An quantificational method for 51 pesticide residues determination in Pu'er tea by LC-MS/MS
Pesticide residues in tea is a major issue due to their widely used in tea cultivation. Thus, to protect consumers, an appropriate method for determination of their residues in tea should be done. In this study, a method for the simultaneous determination of 51 pesticides in tea was developed and validated. The tea sample was extracted by acetonitrile and purified SPE clearnet TPT column followed by liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) with multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The method was validated according to the linearity, limit of detention, precision, the percentage of recovery at three different spike levels. The linear concentration range used was 10-100ng/ mL, the square of Correlation coefficient r2 was more than >0.995. Recoveries were adequate being in the acceptable range of 72-89% and RSD of <19 % for all the analytes at three level of 0.01,0.05 and 0.11mg/kg, the LOD of all chemicals from 0.001 mg/kg to 0.01 mg/kg .The method was applied for the determination for 400 tea samples collected from Pu'er which contain green tea and black tea. Among the analyzed samples , 36 % samples had Imidacloprid and 25% sample contain Acetamiprid, which were at a level below the European Union maximum residue levels (EU-MRLs). The information would be beneficial for Pu'er tea exporters

Algorithm Study on Improving Application Efficiency of Independent Solar Power Supply System
With the development of photovoltaic (PV) technologies, applications of photovoltaic have grown rapidly, indicating that the photovoltaic are attractive to produce environmentally benign electricity for diversified purposes. In order to maximize the use of solar energy, this thesis focuses on the PV power generation systems, which includes modeling of PV systems, maximum power point tracking (MPPT) methods for PV arrays. Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) method is an important means to improve the system efficiency of PV power generation system. MPPT theory and various MPPT algorithms are introduced in the literature. Based on those researches, this thesis proposes a novel implementation of an adaptive duty cycle P&O algorithm that can reduce the main drawbacks commonly related to the traditional P&O method

High Precision Vehicle Location Technologies Based on Traffic Lights
According to the low positioning precision and high cost of traditional vehicle positioning technologies, and combined advantages of the newly arisen visible light communication like no extra transmitter needed, no electromagnetic interference and free license, this paper proposed a vehicle positioning method based on traffic light, which could generate the vehicle’s position with the time difference of arrival of the signal light. Also its improved methods based on plan revolution theory were discussed to overcome the deficient in non-coplanar condition and improve the positioning precision. Simulation results showed that these methods, with simple computation and low implementation cost, could realize a real-time high-precision positioning performance, and could meet the requirements of the intelligence transportation system
Wireless Smart Node and Private Cloud Based Environmental Noise Monitoring System
This paper introduces a wireless smart node and private cloud based city ambient noise detection and processing system. With the function of noise data preprocessing and storage, self-diagnostics, and power management, the smart node implements a high-precision, wide-area and continuous noise data acquisition in urban environment. Data are send back from smart node all-round the city to processing center running on private cloud through public mobile communication networks. Applications on the private cloud manage, analyzing and do a data fusion job with geographic information system. The system requires less setting and maintenance cost, and has more flexibility for update and extension.
Brief Discussion of Surveying Technology of Three-dimensional Digital Topographic Map

Analysis on Semiconductor Thermoelectric Cooler Temperature Control System Based on MCU
With the progress of science and technology, material application science has developed rapidly. As a kind of new material, the semiconductor refrigeration material has been well applied. Based on that, this essay studies semiconductor thermoelectric cooler temperature control system based on MCU and its application. The research indicates that by controlling power supply’s unit circuit with power dissipation, the system controls the working condition (refrigeration / heating switch, adjustable power) of semiconductor thermoelectric cooler to achieve the goal of measuring and controlling the temperature of some equipment, guaranteeing their proper functioning. The system is easy to operate, and it works safely and reliably, which could meet the overall performance requirements, and is of great application prospect and promotion value
