Peran Guru PAI dalam Membangun Karakter Mandiri Siswa Kelas X di MA Darul Ulum Pasinan Baureno Bojonegoro
Get PDFThis study aims to assess the role of Islamic religious education teachers (PAI) in building independent characters of class X students at the Ma Darul Ulum Pasinan Baureno Bojonegoro. Independence is one of the important characters that students must have to face future challenges. PAI teachers have a strategic role in instilling independence values through religious teaching and daily behaviors. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that PAI teachers at Ma Darul Ulum Pasinan Baureno Bojonegoro have carried out various efforts to build students' independent characters. Pai teachers provide individual tasks that encourage students to learn independently, facilitate group discussions to improve the ability to communicate and work, and provide sustainable guidance and motivation. Although most students show good independence, there are several groups that still need to increase teamwork. This can be seen from several groups whose members work alone, there is no clear division of tasks, and the lack of interaction between members. Therefore, more intensive and sustainable guidance from teachers is very necessary to optimize student learning independence. This study concluded that the role of pie teachers was very important in shaping the character of the students, but the need for a more effective strategy to overcome the constraints in teamwork
REGISTER GAYA BICARA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR PADA KONTEKS PERCAKAPAN DI SEKOLAH : KAJIAN SOSIOPRAGMATIK
Get PDFBahasa memainkan peran penting dalam komunikasi sosial, terutama di sekolah dasar, sebagai media untuk mengungkapkan gagasan dan membentuk hubungan sosial. Namun, siswa sering kali terpengaruh oleh faktor sosial, seperti lingkungan, teman sebaya, dan media sosial, yang mengarah pada penggunaan bahasa informal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan register gaya bicara yang digunakan oleh siswa sekolah dasar dalam percakapan dengan guru, serta (2) mendeskripsikan register gaya bicara siswa dalam percakapan antar teman di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket yang dilakukan di SDN 1 Lopang, Kecamatan Kembangbahu, tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan sosiopragmatik untuk memahami pengaruh faktor sosial terhadap penggunaan bahasa siswa dalam komunikasi sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam komunikasi dengan guru, siswa cenderung menggunakan register formal dengan pilihan kata baku, nada bicara tenang, serta struktur kalimat yang sesuai norma kebahasaan. Sebaliknya, dalam interaksi dengan teman sebaya, siswa lebih sering menggunakan register informal yang lebih santai dan fleksibel. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa register gaya bicara siswa sekolah dasar bersifat dinamis dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial, budaya, serta lingkungan. Lingkungan sekolah membentuk pola komunikasi yang lebih formal dalam interaksi dengan guru, sementara hubungan sosial dengan teman sebaya memungkinkan penggunaan register yang lebih santai dan ekspresif. Selain itu, faktor eksternal seperti latar belakang keluarga dan paparan teknologi turut berperan dalam membentuk variasi register siswa dalam percakapan sehari-hari
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF MANASIK DENGAN METODE FONIK PADA MEMBACA PERMULAAN KELAS 1 SD
Get PDFPengembangan media Manasik ini didasari atas kesulitan siswa dalam memahami proses membaca. Pada kondisi siswa yang belum dapat membedakan simbol huruf dan bunyinya, buku cetak membaca tentu kurang maksimal, perlu dukungan lain untuk mengucapkan bunyi hurufnya. Dalam konteks ini pengembangan media berbasis aplikasi interaktif menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan proses, kualitas, dan keefektifan pengembangan media manasik dalam pembelajaran membaca permulaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian R&D. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif kuantitatif. Pengembangan media manasik ini, diawali dengan menentukan lokasi penelitian, melakukan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa guna mengetahui analisis kebutuhan guru, siswa dan kurikulum serta analisis terkait materi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian. Kelayakan media ini juga memberikan kontribusi pada siswa karena sudah divalidasi ahli media dan ahli materi media pembelajaran, Hasil validasi tersebut menambah kesempurnaan dan dapat membuat siswa meningkatkan hasil belajarannya. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan tingkat keefektifannya yaitu dengan melakukan posttest untuk memperoleh nilai siswa sesudah belajar menggunakan Manasik. Diperoleh data nilai rata-rata sebelum menggunakan Manasik adalah 73,90 sedangkan nilai rata-rata sesudah penggunaan Manasik adalah 86,70 ada peningkatan nilai dengan selisih 12,80. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA KORAN MABA BERBASIS CANVA DENGAN PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL MATERI MENULIS TEKS PROSEDUR
No full textPenelitian ini mengembangkan media Koran Maba berbasis aplikasi Canva untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas IV SD, menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Prosedur penyusunan produk Koran Maba berbasis aplikasi Canva melalui enam tahap yaitu (1) analisis produk yang dikembangkan; (2) mengembangkan produk awal; (3) validasi produk; (4) revisi desain; (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi produk; (6) uji coba skala luas dan produk akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media Koran Maba berbasis aplikasi Canva materi menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar; (2) Untuk mengetahui kevalidan media Koran Maba berbasis aplikasi Canva materi menulis Teks Prosedur siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar; (3) Untuk mengetahui kepraktisan media siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar; (4) Untuk mengetahui keefektifan media Koran Maba berbasis aplikasi Hasil validasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata 5,00 dari validator media dan ahli media, masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Respon guru terhadap media ini juga tinggi dengan rata-rata 4,96, sedangkan 97% siswa memberikan tanggapan positif. Media ini terbukti efektif, dengan hasil N-gain sebesar 0,55 dalam kategori sedang, menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan menulis siswa. Kesimpulannya, Koran Maba berbasis Canva adalah media pembelajaran yang valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa Sekolah Dasar
ANALISIS NILAI-NILAI PERSAHABATAN DALAM NOVEL HUJAN KARYA TERE LIYE
Get PDFThis article analyzes the value of friendship in Tere Liye's novel Hujan. The study employs a qualitative research method using a literary sociology approach to explore how values such as loyalty, trust, support, mutual cooperation, and affection are reflected in the interactions between characters, particularly between the protagonists Lail and Esok. The analysis is based on the plot, characterization, setting, and themes of the novel. The findings indicate that Hujan not only presents an engaging fictional narrative but also conveys exemplary moral values to its readers. The depiction of friendship in the novel emphasizes the importance of honest relationships, mutual support, and trust.Artikel ini menganalisis nilai persahabatan dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra untuk mengkaji bagaimana nilai-nilai persahabatan seperti kesetiaan, kepercayaan, dukungan, gotong royong, dan kasih sayang tercermin dalam interaksi antar tokoh, khususnya antara tokoh utama Lail dan Esok. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengamati alur, ciri, latar, dan tema novel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel “Hujan” tidak hanya menyajikan cerita fiksi yang menarik, namun juga mengandung nilai-nilai moral yang patut diteladani bagi pembacanya. The Role of Women in the History of Islamic Education (Examining Educational Concepts from a Montessori Perspective)
Get PDFThis article aims to examine the role of women in the history of Islamic education and analyze its conformity with the principles of Montessori education. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study method, which focuses on reviewing literature on the history of Islamic education, biographies of Muslim women figures, and Montessori pedagogical theory. The research results show that women have actively contributed to the development of Islamic education since the beginning, both as students, teachers and founders of educational institutions. Figures such as Aisyah RA, Fatimah al-Fihri, and Zainab bint al-Kamal show that women play a strategic role in the transmission of Islamic knowledge. Furthermore, it was found that the educational values applied by women in Islamic history—such as experience-based learning, character formation, and a humanistic approach—were closely related to Montessori principles. This research concludes that integrating the values of Islamic women's education with the Montessori approach can be an important strategy in designing an Islamic education system that is inclusive, spiritual and gender equitable. This article recommends the need to revitalize the role of women in Islamic education as part of an educational system update that is relevant to the challenges of the times.

Get PDFThis study explores the portrayal of beauty standards and beauty privilege in the classic fairy tale Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, using a feminist literary approach and intersectionality theory. The tale, widely known through the Brothers Grimm version and its popular adaptations, continues to influence societal perceptions of beauty, particularly concerning women. The research is motivated by the need to critically examine how such narratives contribute to the normalization of idealized beauty and its impact on gender roles. In this tale, beauty is not only central to the protagonist’s identity but also determines how others treat her, reflecting how physical appearance can translate into unearned social advantages—a concept known as beauty privilege. The study employs a qualitative content analysis method, focusing on selected narrative elements and character interactions that emphasize Snow White's appearance. Using feminist literary criticism, the analysis investigates how Snow White's beauty becomes the primary source of her value, overshadowing traits such as intellect or agency. Meanwhile, intersectionality theory is used to examine how beauty interacts with other social factors, such as gender and age, to shape power dynamics and privileges in the story. The findings reveal that Snow White’s beauty repeatedly spares her life, earns her protection and admiration from strangers, and culminates in a marriage proposal. These privileges underline the societal inclination to reward those who conform to dominant beauty ideals. This study contributes to broader discussions on how literature perpetuates gendered beauty norms and their real-life implications on women’s roles and worth

ANALISIS RETORIKA FERRY IRWANDI DALAM VIDEO YOUTUBE: “HOW TO BE A GOOD STORYTELLER”
Get PDFThe development of digital media has changed the pattern of public communication, including in delivering persuasive messages. This study aims to analyze the rhetorical strategies used by Ferry Irwandi in a YouTube video entitled How To Be a Good Storyteller. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through observation and content analysis techniques. The focus of the study refers to three elements of classical rhetoric: speaker credibility (ethos), emotional appeal (pathos), and logical reasoning (logos). The results of the study show that Ferry Irwandi consistently integrates these three elements in delivering his narrative. He builds ethos through personal experience, activates pathos with a relaxed and familiar language style, and composes logos sequentially and systematically. This study concludes that classical rhetorical strategies remain relevant and effective in increasing the persuasive power of communication in the digital era.Perkembangan media digital telah mengubah pola komunikasi publik, termasuk dalam penyampaian pesan persuasif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi retorika yang digunakan oleh Ferry Irwandi dalam video YouTube berjudul How To Be a Good Storyteller. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui teknik observasi dan analisis isi. Fokus kajian mengacu pada tiga elemen retorika klasik: kredibilitas pembicara (ethos), daya tarik emosional (pathos), dan penalaran logis (logos). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ferry Irwandi secara konsisten mengintegrasikan ketiga unsur tersebut dalam penyampaian narasinya. Ia membangun ethos melalui pengalaman pribadi, mengaktifkan pathos dengan gaya bahasa santai dan akrab, serta menyusun logos secara runtut dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi retorika klasik tetap relevan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan daya persuasi komunikasi di era digital
STRATEGI GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BERCERITA SISWA KELAS 4 DI SD NEGERI 2 SUMITA
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the types of strategies and challenges encountered in storytelling instruction for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Sumita. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection methods and instruments used were observation and interviews. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Sumita, with the research subjects being fourth-grade students and their classroom teacher. The results of the study show that: (1) the teacher implemented various storytelling strategies that were communicative, participatory, and interactive. The strategies included the use of visual media such as picture series and videos, small group discussions, practice sessions for storytelling in front of the class, and the provision of direct feedback on students' performances. Each lesson began with a clear explanation of the learning objectives, continued with core activities that actively involved students, and concluded with reinforcement and relevant follow-up assignments. These strategies proved effective in enhancing student participation, creativity, and confidence in oral storytelling; (2) the main challenges faced by the teacher included differences in students’ abilities to construct and deliver stories, lack of self-confidence among some students when speaking in front of the class, limited instructional time, and the lack of varied teaching media. Although strategies and media had been used optimally, these obstacles still hindered equitable learning outcomes. To address these issues, the teacher began to apply a gradual approach through small groups and planned to integrate more engaging digital learning technologies to better accommodate students' needs in a flexible and inclusive manner.
