Ketidak Adilan Gender dalam Novel Yuni Karya Ade Ubaidil (Kajian Feminisme)
Get PDFKetidakadilan gender masih menjadi isu yang relevan dalam masyarakat dan sering tercermin dalam karya sastra, termasuk novel. Penelitian ini menganalisis ketidakadilan gender dalam novel Yuni karya Ade Ubaidil menggunakan pendekatan feminisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk ketidakadilan gender, faktor penyebab, serta dampaknya terhadap tokoh dalam novel. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakadilan gender dalam novel ini terwujud dalam lima bentuk utama, yaitu subordinasi, stereotipe, beban ganda, marginalisasi, dan kekerasan. Faktor utama penyebab ketidakadilan meliputi faktor budaya, legal, dan ekonomi. Ketidakadilan gender dalam novel ini berdampak secara psikologis dan fisik terhadap tokoh perempuan, seperti kecemasan, ketakutan, serta pengalaman kekerasan dalam berbagai bentuk. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa novel Yuni merepresentasikan realitas sosial ketidakadilan gender yang masih terjadi di masyarakat dan menjadi refleksi penting dalam memahami serta mengkritisi konstruksi sosial yang membatasi peran perempuan
Study Kejahatan di Indonesia dalam Novel Tanah Para Bandit Karya Tere Liye (Kajian Hegemoni)
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketimpangan sosial, politik, dan ekonomi yang menciptakan kesenjangan antara kelompok berkuasa dan kelompok terpinggirkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pola kejahatan dalam novel Tanah Para Bandit karya Tere Liye melalui pendekatan kajian hegemoni. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah memahami relasi kekuasaan dan dominasi ideologi antara kelompok sosial penjahat dan aparat penegak hukum serta bagaimana hubungan ini merepresentasikan masyarakat Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan kajian hegemoni Antonio Gramsci. Data diperoleh dari teks novel dan dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi dinamika sosial serta struktur kekuasaan yang tercermin dalam cerita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hubungan antara polisi dan penjahat bersifat saling memengaruhi dalam membentuk realitas sosial yang kompleks; (2) batas antara kebenaran dan kejahatan dalam masyarakat tidak selalu tegas; dan (3) kejahatan bukan hanya tindakan individu, tetapi juga hasil dari ketidakadilan struktural yang dipelihara oleh kelompok dominan. Dengan demikian, novel ini merefleksikan bagaimana sistem sosial yang timpang mendorong individu untuk melakukan kejahatan sebagai bentuk perlawanan atau sekadar bertahan hidup
Improving Vocabulary Mastery through Japanese Anime Subtitles: An Experimental Study of A Silent Voice: MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA MELALUI SUBTITLE ANIME JEPANG: STUDI EKSPERIMEN PADA A SILENT VOICE
Get PDFVocabulary mastery plays a central role in language learning as it directly supports the development of other language skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing. However, many EFL learners continue to face difficulties in mastering vocabulary due to limited exposure to authentic language input. This study aimed to investigate the impact of Japanese anime subtitles on students’ vocabulary mastery. The research employed a quantitative approach using a one-group pretest posttest design. The participants were tenth-grade students at SMA Ahmad Yani 2 Baureno, who were given a pretest to measure their initial vocabulary mastery, followed by treatment through the use of Japanese anime subtitles, and finally a posttest to measure the outcome of the intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired-samples t-test. The findings indicated that students’ vocabulary mastery improved significantly after the treatment, with the mean score increasing from 9.45 in the pretest to 12.41 in the posttest. The results also showed greater consistency in students’ performance, as reflected by the narrowing gap between the lowest and highest scores. The t-test confirmed that the improvement was statistically significant, suggesting that the use of subtitled anime had a strong and meaningful effect on vocabulary mastery. In conclusion, the study highlights the potential of integrating Japanese anime subtitles into EFL teaching as an engaging and effective strategy to improve vocabulary mastery, while also recommending future research with larger samples and control group

Get PDFKabupaten Lamongan merupakan salah satu sentra perikanan utama di Jawa Timur, namun pusat distribusi perikanannya, yakni Pasar Ikan Lamongan yang berada di kawasan padat permukiman, mengalami berbagai permasalahan seperti pencemaran, kemacetan, dan ketidaknyamanan lingkungan. Melalui pendekatan Arsitektur Modern, perancangan relokasi pasar ikan ke kawasan Jalan Lingkar Utara di Desa Deket Kulon bertujuan mewujudkan pasar yang lebih fungsional, higienis, dan representatif. Kajian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil perancangan menekankan fungsi, kejujuran material, dan estetika sederhana khas arsitektur modern, dengan pengolahan massa bangunan, sirkulasi, dan ruang yang mendukung kenyamanan serta efisiensi distribusi hasil perikanan. Relokasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kebersihan pasar, namun juga menjadi bagian dari penataan kawasan utara Lamongan yang berorientasi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan

Islamic Education in the Formation of Religious Moderation Attitudes in the Selosari Magetan Community
Get PDFThis research aims to explore the role of Islamic education in shaping religious moderation attitudes in the community of Selosari Village, Magetan, East Java. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study design, data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation during January to June 2023, with data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions that are validated through source triangulation. The results of the study show that Islamic education plays a significant role in the formation of religious moderation attitudes through the integration of moderation values in the curriculum, inclusive teaching methods, and active community involvement, despite facing challenges from the influence of radical groups. The conclusion of the study shows that Islamic education in Selosari has succeeded in forming religious moderation attitudes through an integrated approach and community involvement
PENGARUH HARGA, STORE ATMOSPHERE DAN PROMOSI INSTAGRAM TERHADAP MINAT BELI PRODUK PADA COFFEE SHOP SUNNY STORY WONOGIRI
Get PDFThis study has the purpose of analyzing the influence of price, store atmosphere, and Instagram promotion on buying interest at Sunny Story Coffee shop in Wonogiri. The population that became part of this study was all consumers of the sunny story wonogiri coffee shop. By utilizing the purposive sampling method, the criteria used include customers who have seen Sunny Story Wonogiri's Instagram Coffee Shop Instagram promotion, know the location of Sunny Story Coffee shop, and consumers who have received Sunny Story Coffee shop recommendations from friends or other people. A sample of 40 respondents was taken. The findings of the research that have been carried out indicate that partially, price variables and Instagram promotions have no effect on buying interest while store atmosphere has an influence on buying interest. Meanwhile, simultaneously the three variables mentioned affect buying interest. This aspect indicates that a marketing strategy that considers and develops a store atmosphere will provide great benefits for Sunny Story's business growth
MANAJEMEN KONFLIK UNTUK KEBERHASILAN ORGANISASI: STRATEGI DAN TANTANGAN
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of conflict, effective conflict management strategies, and challenges in its implementation in the Pucangro Village IPNU organization. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with administrators and members of the organization, direct observation of organizational activities, and analysis of internal documents. Conflicts in organizations have positive impacts such as encouraging innovation and strengthening relationships between members, but they can also reduce productivity and performance if not managed properly. This study found that open communication strategies, mediation, collaboration, and conflict management training are effective approaches in resolving conflicts. However, the implementation of these strategies faces challenges such as members' lack of understanding of conflict management, misalignment of the strategy with the local cultural context, communication barriers, lack of resource support, and the dominance of individual leadership. This study suggests strengthening training, internal communication, and inclusive leadership to optimize conflict management in community-based organizations. These findings make practical and theoretical contributions to conflict management in organizations.English translation.

Then a descriptive analysis of the data is carried out to draw conclusions. Based on the studies already carried out, the conclusion can be drawn that the digital branding strategy (X1) has a significant positive impact on marketing improvement. COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN CONVENTIONAL PAWNSHOPS AND SHARIA PAWNSHOPS: BENEFITS, CHALLENGES, AND IMPLICATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS: Keuntungan, Tantangan, dan Implikasinya bagi Nasabah
Get PDFThis research seeks to uncover the advantages and disadvantages between conventional pawnshops and Islamic pawnshops. The focus of the research is on the advantages, challenges, and implications of both types of pawnshops for customers. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with a comparative study technique based on data from previous research. Conventional pawnshops operate based on an interesting system, while Sharia pawnshops use usury-free Sharia principles and prioritize murabahah and ijarah contracts. The results show that conventional pawnshops tend to be more flexible in terms of requirements and processes, but are subject to interest charges that can be burdensome for customers. Islamic pawnshops, on the other hand, offer a fairer solution that complies with Islamic financial principles, although they often face challenges in terms of public understanding and more complex procedures. The implications for customers depend largely on their needs, understanding and values, with choices having to take into account both financial aspects and compliance with sharia principles. This research provides insights for customers in choosing the type of pawnshop that suits their needs and values.
