    Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Tanam Terhadap Brix dan Uji Organoleptik Tanaman Mentimun Jepang (Cucumis sativus var. Japonese) Dengan Hidroponik Sistem Drip

    The Japanese cucumber plant is a type of fruit vegetable that is widely consumed by Indonesian people. Japanese cucumber is beneficial for the body as an anti-inflammatory, cooling agent, and even as an anti-cancer. Japanese cucumber planting is done using the hydroponic method. Hydroponics is a method of growing without soil. One system that is effective and efficient in terms of energy and time is the drip system. Drip system hydroponic planting is a system that requires a substrate or planting medium. In this research, several planting media were used, namely soil, fern roots, husk charcoal, and a combination of husk charcoal and fern roots. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of planting media on the Brix and organoleptic tests of Japanese cucumber fruit. The research method used was experimental with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The planting media treatments used were Control = soil, P1 = fern roots, P2 = husk charcoal, P3 = husk charcoal: fern roots. Research and observations were carried out for approximately 60 days. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed using the One-Way Anova test. The results showed that the planting medium had no effect on Brix. In the best average Brix parameter obtained P3 (5.100) and in the organoleptic test each criterion shows the best different treatment results, in the color criterion the best treatment is shown by P3 (4.13), the texture criterion is shown by P2 (3.40), and the criteria taste indicated by control (3.47).  Keywords: Brix, Drip, Hydroponics, Japanese Cucumber, SubstrateTanaman mentimun Jepang merupakan jenis sayuran buah yang banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Mentimun Jepang bermanfaat bagi tubuh sebagai antiflamasi, agen pendingin, bahkan sebagai anti kanker. Kurangnya lahan pertanian, menjadi kendala produksi mentimun Jepang maka dari itu dilakukan penanaman alternatif menggunakan metode hidroponik sistem drip (tetes). Pada hidroponik sistem drip, dibutuhkan media tanam sebagai tempat tumbuh. Pada penelitian ini digunakan beberapa media tanam, yaitu tanah, akar pakis, arang sekam, serta kombinasi arang sekam dan akar pakis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media tanam terhadap brix dan uji organoleptik buah mentimun Jepang dengan hidroponik sistem drip. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan media tanam yang digunakan, yaitu Kontrol = tanah, P1 = akar pakis, P2 = arang sekam, P3 = arang sekam : akar pakis. Penelitian hingga pengamatan dilakukan kurang lebih 60 hari. Kemudian data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan uji One-Way Anova. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa media tanam tidak berpengaruh terhadap brix. Pada parameter brix rata-rata terbaik diperoleh P3 (5.10) dan pada uji organoleptik masing-masing kriteria menunjukkan hasil perlakuan terbaik yang berbeda, pada kriteria warna perlakuan terbaik ditunjukkan oleh P3 (4.13), kriteria tekstur ditunjukkan oleh P1 (3.40), dan kriteria rasa ditunjukkan oleh kontrol (3.47)

It causes the richness of flora and fauna in it is high and diverse. The diversity of marine animals includes the starfish (Asteroidea). The aim of study was to inventory several species of starfish (Asteroidea) that was found in the waters of located in Suli Village, Central Maluku Regency. The sampling method used in this study was random sampling, in which the sample was taken randomly by exploring the waters of Sopapei. Based on the results of study, it was obtained three species starfish, namely Protoreaster nodosus, Linckia laevigata, and Archaster typicus.     Analisis Pengetahuan Technological Pedagogical Knowledge Guru Biologi pada Sekolah Penggerak di Makassar

    The learning paradigm of the 21st century demands that educators have the ability to use technology, information, and communication. Teachers' understanding of digital technology in classrooms is becoming increasingly important in education. The quality of education is influenced by the competence of the teacher. Teachers who adapt to technological developments provide more relevant and effective learning. Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) is a set of understandings about how to implement change in learning using technology as its support. It happens through the interaction of pedagogical and technological approaches. This research is descriptive quantitative aimed at providing an overview of knowledge Technological Pedagogical Knowledge Teacher of Biology at the Sekolah Penggerak in Makassar. The sample used was 13 biology teachers at the Sekolah Penggerak in Makassar. Data is collected through self-assessment of the respondents. The results of the study showed that the average percentage of Technological Knowledge (TK) aspects of 88.5% in the category was very good. The average percentage of Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) aspects of 87.5% in the category was very good. The average percentage of Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) aspects of 83.3% in the category was very good. In general, the Knowledge of Technological Pedagogical Knowledge Teacher of Biology at the Sekolah Penggerak in Makassar is in the very good category with a percentage of 86.9%. One of the key factors of the high value of Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK) Teacher of Biology at the Sekolah Penggerak in Makassar is the reinforcement effort carried out at all levels of leadership, including the Head of School, School Supervisor, Owner, and Teacher which is seen from the presence of intensive training program and one-to-one support with expert trainers provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture.     The Substitution Effect of Fetal Bovine Serum to Platelet-Rich Plasma on Stem Cell Proliferation

    Stem cells are capable of self-regeneration and differentiation into specialized cells, such as adipocytes, chondrocytes, and osteocytes. Stem cells can be cultured in vitro using media-containing serum, such as fetal bovine serum (FBS). However, the cell yield is often lacking, thus the manipulation of the culture medium is needed. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) contains a thousand growth proteins. This study aims to compare the effects of FBS (Gibco), non-commercial PRP, and commercial PLTGold® Human Platelet Lysate (Merck) on the growth and population doubling time (PDT) of stem cells isolated from adipose tissue. Stem cells will be enzymatically isolated from adipose tissue, followed by culture and expansion processes, with subsequent observations of cell morphology, viability, growth rate, and PDT. The results showed that adipose-derived stem cells exhibit fibroblast-like morphology and adhere to the plastic surface. The optimal cell number, PDT and proliferation rate showed in PLTGold®, PRP and FBS respectively.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika  xenotrasplansi organ babi ke manusia dalam perspektif hukum islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preffered Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis). Penelusuran artikel menggunakan Google Scholar dengan publikasi dari 2018-2023, dan 5 dari artikel tersebut dianalisis informasi dan datanya. Berdasarkan hasil literature review menunjukkan bahwa beberapa organ babi memiliki bentuk dan ukuran yang sama dengan organ manusia, seperti hati babi yang ukuran dan fungsinya mirip dengan jantung manusia. Organ tubuh babi lebih mudah diperoleh dari segi ketersediaannya dibandingkan organ tubuh manusia atau primata lainnya.     The inquiry method means a learning activity that involves all students' abilities to search for and investigate a problem systematically, logically, analytically, so that with guidance from the teacher they can formulate their own findings with full confidence. Ethnomathematics is a term used to explain the relationship between mathematics and culture. Apart from that, mathematics actually exists in a culture and community habits for every individual and group. The use of mathematics is farming, certain tribal motifs and artifacts, regional specialties and so on. This research aims to determine the influence of ethnomathematics-based inquiry methods on mathematics learning outcomes in cones and circles in class IX of SMP Negeri 8 Central Maluku. This research is quantitative research, the data collection instruments used in this research are administering tests and questionnaires. The population was all class IX students, while the sample in this study was class IX 1 of SMP Negeri 8 Central Maluku with a total of 29 students. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. This research uses a simple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t), normality test, homogeneity test, and validation test. Based on the t-test, it can be seen that the value sig = 0.830 > 0.05 or tcount = -0.216 < 2.052 = ttable, thus H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that there is no significant influence from the ethnomathematics-based inquiry method on mathematics learning outcomes in cones and circles in Class IX of SMP Negeri 8 Central Maluku.     PAI teachers' efforts to develop learning both outside and inside the classroom are very varied, especially in maximizing digital media to support increased students' understanding. The urgency of using digital in learning is something that every teacher naturally has, because the teacher's ability to use digital in learning can help the learning methods used by teachers become more varied and not monotonous. Especially at Khadijah High School which has really maximized media in its learning, of course the sorogan and discovery learning methods that are applied will not be able to work if it is not accompanied by the teacher's ability to utilize media for learning, in addition to the teacher's ability to master devices, media and the use of learning methods, Teachers must also have content and materials, so that they all support the learning process and increase understanding not only of students' cognitive, but also affective improvement.     Organ transplantation has become one of the most meaningful solutions in modern medicine. The issue of organ transplantation has given rise to new problems, so it has become one of the most sensitive debates in the medical and religious worlds. The increasing number of patients requiring transplants, organ rejection, post-transplant complications, and the risks that may arise from transplantation have raised questions about the legal and ethical ethics of using this technology. On the other hand, the current development of science and technology in the medical field also triggers various kinds of legal problems, where it is required to be more flexible and applicable in its implementation, not being shackled into a rigid legal system. The ijtihad method used is the istislahi method using the Manhaji approach. The results of this ijtihad confirm that a person may not give or sell organs and/or body tissues to other people because the organs are not proprietary (haqqul milki) for that reason, taking and transplanting organs without any reason justified by syar'i is unlawful

    The Koran's comments regarding marriage are explicit in many verses. There are around 104 verses, including the vocabulary of marriage which is repeated 23 times and the word zauwj which is repeated 80 times. An in-depth review of all the marriage scriptures lays out the five principles of marriage. First, the principle of mawadah wa rahmah. Second, the principle of monogamy. Third, the principle of mu'āsyarah bil-ma'rūf (polite communication). Fourth, the principle of mutual enhancement and protection in interpersonal relationships and sexuality. Fifth, the principle of determining partners for prospective brides and grooms. Society believes that women do not have full rights in matters of marriage, so choosing a partner must be left to their parents. Selection of a partner as one of the principles of marriage often conflicts with the right of ijbar held by the guardian. This ultimately became the focus in Islam, a woman's right to decide on a partner is the sole right of her parents, not the right to decide on a partner. The claim that has developed so far is that mujbir guardians are parents who claim that their children were married off by their parents' choice, or better known as "forced marriage".     PEMBAHARUAN USHUL FIQH: STUDI PEMIKIRAN NU’MAN JAGHIEM

    AbstractThe renewal of ushul fiqh has become one of the factual topics in the study of modern Islamic treasures. The demands of the progress of the times and the increasingly complex problems in Muslim society today require a new answer to the problems that arise. Even so, efforts to renew the discipline of Ushul Fiqh can be carried out if the public is aware of the phenomenon of stagnation of traditional fiqh, that ushul fiqh can be renewed. It is this strong will and awareness that can actually be built if people realize the need for reform of religious thought and practice it on a large scale. There have been many Muslim scholars who have proposed renewal in the discipline of ushul fiqh, which is solely for one purpose, namely; shows that religion can be used to solve everyday problems. Nu'man Djahiem, is a figure from Malaysia who deserves appreciation in the field of renewal of Ushul Fiqh. Brilliant ideas and practical solutions seem to have entered the paradigm of Indonesian Islamic thought, especially the reformation paradigm of ushul fiqh which is still stagnant.Nu'man Djaheim has the same view, regarding the reformulation of Ushul fiqh that has been produced by the previous ulama'. So that Usul fiqh can be more developed and adaptive to various new problems. Nu'man Djahiem's renewal offer, namely:i'ādah ṣiyāghatihi bi uslūb manhaji, formulating fiqh proposals as a method or tool that is always used. Second, Ar-rabṭ bayna qaḍāya 'ilm al-uṣūl wa 'ilm uṣūl al-qānūn. Linking and integrating the science of usul fiqh with the science of legislation. Third, Istifādah min 'ulūm al-'aql allati tajarradat wa taṭawwara. Making this renewal according to the character of the science of ushul fiqh is appropriate.Keyword: Ushul Fiqh, Nu’man Djaghiem, Pembaruan AbstrakPembaharuan ushul fiqh menjadi salah topik faktual dalam kajian khazanah Islam modern. Tuntutan kemajuan zaman dan semakin kompleknya persoalan ditengah masyarakat muslim dewasa ini membutuhkan sebuah jawaban baru atas persoalan yang muncul. Meskipun demikian upaya pembaharuan dalam disiplin ilmu Ushul Fiqh ini dapat dilakukan jika masyarakat menyadari fenomena stagnasi fiqh tradisional, ushul fiqh dapat diperbaharui. Kemauan kuat dan adanya kesadaran inilah yang sesungguhnya dapat dibangun jika masyarakat menyadari perlunya reformasi pemikiran keagamaan dan mempraktekkannya secara besar-besaran. Sudah banyak sarjana muslim yang mengusulkan pembaharuan dalam disiplin ilmu ushul fiqh, yang semata-mata untuk satu tujuan yaitu; menunjukkan bahwa agama dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah sehari-hari. Nu’man Djahiem, adalah tokoh dari Malaysia yang patut mendapatkan apresiasi dalam bidang pembaharuan Ushul Fiqh. Ide-ide cemerlang dan solusi praktisnya tampaknya telah memasuki paradigma pemikiran Islam Indonesia, khususnya paradigma reformasi ushul fiqh yang masih stagnan.Nu’man Djaheim ini  memiliki pandangan yang sama, tentang bagaimana reformulasi Ushul fiqh yang telah dihasilkan oleh ulama’ sebelumnya. Sehingga Ushul fiqh bisa lebih berkembang dan adaptif terhadap berbagai permasalah baru. tawaran pembaharuan Nu’man Djahiem, yakni: i’ādah ṣiyāghatihi bi uslūb manhaji, memformulasikan usul fikih sebagai metode atau perangkat yang selalu digunakan. Kedua, Ar-rabṭ bayna qaḍāya ‘ilm al-uṣūl wa ‘ilm uṣūl al-qānūn. Mengaitkan dan memadukan antara ilmu usul fikih dengan ilmu perundang-undangan.
