    Education in the 21st century requires a systematic and innovative approach to develop students' character and intellect. This study aims to analyze the implementation of E-LKPD with Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) nuances in learning the digestive system equipped with crossword puzzles in SMA/MA. Using the literature review method, this study collected and analyzed 10 articles published between 2021 and 2025. The results showed that the E-LKPD developed had high validity and practicality, and had a positive impact on student learning outcomes, both in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. In addition, the integration of emotional and spiritual values in E-LKPD can increase students' awareness of the importance of EQ and SQ in everyday life. This study concludes that the application of E-LKPD with ESQ nuances not only improves students' intellectual abilities, but also supports the development of their character and morality in society.Pendidikan di abad ke-21 memerlukan pendekatan yang sistematis dan inovatif untuk mengembangkan karakter dan intelektual siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi E-LKPD bernuansa ESQ dalam pembelajaran sistem pencernaan yang dilengkapi dengan teka-teki silang di SMA/MA. Dengan menggunakan metode literature review, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis 10 artikel yang terbit antara tahun 2021 hingga 2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas dan praktikalitas yang tinggi, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotor. Selain itu, integrasi nilai-nilai emosional dan spiritual dalam E-LKPD dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya EQ dan SQ dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian inimenyimpulkan bahwa penerapan E-LKPD bernuansa ESQ tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan intelektual siswa, tetapi juga mendukung pengembangan karakter dan moralitas mereka di masyarakat

    ANALYSIS MATHEMATICS TEACHER EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA BASED ON CANVA AND OPEN BROADCASTER SOFTWARE (OBS) IN THE MERDEKA CURRICULUM

    This research is motivated by the need for innovation in learning media that supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, but the adoption of technology by teachers in the field is still minimal. This study aims to analyze the responses and experiences of mathematics teachers in developing learning media based on Canva and Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) in the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through interviews and online questionnaires to mathematics teachers who have used Canva and OBS. The results of the study show that Canva is widely used to create interesting visual materials, while OBS is used to record or broadcast learning videos. The main obstacles faced by teachers are limited time, access to premium features, and lack of technical training. These findings indicate the need for intensive training, technical support, and provision of access to digital resources to support the integration of technology-based learning media in the Merdeka Curriculum

    MATHEMATICAL LITERACY-BASED LEARNING: WH AT ARE THE CHALLENGES?

    In the educational context, success in the 21st century increasingly depends on students’ mathematical literacy, as it equips them with the ability to reason, solve problems, and make informed decisions based on quantitative information. According to PISA 2018, Indonesian students’ performance in mathematical literacy is significantly below the OECD average, indicating persistent gaps in students’ ability to apply mathematical concepts in real-world contexts. In response, the Indonesian government launched the National Assessment program, which includes the Minimum Competency Assessment consisting of reading literacy and mathematical literacy (numeracy) subtests.  This study aims to analyze how middle school mathematics teachers in Indonesia implement numeracy literacy in their classroom practices, with a focus on identifying the challenges they encounter and the practical solutions they employ. This research adopts a phenomenological approach to explore teachers’ lived experiences in implementing numeracy-based learning. This research is phenomenology research. This study involved 42 mathematics teachers from junior and senior high schools, selected to represent the regions of West Indonesia, Central Indonesia, and East Indonesia. Data was collected using a questionnaire and interviews were conducted through online media. The data were analyzed using Bogdan and Biklen. The results indicate that teachers face several challenges in implementing mathematical literacy–based learning. These include limited socialization and training related to mathematical literacy, insufficient teacher competence, low student interest, restricted instructional time, the need for pedagogical adjustments during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a lack of adequate resources, books, and references on literacy

    MEDIASI KELUARGA DALAM KRISIS: ANALISIS RENDAHNYA KESADARAN PUBLIK TERHADAP BP4 DALAM SISTEM PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA PERKAWINAN DI INDONESIA

    This study aims to critically examine the low utilization of the Marriage Advisory, Guidance, and Preservation Agency (BP4) as a family mediation institution for resolving domestic conflicts in Indonesia. Based on a review of literature, regulatory documents, and previous research findings, it is known that BP4 has not been functioning optimally due to various structural, normative, and cultural factors. The results indicate that limited human resource capacity, inadequate budget and operational facilities, and low professionalism of mediators are the main obstacles in implementing BP4's mediation function. Furthermore, BP4's lack of integration with the formal legal system and the absence of regulations mandating pre-suit mediation have caused this institution to lose its legitimacy and strategic role. Negative public perceptions of the effectiveness of BP4 mediation also exacerbate low participation in this service. Using a theoretical approach based on legal awareness and conflict resolution, this study emphasizes the need for institutional reform of BP4, including strengthening regulations, training certified mediators, digitizing services, and increasing public trust. Comprehensive reform of this area is essential so that the BP4 can effectively carry out its preventive and resolutive functions in preventing divorce and strengthening family institutions in Indonesia.     PERSPEKTIF KRIMINOLOGI: ANALISIS TERHADAP PENYEBAB PENINGKATAN TINDAK PIDANA OLEH WARGA NEGARA ASING DI INDONESIA

    Globalization and technological advances have led to increased human mobility across national borders, resulting in a rise in the number of foreign nationals (WNA) in Indonesia. While this phenomenon has brought positive impacts, it has also been accompanied by an increase in the number of crimes committed by foreign nationals. This study aims to analyze the causal factors (etiology) behind this increase through various criminological perspectives. Using a descriptive qualitative research method and a literature review approach, this study identifies the dominant types of criminal activities, ranging from visa abuse, cybercrime, to drug trafficking. The analysis results indicate that the primary causes of criminal activities by foreign nationals are multifactorial, including economic and lifestyle pressures, opportunities (weak supervision and easy access to technology), and rationalization of actions supported by cultural deviance. In response, a social crime prevention approach that focuses on mitigating root causes and reducing opportunities is a relevant strategy to implement. This study concludes that a comprehensive understanding of criminal etiology is necessary to formulate more effective and adaptive prevention policies.     SEJARAH PERKEMBANGAN TAFSIR AL-QUR’AN DI INDONESIA MASA KOLONIAL

      The tradition of writing Qur'anic interpretations in Indonesia in Indonesia has been ongoing since the 17th century, starting with the monumental work of Tarjuman al-Mustafid by Abd al-Rauf Singkili written in Malay Arabic. The development of interpretations in Indonesia experienced significant acceleration in the pre-independence period, especially after the 1928 Youth Pledge which established Indonesian as the language of unity. This study aims to examine the development of Qur'anic interpretations in Indonesia during the colonial period by tracing the history, methods, styles, and contributions of interpretation works during that period. The study uses a qualitative approach with a historical-descriptive method, supported by a review of interpretation texts, historical archives, and Islamic literature. The research findings show that the complex colonial socio-political situation significantly influenced the emerging interpretations. Indonesian commentators focused not only on explaining sacred texts but also incorporated nationalist values, calls to abandon imitation and superstition, and constructed an Islamic identity contextual to the conditions of Indonesian society at the time. Works such as A. Hasan's Tafsir al-Furqan, Mahmud Yunus's Tafsir al-Qur'an Karim, and Singkili's Tafsir Tarjuman al-Mustafid are concrete evidence of the contribution of interpretation as a response to the challenges of the times, as well as a means of Islamic education and cultural resistance to colonialism. Tradisi penulisan tafsir Al-Qur'an di Indonesia telah berlangsung sejak abad ke-17, dimulai dengan karya monumental Tarjuman al-Mustafid karya Abd al-Rauf Singkili. Perkembangan tafsir di Indonesia mengalami percepatan signifikan pada periode pra-kemerdekaan, terutama setelah Sumpah Pemuda 1928 yang menetapkan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa persatuan. Tujuan kajian ini untuk menganalisis kemajuan penafsiran al-Qur'an di Indonesia pada masa kolonial dengan menelusuri arah, metode, gaya, dan kontribusi karya-karya tafsir pada periode tersebut. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode historis-deskriptif, didukung oleh tinjauan teks tafsir, arsip historis, dan literatur Islam. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa situasi sosial-politik kolonial yang kompleks secara signifikan mempengaruhi tafsir yang muncul. Para mufassir Indonesia tidak hanya fokus pada penjelasan teks suci, tetapi juga mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai nasionalis, seruan untuk meninggalkan peniruan dan superstisi, serta membangun identitas Islam yang kontekstual dengan kondisi masyarakat Indonesia pada masa itu. Karya-karya seperti Tafsir al-Furqan karya A. Hasan, Tafsir al-Qur'an Karim karya Mahmud Yunus, dan Tafsir Tarjuman al-Mustafid karya Singkili merupakan bukti konkret kontribusi tafsir sebagai respons terhadap tantangan zaman, serta sebagai sarana pendidikan Islam dan perlawanan budaya terhadap kolonialisme.     This study analyzes the politics of identity and colonial legacy in the novel Pulang by Leila S. Chudori using a postcolonial theory approach, particularly the concepts of Homi K. Bhabha. The novel depicts the experiences of political exiles after the events of 1965, who are forced to live in exile and face identity crises. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study explores how colonialism and political repression shape the characters' social reality and how their identities are dynamic and negotiated in hybrid and ambivalent spaces. The results show that the novel “Pulang” reflects the impact of colonial legacies, which not only influence state policies and social structures but also shape the identities of individuals in liminal positions. Bhabha’s concepts of hybridity, ambivalence, and mimicry reveal the characters' struggles to shape their identities in the transnational realm. In this context, literature serves as a medium to create alternative narratives, challenge state hegemony, and reinterpret the meaning of Indonesian nationalism through a postcolonial frameworkPenelitian ini menganalisis politik identitas dan warisan kolonial dalam novel Pulang karya Leila S. Chudori dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori poskolonial, khususnya konsep-konsep dari Homi K. Bhabha. Novel ini menggambarkan pengalaman para eksil politik setelah peristiwa 1965 yang terpaksa hidup di pengasingan dan menghadapi krisis identitas. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana kolonialisme dan represi politik membentuk realitas sosial para tokohnya, serta bagaimana identitas mereka dinamis dan dinegosiasikan dalam ruang-ruang hibrid dan ambivalen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel "Pulang" mencerminkan dampak warisan kolonial yang tidak hanya berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan negara dan struktur sosial, tetapi juga membentuk identitas individu yang berada dalam posisi liminal. Konsep hibriditas, ambivalensi, dan mimicry yang dikembangkan oleh Bhabha mengungkapkan perjuangan para tokoh dalam membentuk identitas mereka di ranah transnasional.     Strategi Penanganan Pembiayaan Murabahah Bermasalah (Studi PT. BPRS Siak Jaya Kabupaten Siak, Riau)

    PT. BPRS Siak Jaya as one of the financial intermediary institutions whose activities are to collect public funds in the form of deposits and re-channel them in the form of financing. However, in providing financing to customers, it cannot be separated from various risks, one of which is non-performing financing which results in a decrease in the level of bank liquidity and also affects the decrease in the level of trust of depositors who entrust their money. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors causing the occurrence of problematic murabahah financing, and strategies in dealing with problematic murabahah financing at PT. BPRS Siak Jaya. This research uses a qualitative method approach. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study found that: First; There are two factors that cause problematic murabahah financing, namely internal and external factors. The internal factors are the weakness of BPRS in financing analysis, financing documents, collateral and human resources. Meanwhile, external factors are weaknesses in the character of the customer, the ability of the customer and the calamity experienced by the customer. Secondly; strategies in dealing with problematic murabahah financing at BPRS Siak Jaya are approach to customers, intensive collection, provision of letters of reprimand (SP 1,2, and 3), restructuring process by rescheduling and finally execution/liquidation of collateral

    Study on the Implementation and Evaluation of Management Models and Approaches to Islamic Education for Early Childhood

    This study discusses the implementation and evaluation of management models and approaches used in early childhood Islamic education (PIAUD). The focus of the study is on how managerial concepts are applied systematically and in accordance with the characteristics of child development. Using a qualitative literature review method, this article analyses relevant literature on management strategies and Islamic educational approaches. The results indicate that the effectiveness of management is highly dependent on the alignment of approaches with children's needs, the role of educators, and institutional structure. Evaluation of the implementation of management models in PIAUD institutions highlights the need for continuous adaptation and innovation to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
