Development of Processed Coconut Products (Cocos nucifera L) in the Form of Coconut Chips in Togafo Village, North Ternate City
Get PDFCommunity service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in several activities without expecting any form of reward. This community service is focused on processing coconut plantation products (Cocos nucifera .L), which is one of the main plantation products around the service area. Service activities were carried out for the community in Togafo Village, North Ternate City. This training is expected to be able to help increase people's sources of income and increase public knowledge about how to process food from coconut raw materials. The method of activity is carried out by the tutorial method and joint practice. During the training, the participants enthusiastically participated in the activities and actively engaged in two-way discussions. Participants understand and can practice coconut processing techniques into coconut chips, and this can be a business opportunity
Bio-nematicides Processing from Chicken Manure Waste Enriched with Trichoderma sp Fungi in Pangkalan Gelebak Village
Get PDFThe negative impact of using synthetic pesticides is harmful to health and damaging the environment. Pesticide residues can endanger health and reduce the competitiveness of agricultural products. The use of pesticides includes synthetic nematicides being suppressed or even avoided. One alternative to nematode control that is safe for health and environmentally friendly is bionematicide in organic chicken manure enriched with Trichoderma sp. Production of bio nematicides is an option to be applied by the farmer. This method of making bio nematicides uses simple technology, is practical, inexpensive, and easy to do at the farm level. In addition, the manufacture of this bionematicide will increase the benefits of chicken manure waste. This Community Service Activity that carried out in Pangkalan Gelebak Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency, on May 6, 2020. The result of this activity is that the farmers are very enthusiastic and motivated to make bionematicide. The bio nematicide produced is expected to control root-knot nematodes on cultivated plants to increase crop production and reduce dangerous synthetic pesticides. Bio nematicide uses are free from toxic pesticides, safe for health, more environmentally friendly, and will ultimately improve the welfare of farmer
STUDENTS’ PERCEPTIONS ON THE ACCENTS OF NON-NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS IN INTERACTIVE LISTENING AND EXTENSIVE SPEAKING CLASS
Get PDFThe objectives of this study were (I) to know the students' perceptions on the accents of non-native English speakers in the videos and (II) to identify the challenges in listening to the accents of non-native English speakers in Interactive Listening and Extensive Speaking class. The writer used descriptive qualitative in this study. The participant of this study was all students in the third semester of Interactive Listening and Extensive Speaking classes from English Education Study Program. The data were collected by giving the questionnaire to the participants, then analyzing them by using the formula of percentage calculation to be interpreted descriptively. The main finding showed that most of the students in Interactive Listening and Extensive Speaking classes had a positive perception of the accent of non-native English speakers. They believed that understanding different accents could enrich their knowledge of English accents and improve their listening skills. The challenges and difficulties that students identified in listening to the accents of non-native English speakers did not create a negative perception. They believed that listening to the non-native English accents is not easy because it was challenging for the difficulties in understanding them

WAKAF TANAH HAK MILIK BELUM TERDAFTAR
Get PDFABSTRAK Wakaf merupakan lembaga yang sangat bermanfaat bagi pengembangan aset ummat Islam. Wakaf dilakukan guna keperluan ibadah dan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat, khusus ummat Islam.Dalam perwakafan ini harta benda yang dapat diwakafkan adalah harta benda yang dimiliki dan dikuasai oleh pemiliknya secara sah. Harta benda yang dapat diwakafkan terdiri dari benda tidak bergerak dan benda bergerak. Mengenai harta benda wakaf berupa benda tidak bergerak yaitu tanah hak milik atau tanah milik adat yang belum terdaftar. Yang menjadi pusat pembahasan tulisan ini adalah pelaksanaan wakaf tanah hak milik belum terdaftar.Dengan memperhatikan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan pendapat para ahli di bidang yang terkait, maka pelaksanaan wakaf tanah hak milik yang belum terdaftar dilakukan dengan cara membuat Akta Ikrar Wakaf (AIW) yang disaksikan oleh 2(dua) orang saksi dihadapan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Ikrar Wakaf (PPAIW), dan kemudian didaftarkan ke Kantor Pertanahan setempat.Tanah wakaf yang berasal dari tanah milik adat didaftarkan ke Kantor Pertanahan setempat, menjadi tanah wakaf atas nama Nazhir, dengan melampirkan surat permohonan, peta bidang tanah/surat ukur, bukti kepemilikan tanah yang sah, baik berupa bukti tertulis, dan/atau bukti penguasaan secara fisik atas tanah yang bersangkutan dan pernyataan kesaksian dari para pemilik tanah yang berbatasan langsung, Akta Ikrar Wakaf (AIW) atau Akta Pengganti Akta Ikrar Wakaf (APAIW), surat pengesahan Nazhir yang bersangkutan dari instansi yang menyelenggarakan urusan agama tingkat kecamatan, dan surat pernyataan dari Nazhir/Wakif atau surat keterangan dari Kepala Desa/Lurah/tokoh masyarakat bahwa tanahnya tidak dalam sengketa, perkara, sita dan tidak dijaminkan. Lalu Kepala Kantor Pertanahan menerbitkan keputusan penegasan sebagai Tanah Wakaf atas nama Nazhir. Berdasarkan keputusan tersebut, Kepala Kantor Pertanahan menerbitkan Sertipikat Tanah Wakaf atas nama Nazhir. Kata Kunci: Wakaf tanah; hak milik belum terdaftar

Dinamika Populasi Ikan Sebarau (Hampala macrolepidota) di Danau Ranau, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan Lampung
Get PDFIkan Sebarau (Hampala macrolepidota Kuhl & Van Hasselt, 1823) di perairan Danau Ranau merupakan bagian dari kekayaan sumber daya hayati, populasinya perlu dipertahankan agar lestari. Laju eksploitasi Ikan Sebarau disebabkan oleh banyaknya permintaan pasar dan tingkat konsumsi yang tinggi, memicu penangkapan secara terus-menerus oleh para nelayan. Produksi hasil tangkapan mencapai 57,40 ton/ tahun. Data dan informasi mengenai stok Ikan Sebarau di danau ini belum banyak diketahui. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis stok Ikan Sebarau di Danau Ranau sebagai bahan kebijakan untuk pengelolaan perikanan di perairan danau. Riset dilakukan pada Februari, September, Oktober dan November 2017, berlokasi di Danau Ranau, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan Lampung. Ikan contoh diperoleh dari hasil tangkapan nelayan dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis alat tangkap yaitu jala dan jaring insang dengan berbagai ukuran yang biasa digunakan oleh nelayan setempat. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi panjang dan berat total. Hasil analisis hubungan panjang-berat diperoleh persamaan W = 0,0052L3,24 menunjukkan bahwa pola pertumbuhan Ikan Sebarau adalah allometrik positif. Laju mortalitas total (Z) 0,55, mortalitas alami (M) 0,46, laju kematian akibat penangkapan (F) 0,09 dan laju eksploitasi (E) 0,16 per tahun
PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN ABU SEKAM PADI PADA PEMBUATAN BATU BATA TERHADAP KUAT TEKANNYA
Get PDFThe use of bricks in the world of construction, both as structural and non-structural elements, cannot be replaced. This can be seen from the many construction projects that use bricks as walls in building and housing construction, fences, channels, and foundations. Bricks are made from a mixture of soil and water. In this study, the process of making bricks will be tried to mix the soil with the additional material of rice husk ash to determine the effect of changes in the mechanical properties of the bricks in terms of the shrinkage test and compressive strength test. The soil sample used is a type of clay soil originating from Suakarsa Village, Teluk Gelam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This study used a sample of block-shaped bricks with a length of 19.5 cm, a width of 9.5 cm, and a height of 9 cm. The variations in the composition of rice husk ash added were 0%, 3%, 4%, 5% and 6%. The addition of rice husk ash with a composition percentage of 3% to 6% can affect the mechanical properties of the bricks, namely reducing burnt losses and increasing the compressive strength of the bricks. The minimum burn value was achieved in the percentage of rice husk ash with a variation of 6%, namely by 37.55% burn loss. The optimum compressive strength value is achieved in the percentage of rice husk ash with a variation of 3% with 14 days of age, the compressive strength value is 76.88 Kg / cm². Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika Melalui Kolaborasi Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dan Pemanfaatan Kelas Maya
Get PDFThis study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in the material system of two-variable linear equations through the collaboration of Problem Based Learning models and the use of virtual classes in class XI IPA.7, SMA Negeri 8 Palembang. The study was conducted in the 2018/2019 school year with heterogeneous abilities totaling 32 students consisting of 24 women and 8 men. This research method uses quantitative data analysis that compares learning outcomes in the first cycle and the second cycle. Observations are carried out using observation sheets to observe the activities of students during learning. The research took place in two cycles. It can be concluded that the collaboration of problem-based learning models and the use of virtual classrooms can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics. This can be seen from the increase in the number of students who experience mastery learning which is 68.75% in the first cycle, to be 87.50% in the second cycle for the assessment of knowledge, while for the assessment of skills there is also an increase in the number of learners who have mastery learning that is 75, 00% in the first cycle, to 93.75% in the second cycle. Besides the activities of students during learning also increased from 8.66 to 8.84 with the same criteria that is very high
Analisis Kemampuan Reversibilitas Siswa MTs Patra Mandiri Kelas VIII Pada Pembelajaran Geometri
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the reversibility ability of class VIII students in learning geometry. This ability is known after all students complete the five questions given and some students are selected to be interviewed. The test instrument in the form of five questions of reversibility ability has been validated and is worth testing. The research subjects were 38 class VIII E MTs Patra Mandiri Palembang students in the 2018/2019 academic year. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The data are concluded and documentation analyzed using the miliage model and huberman qualitative data analysis techniques, namely data reduction data display and conclusion drawing. From the result of the research conducted, it was shown that the student reversibility ability in geometry learning, namely (1) students who possessed high reversibility ability could meet the reciprocity indicator (2) students who have the ability to meet some indicators of reversibility ability (3) students with low ability do not meet the predictability of reversibility abilities
