ANALISIS BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA SMP DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI DENGAN MEMPERHATIKAN GAYA BELAJAR MELALUI MODEL PJBL PADA MATERI KUBUS DAN BALOK
The level. of creative thinking ability among students in Indonesia is still relatively low. One solution to overcome this is to implement differentiated learning based on learning styles through the PjBL model. This study was conducted to analyze how students' creative thinking abilities vary according to their learning styles. This research employs a qualitative approach, with the research instruments including a questionnaire on learning styles, a creativity test, and an interview guide as supporting tools. This study identified that: (1) Visual learners met the fluency indicators and fell into the creative category; (2) Auditory learners met the fluency and detail indicators and fell into the creative category; (3) Kinesthetic learners met the fluency and flexibility indicators and had a high level of creativity.Tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Solusi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan melakukan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berdasarkan gaya belajar melalui model PjBL. Studi ini dilakukan guna menganalisis bagaimana kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa menurut gaya belajar. Riset ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode jenis instrumen dalam riset ini mencakup kuisioner terkait gaya belajar, tes untuk mengukur kreativitas, serta lembar panduan wawancara sebagai alat bantu. Studi ini mengidentifikasi bahwa: (1) Subjek visual mampu memenuhi indikator kelancaran dan masuk kategori kreatif; (2) Subjek auditori memenuhi indikator kelancaran dan detail serta masuk kategori kreatif; (3) Subjek kinestetik memenuhi indikator kelancaran dan keluwesan serta memiliki tingkat kreativitas yang tinggi
Pemodelan Run Up Tsunami Selat Sunda Menggunakan Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH)
The tsunami that occurred in the Sunda Strait in December 2018 caused extensive damage in the coastal areas of Banten and Lampung. This event was triggered by the collapse of Mount Anak Krakatau, which suddenly displaced water masses without being preceded by a tectonic earthquake, so its generation mechanism differs from that of a typical tsunami. In this study, the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) method was used, utilizing Sunda Strait bathymetry data to construct a simulation domain, while the tsunami source was represented by fluid deformation around Mount Anak Krakatau. This study aimed to model the propagation and run-up of the tsunami to understand the distribution of the resulting wave energy. The simulation results showed that the tsunami waves tended to propagate northeast and southeast, with a high energy concentration towards the coasts of Banten and Lampung. Although limitations in particle resolution and numerical parameters made run-up values less accurate, the SPH method was able to qualitatively describe the fluid dynamics at the wave generation and propagation stages. This approach shows potential as a tool for studying the characteristics of non-tectonic tsunamis and supporting disaster mitigation efforts in coastal areas
ANALYSIS OF ACCIDENT-PRONE LOCATIONS AND ROAD SAFETY INSPECTIONS IN YOGYAKARTA CITY
The growth in the number of motor vehicles and community activities in Yogyakarta City put great pressure on the transportation system, which has an impact on the increasing number of traffic accidents. The high accident rate shows the need to identify vulnerable locations as a basis for the preparation of prevention strategies. This study aims to identify accident-prone locations in the city of Yogyakarta through a spatial approach and formulate handling recommendations based on the results of road safety inspections. The methods used include spatial analysis using the ArcMap software-based Geographic Information System (GIS), with three main approaches, namely spatial autocorrelation analysis (Moran's I), hotspot analysis (Getis-Ord Gi), and density estimation (Kernel Density Estimation). Accident data was obtained from the Yogyakarta City Resort Police and weighted using the Equivalent Accident Number (EAN) method. The results of the analysis identified 16 hotspot points with a 99% confidence level, as well as four priority locations that require immediate handling, namely Jalan Kyai Mojo, Jalan Menteri Supeno, Jalan P. Diponegoro, and Jalan Brigjen Katamso. The results of road safety inspections show that there are problems such as damage to the road surface, markings that are not clearly visible, lack of traffic signs, and misuse of sidewalks. Handling recommendations include repairing road infrastructure, repainting markings, adding signs and crossing facilities, and restoring sidewalk functions for pedestrians. It is hoped that the implementation of this recommendation can reduce the accident rate and significantly improve traffic safety in the city of Yogyakarta
PRODUCTIVITY AND PROCESS ANALYSIS REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM WORK ON JIIPE GRESIK MOSQUE-BKMS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Controlling labor productivity in construction projects has a very important role. For example, labor productivity in the early stages of a project can have a major impact on the accuracy of schedules or plans that have been prepared. This study aims to find out the process of implementing block work in the Mosque Construction Project-BKMS JIIPE Gresik and compare the productivity of labor in the installation of beam reinforcement with productivity standards as stated in the Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 1 of 2022.
Observations were carried out directly in the field by recording the number of workers, the volume of work, and the duration of time (working hours) on the B1 Block work for eight working days, starting at 07.00–11.00 WIB. The break time lasted at 11.00–13.00 WIB, and the work continued until 16.00 WIB. In addition, recording is also carried out at the end of working hours every day to obtain process data and worker productivity values.
The reinforced concrete block work in this project uses conventional methods which include the stages of preparation, measurement, ironing, formwork installation, checking, casting, dismantling of formwork, and treatment (curing) which are all carried out at the project site with the support of certain tools. The results of the observation showed that the average labor productivity (blacksmith) for the installation of B1 beam reinforcement work reached 147,390 kg/OH, while the highest productivity was 210,532 kg/OH and the lowest was 93,986 kg/OH.
The results of calculations based on the Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 1 of 2022 show that the standard productivity for blacksmith labor is 142,857 kg/OH. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the average productivity of workers in the field had a value of 1,031 times greater than the standard of the Ministerial Regulation on PUPR
TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL DAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI DAN TRANSPARANSI KINERJA INSTANSI PEMERINTAH
Digital transformation has become a strategic agenda in strengthening the governance of government institutions. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital technology utilization on improving operational efficiency and performance transparency in government agencies, particularly in the context of implementing the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). A quantitative approach was employed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to institutional personnel using purposive sampling. Preliminary analysis results indicate that the use of digital technology has a significant positive effect on both efficiency and transparency, although challenges remain, such as human resource readiness and system integration. This research contributes theoretically by integrating the frameworks of New Public Management, the Technology Acceptance Model, and Good Governance, while also offering practical implications in the form of adaptive digitalization strategy recommendations for the public sector
E-COMMERCE DAN KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN: TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS TERHADAP TREN TERBARU DAN DAMPAKNYA PADA NIAT PEMBELIAN
The development of e-commerce has brought significant changes in the way consumers shop, and one of the main factors that influence buyer decisions is the level of consumer trust in the digital platform. This study aims to provide a systematic review of the literature on the relationship between e-commerce and consumer trust, focusing on recent trends and their impact on purchase value. Based on the analysis of various relevant studies, it was found that factors such as transactions, quality of service, information transparency, and user reviews have a significant influence on consumer trust. In addition, technological developments such as the use of AI, digital payments, and personalization also play an important role in increasing consumer confidence in e-commerce platforms that can increase purchase intent, which ultimately contributes to the success of e-commerce businesses. It is hoped that these findings can provide insight for e-commerce practitioners in designing effective strategies to build consumer trust and increase sales
Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS Melalui penggunaan Media Audio Viasual Kelas IV SDN 01 Duhiadaa Kabupaten Pohuwato
The objective of this study is to enhance students' learning interest in Science and Social Studies (IPAS) by utilizing audio-visual media among fourth-grade students at SDN 01 Duhiadaa, Pohuwato Regency. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) project conducted over two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings and followed four distinct stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were 20 students. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The results indicated a significant increase in students' interest in the IPAS subject through the use of audio-visual media, with improvements observed in each cycle. In the first cycle, the interest level reached 57%. By the second cycle, students' learning interest significantly improved, with 17 students (85%) meeting the criteria for success. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the learning interest of fourth-grade students at SDN 01 Duhiadaa was successfully improved through the application of audio-visual media
CONTENT CREATOR, DIGITAL MARKETING, DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SKINCARE WARDAH MELALUI TOKOPEDIA DAN TIKTOK SHOP DI JAWA TIMUR
This research aims to determine the influence of Content Creator, Digital Marketing, and Product Quality on Wardah Skincare Purchasing Decisions on Tokopedia and TikTok Shop (Consumer Case Study in East Java). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 27 program. The results show that Content Creator obtained a score of 3,041, Digital Marketing obtained a score of 3,102, and Product Quality obtained a score of 3,477, which shows that these results have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Product Quality is the most dominant variable in influencing Purchasing Decisions. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.856 indicates that 85.6% of the variation in Purchasing Decisions can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 14.4% is explained by other factors outside the model. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening digital strategies through Content Creator and Digital Marketing, as well as continuing to maintain Product Quality to improve consumer Purchasing Decisions in the e-commerce market
PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA, KESEJAHTERAAN KARYAWAN, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM ANDIKA JAYA PUTERA DI KEDUNGADEM BOJONEGORO
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Andika Jaya Putera di Kedungadem, Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Andika Jaya Putera dalam kurun waktu sejak dikeluarkannya izin penelitian hingga penelitian selesai dilaksanakan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Andika Jaya Putera. Variabel fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 serta nilai t hitung sebesar 4,678 > t tabel 1,689. Variabel kesejahteraan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 serta nilai t hitung sebesar 6,709 > t tabel 1,689. Variabel kompensasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 serta nilai t hitung sebesar 5,158 > t tabel 1,689.
Selain itu, ditemukan adanya pengaruh simultan yang signifikan dari variabel independen yang meliputi fasilitas kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi uji F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 (5%) serta nilai F hitung sebesar 257,549 > F tabel 4,12
PERENCANAAN SISTEM PENYALURAN AIR LIMBAH (SPAL) DAN INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR LIMBAH (IPAL) UNTUK INDUSTRI TEPUNG SAGU AREN DI DESA PLAJAN
The sago palm flour industry in Plajan Village generates wastewater containing pollutant concentrations that exceed the permitted quality standards and is still directly discharged into nearby water bodies. This study aims to design a wastewater conveyance system (SPAL) and a wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) that are appropriate for the characteristics of sago industry wastewater. The planning method is based on wastewater flow analysis, wastewater quality characteristics, and the biological design of IPAL units, referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Environment Number 5 of 2014 and relevant wastewater treatment design literature. The results show that the peak wastewater discharges are 19.38 m³/day and 17.24 m³/day for each industry, with a total SPAL network length of 80 m using PVC pipes with diameters of 5 and 6 inches. The planned IPAL units consist of an equalization tank, anaerobic digester, primary sedimentation tank, anaerobic biofilter, aerobic biofilter, and final sedimentation tank, with a total estimated cost of IDR 183,033,461.08
