    Medina dalam Pendidikan Modern: Kepemimpinan Nabi sebagai Kerangka Kerja untuk Tata Kelola Pendidikan yang Inklusif dan Transformatif

    This research aims to examine in depth the life history of the Prophet Muhammad SAW during the Medina period, as well as explore its relevance in the context of leadership and education today. The main issue studied is how the transformation of the Prophet's da'wah in Medina formed the foundation of a strong Islamic socio-political system, and how its values can be applied in the modern world of education. An important context of this issue is the lack of research that explicitly links the prophetic values of the Medina period with contemporary educational leadership. This research uses the library research method by examining primary sources such as Sirah Nabawiyah and other academic literature. The results of the study show that the Prophet's principles such as social justice, cross-group brotherhood, interfaith tolerance, and leadership regeneration are very relevant to build an inclusive, collaborative, and civilized education system. The conclusion of this study confirms that the Prophet's leadership in Medina is a transformative model that can be used as an example in managing educational institutions in the modern era. It is recommended that follow-up research be carried out with a field approach to test the implementation of these values in real practicePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam sejarah hidup Nabi Muhammad SAW selama periode Madinah, serta mengeksplorasi relevansinya dalam konteks kepemimpinan dan pendidikan saat ini. Isu utama yang diteliti adalah bagaimana transformasi dakwah Nabi di Madinah membentuk dasar sistem sosial-politik Islam yang kuat, dan bagaimana nilai-nilainya dapat diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan modern. Kontekstualisasi penting dari isu ini adalah kurangnya penelitian yang secara eksplisit menghubungkan nilai-nilai kenabian periode Madinah dengan kepemimpinan pendidikan kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian perpustakaan dengan menganalisis sumber primer seperti Sirah Nabawiyah dan literatur akademik lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip Nabi seperti keadilan sosial, persaudaraan antar kelompok, toleransi antar agama, dan regenerasi kepemimpinan sangat relevan untuk membangun sistem pendidikan yang inklusif, kolaboratif, dan beradab. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan Nabi di Madinah merupakan model transformatif yang dapat dijadikan contoh dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan di era modern. Disarankan agar penelitian lanjutan dilakukan dengan pendekatan lapangan untuk menguji implementasi nilai-nilai ini dalam praktik nyata

    Mobilitas pekerja migran merupakan fenomena global yang tidak hanya berdampak pada negara penerima, tetapi juga menghadirkan tantangan signifikan bagi negara asal, terutama dalam hal reintegrasi sosial dan ekonomi pasca-kepulangan. Kabupaten Banyumas menjadi salah satu kantong migran asal Indonesia yang menghadapi problematika serupa. Program Banyumas Sejahtera hadir sebagai inisiatif pemerintah daerah untuk mendukung reintegrasi pekerja migran melalui pelatihan keterampilan, dukungan ekonomi, dan pendampingan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Program Banyumas Sejahtera sebagai bentuk lokalisasi norma global dalam kebijakan reintegrasi pekerja migran. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen terhadap pelaksanaan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini telah menjangkau sebagian besar pekerja migran yang kembali, terutama kelompok prosedural, melalui intervensi sosial-ekonomi berbasis komunitas. Meskipun demikian, terdapat sejumlah tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, rendahnya partisipasi migran non-prosedural, dan kurangnya kerangka evaluasi berbasis norma internasional. Secara konseptual, program ini mencerminkan proses lokalisasi norma global seperti safe and dignified return dan reintegrasi berkelanjutan sebagaimana diatur dalam Global Compact for Migration dan SDG 10.7. Studi ini berkontribusi pada kajian Hubungan Internasional dengan menyoroti dinamika penerjemahan norma global ke dalam praktik kebijakan lokal, serta pentingnya penguatan peran pemerintah daerah dalam tata kelola migrasi transnasional

    Pendidikan tinggi sebagai jenjang pendidikan yang mendukung kehidupan profesionalitas serta kesejahteraan membuat individu memutuskan untuk menjadi mahasiswi yang merantau dengan konsekuensi dapat mengatur kehidupan khususnya masalah keuangan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku berhutang pada mahasiswi yang merantau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penentuan sampel melalui purposive sampling, perilaku berhutang diukur berdasarkan skala debt behavior dan kontrol diri diukur menggunakan disposisional self control sedangkan data dalam penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku berhutang. Dengan demikian, kemampuan individu dalam mengendalikan dirinya dalam konteks finansial dapat menurunkan kecenderungan individu dalam berhutang

    TANTANGAN DAN STRATEGI GURU PAI DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KELAS INKLUSIF DI MTS ZAINUL ISHLAH KOTA PROBOLINGGO

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi tantangan dan strategi yang dilakukan guru dalam mewujudkan kelas inklusif di MTs Zainul Ishlah Kota Probolinggo, sebuah madrasah berbasis pesantren yang menghadapi beragam kebutuhan belajar siswa tanpa dukungan sistem pendidikan inklusi formal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru, observasi partisipatif selama proses pembelajaran, dan dokumentasi kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data untuk menyaring informasi relevan, penyajian data secara sistematis untuk mengungkap pola dan hubungan antar kategori, serta penarikan kesimpulan yang berorientasi pada interpretasi makna dari hasil temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menghadapi tantangan dari aspek akademik berupa keragaman kemampuan dan kebutuhan belajar siswa, tantangan sosial seperti adanya diskriminasi dari teman sebaya, serta tantangan teknis yang meliputi kelelahan fisik siswa akibat aktivitas pesantren, keterbatasan media pembelajaran, dan belum adanya pelatihan khusus terkait pendidikan inklusif. Dalam merespons tantangan tersebut, guru menerapkan strategi berbasis empati, komunikasi interpersonal, dan adaptasi pembelajaran, seperti membangun relasi personal dengan siswa, memberikan waktu belajar tambahan, menyesuaikan materi ajar dengan konteks kehidupan santri, memanfaatkan peran teman sebaya sebagai dukungan belajar, dan menumbuhkan budaya saling menghargai di kelas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pendidikan inklusif di madrasah berbasis pesantren tidak hanya ditentukan oleh sarana atau pelatihan formal, tetapi juga sangat bergantung pada sensitivitas sosial, kreativitas, dan komitmen guru dalam merespons kebutuhan beragam peserta didik

    EFFECTIVENESS OF PRODUCTIVE ZAKAT PROGRAMS IN IMPROVING THE WELFARE OF MUSTAHIQ: A STUDY AT BAZNAS BONE REGENCY

    This study analyzes the effectiveness of the productive zakat program implemented by BAZNAS Bone Regency in improving the welfare and economic independence of mustahik (recipients). Traditional zakat distribution is often consumptive, providing only temporary relief , whereas productive zakat aims to create sustainable income by providing business capital. This research used a qualitative field research design, conducted at the BAZNAS Bone office. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with BAZNAS management and mustahik, observation, and documentation. The findings prove the program is effective. Recipients, including a 'Thai Chicken Rice Bowl' culinary entrepreneur and a small shop owner, demonstrated significant economic improvement. They transitioned from unemployment or lacking capital to generating stable income, achieving economic independence, hiring employees, and funding their children's education. The study concludes that the productive zakat program effectively improves mustahik welfare. However, to optimize results and overcome identified challenges, such as marketing and financial separation, reinforcement through continuous mentorship and entrepreneurship education is necessary

    This study examines the implementation of Islamic educational values integrated with entrepreneurship (edupreneurship) in elementary schools in Central Java, considering the importance of preparing a generation that is not only morally virtuous but also possesses an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. The research objectives are to analyze historical patterns of Islamic value-based edupreneurship development, identify implementation strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness on character formation and entrepreneurial competencies of elementary students. The study employs a mixed-methods approach with an embedded concurrent design. Research subjects include 240 students in grades 4-6, 24 teachers, and 12 principals from 12 Islamic elementary schools in Semarang, Surakarta, and Pekalongan selected through purposive sampling. Research instruments consist of entrepreneurial competency questionnaires, observation guides, and in-depth interview guides. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, while qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis and data triangulation techniques. Results indicate that Islamic value-based edupreneurship implementation in Central Java elementary schools has developed since the 2010s through curriculum integration, market day programs, and student cooperatives. Dominant Islamic values implemented include honesty (amanah), hard work (itqan), and responsibility (mas'uliyah). There were significant increases in student creativity (78.5%), independence (72.3%), and entrepreneurial awareness (65.8%). This study recommends strengthening parent-school collaboration, developing edupreneurship modules based on local wisdom, and supportive policies from local governments for program sustainability

    Indonesia is known as a country with a high level of religiosity. Nearly every aspect of social life is imbued with religious practices. However, a paradox arises when corruption rates remain high and national development often stalls. This paper examines the relationship between religion, corruption, and development. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, it was found that high levels of religiosity do not automatically equate to low levels of corruption. This is due to the weak internalization of religious values ​​in social life, the dominance of ritualistic understanding of religion, and the limited role of religious leaders in overseeing development. Therefore, a reorientation of religious understanding toward a more ethical, transformative, and practical one is urgently needed to realize just and integrated development

    THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING PERKINS AND BLYTHE TEACHING MODEL IN ACQUIRING PHILOSOPHICAL CONCEPTS AMONG ELEVENTH GRADE SECONDARY STUDENTS

    This experimental study investigated the effectiveness of the Perkins and Blythe Teaching for Understanding framework in enhancing philosophical concept acquisition among eleventh-grade students in Kurdistan Region, Iraq. Seventy-two male students from Sêmêl Preparatory School participated in this quasi-experimental design with partial control during the 2024-2025 academic year. The experimental group (n=37) received instruction usFbating the Perkins and Blythe model, while the control group (n=35) followed conventional teaching methods. The study covered three chapters from the Grade 11 Philosophy textbook: Introduction to Philosophy, Logic and Critical Thinking, and Ethics and Moral Philosophy. A 30-item concept acquisition test measuring definition, discrimination, and application levels was administered as pre-test and post-test. Independent samples t-test revealed statistically significant differences (p<0.05) favoring the experimental group in post-test comparison (t=7.528). Paired samples t-test showed significant improvement within the experimental group between pre-test and post-test (t=19.842). The experimental group demonstrated superior performance across all three concept acquisition levels. These findings suggest that the Perkins and Blythe framework promotes deeper understanding of philosophical concepts compared to traditional methods, supporting its integration into philosophy curricula and warranting professional development programs for secondary teachers

    Strategi Pembentukan Karakter Religius Santri Melalui Pembiasaan Sholat Tahajud Di Pondok Pesantren Kebon Dalem Desa Tanggungan Kecamatan Pucuk Kabupaten Lamongan

    Religious character education is the core of the Islamic education system, especially in Islamic boarding schools. However, the rapid flow of modernization and low spiritual awareness are evident in the behavior of students, such as starting to neglect sunnah worship, and being easily influenced by practical lifestyles. This condition is a serious challenge, including at the Kebon Dalem Islamic Boarding School in Tanggungan Village. To address this challenge, this Islamic boarding school implements several strategies through the habit of praying Tahajud as a means of forming the religious character of students. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the strategies implemented (2) to identify supporting and inhibiting factors (3) to analyze the impact of the habit of praying Tahajud on the formation of religious character of students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that (1) The strategies implemented include role models, routine scheduling, supervision, personal motivation and emotional approaches, and evaluation (2) Supporting factors such as the active role of administrators, religious environment, and student awareness. While inhibiting factors include laziness, physical condition, lack of sleep patterns, and different backgrounds (3) The impact of religious character formation is seen in positive thinking patterns, good behavior, piety, istiqomah, patience, and sincerity in worship. So this finding confirms that the habit of praying Tahajud with the right strategy is able to form the religious character of students effectively and sustainably
