    Purpose of this study to find out the Analysis of Management Archives Coaching by Tangerang District Library and Archives Services. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews with 5 (five) informants, observation, and documentation. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that the activities of archiving guidance carried out by the Tangerang District Disperpusip begins with the stages of planning, coordination, preparation of materials for archiving development, and the implementation of archiving guidance activities which are divided into two types, namely technical guidance conducted classically to OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) ) and direct assistance to the archives manager in the village. The technical guidance activity began with gathering archive managers from each OPD namely the Office and Agency after that the activity continued with the delivery of material classically with the theme "Dynamic Archive Management, That is Depreciation With the Focus of Moving Archives". In addition, the assistance was carried out by selecting archive managers from two to three villages and continued by providing direct training on how to organize files properly with the theme "Active Dynamic Archive Management". The obstacles faced in the activities of fostering archives are Human Resources and Archive management

    The leader is the most dominant figure on the effectiveness of achieving organizational goals. But on the other hand subordinates also have an important role so that leaders are able to achieve goals effectively by prioritizing collectivity. Leaders in their role in influencing subordinates are inseparable from their skills in positioning themselves in certain situations. Therefore, Reddin revealed that the situational dimension becomes important to consider, namely on the task dimension, relationship orientation and effectiveness. Furthermore, Reddin developed the three dimensions into 12 types of leaders through four basic types of leaders namely separated types, related types, dedicated types and integrated types. Each type is grouped into 8 types of leaders from less effective to more effective. The implications of Reddin's theory make it easy for leaders in achieving organizational goals that emphasize situational relationships with subordinates

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran dan strategi Penyuluh Agama Islam dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Islam wasathiyah sebagai upaya menangkal radikalisme dan intoleransi di masyarakat Desa Kumpulrejo, Kecamatan Argomulyo, Kota Salatiga. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap penyuluh agama serta masyarakat binaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluh agama berperan strategis sebagai komunikator, mediator sosial, edukator, dan motivator dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Internalisasi nilai wasathiyah dilakukan melalui penguatan majelis taklim, pendekatan persuasif berbasis kearifan lokal, serta pemanfaatan dakwah digital sebagai media pendukung. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pemetaan integratif empat peran penyuluh dalam konteks masyarakat desa urban-religius dengan resistensi keagamaan laten, termasuk resistensi terhadap simbol kebangsaan, serta kombinasi strategi dakwah tatap muka dan digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Penyuluh Agama Islam merupakan aktor kunci dalam memperkuat moderasi beragama dan menjaga harmoni sosial di tingkat akar rumput.

    Artikel ini membahas tentang media audio visual dalam sebuah pembelajaran PAI, Proses pembelajaran merupakan sebuah proses komunikasi. Dalam suatu proses komunikasi tersebut selalu melibatkan tiga komponen pokok, yaitu pendidik, peserta didik, dan materi Pelajaran Seringkali dalam sebuah proses pembelajaran terjadi kegagalan informasi. Dalam hal ini, berarti bahwa suatu materi pelajaran disampaikan oleh pendidik ke peserta didik tidak tersampaikan secara baik, dan kadang juga peserta didik salah memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh pendidik. Untuk menghindari kejadian tersebut maka seorang pendidik hendaknya menyusun sebuah strategi pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media dan sumber belajar yang tersedia.     The transformation of Arabic language learning in the digital era requires teachers to optimally utilize digital media innovatively to enhance student engagement and comprehension. This study aims to explore teachers’ strategies in implementing interactive digital media-based learning, identify the challenges encountered, and examine the solutions applied at MAN Kota Batu. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through classroom observations, in-depth teacher interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that teachers employ various interactive media applications—including digital quizzes, interactive visual media, and online learning platforms—to promote active student participation. The main challenges include limited infrastructure, unstable internet connectivity, and teachers’ technical skills. The school addresses these issues by providing technology training, improving digital facilities, and optimizing available learning devices. This study confirms that interactive digital media-based learning can significantly enhance students’ motivation and understanding, provided that teachers’ strategies are implemented effectively and technical obstacles are addressed. The findings contribute to the development of digital technology-based teaching strategies for Arabic language learning in secondary schools and can serve as a reference for innovative instructional practices in the digital era.Transformasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di era digital menuntut guru untuk memanfaatkan media digital secara optimal dan inovatif guna meningkatkan keterlibatan serta pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran interaktif berbasis media digital, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, serta mengkaji solusi yang diterapkan di MAN Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memanfaatkan berbagai aplikasi media interaktif—termasuk kuis digital, media visual interaktif, dan platform pembelajaran daring—untuk mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, konektivitas internet yang tidak stabil, serta keterampilan teknis guru. Pihak sekolah mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan menyediakan pelatihan teknologi, meningkatkan fasilitas digital, dan mengoptimalkan perangkat pembelajaran yang tersedia. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran interaktif berbasis media digital dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa, selama strategi guru diterapkan secara efektif dan kendala teknis dapat diatasi. Temuan ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi pengajaran berbasis teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di sekolah menengah serta dapat menjadi rujukan bagi praktik pembelajaran inovatif di era digital

    The Concept of Mental Health in Islamic Education: An Integrative Analysis between Positive Psychology and Qur’anic Spirituality

    This study examines the concept of mental health within the framework of Islamic education by integrating insights from positive psychology and Qur’anic spirituality. The main reason for this research stems from the growing mental health crisis among youth worldwide and the need for holistic frameworks that combine psychological science with spiritual wisdom. Using a qualitative library research approach, the study systematically analyzes classical Islamic texts, modern psychological theories, and contemporary scholarly works to construct an integrative conceptual model. The analysis reveals that Islam views mental health as a dynamic harmony between intellect, emotion, and spirit, anchored in the Qur’anic notions of tazkiyah al-nafs (self-purification). This contrasts yet complements the human flourishing model of positive psychology, which focuses on meaning, engagement, and accomplishment. The findings suggest that Islamic education offers a transformative pedagogical approach that fosters resilience, gratitude, and spiritual awareness, thus providing an ethical-spiritual foundation for mental well-being. The implications of this study emphasize the need for educational institutions to incorporate Qur’anic spirituality and moral development into mental health education, promoting a balance between psychological growth and divine consciousness

    Mubtada’ and Khabar in Al-Kawākib ad-Durriyyah and Syarḥ Alfiyah Ibn ‘Aqīl: A Comparative Syntactic Analysis

    The study of mubtada’ (subject/topic) and khabar (predicate/comment) in Arabic grammar reveals diverse definitions and complex rules that often confuse learners, particularly in al-Kawākib al-Durriyyah and Syarḥ Ibn ‘Aqīl, which differ in their schools of thought and systematic organization. This study aims to compare the concepts of mubtada’ and khabar in both works using a qualitative library-based approach with a comparative–interpretative method and content analysis conducted through data collection, classification, and interpretation. The findings reveal significant differences in aspects related to ‘āmil, the number of musawwighāt, and the rules of taqdīm wa ta’khīr, while both works share similarities in discussing the ruling on the multiplicity of khabar, despite differing in the conditions for its annulment. These differences reflect systematic efforts and simplification strategies aligned with the characteristics and levels of each work, thereby facilitating a clearer understanding of classical Arabic grammatical concepts for modern learner

    Peran Pemerintah Desa dalam Implementasi Program Lamongan Sehat Untuk Penanggulangan Stunting di Desa Kramat Kecamatan Lamongan Kabupaten Lamongan

    This research investigates the pivotal role of village authorities in executing the Lamongan Sehat initiative as a strategy to combat stunting in Kramat Village, located in the Lamongan District of Lamongan Regency. Employing a qualitative case study methodology, data were gathered through comprehensive interviews, participatory field observation, and analysis of program documentation. The results demonstrate a marked reduction in stunting prevalence, from 27.5% in 2022 to 9.4% in 2023. This achievement stems from several targeted interventions, including the distribution of supplementary food, regular monitoring of child growth, community-based nutrition education, and the active participation of trained health cadres and residents. Despite these advancements, certain issues persist, such as a shortage of qualified nutritionists, resistance to behavioral change, and disparities in service accessibility. The study recommends enhancing the training of local health workers, integrating health efforts with other village development programs, establishing effective referral and monitoring systems, and ensuring consistent village budget allocation. These insights affirm the essential function of village governments in formulating long-term, community-centered approaches to enhance child health and strengthen human capital

    Domestic violence is a widespread social problem that disproportionately affects women and reflects deep-seated gender inequalities embedded in personal, cultural, and institutional structures. Feminist theory offers a critical lens for understanding how patriarchal norms and unequal power dynamics normalize abusive behavior while restricting victims’ access to justice and support. This study explores the feminist representation of domestic violence in the film It Ends with Us, adapted from Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel, which has drawn significant attention for its portrayal of intimate partner abuse. Using a qualitative approach grounded in feminist criticism, the research examines the film’s depiction of physical violence, emotional manipulation, coercive control, and the psychological complexities faced by survivors. The narrative follows Lily Bloom, a woman trapped in a cycle of affection and harm, whose experiences highlight the intergenerational transmission of trauma and the lingering effects of witnessing violence in childhood. Her journey reflects the difficult process of asserting identity and agency within an abusive relationship. The analysis considers cinematic and narrative techniques such as framing, symbolism, dialogue, and character development to assess how the film shapes audience empathy and understanding. It also evaluates whether the film challenges or reinforces traditional gender roles and societal misconceptions surrounding domestic abuse. The findings suggest that It Ends with Us has meaningful potential to raise awareness, influence public conversation, and support feminist advocacy aimed at confronting patriarchal structures. Ultimately, the study argues that the film demonstrates the transformative capacity of feminist storytelling to encourage social reflection and empower survivors

    LANGUAGE AS A WEAPON: THE PRAGMATIC FUNCTION OF POINTERS AND REFERENCES IN SUPER SUS IMPOSTOR COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES

    Online multiplayer games such as Super Sus have become new linguistic environments where persuasion, deception, and identity are enacted through digital communication. This study investigates the pragmatic use of pointing (deixis) and referring (reference) expressions by Impostor players in Super Sus. By applying Levinson’s (1983) deixis theory and Yule’s (1996) reference framework, the study examines how linguistic expressions function as strategic tools for manipulating attention and constructing credibility. Data were collected qualitatively from in-game text and voice interactions between June and August 2025. Findings indicate that Impostors use four main pragmatic strategies: (1) vague deixis to diffuse suspicion, (2) specific reference to target others, (3) spatial–temporal deixis to fabricate alibis, and (4) person deixis to align or disalign with player groups. These findings demonstrate that in Super Sus, language functions not merely as communication but as a weapon, an instrument of survival and deception in digital interaction
