is 55 firms in BEI around 2017 2018 periods. The annual financial statement data gotten from BEI official, and analyzed by using multiple regression model. The result showed that only board size has significant effect to audit report lag, while audit committee size, audit committee independent, board independent, and board meeting variables have do not have significant effect to audit report lag

    Tunneling Related Party Lending Phenomenon: Empirical Study on Family Business in Indonesia

    This study examines the effect of family end control with a pyramid structure, RPTs disclosure, internal auditors and independent commissioners on related loan tunneling in Indonesia. This study used a sample of 258 public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2018. This study provides empirical evidence that the final controller of the family with a pyramid structure is proven to practice tunneling through related loans. The next finding of this study is that the level of disclosure of related transactions can reduce the potential for the practice of tunneling related loans. Another important finding is the failure of the internal control mechanism by internal auditors and independent commissioners which is not able to reduce the potential for related loan tunneling practices in family companies in Indonesia

    EFFECT OF LIQUIDITY, DIVIDEND POLICY, SALES GROWTH ON COMPANY VALUE

    This study aims to determine whether liquidity, dividend policy, sales growth have an effect on firm value in manufacturing companies in the consumption sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The data collection technique used is porposive sampling so that a sample of 15 companies is obtained. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, analysis linear regression, classical assumption test and model feasibility test. The results of the study using the partial test (t test) showed that liquidity had a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy had a significant positive effect on firm value, and sales growth had a negative effect on firm value. This research method uses quantitative research which is a research method that examines the population or sample, collects data using research instruments, analyzes quantitative data and all of that will be used to test the established hypothesis

    Determinants of The Firm Value in Indonesia

    Companies are no longer only faced with a single bottom line that centers on financial conditions, but companies must adjust to the triple bottom line concept. One form of environmental responsibility for corporate management for stakeholders and shareholders is by disclosing greenhouse gas emissions. Company value is also a very important factor because it can describe the business processes in a company. A high company value will provide a strong interest for investors to buy shares. An increase in stock prices will also increase the value of a company. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of greenhouse gas disclosure, profitability and leverage on firm value. The population of this research is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period. The sample selection in the study using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable of greenhouse gas disclosure and profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. The leverage variable does not have a significant effect on firm value, this is because the amount of debt held by the company is not a major concern for investors because investors are more concerned with how management uses the debt effectively and efficiently for use in developing the compan

    Potential Causes Of Poverty In The City Of Probolinggo

    Poverty is a situation where humans cannot achieve their basic requirements. This has become a standard problem experienced by every country. The research object aims to find the potential causes of poverty in the Probolinggo by examining the effect of the potential for education, unemployment, and inflation simultaneously, partially and dominantly, on poverty. The study used a quantitative method of causal relationships, 391 RTM respondents with cluster sampling technique sampling. The data analysis method used a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient analysis. The conclusion from the hypothesis testing in this research is the variables of education, unemployment, and inflation have a significant and partial effect on poverty in Probolinggo City, while the most dominant potential effect on poverty is education. The result of the determination coefficient analysis is 71.9%. The causes of poverty in the city of Probolinggo are education, unemployment, and inflation. From the research results, the local government should continue to motivate and make people aware of the importance of education, improve skills as a means of overcoming unemployment, increase economic growth so the inflation can be suppressed, and the problem of poverty is resolved
