    Along with technological developments it has an impact on the entertainment industry, including game technology. Games that were originally only played alone can now be connected with other players using internet technology to play games online. One of the popular online games today is Mobile Legends which is a multiplayer game published by Moonton in which two teams compete against each other. In this game there are virtual products that can be purchased to enhance the playing experience. Mobile Legends which is a new game but can generate large revenues and continues to increase every year even though they offer many types of virtual products and continue to provide the latest products. This study will further analyze the effect of discounts and influencers on purchasing decisions for virtual products for Mobile Legends players in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing e-questions via Google Form to Mobile Legends players in Surabaya. This study used a purposive sampling method and determined 100 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to examine the relationship between discount, influencer, and virtual product purchasing decisions. The results of the study show that discounts have a significant effect on virtual product purchasing decisions. The bigger the discount offered, the higher the probability that players will buy the virtual product. Then influencers have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for virtual products. Mobile Legends players tend to be interested in buying virtual products recommended by influencers. &nbsp

    This HokBen fast food restaurant is one of the restaurants that is in great demand by many Indonesian people, especially Surabaya, because basically people nowadays need food that is fast and practical to serve, and like food with an authentic taste, like HokBen which has unique food characteristics. provides a wide variety of product variations with a different taste with other fast food restaurants. This is due to the suitability of fast food with Indonesian cultural tastes, namely being able to choose according to customer needs. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the diversity of Product Variations, and Taste on Consumer Satisfaction HokBen Royal Plaza Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is using a questionnaire. The results showed that product variety and taste have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Product variation variables, which include product completeness, product brand, product size variation, and product quality, have an important role in satisfying customer expectations. The more diverse the products offered, the more likely consumers are to be satisfied with the expected product. In addition, taste is also a factor that is measured in terms of taste, smell and mouth feeling felt by consumers, has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Consumers tend to choose products with good quality that can meet their needs. This research contributes to understanding the importance of product variety and taste in the context of consumer satisfaction. The findings of this study can be used by franchise companies to plan a marketing strategy that is effective and acceptable to consumers, including developing various product brands and maintaining consistent product quality

    In the current era of globalization, it is very difficult to keep consumers loyal to the company. Companies must improve and always update the system in their marketing strategy in order to retain their customers in the long term. The appropriate strategy, namely relationship marketing, is a marketing strategy for how companies establish good relations with consumers so that they use their products / services again. Basically, customer satisfaction is highly expected by the company, because the experience felt by consumers can reflect how much consumers like or dislike the company. Therefore, companies must be able to maintain and provide memorable experiences to their customers so that they can foster customer satisfaction. To provide a memorable experience, the strategy chosen by the company is to implement an experiential marketing strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of relationship marketing and experiential marketing on customer satisfaction significantly. As for supporting this research is done by using quantitative methods. The research instruments were in the form of questionnaires and assistance through the SPSS 20 program. Before testing the hypothesis, the data were tested for validity and reliability. To test the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and R² test. To get good regression results, the classical assumption test was previously carried out. The population studied was all consumers of Bening's Clinic Surabaya who did the treatment. The sample used is 100 people. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between relationship marketing and experiential marketing on customer satisfaction at Bening's Beauty Clinic Surabaya.     Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Tingkat Labour Turnover di CV Hakai Technology Industries Surabaya

    This research was conducted at CV Hakai Technology Indutries Surabaya. This company is experiencing a problem, namely  a high labor turnover rate, this can be seen in the annual chart which shows an increase in the number of employees leaving, especially in 2022 as many as 25 people leave the company. There are many factors that affect this labor turnover rate  , and one of them is work stress and work environment. So this study wants to prove whether work stress factors and work environment affect the high rate of labor turnover in the company. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis, the sample used is a saturated sample, namely all employees at CV Hakai Technology Indutries Surabaya and the data collection technique used is using a closed questionnaire. The results of this study are partially work stress affects  labor turnover, partially work environment does not affect labor turnover, and simultaneously work stress and work environment affect  high labor turnover at CV Hakai Technology Industries Surabay

    The phenomenon of competition that dominates the business life of the sneaker industry is currently generated by many national and international shoe brand companies. From the results of the data, competition for local shoe brands and international shoe brands in the sneaker industry is very tight in 2017-2023. In this quantitative investigation, a google form questionnaire was used to collect data. Consumers in the Gubeng District of Surabaya City who wear ventella shoes are the focus of this research. A sample of 96 respondents matching specified criteria was selected using a non-probability, purposive selection method. This research used the t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination (R2) in addition to the validity test, rehabilitation test, linear test, normalcy test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. According to the analysis of the Simultaneous test, the Purchase Decision of ventella shoe customers in the Gubeng sub-district of Surabaya was significantly impacted by Brand Ambassadors, Brand Images, and Product Qualities

    Gelombang Korea semakin menyebar selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Istilah “Korean Wave” mengacu pada sejumlah produk Korea Selatan yang sedang populer di Indonesia, antara lain K-drama, film, musik (K-pop), fashion, makanan, dan kosmetik. K-Pop saat ini cukup populer di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia dari segala usia, mulai dari remaja hingga dewasa, wanita maupun pria. Korean Wave diadopsi secara luas di Indonesia sebagian besar berkat K-pop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Brand ambassador dan Korean Wave terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Nature Republic di Masyarakat Kota Gresik. Untuk mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner berbasis Google Form yang digunakan sebagai instrumen. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden. Dari hasil uji t ini, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Brand Ambassador dan Korean Wave terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Nature Republic bagi masyarakat Kota Gresik. Sedangkan untuk uji F secara simultan keduanya juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Nature Republic pada Masyarakat Kota Gresik

    The effect of wudu therapy on sleep quality as a determinant of happiness and work productivity among college lecturers

    This study aims to examine the effect of wudu therapy on happiness, sleep quality, and work productivity in college lecturers. This type of research uses mixed methods with Embedded Design. Respondents of the study were active lecturers at four universities in South Sumatra, as determined by the Multistage Sampling Technique, which obtained N = 58 and was divided into 29 experimental groups and 29 control groups. The measurement of the study used the Sleep Quality Scale (reliability 0.81), the Muslim Spiritual Happiness Scale (internal consistency 8-9), and the Lecturer Work Productivity Scale (reliability 0.882). Data analysis techniques used path analysis techniques, Independent T-test analysis, and descriptive analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The main findings of this study found that wudu therapy indirectly affected happiness and work productivity through sleep quality as a mediator. Recommendations from this study provide new insights for implementing wudu therapy in Higher Education to improve the quality of Lecturers and further research development

    Abstract. This research aims to analyze the types of apology strategies and find out the most dominant type of apology strategies in Spider-Man Home Trilogy movies. Spider-Man Home Trilogy Movies consist of Spider-Man Homecoming, Spider-Man Far From Home, and Spider-Man No Way Home. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. The researcher used Ishihara and Cohen's (2010) theory of apology strategies. The result of this research is 116 apology strategies in the Spider-Man Home Trilogy movies, which are divided into 90 An Expression of an Apology, 15 Acknowledgment of Responsibility, 5 An Explanation or Account, 4 An Offer of Repair and 2 A Promise of Non-Recurrence. An Expression of an Apology is the most dominant apology strategy in the Spider-Man Home Trilogy movies because complex relationships and conflicts between characters. The protagonist character dominates An Expression of an Apology type of apology strategy compared to the antagonist, who does not do it often. This is because the protagonist experiences complex relationships with his surroundings and conflicts with antagonists that impact his real life. To resolve the conflict, the direct apology strategy An Expression of an Apology is needed to repair the relationship. Keywords: Apology, Apology Strategies, Pragmatics, Spider-ManAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis strategi permintaan maaf dan mengetahui jenis strategi permintaan maaf yang paling dominan dalam film Spider-Man Home Trilogy. Film Spider-Man Home Trilogy terdiri dari Spider-Man Homecoming, Spider-Man Far From Home, dan Spider-Man No Way Home. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan teori Ishihara dan Cohen (2010) tentang strategi permintaan maaf. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 116 strategi permintaan maaf dalam film Spider-Man Home Trilogy, yang terbagi menjadi 90 ungkapan permintaan maaf, 15 pengakuan tanggung jawab, 5 penjelasan atau pertanggungjawaban, 4 tawaran perbaikan, dan 2 janji tidak akan mengulangi lagi. Ungkapan Permintaan Maaf merupakan strategi permintaan maaf yang paling dominan dalam film Spider-Man Home Trilogy karena hubungan dan konflik yang kompleks antar karakter. Karakter protagonis lebih mendominasi strategi permintaan maaf jenis An Expression of an Apology dibandingkan dengan karakter antagonis yang tidak terlalu sering melakukannya. Hal ini dikarenakan karakter protagonis mengalami hubungan yang kompleks dengan lingkungan sekitarnya dan konflik dengan karakter antagonis yang berdampak pada kehidupan nyatanya. Untuk menyelesaikan konflik tersebut, strategi permintaan maaf langsung jenis Expression of an Apology diperlukan untuk memperbaiki hubungan.     An Analysis of the Deli Serdang MUI's Opinion on the Support of a Husband of a Singer Who Dresses as a Woman

    This research aims to find out the facts and reasons/factors for providing support by husbands who work as singers who resemble women. Also to find out the Deli Serdang MUI's view of the legal status of alimony provided by husbands who work as singers in Patumbak District. In the context of income for family support, a Muslim needs to choose a job or business that does not conflict with religious principles. However, some husbands choose to do work that is involved in things that Allah hates. For one reason of economic livelihood, some men choose to imitate the appearance of women in the world of entertainment because they believe this will increase their appeal to audiences, especially in entertainment genres that emphasize visual appearance. Thus, it is important to know the legal status of the income generated from this work. The method used is empirical legal research with a qualitative approach. The primary data source is from an in-depth interview (Deep Interview) with the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI Deli Serdang Regency) and her husband who works as a singer dressed as a woman to earn a living in Patumbak sub-district, Deli Serdang district. Research findings show that the factors that cause husbands to choose to work as singers who dress like women are economic reasons and the lack of work with sufficient salary to meet the family's needs. Legal Status: The livelihood provided by the process of obtaining it violates the law, so the results are haram. His work is haram and the results are haram, so the legal status of the income he provides to his family is haram, just like we give shopping to our parents' children and wives in an unlawful way

    FLOOD PREVENTION BASED ON DISASTER RISK MANAGEMENT IN MALANG CITY

    This research is based on the many incidents in Malang City related to flood disasters. Many of these incidents are caused by puddles or runoff of rainwater, which is not channeled properly through drainage channels due to the inability of drainage to accommodate the volume of rainwater and the lack of development of the RTH (Green Open Space). For this reason, the Malang City Government has made regulations regarding implementing disaster management in Malang City Local Regulation Number 1 of 2017. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of policies to prevent floods and waterlogging based on disaster risk management in Malang City. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research focuses on policy implementation to prevent floods and waterlogging based on disaster risk management in Malang City using the Edward III policy implementation model. Data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. This research indicates that implementing flood and waterlogging disaster prevention policies has not been fully implemented properly. It has been implemented well when viewed from several aspects, such as communication, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. However, if seen from the aspect of resources, especially facility resources, they are still inadequate and not ideal for the two agencies involved. It can be concluded that this policy is still not successful, and there is a need for evaluation regarding this policy
