Economic Policy Implications of LQ and DLQ Analysis in Strategic National Project Area
This study examines the economic policy implications of the Location Quotient (LQ) and Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) analyses in the context of the Tanimbar Islands, located in Indonesia’s Maluku province. The islands, rich in natural resources, face significant development challenges, including poor infrastructure, geographic isolation, and limited industrialization. The upcoming INPEX project, a large-scale energy initiative by a Japanese corporation, is expected to transform the region’s economy through investments, job creation, and infrastructure development. The aim of this research is to analyze which sectors—using LQ and DLQ—show the most promise for growth in light of the INPEX project, and to propose local economic policy adjustments that can maximize these opportunities. The study finds that while the primary sectors, such as agriculture and fisheries, have potential, underdeveloped infrastructure and outdated practices hinder their growth. Strategic planning, informed by LQ and DLQ analyses, is critical to aligning the region’s economic development with the upcoming industrial transformations
THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE AND COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. DAEHAN GLOBAL SUKABUMI
This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT. Daehan Global Sukabumi. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The population includes all 3,547 employees at the company. Using purposive sampling techniques, the sample was selected as 71 employees representing each department. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was measured on a 5 point Likert scale. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of this research show that work discipline and compensation variables have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. FOSTERING INNOVATION IN PUBLIC SERVICE THROUGH TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN TAX OFFICES: THE CASE IN EAST JAVA REGIONAL TAX OFFICE THREE
This research aims to explore factors that can influence innovative work culture and knowledge-sharing culture in public services, and this is interesting to study, considering that the direction from the Ministry of Finance is that institutions under this ministry must be able to have a spirit of innovation. The literature adopted in this research includes literature related to the variables studied. This research approach refers to a quantitative approach involving 198 respondents, with analysis techniques referring to the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling approach. The results obtained showed that two of the four hypotheses were not supported. The results of this research reflect an opportunity to explore further the factors that can encourage the realization of innovative work behavior and knowledge-sharing culture among employees who have worked for more than ten years, men and aged between 31-40
IMPLEMENTATION OF HIV AIDS PREVENTION POLICY IN SUKABUMI REGENCY
The title of this research is "Implementation of HIV/AIDS Prevention Policy in Sukabumi Regency." This research focuses on implementing the HIV/AIDS prevention program by the AIDS Prevention Commission (KPA) of Sukabumi Regency. The research problem is the increasing cases of HIV/AIDS in the Sukabumi Regency. The method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used is Van Meter and Van Horn (1975). Informants were determined using the non-probability sampling technique and snowball sampling method. The results showed that the implementation of the HIV/AIDS prevention program in Sukabumi Regency has not been optimal. Communication between organizations has been quite good, with clear roles. However, human resources still need to be improved compared to the wide area that needs to be handled, and the government fully supports this program. In addition, in terms of economic, social, and political aspects, differences in interests still hinder good partnerships at the village government level. 
IMPLEMENTATION OF TRANSPORTATION POLICIES IN THE MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC STREET LIGHTING EQUIPMENT IN THE CITY OF SUKABUMI
This study aims to analyze the implementation of transportation policies in the maintenance of public street lighting (PJU) in Sukabumi City, PJU is a very important public facility to support the safety and comfort of road users at night. Therefore, PJU maintenance must be carried out optimally in accordance with applicable policies. This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach, data collection technique through field observation, interview, and documentation. Informants were determined by non-probability sampling technique and snowball sampling method. This research uses the theory of Van Meter Van Horn (1975). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of transportation administration policies in maintaining PJU in Sukabumi City is still not optimal. Such as budget constraints, lack of coordination between related institutions, and lack of community participation. However, improvement efforts continue to be made to improve the quality of PJU services in Sukabumi City
IMPLEMENTATION OF TAX INVOICE CRIME PREVENTION POLICY IN INDONESIA
Fiscal policy plays an important role in economic growth and maintaining inflation stability. VAT is one of the tax innovations and has experienced tremendous development. Crimes against tax invoices include not depositing taxes that have been collected and issuing and/or using tax invoices that are not based on actual transactions, often called Fictitious/unauthorized Tax Invoice. This research is expected to explain the factors that influence the implementation of tax invoice crime prevention policies. This research uses a qualitative method. The data collection method is done by observation, in-depth interview, and FGD. There were 13 Tax Investigators, 2 Tax Practitioners, and 4 Academics as informants who were interviewed and involved in FGDs. The results of the research on the implementation of the tax invoice crime prevention policy concluded that an integrated tax invoice crime prevention policy strategy framework is needed starting from the stage of confirming PKP until the tax invoice is issued and reported on the VAT periodic tax return. In addition, accuracy of information, consistency in application and clarity of feedback are required. Continuous improvement of procedures and political support from policy makers are absolutely necessary. Framing Analysis of Ferry Irwandi's YouTube Content on the Mastermind of the Riots and the Discourse of Martial Law
This study aims to analyze how framing is constructed through Ferry Irwandi’s YouTube account regarding the mastermind of the August 2025 riots and the discourse on the implementation of martial law in Indonesia. The study employs a qualitative approach using Robert N. Entman’s framing analysis model, which emphasizes four main elements: problem definition, causal interpretation, moral evaluation, and treatment recommendation. Data were obtained from the transcription of video content uploaded on Ferry Irwandi’s YouTube channel during the August–September 2025 period and were then analyzed in depth to reveal the construction of meaning. The findings show that the framing built by Ferry Irwandi tends to highlight certain political actors as the masterminds behind the riots, frames the riots as a threat to state stability, and directs public opinion toward supporting the implementation of martial law by the TNI. These findings suggest that the content serves not only as an information channel but also as a tool for shaping public opinion. This study is expected to contribute to the field of political communication studies, particularly in understanding the role of media framing in shaping public opinion on emerging political issues in the public sphere.

OCB pada Karyawan yang Sudah Menikah, Bagaimana Peran Work-Life Balance dan Perceived Organizational Support?
AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational citizenship behavior with work-life balance and perceived organizational support in married employees at Apartment. X. This analysis independent variable work-life balance and perceived organizational support with dependent variable organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a type of quantitative research using the correlational method. The sampling technique in this study used a random sampling method where the subjects were taken from the entire population of 86 respondents of Apartment employees. X employees who are married. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted, work-life balance and perceived organizational support have a positive relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. The second hypothesis is also accepted which shows that there is a positive relationship between work-life balance and organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode random sampling yang dimana subjek diambil dari keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 86 responden karyawan Apartemen. X yang sudah menikah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima, work-life balance dan perceived organizational support memiliki hubungan positif dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hipotesis kedua juga diterima yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara work-life balance dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan, untuk hipotesis ketiga tidak diterima yang berarti tidak ada hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan organizational citizenship behavior.Kata kunci: Work-Life Balance, Perceived Organizational Support, Karyawan, Organizational Citizenship Behavio
Peran Kecerdasan Emosi dalam Mengurangi Stres Kerja pada Karyawan
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and job stress. This research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this study was the Krejcie technique, with a total of 181 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Spearman's Rho technique with the assistance of SPSS version 16 for Windows. The statistical analysis results on the relationship between the emotional is indicating a significant negative relationship between emotional intelligence and job stress. This means that the higher the level of emotional intelligence in employees, the lower the level of job stress. Conversely, the lower the level of emotional intelligence in employees, the higher the level of job stress experienced by employees.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan stres kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dengan metode kuantitatif dengan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Krejcie dengan total partisipan 181 responden. Teknik analisi data menggunakan teknik Spearman’s Rho dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16 for Windows. Hasil uji analisis statistik hubungan variabel kecerdasan emosi dengan variabel stres kerja yaitu terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan stres kerja. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat kecerdasan emosi pada karyawan maka akan semakin rendah tingkat stres kerja. Begitu pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah tingkat kecerdasan emosi pada karyawan maka semakin tinggi tingkat stres kerja pada karyawan.
