    Point cloud analysis method for high voltage breakdown and creepage problems in metal-encapsulated Microsystems

    In the face of the potential breakdown and creepage risks in metal encapsulated high-voltage isolation Microsystems, a new reliability analysis method combining high-precision modeling and graph theory was established in this paper to provide a strong guarantee for product design and testing. Firstly, the 3D model of the microsystem is transformed into a point cloud model, and a computable numerical model is formed by fi ltering and surface reconstruction. Then, according to the geometric characteristics and physical relations, the surface creepage problem and breakdown problem are equivalent to the calculation of geodesic path and Euclidean path respectively. The Dijkstra algorithm is optimized according to the layout of microsystem, and the breakdown and creepage paths after packaging are calculated. Finally, the risk level of the product is judged by reference to the experimental standard. The results of the control experiment match with the calculation, and the precision is ideal, which shows the eff ectiveness of the method for microsystem-related problems

    Quantitative Research on Hotspots and Frontiers of Mass Customization Research

    Mass customization (MC) has become an important means for enterprises to gain competitiveness, but there is a lack of systematic analysis of recent research on MC. The study conducts quantitative research on 1018 valid documents in the Web of Science database in the past ten years using bibliometric analysis and the CiteSpace software to understand MC's research hotspots and frontiers. Firstly, the data results show that keywords such as mass customization and design appear the most frequently, representing the high attention paid to them by academia. Secondly, keywords such as big data and information technology have the highest centrality value, indicating their relatively important position in MC. Finally, keywords such as industry 4.0, smart manufacturing and 3d printing are the keywords of recent MC research. This study will provide some reference for researchers to comprehensively understand the hotspots and frontiers of MC research

    Study on the optimized control strategy of the DAB converter

    Due to the rapid development of DC power generation and transmission technology, it has become the central link of high voltage AC transmission and low voltage DC distribution network, and the medium and low voltage DC distribution network has attracted more attention. In the medium and low voltage DC distribution network, the high-frequency isolation bidirectional DCDC-driven converter is required as an interconnection equipment for electrical isolation, current conversion and bidirectional power flow. To reduce the voltage stress of the switching element of the dual active bridge (DAB) autoconverter used in the medium voltage environment, the three-level topology is incorporated into the autoconverter of the audio broadcast. The three-input-output level (3L) DAB converter has the advantages of both input-output level automatic converter and DAB converter, which is more convenient to operate and has great application and development prospects. For the 3L-DAB converter and its optimal management, taking the double-free-phase-shift controller as an example, it first constructs the segmented time-domain map mode of the automatic converter, and analyzes its operation characteristics, which provides a basis for the subsequent research. The power switching transistors of the two-channel free phase-shift timing converter meet the soft switching requirements, and we deduce the influence of the nonlinear influence on the soft switching range. Then, the reliability optimization strategy is given in view of the non-matching conditions, and then the equivalent conditions of the two optimization methods are derived. Finally, we analyze that the segmented time domain mapping method is not suitable for the model changes, construct the multi-degree of freedom universal phase shift controller mode, and derive the fundamental wave optimization game

    Visual prosthesis is designed and developed to help the blind people to restore vision [1]. Image processor is an essential part of visual prosthesis. It receives image data from a camera, and fulfills specific image processing strategy to transfer image information to data forms that can be recognized by implanted stimulator. To extract useful information from original image and provide satisfying image processing ability are the basic requirements for the image processor. In this article, an image processor based on ARM Cortex-A9 processor running mobile operating system Android is introduced. Image processing algorithms such as edge detection are applied to provide vital information of the scene to the following components. Software optimizations like using native code and hardware acceleration are made to reduce the processing time. After optimization, this image processor can process a 640*480 image within 50ms. This work could become the foundation of future researches to build visual prosthesis with impressive processing ability and flexibility
