    Weld identification technology of pressure steel pipe for wall-climbing robot operation

    With the continuous development of hydropower industry in China, the test and maintenance task of hydropower generator set is increasingly heavy. As a key component of the generator set, the water inlet pressure steel pipe, because of its large diameter and long distance characteristics, makes the past by manual detection and maintenance of the operation mode has a long period, high labor intensity and other problems. With the progress of robot technology, mobile robots are considered to solve the above problems instead of manual work. In the inspection and maintenance of pressure steel pipe, there are many tasks around welding seams. In order to improve the quality and effi ciency of robot operation, it is necessary to realize high-precision welding seam identifi cation. This paper takes the welding seam identifi cation of pressure steel pipe as the research content, adopts the semantic segmentation method based on improved DeepLabv3+, takes the two-track wall-climbing mobile robot as the test platform, and takes the actual pressure steel pipe as the test object to carry out the algorithm instantiation test and analysis. Field tests show that the pressure steel pipe weld identifi cation technology can identify the weld effi ciently and accurately, which is helpful to improve the working effi ciency and accuracy of the wall-climbing robot

    Intelligent high-altitude power inspection vision module based on KendryteK210 microcontroller

    Now our country has a huge electric power system, it needs a complex electric power transmission network to support its normal operation. With the development of unmanned aerial vehicle platform and microprocessor technology in recent years, the unmanned aerial vehicle inspection platform based on microprocessor is an important development direction of power transmission network maintenance. Based on this background, this paper designs an intelligent high-altitude line inspection vision module based on KendryteK210 microcontroller. The module can be used as a UAV load to carry out efficient power line patrol work, and wireless communication is carried out by ESP8285Wi-Fi. First of all, the inspection vision module uses OV2640 visible light camera to complete the target image data acquisition. Then, in the process of data processing, the least square method and Theil-Sen regression algorithm are combined to get the target line object, so as to get the slope and length of the line object and other parameters. Finally, the target in the image was identifi ed based on the yolov2 neural network model, and then the fl ight path instruction was provided for the UAV platform

    The battery pack of a pure electric vehicle is composed of multiple battery cells connected in series and parallel, and in the process of battery charging and discharging and long-term use, it will cause an imbalance between the battery cells or battery packs, which affects the capacity utilization and service life of the battery. This paper analyzes the electric vehicle lithium-ion battery pack as a study of equalization control, and analyzes the equalization variables used for the battery pack, the battery model, the external characteristics of the battery, and the SOC estimation based on the extended Kalman filter algorithm. The SOC is used as the equalization variable, so that all the battery cells are basically at the same charging and discharging depth, which makes full use of the power of the battery pack, and improves the safety performance of the battery pack when it is working, and an equalization control simulation model is constructed in Matlab/Simulink software, and the equalization method and the system of this paper for the battery cluster are simulated and researched

    Compared with the conventional rotary motor, the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) has the advantages of simple structure, large thrust and good fast response. However, due to the linear motor ripple disturbance and positioning force changes will cause thrust fl uctuatio ns, but also aff ected by the end eff ect, slotting force and load changes, system parameter drift, nonlinear friction force, etc., resulting in poor system controllability, which directly aff ects the positioning and trajectory tracking accuracy of the linear motor, by observing the thrust fl uctuations of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, By using prediction function and fuzzy control algorithm, the thrust fl uctuation suppression method based on fuzzy prediction function control is established, and the improved prediction function fuzzy controller is constructed. According to the deviation and deviation change rate of the system, the parameters of the fuzzy controller are optimized and adjusted online by using the proportional coeffi cient, so as to improve the comprehensive performance of the linear motor servo system, and provide the theoretical basis and technical approach for realizing the high-performance linear motion system
