PENGARUH LOKASI, PROMOSI DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA WARUNG BAKSO DAN MIE AYAM PANDAWA KEPOHBARU BOJONEGORO
This research aims to analyze the influence of location, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions in MSME businesses. Feasibility study is the planning, implementation and control of various actions that have been planned to build, create and maintain service quality based on buyer decisions. The method used in this research is associative quantitative research. The aspects studied in this research used primary sampling, and obtained data through questionnaires that I gave to respondents. The researcher's hypothesis will be tested next. Data collection was carried out through field observations, interviews and literature studies. Analysis of data processed using IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that the business location variable on purchasing decisions has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Warung Bakso and Mie Ayam Pandawa Kepohbaru, while the business promotion variables and purchasing service quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Pandawa Chicken Meatball and Noodle Stall Kepohbar
Interpersonal Communication of PAI Teachers in Forming Discipline and Responsibility Characters among for Childhood
Interpersonal communication has an important role in the educational process, especially in forming children's character. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers have a big responsibility in educating and guiding children at school. Through effective interpersonal communication, PAI teachers can instill the values of discipline and responsibility in children. This research aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers' interpersonal communication in shaping the discipline and responsibility of middle childhood children at MI Islamiyah. This research uses a qualitative approach type case study research (case study). Research data uses primary and secondary data, data sources use informants, observations and documents. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis method by condensing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. Validation uses triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results of this research show that PAI teachers' interpersonal communication in forming the character of discipline and responsibility in middle childhood children at MI Islamiyah has five ways, namely generating understanding, enjoyment, influence on attitudes, good relationships, and generating actio
High School English Teachers’ Perception of Critical Thinking Concepts in Writing Class
This study explores high school English teachers' perceptions of critical thinking and their integration into English writing instruction, focusing on the Indonesian context. Critical thinking is a cornerstone of education, yet its implementation in writing classes remains underexplored, especially in secondary education. This qualitative study employs a case study design involving five high school teachers. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that teachers conceptualize critical thinking as a combination of analytical skills, logical reasoning, and creative problem-solving. Strategies such as argumentative writing tasks, peer reviews, and open-ended questioning were employed to develop students' critical thinking in writing. However, challenges such as limited student readiness, time constraints, and insufficient resources impede effective implementation. The study further identifies contextual factors unique to the Indonesian educational setting, contributing to the broader understanding of critical thinking pedagogy in diverse environments. Implications suggest the need for professional development programs, curriculum reforms, and enhanced resource allocation to support critical thinking instruction. This research underscores the importance of integrating critical thinking into English writing curricula to equip students with essential skills for academic and real-world success. Future research should explore the longitudinal impacts of these strategies and their adaptability across different educational contexts
KEEFEKTIFAN LEMBAR KERJA PESERTA DIDIK (LKPD) BERNUANSA ETNOMATEMATIKA BUDAYA LOKAL PONTIANAK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR
This study is based on the need to develop ethnomathematics-based student worksheets (LKPD) infused with local cultural elements that are effective in terms of student learning outcomes. The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the developed ethnomathematics-based LKPD, which incorporates the local culture of Pontianak, on the learning outcomes of seventh-grade junior high school students in the topic of quadrilaterals and triangles. The research method employed is descriptive with a quantitative approach and a one-shot case study design. The subjects of this study were 30 seventh-grade students from class VII A at SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap. Data were collected through tests measuring student learning outcomes. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test for one sample to test the proposed hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that the ethnomathematics-based LKPD incorporating Pontianak's local culture is effective in terms of student learning outcomes in the topic of quadrilaterals and triangles. This suggests that the developed LKPD can be utilized as a learning resource for seventh-grade junior high school students.Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) bernuansa etnomatematika budaya lokal yang efektif ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas LKPD bernuansa etnomatematika budaya lokal Pontianak yang telah dikembangkan terhadap hasil belajar materi segiempat dan segitiga siswa kelas VII SMP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain one-shot case study. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes yang mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji peringkat bertanda Wilcoxon satu sampel untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis etnomatematika budaya lokal Pontianak efektif ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa pada materi segiempat dan segitiga. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu sumber belajar untuk siswa SMP Kelas VII
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) BERBANTUAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN AUDIOVISUAL POWTOON TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA
This research was motivated by the low interest in studying mathematics in class X SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara. This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Powtoon audiovisual learning media on the learning interest of class X SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara. This research is quasi-experimental research, with a sampling technique that uses simple random sampling. The population in this study were class The samples in this research were class X1 as the control class and class X2 as the experimental class. The instruments used in this research were learning observation sheets and student learning interest questionnaire sheets. The data analysis technique used is the Independent sample T-Test and the N-Gain test with the help of SPSS 16 software. The Independent sample T-Test test results obtained a sig.(2-tailed) < 0.05, namely 0.000, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted . Meanwhile, the N-Gain Score test results were obtained at 56.64%, which is in the quite effective category. It can be concluded that there is an influence from the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by Powtoon audiovisual learning media on students' learning interest and is also quite effective in use.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya minat belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dari model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media pembelajaran audiovisual Powtoon terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasy eksperimen, dengan teknik sample yang digunakan simple random sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 yang terdiri dari 2 kelas. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas X1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas X2 menjadi kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi pembelajaran dan lembar angket minat belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Independent sample T-Test dan uji N-Gain dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil uji Independent sample T-Test memperoleh sig.(2-tailed) < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sedangkan hasil uji N-Gain Score memperoleh sebesar 56.64% termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan media pembelajaran audiovisual Powtoon terhadap minat belajar siswa dan juga cukup efektif digunakan
PROBLEMATIKA DAN UPAYA GURU DALAM MENERAPKAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA
The purpose of this study is to determine the problems faced by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in mathematics learning for class VIII at SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda and the efforts to overcome them. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of the study were two mathematics teachers for class VIII at SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda, the curriculum vice principal, and six students. The objects of the study were the problems faced by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in mathematics learning for class VIII at SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda and the efforts to overcome them. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that in implementing the independent curriculum, teachers experience problems in planning, implementing, and assessing learning. Problems in learning planning include: (1) analyzing Learning Achievements (CP) to compile Learning Objective Flow (ATP), (2) implementing diagnostic assessments, (3) compiling teaching modules, (4) compiling LKPD, (5) using teaching materials, and (6) compiling and determining Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP). Problems in implementing learning include: (1) implementing differentiated learning, (2) using technology, (3) learning atmosphere, and (4) adjusting teaching modules. Problems in learning assessment are planning and implementing assessments. Then the efforts made are: (1) socialization and training for competency development, (2) supervision and monitoring, (3) developing cooperation, and (4) supporting the school environment.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja problematika guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka pada pembelajaran matematika kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda dan upaya untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah dua guru matematika kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda, waka kurikulum, dan enam peserta didik. Objek dalam penelitian adalah problematika guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka pada pembelajaran matematika kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda dan upaya untuk mengatasinya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka guru mengalami problematika dalam perencanan, pelaksanaan, dan asesmen pembelajaran. Problematika pada perencanaan pembelajaran, antara lain: (1) menganalisis Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) untuk menyusun Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP), (2) melaksanakan asesmen diagnostik, (3) menyusun modul ajar, (4) menyusun LKPD, (5) menggunakan bahan ajar, dan (6) menyusun dan menetapkan Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Problematika pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran, antara lain: (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, (2) penggunaan teknologi, (3) suasana pembelajaran, dan (4) menyesuaikan modul ajar. Problematika pada asesmen pembelajaran adalah perencanaan dan pelaksanakan asesmen. Kemudian upaya yang dilakukan, yaitu: (1) sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengembangan kompetensi, (2) pengawasan dan monitoring, (3) pengembangan kerjasama, dan (4) dukungan lingkungan sekolah
PERANCANGAN LAPANGAN TRAINING GROUND KABUPATEN LAMONGAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR MEDITERANIA
Training Ground merupakan tempat yang dijadikan sebagai pusat kegiatan berolahraga yang dilengakpi dengan berbagai fasilitas penunjang. Training Ground diberbagai kabupaten juga tersedia, akan tetapi keberadaannya dirasa kurang berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya dan letak lokasi yang jauh untuk di jangkau. Hal ini disebabkan karena fasilitas yang belum ada memadai sehingga jarang butuhkan dan kurangnya pemerataan pembangunan. Maka dengan dibangunnya Gedung Training Ground di Kab. Lamongan dapat memberikan fasilitas kepada masyarakat yang mempunyai bakat dalam bidang Olahraga tersebut. Rencana Pembangunan Training Ground kabupaten lamongan. maka Pada perancangan pembangunan Lapangan Training Ground dengan tema arsitektur Mediterania, di mana Mediterania merupakan arsitektur dengan konsep bangunan yang mengutamakan bentuknya untuk memberikan kesan yang Unik
PENANAMAN NILAI-NILAI ISLAM WASATHIYAH DI SMPIT PERMATA KOTA PROBOLINGGO
Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan kepribadian siswa, terutama melalui pengajaran nilai-nilai luhur seperti Islam wasathiyah, yang menekankan sikap moderasi, keseimbangan, dan toleransi dalam kehidupan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPIT Permata Kota Probolinggo untuk mengeksplorasi metode serta pendekatan yang digunakan sekolah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai wasathiyah pada siswa, sekaligus mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi serta respons dari siswa, guru, dan orang tua terhadap upaya tersebut. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa SMPIT Permata menerapkan metode pembelajaran tematik yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam wasathiyah secara menyeluruh, didukung oleh kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang memperkuat karakter moderat dan toleran. Tantangan yang dihadapi termasuk latar belakang siswa yang beragam dan pengaruh lingkungan eksternal yang kurang mendukung. Meskipun demikian, respons dari siswa, guru, dan orang tua umumnya sangat positif, menunjukkan apresiasi terhadap upaya sekolah dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai wasathiyah. Namun, terdapat harapan untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut
PERAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN NON FINANSIAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN RETENSI KARYAWAN
Compensation, both financial and non-financial, plays a crucial role in enhancing employee retention. Financial compensation such as competitive salaries, bonuses, and performance-based incentives provide rewards for employees' contributions and create a sense of fairness, which is essential for attracting and retaining talent within the company. Meanwhile, non-financial compensation such as recognition, career development opportunities, work flexibility, and a supportive work environment plays a vital role in building strong emotional bonds between employees and the company, which in turn enhances their loyalty and motivation. Both types of compensation affect satisfaction, loyalty, and employee turnover rates. The implementation of transparent, fair, and relevant compensation policies can reduce turnover and foster a positive work climate. A good policy also helps improve the relationship between management and employees and supports the achievement of the company's long-term strategic goals. By designing an effective compensation system, companies can ensure organizational sustainability and success through increased employee retention, who are committed and motivated to contribute optimally
PENGARUH KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI DUSUN LOPANG DESA LOPANG KECAMATAN KEMBANGBAHU KABUPATEN LAMONGAN
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh kinerja perangkat desa terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Dusun Lopang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada 52 responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskripsi kualitatif. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah simple random sampling, dimana memilih anggota sampel dilakukan secara acak.dengan mengambil anggota sampel dari dua rukun tetangga di Dusun Lopang. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa kinerja perangkat desa berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Dusun Lopan
