    Persepsi Mahasiswa UIN A.M Sangadji Ambon Terhadap Praktik Jual Beli Trifting (Perspektif Hukum Perlindungan Konsumen)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pandangan mahasiswa UIN AMSA terhadap aktivitas jual beli pakaian bekas (thrifting) dengan melihat dari segi aspek Hukum Perlindungan Konsumen. Meningkatnya ketertarikan mahasiswa terhadap thrifting tidak hanya berlandaskan pertimbangan ekonomi, tetapi juga berkaitan dengan tren gaya hidup dan sarana untuk mengekspresikan diri, di balik popularitas tersebut, terdapat sejumlah persoalan, terutama menyangkut keamanan produk, kebersihan barang, dan transparansi informasi dari pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengandalkan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder berupa literatur dan regulasi, khususnya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung memiliki pandangan positif terhadap thrifting karena dinilai ekonomis, tetap fashionable, serta menawarkan pilihan pakaian yang tidak pasaran. Meskipun demikian, tingkat pemahaman mereka terhadap aspek hukum masih rendah, sehingga hak konsumen seperti informasi yang jelas, jaminan mutu, dan keamanan barang belum diterapkan secara optimal. Banyak penjual thrift juga masih kurang transparan mengenai kondisi barang dan proses kebersihannya. Karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan literasi hukum mahasiswa, pengawasan regulasi yang lebih kuat, serta penerapan standar kebersihan oleh pelaku usaha agar praktik thrifting dapat berjalan dengan aman, adil, dan sesuai ketentuan perlindungan konsume

    Islamic religious education is a learning process that aims to apply or realize Islamic teachings and values in everyday life. This is in line with research that shows that Islamic religious education is a conscious effort made by educators to foster and guide students in schools so that after completing their education they are able to understand, appreciate, and practice Islamic teachings. The research method used with descriptive qu alitative methods through field research and data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews and documentation and through triangulation analysis. The results showed that the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum at An-Nurmaniyah Tangerang High School has a significant impact on character development and understanding of students' Islamic values. With a more flexible approach, this curriculum allows students to be actively involved in the learning process which can strengthen students' faith and morals. Religious education plays an important role in Indonesia's educational landscape. This type of education focuses on character development, especially the cultivation of Akhlakul Karimah (noble character) in students, which is an important foundation for the development of moral and personal integrity. However, faith-based education not only contributes to students' character building, but also encourages the development of positive traits and performance in teachers,which in turn contributes to increased satisfaction with teachers' teaching effectiveness  Pendidikan agama Islam merupakan suatu proses pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk menerapkan atau merealisasikan ajaran dan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam merupakan suatu usaha sadar yang dilakukan oleh pendidik untuk membina dan membimbing peserta didik di sekolah agar setelah menyelesaikan pendidikannya mampu memahami, menghayati, dan mengamalkan ajaran-ajaran Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui penelitian lapangan dan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari obervasi, wawancara dan dekomentasi serta melalui analisis triangulasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA An-Nurmaniyah Tangerang berdampak signifikan terhadap pengembangan karakter dan pemahaman nilai-nilai Islam siswa. Dengan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel, kurikulum ini memungkinkan siswa terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran yang dapat memperkuat keimanan dan akhlak siswa. Pendidikan agama memegang peranan penting dalam lanskap pendidikan Indonesia. Jenis pendidikan ini menitikberatkan pada pengembangan karakter, khususnya penanaman Akhlakul Karimah (akhlak mulia) pada peserta didik, yang menjadi landasan pentingbagi pengembangan integritas moral dan pribadi. Namun demikian, pendidikan berbasis agama tidak hanya berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter siswa, tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan sifatsifat dan kinerja positif pada diri guru, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan terhadap efektivitas pengajaran guru

    The Karyotype Group Learning Tool is a learning tool in the form of a learning guidebook which includes lesson plans. Functions to help students in the learning process by implementing karyotype group type learning strategies. The aim of this research is to produce a valid learning tool for karyotype group types in class XII high school genetics material. This type of research is research and development which uses the ADDIE development model. The research was carried out in August 2023- February 2024 at MAN 2 Makassar City. The research subjects were 1 Class XII Biology teacher and 43 Class XII MIPA MAN 2 Makassar City students. The research instrument is an interview guide sheet and a questionnaire sheet consisting of a student needs analysis questionnaire and a validation questionnaire. The data analysis techniques in this research are qualitative and quantitative analysis. Product validity is assessed by a team of experts/validators. The assessment criteria used to determine the degree of validity of learning tools consist of 3 main aspects, namely: (1) the content appropriateness aspect, (2) the construction appropriateness aspect, and (3) the language appropriateness aspect. The results of the research show that the average assessment results from the two validators for the learning tools as a whole is 97.18% which is in the very valid category, so it can be concluded that the karyotype group type learning tool product in class XII high school genetic material is declared valid and suitable for use. in learning. Keywords: ADDIE Model, Genetics, Karyotype Group Types, Learning ToolsPerangkat Pembelajaran Tipe Kelompok Kariotipe adalah perangkat pembelajaran berupa buku panduan pembelajaran yang di dalamnya sudah mencakup RPP. Berfungsi untuk membantu peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran tipe kelompok kariotipe. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran tipe kelompok kariotipe pada materi genetika kelas XII SMA yang valid. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) yang menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2023-Februari 2024 di MAN 2 Kota Makassar. Subjek penelitian adalah 1 orang guru Biologi Kelas XII dan 43 Orang Siswa Kelas XII MIPA MAN 2 Kota Makassar. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar pedoman wawancara dan lembar angket yang terdiri dari angket analisis kebutuhan siswa dan angket validasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kevalidan produk dinilai oleh tim ahli/validator. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan untuk menentukan derajat kevalidan perangkat pembelajaran terdiri dari 3 aspek pokok, yaitu: (1) aspek kelayakan konten/isi, (2) aspek kelayakan konstruksi, dan (3) aspek kelayakan bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil rata-rata penilaian dari kedua validator terhadap perangkat pembelajaran secara keseluruhan adalah 97,18% yang berada pada kategori sangat valid, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk perangkat pembelajaran tipe kelompok kariotipe pada materi genetika kelas XII SMA dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.   Kata kunci: Buku Panduan Pembelajaran, Genetika, Model ADDIE, Perangkat Pembelajaran, RPP, Tipe Kelompok Kariotip

    PEMBUATAN MINUMAN PROBIOTIK DAUN JAMBU BIJI (Psidium guajava L.) DENGAN BAKTERI ASAM LAKTAT

    Probiotic drinks contain a number of live bacteria that are beneficial for maintaining the natural microflora of the human digestive tract in a balanced state. Guava plants are plants that have the potential to be used as functional foods, one of which is probiotic drinks. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of probiotic drinks with treatments, namely different types of guava leaves and different cultures of lactic acid bacteria used. The experimental design used is a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 treatments, namely differences in the type of guava leaves and LAB used. The pH analysis results showed that white guava with Lactobacillus acidophillus culture had the most acidic pH. The test results of red guava with Lactobacillus casei culture get the lowest value of total soluble solids and the brightest color. The highest viscosity is white guava with Lactobacillus casei culture. Descriptive tests of all attributes were not significantly different except for the sour taste attribute. Hedonic test showed that panelists disliked probiotic drinks with Lactobacillus casei culture. Tanaman jambu biji merupakan tanaman yang memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan sebagai pangan fungsional, salah satunya adalah minuman probiotik daun jambu biji. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik minuman probiotik dengan penggunaan faktor yaitu perbedaan daun jambu biji dan perbedaan bakteri asam laktat yang digunakan. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 perlakuan yaitu perbedaan jenis daun jambu biji dan BAL yang digunakan. Hasil analisis pH menunjukkan jambu biji putih dengan kultur Lactobacillus acidophillus dengan pH paling asam. Hasil pengujian jambu biji merah dengan kultur Lactobacillus casei mendapatkan nilai Total Padatan Terlarut paling rendah serta warna paling cerah. Viskositas paling tinggi yaitu jambu biji putih dengan kultur Lactobacillus casei. Uji deskriptif semua atribut tidak berbeda nyata kecuali atribut rasa asam. Uji hedonik menunjukkan panelis kurang menyukai Lactobacillus casei

    The purpose of this study is to examine the role of influencers in the dissemination of new vocabulary through social media. This research employs a qualitative research method involving social media content analysis and literature review. The study focuses on the mechanisms of new vocabulary dissemination and its impact on social communication and the development of the Indonesian language. The findings reveal that influencers utilize social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to create engaging and relevant content. Creative content in the form of short videos, memes, or interactive stories is often used to introduce new terms. Examples of vocabulary such as "Santuy," "Asyiap," and "Mager" have gained popularity through these platforms. Social media algorithms accelerate the spread of terms by increasing the visibility of content with high interaction. Additionally, direct interactions with followers through live broadcasts or Q&A sessions strengthen the emotional connection between influencers and their audience, facilitating the adoption of new vocabulary. The impact of this phenomenon is the enrichment of colloquial language, the creation of group identity, and the strengthening of relationships within digital communities. This phenomenon has also changed perceptions of the formality of the Indonesian language, with an increasing use of non-standard terms in various contexts, including in marketing. Some companies have even started adopting new vocabulary in their branding strategies.     The research problem is: How is the Analysis of the Dynamics of Islamic Religious Education among adolescents in Dreamland Hills Village, and what are the Influencing Factors in Islamic religious education among adolescents in Dreamland Hills Village, West Bula District, East Seram Regency. This research is a field research with descriptive qualitative analysis. The research location is Dreamland Hills Village, West Bula District, East Seram Regency, Maluku Province. The research period is from January 15 to February 15, 2024. Data analysis is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation, followed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the dynamics of Islamic religious education among adolescents in Dreamland Hills Village are influenced by family environment factors, the role of formal and non-formal educational institutions, and the influence of technology and social media. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika pembelajaran agama Islam pada remaja di Desa Dreamland Hills dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan keluarga, faktor peran lembaga pendidikan formal dan non formal,  pengaruh teknologi dan media sosial.     The development of professional teacher characteristics is a key factor in improving the quality of education. This article analyzes the strategies, challenges, and implications of teacher professional development based on Jean Piaget's perspective. Piaget's cognitive development theory provides a foundation for understanding how teachers can adapt teaching methods to the developmental stages of students. In this study, various strategies are applied to improve teacher competence, including pedagogical training oriented towards students' cognitive development, experiential learning, and critical reflection on teaching practices. However, there are challenges such as limited access to quality training, resistance to changes in learning methods, and lack of institutional support. This article also discusses the implications of the development of professional teacher characteristics for improving the quality of education, especially in creating a learning environment that is in accordance with students' developmental needs. By understanding and applying Piaget's principles, teachers can be more effective in guiding students towards deeper and more meaningful understanding. In compiling this article, we used a qualitative method by taking a literature approach, namely by collecting as many reference sources as possible and taking data from references related to the title that the author raised. This article aims to examine effective strategies in building professional teacher characteristics, identify challenges that arise in the implementation process, and analyze the implications of improving the quality of education based on Jean Piaget's perspectivePengembangan karakteristik guru profesional merupakan faktor kunci dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Artikel ini menganalisis strategi, tantangan, dan implikasi pengembangan profesionalisme guru berdasarkan perspektif Jean Piaget. Teori perkembangan kognitif Piaget memberikan landasan bagi pemahaman mengenai cara guru dapat menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan tahapan perkembangan peserta didik. Dalam kajian ini, berbagai strategi diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru, termasuk pelatihan pedagogis yang berorientasi pada perkembangan kognitif siswa, pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman, serta refleksi kritis terhadap praktik mengajar. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap pelatihan berkualitas, resistensi terhadap perubahan metode pembelajaran, serta kurangnya dukungan institusional. Artikel ini juga membahas implikasi dari pengembangan karakteristik guru profesional terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan, terutama dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perkembangan siswa. Dengan memahami dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Piaget, guru dapat lebih efektif dalam membimbing siswa menuju pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan bermakna. Dalam penyusunan artikel ini kami menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan literature yakni dengan cara mengumpulkan sumber refrensi sebanyak banyaknya dan mengambil data-data dari referensi terkait dengan judul.     HYBRID LEARNING SYSTEM BASED ON PROJECT INTERNALIZED LOCAL WISDOM VALUES TO REALIZE PANCASILA STUDENT CHARACTER

    The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the Society 5.0 Era have provided convenience and challenges to the education system. Through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, transformation efforts are made to produce graduates who have the character profile of Pancasila students who are globally competitive. However, the results of the pre-survey on the mathematics learning media course revealed several problems, such as the low character profile of Pancasila students in critical, creative, independent, and mutual cooperation reasoning, as well as the quality of the use of learning technology that is not optimal. To overcome this problem, a learning innovation study was conducted on the mathematics learning media course with the aim of developing a valid and practical project-based hybrid learning system design. This research is a research and development (R&D) involving students and lecturers of the mathematics education study program at Muhammadiyah Metro University. The research stages include curriculum analysis, hybrid design prototype design, expert assessment, and implementation of hybrid design in learning. The results of the study showed that the hybrid learning design developed was very valid with an average score of 81.67% and very practical with an average score of 85.5%. This design combines face-to-face classroom methods, synchronous and asynchronous virtual collaboration, and self-paced learning. This design can be applied to other courses with adjustments to learning objectives, activity strategies, and available time

    ENHANCING MATHEMATICAL LITERACY THROUGH GEOGEBRA CLASSROOM-ASSISTED LEARNING: A CASE STUDY IN INDONESIAN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

    Mathematical literacy is important for helping students solve real-world problems through mathematical reasoning. However, students in Indonesia still demonstrate low performance in this area. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of GeoGebra Classroom-assisted learning in improving the mathematical literacy of eighth-grade students on the topic of exponents and roots. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected from 22 students through written tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The results showed that GeoGebra Classroom supported conceptual understanding, improved visualization of abstract material, and increased student motivation and engagement. The use of this interactive technology had a positive impact on all indicators of mathematical literacy. These findings suggest that GeoGebra Classroom is an effective tool for enhancing mathematical literacy, and further research with larger and more diverse samples is recommended to strengthen and expand upon these results

    HYPOTHETICAL LEARNING TRAJECTORY BASED ON INQUIRY LEARNING TO FIND THE VOLUME OF SPACE

    Geometry is a branch of mathematics crucial in developing students' thinking skills. International and national studies show that students have a low understanding of geometry concepts, especially the volume of space.  It is caused by learning that does not facilitate building students' understanding. This study aims to develop and implement a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory based on Inquiry Learning (HLT-IL) to facilitate elementary students' understanding of the volume of cubes and blocks. A design research methodology comprised three main phases: preparing for the experiment, conducting the teaching experiment, and retrospective analysis. The study's instruments consisted of worksheets, observation sheets, and tests.  The participants were fifth-grade students categorized into three skill levels: low, medium, and high. The resulting HLT-IL comprised five main activities: orientation, conceptualization, investigation, conclusion, and discussion, and nine sub-activities: introduction and discovery, questioning, hypothesis generation, exploration, experimentation, data interpretation, summarizing and comparing, communication, and reflection. The results showed that 26 out of 28 students (92.86%) reached the satisfactory category, while 2 students (7.14%) remained in the unsatisfactory category. These findings indicate that the inquiry-based learning trajectory can be an effective alternative for supporting conceptual discovery, particularly in learning the volume of space in primary education
