Integrated Management System for Coal Mine Locomotive Transportation
Combined with the reconstruction project of underground locomotive transportation system in Guqiao Coal Mine of Huainan Mining Group, the dissertation studies the comprehensive management system of coal mine locomotive transportation. The accuracy of ZigBee wireless positioning technology is improved through Gaussian filtering to make it applicable to more complex underground coal mine environment. Frequency conversion control is used in the motor control circuit to realize real-time calculation of the running speed of the locomotive. By analyzing the control scheme of the turnout and traffic lights, the explosion isolation and essential safety control sub-station suitable for gas mine are designed. Communication platform construction of the system is realized through wireless base station of Benan mine and industrial network of coal mine. System relevant data can be uploaded to the ground dispatching center in real time, so that the scheduling staff can reasonably arrange the scheduling tasks in a timely manner. The optimized logistics management and storage management system makes the material dispatching and transportation more reasonable and scientific. Design of Video Teaching System Based on Virtual Reality Technology
With the progress of the times and the development of network technology, great changes have taken place in the mode of education and teaching, and the traditional mode of education and teaching has been unable to meet the current teaching situation and requirements. Under this background, many scholars have developed a variety of teaching models adapted to the background of the times, which has achieved good results. In order to realize the reform and innovation of teaching mode, this paper designs a film and television teaching system based on virtual reality technology. In the era of Internet of Things and big data, Internet of Things technology is used as support to realize the transmission and sharing of teaching information in film and television teaching system. In the research, data mining technology is used to collect relevant data of teaching resources and teaching information, and relevant algorithms in data mining are used to realize data processing. Experiment of film and television teaching system in different stages of education system and the application of film and television teaching theory courses, experiment courses for students and education development index are analyzed. According to the end of the experiment, the influence of results show that the film and television teaching system in the use of elementary school, junior high school, high school and university level are 25.32%, 31.44%, 18.46% and 47.76% respectively. The film and television teaching system plays a significant role in students’ experimental course scores. The use of the film and television teaching system has raised the development index of education and teaching in each stage of education from 1.12, 1.33, 1.47 and 1.36 to 2.14, 2.21, 2.36 and 2.44 respectively, indicating that the film and television teaching system has a certain promoting effect on the development of education and teaching
Research on Anti-flutter Processing of Aeroengine Casing
Due to the thin and rigid wall of aeroengine casing, it is easy to reduce the machining accuracy for the vibration of machine tools and cutting tools. Therefore, this paper designed an auxiliary fixture that can suppress such vibration. According to the vibration absorption principle of the tuned mass damper, this fixture is designed to transfer the vibration energy of the casing to the auxiliary fixture so as to reduce the vibration of the casing itself. According to Ansy’s work bench analysis, this fixture can significantly reduce the vibration of the casing. The results show that the maximum vibration amplitude of the casing is reduced by 60%, and the average vibration amplitude is also significantly reduced. The auxiliary fixture has many advantages such as simple installation, simple disassembly and installation, strong expansibility and so on
Analysis of Fungal System Decomposition Ability under Ka-Volterra Model
Differential equations are used to describe the decomposition ability of fungi and systems with multiple species under the influence of various factors. These factors include characteristics of the fungus itself, such as mycelium elongation, water tolerance, interactions between fungal populations, and the effects of the external environment. With reference to the classical population model and the Karvolterra differential equation model, the research made a further extension on these two models to describe the change of the population size along with the time and the decomposition ability of different species of fungi by adding a series of influencing factors to the equation. The effect of the interaction between various fungi on the decomposition rate was considered. Finally, we describe the trend of the overall decomposing ability of the system under the external environment. In summary, our model starts from initial models that describe populations of different species and the wood decomposition capacity of fungi under the influence of various factors, and simulates the wood decomposition capacity of a realistic polyfungal system on a given land

Technologies of Earthquake Early Warning Systems: Prediction and Prevention
Destructive shaking movements triggered by earthquakes can cause significant losses such as human sacrifice, house damage and property loss. Sichuan earthquake of 2008, happened in southwestern China, caused over 69,000 death and 374,176 injured[1]. It is not just the earthquake itself that is deadly, the subsequent debris flows and plagues deprived more lives. For instance, outbreaks of the Plague of Justinian occur months or even up to a year after high-magnitude earthquakes. Large earthquakes initiate chains of surface and underground processes that last much longer than the brief moments of strong shaking [2]. Earthquake induced geohazards, including landslides in mountainous regions, floods from temporary lakes, plague after major rainfalls, remain a significant threat[2]. Even extreme geohazard like volcanic eruption can be triggered by earthquakes. An apparent question is raised: ‘what if we can predict shaking with previous seconds of warning once an earthquake rupture begins?’. Earthquake early warning (EEW) system shows us the answer, using seismic knowledge and the technology of monitoring systems to alert devices when shaking waves generated by an earthquake appeared (USGS, 2012). Accurate prediction of earthquake can give people more time to prepare for shaking and the geohazard events it triggers. Governments should provide more resources to EEW to reduce earthquake damage to people and property, especially in poor countries where the education about disaster prevention is immature
Casting Simulation of Aluminum Alloy Piston Based on ProCAST
In view of the defects such as shrinkage porosity, shrinkage cavity and uneven grain size in the casting process of aluminum alloy piston, the numerical simulation of ZL108 aluminum alloy piston casting process was carried out by using Procast professional casting finite element analysis software. The three process parameters of pouring temperature, pouring speed and mold temperature were investigated by orthogonal test method, and the grain size and comprehensive scores of shrinkage porosity, shrinkage cavity distribution and mold filling rate. The results show that the optimal combination of process parameters is the pouring temperature of 700 ℃, the pouring speed of 0.3 kg/s and the mold temperature of 150 ℃.
