    Peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor sangat strategis dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam moderat. Kepala sekolah tidak hanya bertugas mengawasi pelaksanaan kurikulum, tetapi juga membimbing guru dan staf agar pengembangan kurikulum berjalan efektif dan selaras dengan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, seperti toleransi, inklusivitas, dan penghormatan terhadap keberagaman. Melalui supervisi yang terencana, sistematis, dan berkelanjutan, kepala sekolah melakukan pengawasan, evaluasi, serta pembinaan terhadap proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan profesional guru. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga berperan sebagai motivator dan fasilitator dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang inklusif dan harmonis. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan supervisi dapat diatasi dengan pendelegasian tugas dan pendekatan kolaboratif.     Pakcoy mustard plant is a plant that is easily cultivated by farmers in Indonesia. Pakcoy mustard plants are very valuable economically because people want them. In addition to having many health benefits, pakcoy mustard plants also have a short cultivation frequency, to increase good production yields, you must pay attention to cultivation methods starting from the land processing process to harvest. Thus, the aim of this research was to examine the impact of different solid organic feltilizers ob the development and yield of organic pakcoy mustard plants. This research was designed with a regular randomized group design (RAK) consisting of seven treatments, including: No treatment, organic fertilizer application of burnt husk, fertilizer application of vermicompost, fertilizer application of chicken manure, fertilizer application of cow dung, fertilizer application of goat dung and fertilizer application of bat dung. The results of the research on this study are that it can increase the productivity of pakcoy mustard plants and the best results are found in the provision of solid organic fertilizer treatment of burnt husks

    Cucumber is one of the most popular vegetable crops in the community. However, the production yield of cucumber plants is low. To increase cucumber productivity, there are steps that can be taken, namely by agricultural intensification. Intensification is a way to develop agricultural products that maximise the potential of existing land, one of which is through fertilisation. Fertilisation that is safe for the environment and health can be done through the application of organic systems. A very effective type of organic fertiliser is kascing, which is earthworm manure. This fertiliser is rich in nutrients that can be directly absorbed by plants, making it a good choice to accelerate the growth of cucumber plants. The purpose of the study was to examine the role of applying various doses of vermicompost fertiliser to increase the productivity of cucumber plants. The method used was RAK using 7 treatments with 4 replications. The treatments included variations in fertiliser dosage, namely no fertiliser; 2.5 t/ha; 5.0 t/ha; 7.5 t/ha; 10.0 t/ha; 12.5 t/ha; and 15.0 t/ha. The observations made consisted of, fruit weight per hectare, fruit weight per plot, fruit weight per sample plant, number of leaves, and plant height. The data obtained were calculated with the F test of 5% & 1% significance. If a significant difference is obtained, the next step is the 5% BNT test. The most optimal results due to the dose treatment of fertiliser kascing to increase the productivity of baby cucumber were obtained at the highest dose, which was 15.0 t/ha, compared to other dose

    Respons Pertumbuhan Bibit Tanaman Kakao (Theobroma cacao L.) Terhadap Pemberian Biochar Sekam Padi dan Mikoriza pada Tanah Ultisol

    The availability of ultisol soil, in the form of red-yellow podzolic soil, is essential in increasing cocoa production, especially in crop cultivation to meet national cocoa needs.  This study aims to assess the effect of rice husk biochar and mycorrhiza, and the interaction of the two treatments on the growth of cocoa seedlings on red-yellow podzolic (ultisol) soil. This study used a quantitative method using Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD), with 3 blocks as replicates. The first factor is the dose of rice husk biochar consisting of four levels, namely 0 t ha-1 (B0), 10 t ha-1 (B1), 20 t ha-1 (B2), and 30 t ha-1 (B3). The second factor was the dose of mycorrhiza with 4 levels, namely 0 g polybag-1 (M0), 12.5 g polybag-1 (M1), 25 g polybag-1 (M2), and 37.5 g polybag-1 (M3). The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance and followed by the Post Hoc Tukey’s HSD at α= 5%. The results showed that the application of rice husk biochar at a dose of 30 t ha-1 gave the best results and significantly affected the plant height and crown wet weight of cocoa seedlings compared to the control. In addition, the application of mycorrhiza at a dose of 37.5 g polybag-1 also gave the best results and significantly affected plant height, stem diameter, crown wet weight, and crown dry weight of cocoa plant seedlings compared to the control. However, the interaction between the two treatments did not significantly affect each variable observed

    The irrigation system is regulated based on the frequency of watering, where water is given in the right amount at the right time. Water flows directly around the plant roots and the soil surface continuously and gradually. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of watering frequency on the growth and yield of pakcoy mustard greens and to determine the watering frequency that produces the best growth and yield.This research was conducted from May to July 2024 at the Salaran Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture and Business. This study applied seven watering treatments with different times: morning watering (P1), afternoon watering (P2), evening watering (P3), morning and afternoon watering (P4), morning and afternoon watering (P5), afternoon and afternoon watering (P6), morning, afternoon, and afternoon watering (P7). This study used 3 repetitions for each treatment, so the total number of experimental units was 21. This research method uses a Randomized Block Design (RBD), the results are analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), then further tested using DMRT with a confidence level of 5%. Based on the research results, the frequency of watering did not have a significant effect on the growth or yield of pakcoy mustard plants. Meanwhile, the best watering frequency treatment was obtained by treatments P5 and P7

    This study aims to examine the implementation of work discipline of civil servants at the Taluditi Sub-district Office, Pohuwato Regency, through a qualitative descriptive approach. The main focus of the study is on three forms of work discipline as stated by Mangkunegara, namely preventive, corrective, and progressive discipline. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of 10 key informants, including sub-district heads, sub-district secretaries, section heads, and staff. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of work discipline has been going quite well, marked by the firmness of the leadership, compliance with working hours, and efforts to increase employee awareness. Preventive discipline is realized through the implementation of rules and routine socialization, corrective discipline through reprimands and sanctions, and progressive discipline through the threat of heavier penalties for repeated violations. Although there have been no serious violations, employee internal motivation is the main factor in the success of discipline. This study recommends the need for special training, a reward system, and strengthening internal regulations in order to build a professional and sustainable work culture

    This research aims to examine the constructivism theory in Arabic language learning, its implications on the design, implementation, and evaluation of Arabic language learning, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. This research adopts a literature study approach to investigate the implications of constructivism in Arabic language learning. The analysis technique involves searching, selecting, evaluating, and analyzing relevant literature. The findings indicate that: (1) Constructivism theory supports active, meaningful, contextual, and socially interactive Arabic language learning. (2) Constructivist Arabic language learning: interaction, authentic tasks, collaboration, resources, feedback. Objectives: knowledge, communication, independence, cultural appreciation. (3) The implementation of constructivism in Arabic language learning involves the teacher as a facilitator and the students as knowledge constructors, emphasizing meaningful interaction and understanding. (4) The implications of constructivism in evaluating Arabic language learning include formative assessment, portfolios, authentic evaluation, process-oriented evaluation, diverse evaluation methods, and holistic student development. (5) Advantages of constructivism: student empowerment, meaningful learning, critical thinking skills. Disadvantages: time constraints, prior knowledge, focus on individuality.     This qualitative descriptive study aims to thoroughly describe the implementation of song media in enhancing Arabic vocabulary acquisition among fourth-grade students at MI Al-Husna Dawuhan Probolinggo, while also integrating prophetic values for character building. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving 24 students. The song media utilized was "أُحِبُّ إِنْدُونِيسِيَا" (I Love Indonesia), featuring nine thematic vocabularies. The findings indicate that the use of songs created an enjoyable learning atmosphere, increased motivation, strengthened memory, and fostered emotional engagement among students. Songs relevant to students' daily lives also encouraged teachers to design more interactive lessons. In conclusion, song media is an effective and applicable learning strategy for vocabulary acquisition and is recommended for broader implementation, supported by systematic guidelines and teacher training

    Efektivitas Model Project Based Learning Berbantu Media Kubus Satuan Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas IV MI Miftahul Ulum Duriwetan

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model assisted by unit cube media on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade IV students in cube materials. The research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design (one group pretest-posttest). The research subjects consisted of 14 students in grade IV of MI Miftahul Ulum Duriwetan. Data collection techniques use tests (pretest and posttest), observation, and documentation. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in learning outcomes, with an average pretest score of 49.29 and a posttest of 84.71. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there was a significant difference between the value before and after treatment. In conclusion, the PJBL model assisted by concrete media such as unit cubes is effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts, especially in the material of building cube space
