Research on the present situation and development direction of mechanical engineering intelligence
In the era of Industry 4.0, the traditional mechanical engineering method has been unable to meet the modern manufacturing
industry’s demand for efficient, accurate and fast production. Through the introduction of intelligent technology to greatly improve the
degree of automation and production effi ciency of mechanical engineering, reduce production costs, improve product quality and accuracy,
and further meet the diversifi ed needs of the market, has become an important trend in the development of modern manufacturing industry.
Based on this, this paper fi rst analyzes the signifi cance and current situation of mechanical engineering intelligence, and then discusses
its development direction combined with relevant practical experience, in order to offer suggestions for the development of modern
manufacturing industry

Research on real-time scheduling algorithm of federated learning tasks based on energy optimization on NoC platform
Federal learning technology can realize global data sharing and reduce the risk of privacy disclosure under the premise of
ensuring data security. Aiming at the problem of task assignment scheduling in federated learning process, this paper studies the problem
of federated learning task scheduling on NoC multi-core platform under cloud computing architecture. Considering the limited computing
resources of physical nodes, this paper describes the problem of optimal assignment and execution of tasks on network nodes as a mixed
integer nonlinear programming problem. In order to improve the computational effi ciency, the original problem can be equitably converted
into a mixed integer linear programming problem. Finally, the scheduling method is verifi ed by real application of task set, and the infl uence
of parameter selection on scheduling scheme is studied
Institutional pressure and omni-channel strategic choice of retail enterprises
Based on the institutional theory, this study explores how institutional pressure aff ects the omnichannel strategic choice
of retail enterprises. The results show that mandatory pressure, imitative pressure and normative pressure all positively aff ect the adoption
of omnichannel strategy by retail enterprises. This study expands the research perspective of omnichannel retail strategy, enricheds the
application of institutional theory in marketing fi eld, and provides reference for retail enterprises to make omnichannel strategic decisions

Unmanned multi target tracking based on boundary IoU target association
Aiming at the defects of target matching measurement and fixed life cycle management in traditional multi-target tracking, a target
association and adaptive life cycle management strategy based on boundary IoU is proposed. Boundary IoU takes into account the advantages
of Euclidean distance and IoU, which can improve the accuracy of target matching. The adaptive life cycle management correlates the target
trajectory confidence with the life cycle, which significantly reduces the target loss and trajectory false detection during the tracking process.
Experiments on KITTI multi-target tracking dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method

An Analysis on the Implementation Path of Employee Stock Ownership System in State-owned Enterprises Based on the Perspective of Technological Innovation
Technological innovation is the core factor of economic development and the source of competitiveness of state-owned
enterprises. Based on the innovation-driven development strategy, employee stock ownership has become an important link in the reform of
state-owned enterprises, and the employee stock ownership system of state-owned enterprises is of great signifi cance for the innovation and
development of enterprises. Employee stock ownership system is a kind of long-term salary incentive, which has been developed for decades
in China. This system arrangement enables employees to participate in the production process as shareholders and laborers. Scientific
and reasonable employee stock ownership system not only improves the welfare of employees, but also helps to enhance the innovation
performance of enterprises. In view of this, this paper starts with the relevant theories of the employee stock ownership system, and on this
