Pengaruh Kombinasi Dosis Pupuk Guano Phosphate dan Dosis Pupuk NPK terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata L.)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi dosis pupuk guano fosfat dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari hingga Mei 2025 di Kebun Benih Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Tohudan, Karanganyar, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu pupuk guano fosfat (0, 24, 48, dan 72 g/tan) dan pupuk NPK 16-16-16 (0, 3, 4,2, dan 5,4 g/tan), yang dikombinasikan menjadi 16 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat brangkasan basah dan kering, muncul bunga, jumlah bunga dan polong, panjang polong, berat biji kering, dan berat 100 biji kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk guano fosfat dan pupuk NPK masing-masing berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, berat brangkasan basah, berat brangkasan kering, muncul bunga, jumlah bunga, jumlah polong, panjang polong, berat biji kering, dan berat 100 biji kering. Interaksi signifikan antara kedua jenis pupuk terjadi pada tinggi tanaman, berat brangkasan basah, jumlah polong, dan berat 100 biji kering. Kombinasi pupuk organik dan anorganik memberikan pengaruh sinergis terhadap ketersediaan unsur hara, sehingga mendukung pertumbuhan vegetatif dan generatif tanaman kacang hijau. Dengan demikian, penggunaan kombinasi pupuk guano fosfat dan NPK 16-16-16 dapat menjadi strategi pemupukan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang hijau secara berkelanjutan

Get PDF The vital role of events lies in the power of sponsorship. The relationship between sponsorship (supporters) and consumer response has been a subject of marketing relationship management studies, but there has been little research from the perspective of sponsorship (sponsors). The purpose of this study is to explore, from the perspective of sponsorship, the relationship between sponsors and sponsees at custom culture events in Indonesia using the concepts of brand alliance and relationship marketing. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was used to expand the scope of knowledge of relationship management in the entertainment industry in event sponsorship and information for the event industry and professionals. The results of the study found important points regarding the effectiveness of relational marketing management, which includes event strategy, cross-organizational culture building, positive relationships between individuals, and relationship stability as attributes of successful sponsorship relationship management
ANALYSIS OF ENVIRONMENTAL SCARCITIES, ENTREPRENEURIAL ADAPTATION, AND INSTITUTIONAL GAPS IN SMALL-SCALE ENTERPRISES IN NIGERIA
Get PDFThis study examines the intricate relationship between the business environment and the performance of small-scale enterprises (SSEs) in Ibadan North, Nigeria. Grounded in systems theory and resource-based view, the research conceptualizes the operating environment as a "constraint frontier" that defines the limits of entrepreneurial possibility. Through a descriptive survey design, data were collected from 250 entrepreneurs, managers, and staff using structured questionnaires, with analysis conducted via descriptive statistics and Chi-square tests. Findings reveal that environmental factors—particularly access to credit, infrastructural deficiencies, and unstable government policies—constitute binding constraints that significantly impede SSE performance. Statistical evidence confirms significant relationships between external environmental factors and performance (χ²=195.023, p=0.000), socio-cultural factors and patronage (χ²=82.877, p=0.000), and government policy and enhanced performance (χ²=126.108, p=0.000). Despite these challenges, SSEs demonstrate remarkable adaptive resilience through strategies prioritizing customer satisfaction, workforce training, and operational flexibility. The study identifies critical institutional gaps in financial intermediation, infrastructure provision, and policy coherence that perpetuate environmental scarcities. The research concludes that sustainable SSE development requires targeted institutional reforms that systematically lower transaction costs, mitigate risks, and expand the entrepreneurial opportunity space. Policy recommendations emphasize the need for credit market innovations, strategic infrastructure investment, and stable regulatory frameworks to transform the constraint frontier into an enabling ecosystem for SSE growth and economic development
HIBAH DAN PEMBERDAYAAN BANGUNAN BANK SAMPAH DI SULAWESI UNTUK PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT LOKAL
Get PDFThis article analyzes the role of grants and empowerment models through the construction of Bank Sampah buildings/facilities in Sulawesi as instruments for improving the welfare of local communities while addressing waste management issues and providing raw materials for the Waste-to-Energy cluster. The analysis is based on internal documents from PT. Bumi Bersih Berenergi (BT 1.docx) that describe the zero-waste campaign program, operational constraints of the Waste Bank, local landfill practices, and plans for waste processing clustering. The results show a gap between vision and implementation: an urgent need for structured grants—with business conditions, institutional coaching, and market connectivity—as well as technical measures for hazardous waste safety, strengthening the waste value chain, and sustainable cooperative/UBS (waste bank unit) models. The article concludes with policy recommendations and a realistic and measurable grant program design

Get PDFThis community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Kelurahan Klampis, Surabaya, in implementing digital marketing as a marketing strategy to expand market reach and increase sales. The training includes an introduction to digital marketing, social media-based marketing strategies, and practical use of digital tools for creating promotional content. Additionally, intensive mentoring is conducted to ensure the successful implementation of digital marketing strategies. The evaluation results show that 90% of participants found the training useful, and 80% of participants successfully applied the strategies taught. Some participants reported a sales increase of up to 30% within two weeks after the training. Although there were some challenges, such as limited access to technology and technical skills, this training and mentoring successfully had a positive impact on the participants' business growth. Moving forward, continuous mentoring is needed to optimize the implementation of digital marketing in MSMEs
Analisis Program Smart Class Award Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Nilai-Nilai Kompetisi Siswa di MA Muhammadiyah 09 Lamongan
Get PDFThe Smart Class Award program has become a primary focus in efforts to improve the quality of education in various institutions, particularly at Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 09 Lamongan. This phenomenon is intriguing to study considering the challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions in creating a competitive learning environment with character aligned with the Pancasila student profile. This program is designed to address issues of discipline and classroom facility maintenance as well as to enhance student character, including faith, independence, creativity, global awareness, and critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Smart Class Award Program at MA Muhammadiyah 09 Lamongan, identify the challenges and obstacles encountered, and the factors influencing its success. Using a qualitative research method, data were obtained through in-depth interviews with various informants, including teachers, students, and the school principal. The data were then analyzed to understand how the program is implemented and its impact on the competitive values among students. The results of the study show that the Smart Class Award Program is effective in enhancing student competitiveness, as evidenced by increased collaboration, care, and willingness to share among students. The program also successfully improves student discipline in various aspects, including class attendance, uniform discipline, and school administration. However, the study also identifies several challenges, such as limited facilities and uneven economic conditions among students. Supporting factors for the program’s success include the boarding conditions of the students, which facilitate communication and class management, and the availability of sufficient time to manage the class, despite sacrificing some rest time. In conclusion, the Smart Class Award Program has great potential to continue improving the quality of education at MA Muhammadiyah 09 Lamongan, provided that the existing challenges are adequately addressed
"THE INFLUENCE OF PRICES, EXCISE RATES, AND PROMOTIONS ON THE DECISION TO PURCHASE CIGARETTES AT GUDANG SALT SURYA PUCUK DISTRICT, LAMONGAN REGENCY"
Get PDFThis research aims to determine how much influence price, excise rates and promotions partially and simultaneously have on the decision to purchase Gudang Garam Surya cigarettes in Pucuk District, Lamongan Regency. Using quantitative methods, this research involved a population of Gudang Garam Surya cigarette consumers in the Pucuk District, Lamongan Regency, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and processed with SPSS version 26. Data analysis methods include validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t), simultaneous test (F), and multiple linear regression analysis . The results of this research indicate that the price variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. tcount 1.558 is smaller than ttable 1.660, while the significant value is 1.490 > 0.05. Likewise, excise rates do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is proven by the result of tcount 0.224 which is smaller than ttable 1.660 while the significant value is 0.224 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the Promotion variable has a significant positive effect and is the most dominant variable on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the tcount of 7.443 which is greater than ttable 1.660 while the significant value is <0.001 <0.05. The results of the F test for the variables Price, Excise Tariff and Promotion have a simultaneous (together) effect on the decision to purchase Gudang Garam Surya cigarettes amounting to 46.186 >
2.14 and a significant level of <0.001 < 0.05. This research provides important insight into the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions for Gudang Garam Surya cigarettes in Pucuk District, Lamongan Regency

As a social reflection, this work conveys messages about morals, social, and psychology that are relevant to household life, loyalty, and the destruction caused by betrayal. The research on the Kecoa Tengah Malam script by Bode Riswandi uses a qualitative descriptive method and a pure structuralism approach. With a strong setting and structured plot, Kecoa Tengah Malam creates a sad atmosphere and betrayal that strengthens its theme. This script not only tells the story of infidelity, but also reflects how to solve a problem.Naskah Kecoa Tengah Malam karya Bode Riswandi menggambarkan konflik pengkhianatan seorang istri kepada suaminya yang lumpuh yang mengakibatkan hancurnya kepercayaan dalam hubungan suami istri dan konflik batin dalam rumah tangga. Get PDFThis study aims to describe the classification of emotions in the lyrics of the song All I Am Celebrated by Nadin Amizah. The method used by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this study is in the form of words and sentences in the lyrics of the song All I Am Celebrated by Nadin Amizah. The data collection technique used to obtain data for this research is the record and listen technique. The data was analyzed based on David Krech's theory which categorized into 4 classifications of emotions, namely, (1) Basic Emotions, (2) Emotions Related to Sensory Stimulus, (3) Emotions Related to Self-Assessment, and (4) Emotions Related to Others. The results of the analysis of basic emotions included 3 data, emotions related to sensory stimulus 1 data, emotions related to self-assessment 2 data, and emotions related to others 1 data.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan klasifikasi emosi dalam lirik lagu Semua Aku Dirayakan karya Nadin Amizah. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata dan kalimat dalam lirik lagu Semua Aku Dirayakan karya Nadin Amizah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian ini yaitu teknik catat dan simak. Data dianalisis berdasarkan teori David Krech yang mengkategorikan menjadi 4 klasifikasi emosi yaitu, (1) Emosi Dasar, (2) Emosi yang Berhubungan dengan Stimulus Sensorik, (3) Emosi yang berhubungan dengan Penilaian Diri, dan (4) Emosi yang Berhubungan dengan Orang Lain. SYMBOLISM IN “ELEMENTAL” MOVIE: A GUIDE FOR ENHANCING WRITING SKILLS THROUGH STORY RETELLING
Get PDFDeveloping writing skills remains a persistent challenge in education, particularly when conventional techniques fail to engage students meaningfully. This study investigates the effectiveness of using the animated film “Elemental” as a medium to enhance writing skills through symbolic analysis and story retelling. Grounded in sociocultural learning theory and interpretive anthropology, the study employed a mixed-methods pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design involving twenty tenth-grade students at NU 1 Vocational School Karanggeneng. Students participated in a guided intervention featuring the analysis of symbolic elements in the film, followed by structured story retelling exercises. Data were collected through pretests and posttests, which were assessed by a symbolic interpretation rubric and analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired samples t-tests, and qualitative content analysis. Quantitative findings showed that students' mean scores improved significantly from 58.90 in the pretest to 80.13 in the posttest, with symbolic understanding achieving the highest improvement at 47.4% (p < 0.001). Qualitative analysis revealed enhanced abilities in interpreting symbolic meanings and embedding them creatively into narratives. This study concludes that incorporating symbolic analysis into multimedia-based instruction effectively fosters critical literacy and creative writing skills. Limitations include the small sample size and the relatively short duration of the intervention, suggesting that future research should explore longitudinal impacts and the application of symbolic storytelling strategies across broader educational contexts
