POLICY ANALYSIS OF MSME DEVELOPMENT AS A SUPPORT FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN SIDOARJO REGENCY
Get PDFIn the era of globalization, development is often focused on the economic sector as a primary measure of success. One of the critical indicators of national development success is economic growth. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting regional economic development, including in Sidoarjo Regency. This study aims to analyze MSME development policies as a cornerstone of strengthening the local economy. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, the study evaluates the effectiveness of local government policies, encompassing aspects such as financing, skill training, market access, and digitalization. The results show that although government policies have contributed positively, significant challenges remain that hinder the optimal role of MSMEs. These challenges include limited access to financial resources, low technology adoption, and insufficient collaboration between MSME actors and other stakeholders. On the other hand, local potentials such as handicrafts, food processing, and the creative sector have yet to be fully utilized. Recommendations from this study include enhancing synergy between the government, business actors, and local communities, providing incentives for technology-based innovation, and strengthening business networks through digital platforms. With more targeted policies and active participation from all parties, MSME development in Sidoarjo is expected to boost local economic competitiveness and create inclusive and sustainable development
TikTok sebagai Cermin Sosial: Eksplorasi Hubungan Social Comparison dan Body Dissatisfaction
Get PDFTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis korelasi yang terjadi antara social comparison dengan body dissatisfaction pada remaja perempuan pengguna tiktok. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam riset ini. Partisipan terdiri dari 150 remaja perempuan pengguna tiktok dari mahasiswi yang sedang berkuliah di Surabaya. Non-Probability Sampling, khususnya accidental sampling, digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Instrumen riset ini meliputi skala social comparison dan body dissatisfction. Melalui uji psikometri, seluruh item telah menunjukkan skor indeks diskriminasi item dan reliabilitas yang baik. Karena seluruh uji asumsi telah terpenuhi, maka pendekatan analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode product-moment. Korelasi Karl Pearson digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Evidence Against Female Victims of Adult Sexual Violence
Get PDFIn the Criminal Procedure Law, in proving a case, one of the conditions must have a minimum of 2 (two) witnesses, this becomes a problem when this condition is combined with the crime of sexual violence, based on most of the facts that occur in the field, sexual violence experienced by the victim is not necessarily known by others. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the crime of witness sexual violence as one of the important aspects of procedural law, as well as to find out the position of electronic evidence in the crime of sexual violence. This type of research is normative legal research with a conceptual approach and a legislative approach. From this study, it can be concluded that in the case of a problem where the crime is difficult to find witnesses, because it happened in a closed place, then 2 witnesses cannot be used as the main evidence for the defendant to be declared guilty because basically, the various pieces of evidence mentioned in Article 184 of the Criminal Code have equal status so that the judge can choose which 2 pieces of valid evidence can give confidence to the judge to determine a person guilty or not. Furthermore, electronic evidence can be used as valid evidence in the crime of adult sexual violence as stipulated in Article 5 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law, the position of electronic evidence as an extension of valid evidence in the Criminal Code

Behind The Wickedness: Portrayal of Villains in Children's Movies
Get PDFChildren’s movies showed various characters in their movies. One of the concerns in creating stories for children was the portrayal of the villains. Therefore, the research problem of this study was to discussed the villain portrayal of three different home productions, such as Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, and Sony Pictures Animation. The movies from each home production were Namaari in Raya and the Last Dragon, Syndrome in The Incredibles (2004), and Chester V in Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. This study aimed to find a significant function of villains which were divided into male and female villain traits based on the theory by Holder-Freeman (2012) and also proairetic decoding based on theory by Nikolajeva (2010). This study filled the gap by concentrating on examining female and male gender stereotypes through the visual representation of understanding from their reading (Nikolajeva, 2010). Techniques of analysis by Spradley (1980) were employed in this study. This research employed descriptive qualitative design in which the data were acquired in the form of textual and visual. The results of this study showed that Namaari had complex villain traits, there were male and female traits, Syndrome, and Chester V fulfilled the male traits. While in proairetic decoding, there were dialogues that used only abstract words, dialogues that used only concrete words, and dialogues that used both abstract and concrete words. This study can be used as a basis for compiling a rubric whether the films are suitable for children or not. Besides for movies, this study may be preferred as a reference for further studies since it implemented theories that can be used for various literary works such as novels, illustrated books, and games
From Stage to Screen: Analysis of Women's Commodification in Dangdut Koplo via TikTok
Get PDFDangdut is a genre of music that has evolved into a cultural phenomenon within Indonesian society, particularly among the middle and lower socioeconomic classes. Dangdut music first featured lyrics with significant meaning and later evolved into dangdut koplo. Dangdut koplo is frequently linked to a rapid tempo and captivating vocalists. The objective of this study is to examine the commodification of female dangdut koplo singers within TikTok app. The research employed a visual ethnography approach to examine the commodification of female dangdut singers, focusing on their dress, cosmetics, and body motions that were captured in the video. The result of this study shows that there are elements or concepts of commodification of biduanita in dangdut koplo videos in TikTok. When performing on the stage, the singers generally utilized clothing, makeup, and body movements, to attract money or saweran from the crowds and increase popularity with their attractiveness. However, when the clip of the performance is used by unofficial accounts that do not belong to the artists or their production companies, it becomes a form of commodity for these accounts to acquire popularity on TikTok through likes and views. The bodies of these biduanitas then transform into commodity objects on social media platforms, promoting the sexualization and objetification of female dangdut singers

Get PDFKelompok Usaha Tani Sumber Rejeki II berlokasi di Dk. Kleco RT 4 RW 3, Ds. Sambirejo, Kec. Jumantono, Kab. Karanganyar, Prov. Jawa Tengah. Fokus utama kelompok ini adalah pengembangan usaha pertanian, khususnya dalam produksi jagung. Pentingnya jagung sebagai komoditas pangan kedua setelah beras membuat kebutuhan jagung meningkat seiring pertambahan penduduk dan perkembangan industri pakan. Di Indonesia, produksi jagung pada tahun 2021 mencapai 23.042.764,84 ton, dengan dominasi wilayah Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, dan Jawa Barat. Namun, di Desa Sekembang, Jumantono, kelompok menghadapi permasalahan dalam proses pemipilan jagung. Petani jagung di daerah tersebut masih menggunakan alat sederhana, terutama pemipilan secara manual atau dengan tangan. Proses manual membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama, menghasilkan jagung pipilan dalam jumlah yang terbatas, dan menyebabkan kelelahan dan keluhan tangan yang sakit. Meskipun ada mesin pemipil jagung mekanis, petani di daerah tersebut kesulitan mengaksesnya karena harga yang mahal dan kapasitas yang umumnya lebih besar dari yang diperlukan oleh petani kecil. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kelompok mengidentifikasi kebutuhan akan mesin pemipil jagung dengan kapasitas kecil atau rendah yang dapat membantu petani meningkatkan hasil pipilan jagung dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau. Mesin tersebut diharapkan dapat menggantikan metode manual yang tidak efektif. Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kelompok menciptakan dan merancang mesin pemipil jagung semi-mekanis. Mesin ini menggunakan teknologi sederhana dan dapat membantu petani dalam penanganan pascapanen jagung
Lingkungan Kerja dan Psychological Well-Being Pengemudi Ojek Online: Menelisik Peran Dukungan Emosional

Online motorcycle taxi drivers face various challenges in their work, such as unstable income, poor road conditions, and high risk of accidents, which can affect their psychological well-being. This study aims to understand how the perception of the quality of the work environment affects the psychological well-being of online motorcycle taxi drivers with emotional support as a moderator. This study used a quantitative correlational design involving 300 online motorcycle taxi drivers. The data collection instrument in this study used a Likert scale consisting of a scale of perception of the quality of the work environment, a scale of psychological well-being, and a scale of emotional support. Data analysis was carried out using a moderation technique with the help of the jamovi application. The results showed that the perception of the quality of the work environment had a significant relationship with the psychological well-being of online motorcycle taxi drivers and emotional support was found to moderate the relationship between the two variables.

Abstrak
Pengemudi ojek online menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pekerjaan mereka, seperti pendapatan yang tidak stabil, kondisi jalan yang buruk, dan resiko kecelakaan yang tinggi, yang dapat memengaruhi psychological well-being mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana persepsi kualitas lingkungan kerja memengaruhi psychological well-being pengemudi ojek online dengan dukungan emosional sebagai moderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 300 pengemudi ojek online. Instrumen pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang terdiri dari skala persepsi kualitas lingkungan kerja, skala psychological well-being, dan skala dukungan emosional. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik moderasi dengan bantuan aplikasi jamovi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kualitas lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap psychological well-being pengemudi ojek online dan dukungan emosional ditemukan mampu memoderasi hubungan dari dua variabel tersebut.

Interaksi Self-Compassion dan Dukungan Sosial terhadap Tingkat Loneliness pada Mahasiswa Perantauan di Surabaya
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara self compassion dan dukungan sosial dengan loneliness pada mahasiswa rantau di surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104 mahasiswa rantau Fakultas Psikologi Universitas 17 agustus 1945 surabaya. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara self compassion dan dukungan sosial secara simultan dengan loneliness memperoleh nilai F = 71.144 dengan signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara self compassion dan dukungan sosial dengan loneliness pada mahasiswa rantau di surabaya. Hasil uji parsial pada variabel self compassion memperoleh nilai (β= -0,526; t= -8,155) dengan signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara self compassion dengan loneliness sehingga semakin tinggi perilaku loneliness, maka semakin rendah self compassion yang dimiliki. Sedangkan hasil uji parsial pada variabel dukungan sosial memperoleh nilai (β= -0,499; t= -7,737) dengan signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan loneliness sehingga semakin tinggi perilaku loneliness, maka semakin rendah dukungan sosial yang dimilik
H Hardiness Generasi Z di Era Modern: Perspektif Religiositas dan Optimisme
No full textGenerasi Z yang terlahir di era digital cenderung lebih menghadapi berbagai macam tantangan dan permasalahan. Oleh karena itu gen Z membutuhkan sikap hardiness sebagai kemampuan mereka dalam menghadapi berbagai macam persoalan tersebut. Ada dua faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi hardiness dalam diri gen Z, yakni religiositas, serta optimisme yang sama-sama memberikan suatu dorongan untuk tetap bertahan dalam segala situasi. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiositas dan optimisme dengan hardiness pada gen Z yang bermanfaat untuk menambah wawasan dan kesadaran akan pentingnya hardiness. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional, dan sampel terdiri dari 220 responden gen Z berusia 18-25 tahun yang berada di Surabaya dari hasil ketentuan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga skala psikologis, skala religiositas, optimisme dan hardiness, serta menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yang membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara religiositas dan optimisme dengan hardiness pada gen Z, yang akhirnya dapat ditarik kesimpulan jika semakin tinggi tingkat religiositas dan optimisme yang dimiliki gen Z maka semakin tinggi pula hardinessnya, begitupun sebaliknya
