WORKING CAPITAL TURNOVER, OPERATIONAL COST RATIO, AND INVENTORY TURNOVER ON COMPANY PERFORMANCE
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, operational cost ratio, inventory turnover on the performance of UD. Firmansyah. The data used are the financial statements for the period 2015-2018. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The number of samples used was 48 samples. Partially the results show that working capital turnover and inventory turnover do not have a significant effect on company performance, while the ratio of operating costs has a significant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the research shows that working capital turnover, operational cost ratio, and inventory turnover have a significant effect on company performance. The coefficient of determination in this study is 0.165, which means that 16.5% of the company's performance can be explained by working capital turnover, operational cost ratio, and inventory turnover variables. At the same time, the remaining 83.5% is explained by other factors not included in this study
Green Supply Chain Management Performance in Timber Companies
Get PDFThe aim of this study to determine the effect of waste treatment standards, the company's internal environment, and the company's external environment on Green Supply Chain Management at timber companies in Lumajang Regency. This type of research is quantitative by looking for causal relationships. The object of this research is a timber company in Lumajang Regency. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling and the technique chosen was purposive sampling with a total of 70 respondents. As The independent variable consists of waste treatment standards, the company's internal environment and the company's external environment. The dependent variable is Green Supply Chain Management. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the waste treatment standards and the company's internal environment have a significant effect on Green Supply Chain Management, while the company's external environment partially has no significant effect on Green Supply Chain Management. Simultaneously, waste processing standards, company internal environment, company external environment have a significant effect on the Green Supply Chain Management of timber companies in the district
Sektor Pariwisata terhadap Pembangunan Daerah di Kabupaten Lumajang
Get PDFThis research is a Descriptive research which aims to find out how much the level of labor elasticity of tourism subsector in Lumajnag regency, to know contribution of tourism subsector to local revenue (PAD) in Lumajang Regency, and to know the growth of labor absorption in tourism sector in Lumajang regency. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of time series data with the object of research on the tourism subsector in Lumajang District and data obtained from the Department of Tourism, Department of Manpower and Dinas revenue Lumajang District in 2011-2017. Data analysis method used in this research is elasticity and proportion analysis. The results of this study indicate that the ability of the tourism subsector is not much in the absorption of labor that is equal to -1.49 percent of the number of workers who have worked or categorized as inelastic. In addition, the tourism subsector also did not contribute a considerable amount during the period of 2011-2017 to the Regional Original Income of Lumajang Regency which averaged only 1.41 percent. Overall contribution or contribution given by the tourism sector from year to year during the period 2011-2017 tends to decrease
Analisa Faktor Kunjungan Wisatawan Mancanegara dan Penginapan Hotel Terhadap Penerimaan Sub Sektor PDRB pada Industri Pariwisata di Kabupaten Jember Tahun 2008-2018
Get PDFIndonesia is one country with enormous natural resource potential that can be maximized in the tourism industry sector. Besides that, there is great hope that this tourism sector can increase PDRB in an area. According to the results of the analysis, this study shows the influence of the number of foreign tourist visits and hotel occupancy on the receipt of the tourism industry's PDRP sector in 2008-2018. The data used is time series data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Department of Tourism. This research uses quantitative research methods and uses partial addjustmen models using time series processes. In this study, the independent variables are foreign tourists (W1) and hotels (H2) while the dependent variable is PDRP (R). The results of the study using known multiple regression analysis and simultaneous regression test (F test) note that F -st5959.6 confidence below 1 percent indicates that foreign tourists and hotels have a significant effect on PDRP in Jember Regency. Partial regression test (t test) shows that there is a significant influence between the variables of foreign tourists and hotel occupancy on the PDRP of Jember Regency. The magnitude of the effect is that (R2) of 0.95. This means that the PDRP as the dependent variable is explained by the independent variables namely foreign tourists and hotel occupancy by 95% and the remaining 5% is explained by other variables outside the research
Keputusan Keuangan dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Dimoderasi Ukuran Perusahaan
Get PDFOptimal financial performance is a company goal that can be achieved through the implementation of financial management functions. One way to improve company performance in addition to financial decisions is to implement good corporate governance. This study aims to determine the effect of financial management decisions and good corporate governance, partially or simultaneously on financial performance with the size of the company as moderating manufacturing in Indonesia. The number of samples is 37 manufacturing companies that routinely publish financial statements for the period 2014-2017. Using multiple linear regression analysis and moderation techniques, the results of the study show that partially funding decisions and good corporate governance significantly affect financial performance. Only investment decisions that have a significant partial effect on the size of the company. Investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies and good corporate governance simultaneously have a significant effect on both company size and financial performance. And the size of the company does not moderate the influence of financial decisions and good corporate governance on financial performance

Kekuatan logo mampu menjadi pengingat yang sangat kuat di benak konsumen atau publik terhadap perusahaan atau lembaga tersebut. Dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, penulis menggunakan metode pendampingan secara intensif kepada pemilik usaha Elvita Bakery and Cake sebagai sasaran dalam kegiatan ini, untuk melakukan pembuatan logo. Selain itu penulis juga mengajak diskusi tentang bagaimana konsep logo yang akan dibuat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terselesaikannya logo Elvita Bakery and Cake. Harapannya dengan adanya logo ini mampu meningkatkan performa perusahaan Elvita Bakery and Cake.

Get PDFContribution of the Islamic Stock Market to Indonesia's Economic Growth. This study aims to investigate the contribution of the development of the Islamic stock market to Indonesia's economic growth. Gross domestic product (GDP) is the market value of all goods and services produced by a country in a certain period. GDP is one method for calculating national income. The Islamic stock index used is the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) which has long standing. Therefore, the research sample consists of the JII (Jakarta Islamic Indexs) and GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The research period is approximately 16 years of observation ranging from 2000 to 2016. Data was obtained from publications on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) website, OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik). Some tests such as the root unit test, cointegration test and Error Correction Model are used to test data. The statistical test tool used was Eviews 9. The Error Correction Model results show that the Islamic stockl market does not affect long-term economic growth.
 
Determinan Proporsi Pembiayaan Murabahah BPR Syariah
Get PDFAlong with the passage of time Islamic banking in Indonesia in addition to offering two products, namely financing on the basis of profit loss sharing, namely mudharabah and musyarakah (Profit Loss Sharing (PLS), also offers a more dominant product have a contribution, namely murabaha financing/Non PLS, also occurred at the Sharia Rural Banks in East Java Province. This is because the characteristics of murabaha are certain in magnitude installments and margins and can reduce the level of financing risk. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence Murabahah Financing in Islamic Rural Banks in East Java Province, with the limitation of these factors are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Non Performing Financing (NPF). This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach primary data, and the population of all Sharia Rural Banks in East Java Province recorded in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2015-2017 period, with a purposive sampling technique the amoun of samples is 26 banks. The analysis technique is multiple linear analysis, with CAR and NPF research results affecting Murabahah Financing, and FDR does not affect Murabahah Financing. His subsequent research is expected to add to the dependent and independent variables as well as the study population

Dividends are usually distributed at the end of the accounting year which is decided from the results of the GMS (General Meeting of Shareholders). The ratio of the dividend payout rate is called the DPR (dividend payout ratio). This ratio shows the percentage of profits paid by companies in the form of dividends with the total profit available to shareholders. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the company's benchmarks in determining dividend distribution policy on companies going public. There are several ratios that can influence companies in determining dividend distribution policies. The ratio is the ratio of profitability which is proxied by the value of ROA, leverage is proxied by the value of Current Ratio and the value of the company which is proxied by the value of PER (Price Earning Ratio). This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data that is the financial statements of go-public companies in banking companies in 2015-2017. Targeted outputs are international journals, proceedings in local scientific meetings and IPR. TKT is at level 2: the basic assumptions and laws that will be used in technology reaches 80%, the study of literature on the basic principles of technology reaches 80% and the formulation of research hypotheses reaches 80%

Get PDFKemandirian ekonomi adalah salah satu jawaban untuk menghadapi kompetisi di era global sehinga masyarakat mampu keluar dari kemiskinan dan keterbelakangan.Peluang kerja yang terbatas menuntut sumber daya lokal agar memiliki kemampuan dalam membuka lapangan kerja sendiri dengan mengolah sumber daya yang ada melalui inovasi dan perbaikan-perbaikan yang berkelanjutan.Berangkat dari alasan inilah maka muncul ketertarikan untuk bermitra dengan UKM “Klapan Jaya” di Kelurahan Jogotrunan Kabupaten Lumajang. UKM “Klapan Jaya” merupakan kelompok usaha yang terdiri dari berbagai macam usaha dari sekelompok orang yang memiliki usaha kecil di Kelurahan Jogotrunan Kecamatan Lumajang Kabupaten Lumajang.Kelompok UKM ini belum begitu mampu menggerakkan usahanya yang dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat di sekitarnya.Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mencapai target yaitu (1) Peningkatan ketrampilan mitra dalam menjalankan usahanya dengan berkelanjutan, (2) Terbentuk pemahaman dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat sekitarnya dan (3) Peningkatan strategi pemasaran agar mampu bersaing dalam memasarkan produknya.
