Get PDFEffectiveness of the Relationship Level of the Company's Profitability to Stock Prices. The capital market becomes and has a major economic function in the Indonesian economy, two parties, namely investors and publishers who provide several things facilitated by the capital market that provides facilities or vehicles. Profitability ratios used are indicators of Return On Investment (ROI) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) to stock prices. The sample used was 56 companies that have entered into several criteria and then submitted an application using SPPS with classic approval issued first for all variables, after collecting classic assumptions then performed a statistical test to determine the relationship of cause and effect. The results of the statistical test can be concluded that investors consider various things and one of them is looking at the value of Return on Investment (ROI). Profit will be generated by the use of increased company assets so that the value of the company can be increased, in accordance with rising stock prices to get a good response from investors. In addition to the profits generated, investors also benefit investors. It is wrong to only see profits because big or small will show the company's ability to distribute dividends to investors. Enterprise value is important to the company because it describes the welfare of the owner. Implementation of prudent and appropriate financial management functions will have an impact on company value. Financial decisions in the view of financial management include investment decisions, funding, and dividends. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions and funding decisions directly and indirectly, partially or simultaneously to the financial performance and value of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The number of samples is 22 consumer goods manufacturing companies that routinely publish financial reports during the study period. The results showed that partially only investment decisions that affect the financial performance and corporate value. Simultaneously significant effect on financial performance and firm value. The value of multiple correlation coefficient (R) is 0.953 with significance 0.000, which means there is significant relationship with firm value. While the value of determination coefficient (R square) of 0.908 or 90.8% means investment decisions and financing decisions are able to explain the effect on corporate value variables together 90.8% and the rest of 9.2% explained by other variables

The GRI measurement is different from measuring CSR disclosure by using the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) indicator that uses spiritual and social aspects. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Islamic Social Responsibility disclosure has an influence on ROA (Return on Investment), ROE (Return on Equity) and BOPO in Islamic banking in Indonesia in 2015-2017. The sample in this quantitative study is 10 BUSs in Indonesia. The Independent variable in this study uses the Islamic Social Reporting disclosure (ISR) indicator, while the dependent variables are ROA, ROE, and BOPO. Get PDFThis study aims to identify and explain how the effect Inflation, Interest Rate Deposit, and Finance to Deposit Ratio Total Mudharabah deposits in Islamic banks. The method used is multiple linear regression. The object of research used in this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri using secondary data from the publication of monthly financial statements starting from 2010-2014. The results showed that: The rate of inflation has a negative and significant effect on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. Furthermore, other results showed that the rate of interest did not affect positively and significantly to Total Deposit Mudharabah. While the results of Finance to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant influence on the amount of deposits Mudharabah. The test is performed with a significance level of α = 0.1

Perkembangan ini memudahkan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan pelayanan jasa transportasi umum. Masyarakat kini dapat menggunakan jasa transportasi umum dimana dan kapan pun mereka inginkan. Kini masyarakat yang tinggal di Daerah Perkotaan sudah mulai beralih menggunakan jasa transportasi umum. Jasa transportasi online adalah industri yang populer sekarang ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap minat memesan kembali jasa transportasi online dengan kepuasan pelaggan sebagai variable intervening. Populasi adalah pelanggan pengguna jasa transportasi online “Grab”. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel responden dengan kriteria telah menggunakan layanan jasa transportasi online lebih dari dua kali. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang disalurkan melalui SPSS 21 program. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan harga tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan regresi berganda koefisien Y1=7,957+0,316 X1-0,084 X2 dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat memesan kembali jasa transportasi online dengan koefisien regresi sederhana adalah Y2=0,232 Y1
Fasilitas dan Lingkungan Kerja Layanan Kesehatan Terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan
Get PDFService organizations are required to always optimize the resources to be managed in order to increase customer satisfaction, this study intends to analyze the effect of facilities (direct facilities and supporting facilities) health services and work environment (direct work environment and working environment conditions or weather) health services on customer satisfaction. Retrieval of data with a survey method of 500 respondents of health service users at the Community Health Center in Probolinggo District, with quantitative data methods were analyzed by t test in regression. The results of the study have shown that direct work facilities and supporting facilities as well as the direct work environment of health services have made a positive contribution to customer satisfaction, while the work environment related to environmental conditions or weather as measured by indicators of noise, air pollution, and lighting at the service has not yet fully contributed to customer satisfaction, so the work environment related to weather conditions needs to get attention or solutions to improve services to meet customer satisfaction, and this needs to pay attention to the location of the Community Health Center services in Probolinggo Regency, which is close to the highway.

Investors depend on the stock price on the exchange because this is part of the welfare when investors are willing to release their funds to the stock exchange. The company's management also has an obligation to inform its performance during a certain period of time. The company's management performance will be reflected in the stock price at the close of the stock exchange. There are several factors that can affect management performance and stock prices, such as PBV, EPS, and DER. Because this factor will fundamentally give impetus to the occurrence of stock prices on the exchange. Management is very interested in indicators such as PBV, EPS, and DER, it can be seen the level of profits obtained by the company, the ability of the company to utilize the assets it owns. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of PBV, EPS, and DER on the share price of National Private Commercial Banks. The researcher used 20 samples of the national private banking sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2014-2016 period to obtain 60 observations. The hypothesis is tested using regression analysis which can be used to predict the condition of the next few years after knowing the magnitude of the effect of the independent variables. The results obtained in this study that PBV, EPS and DER affect stock prices. It is expected that the results of this study can contribute to the development of Financial Management Sciences in Indonesia

Dividing dividend in appropriate time intervals that is every half year or in a year. This study aims to know about the influence of Leverage, Liquidity, Profitability, and Size towards Dividend Policy. This study using a quantitative approach by using a multiple linear regression analysis methods. The population in this study is registered companies in the stock exchange of Indonesia, food, and beverages year 2013-2017 is the main focus of this study. The sample of this study is collected by purposive sampling method. The result of the coefficient determination test that 34,7% is showing the ability of independent variable determine dependent variable, temporary 65,3% determine by other variables. The simultan test showed that independent variable together influence dependent variable and the partial test showed how does leverage has a negative significant impact towards dividend policy, liquidity hasn’t a significant impact towards dividend policy, profitability has a positive impact towards dividend policy and size hasn’t a significant impact towards dividend policy
