Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Atas Pelayanan Publik Jalan Provinsi Pada Wilayah Kerja Pembangunan (WKP) III Pandeglang-Lebak
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to analyze the results of the community satisfaction index survey regarding provincial road public services in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP). This research was analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a combination of accidental sampling techniques, the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 196 respondents using provincial roads. The research methods used are the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Statistics Index (CSI) methods. The results of the research show that the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method obtained results from 32 questions, of which 3 questions were in quadrant I (High Importance, Low Satisfaction), while 16 questions were in quadrant II (High Importance, High Satisfaction), while 9 questions were is in quadrant III (Low Importance, Low Satisfaction) and there are 4 questions in quadrant IV (Low Importance, High Satisfaction). The results of the Customer Statistics Index (CSI) analysis obtained a CSI result of 83.25%. This shows that people using provincial roads in the Pandeglang-Lebak III development work area (WKP) are in the Good criteria. based on the criteria in the interpretation in PERMENPAN RB No. 14 of 2017.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hasil survei indeks kepuasan masyarakat atas pelayanan publik jalan Provinsi pada wilayah kerja pembangunan (WKP) III Pandeglang-Lebak. Penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kombinasi teknik accidental sampling jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus lemeshow dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 196 orang pengguna jalan Provinsi.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Statistics Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diperoleh hasil dari 32 pertanyaan, dimana 3 pertanyaan berada pada kuadran I (Kepentingan Tinggi, Kepuasan Rendah), Sedangkan 16 pertanyaan berada pada kuadran II (Kepentingan Tinggi, Kepuasan Tinggi), sedangkan 9 pertanyaan berada pada kuadran III (Kepentingan Rendah, Kepuasan Rendah) dan terdapat 4 pertanyaan pada kuadran IV (Kepentingan Rendah, Kepuasan Tinggi). Hasil analisis Customer Statistics Index (CSI) diperoleh hasil CSI sebesar 83,25%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat pengguna jalan Provinsi di wilayah kerja pembangunan (WKP) III Pandeglang-Lebak masuk kriteria Baik. berdasarkan kriteria pada penafisaran di PERMENPAN RB No. 14 Tahun 2017

Memes and Interactivity of Facebook Mobile Legends Gamers After the Fall of RRQ
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the level of interactivity in meme postings by netizens during the M4 World Tournament of the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). Utilizing the Facebook platform, specifically the "Mobile Legends Gamers\u27\u27 group, this study analyzed 791 comments from 10 group member posts during the period of January 10 - 25, 2022. Employing Thematic Analysis, interactivity dimensions were examined based on the framework of Six Basic Emotions and Message Interactivity. Results indicate that interactivity among group members was high, with various emotions revealed, such as happiness over RRQ\u27s defeat and anger at mistakes made by favorite teams. In conclusion, social media plays a significant role in fostering user interactivity and emotions, especially within the context of gaming communities like MLBB. This study offers valuable insights for the Mobile Legends community and the field of digital communication science, emphasizing how memes are used as a means of communication on social media
Audiences’ Perception of Rape Euphemism In the Sexual Violence News in Online Media
Get PDFOnline media is a form of mass media that is close to society, especially in the era of increasingly massive development of information and communication technology. One type of information that the public is interested in in online media is news, especially cases of sexual violence such as rape. Rape is a serious crime because it harms the victim from physical and psychological aspects. Reporting about rape incidents generally applies euphemisms for verbs that represent heinous acts. In some cases of rape, the criminal act is replaced with several words such as "digagahi", "dicabuli", "dirudapaksa", even if the perpetrator is more than one person, the word choice used is "digilir". The aim of this research is to describe public perceptions regarding the replacement of the word rape in reporting about sexual violence in online media. The results of this research found that respondents felt that it was important for the media to replace the word rape because it made the news more polite and more comfortable to read. The pronouns most frequently read by respondents were molested and fucked. Furthermore, this research also found that some word choices actually perpetuate the dominance of perpetrators, who are mostly male, over victims, who are usually women or minors

Get PDFFilm Dua Hati Biru (2024) lifts the drama\u27s genre from the story of young women marrying and entering a conflicting reality of life and gender equality. The film forms the discussion room of both audiences and social media users. The study was intended to analyze the audiences\u27 interpretation of the reception of family conflicts in the film, especially women who got married in their teen years. The study uses qualitative research methods with an encoding/decoding model reception approach and is a research phenomenon. Data is collected by conducting in-depth interviews, observations, and relevant library studies. Research shows the use of the Dua Hati Biru (2024) film audience as the dominant-hegemonic position and the dominant position. The dominant use of the audience is illustrated in the scene showing that women who marry young because they \u27married by infants\u27 then face conflicts and consequences that leave themselves with the choice to fully care for household or career affairs. Burial in a negotiating position occurred at scenes showing that caring for children and households was the wife\u27s responsibility

Therefore, as a financial institution that has an intermediary function, banks must demonstrate good financial performance through their financial ratios. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ratio of Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratios, and Operational Efficiency Ratio on Return on Assets in Kompas100 indexed banking in 2018-2020. There are eight research samples that meet the criteria in the purposive sampling method with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study are Non Performing Loans and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a positive but not significant effect on Return on Assets, while Operational Efficiency Ratio have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. Simultaneously, NonPerforming Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratios, and Operational Efficiency Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets
Empowering Female Leadership and Cultivating a Digital Mindset: Enhancing Indonesia\u27s Jamu MSMEs through Strategic SWOT Analysis
Get PDFWomen\u27s leadership is an integral part of the movement towards gender equality and the growth of MSMEs. It also plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive digitalization of businesses. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of MSMEs, examining internal and external factors, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, to identify the best strategy for growth. Our approach considers women\u27s leadership and a digital mindset while developing the Jamu Oeti Malang MSME business. Primary data was obtained from interviews with MSMEs and further analyzed this data using SWOT analysis. The findings suggest that an offensive-expansion strategy would be most appropriate. Jamu Oeti MSMEs should expand their market while emphasizing women\u27s leadership in business, pursuing continuous innovation, and supporting and utilizing digitalization by encouraging a workforce committed to technology. To achieve this, Jamu Oeti MSMEs can strengthen women\u27s leadership and digital mindset through training and development programs, adopting and integrating technology, establishing strategic collaborations, focusing on sustainable innovation, and utilizing data for future business strategies.
Kepemimpinan perempuan merupakan bagian integral dari gerakan menuju kesetaraan gender dan pertumbuhan UMKM. Hal ini juga memainkan peran penting dalam digitalisasi bisnis yang komprehensif. Studi ini memberikan analisis komprehensif terhadap UMKM, mengkaji faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pertumbuhan terbaik. Pendekatan kami mempertimbangkan kepemimpinan perempuan dan pola pikir digital dalam mengembangkan bisnis UMKM Jamu Oeti Malang. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara kepada UMKM dan selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi ekspansi ofensif adalah yang paling tepat. UMKM Jamu Oeti harus memperluas pasarnya dengan tetap mengedepankan kepemimpinan perempuan dalam bisnis, mengupayakan inovasi berkelanjutan, serta mendukung dan memanfaatkan digitalisasi dengan mendorong tenaga kerja yang berkomitmen terhadap teknologi. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, UMKM Jamu Oeti dapat memperkuat kepemimpinan perempuan dan pola pikir digital melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan, adopsi dan integrasi teknologi, menjalin kolaborasi strategis, fokus pada inovasi berkelanjutan, dan pemanfaatan data untuk strategi bisnis masa depan

By utilizing modern technologies such as Dart, Flutter, and Laravel, this platform offers solutions to address the challenges of traditional e-commerce, focusing on rapid development, application performance, and optimal user experience. The study includes a needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of an e-commerce application prototype. It is expected that this platform will create an ecosystem that supports business growth and innovation within the academic environment, shaping a generation of young entrepreneurs ready to compete in the global market. Untuk dapat mengembangkan usahanya sendiri masyarakat harus dapat melakukan kretifitas yang dapat membuat sesuatu yang baru, berbeda dan dapat mengembangkannya. Grha Aitam merupakan panti asuhan berbasis entrepreneur sebagai konsep pemberdayaan anak yatim dan para dhuafa, berbekal dukungan dari stake holder, khususnya donatur. Salah satu bentuk wirausaha yang ditekuni saat ini berupa pengemasan madu. Hasil dari penggalian informasi dengan mitra, konsumen baru yang ditawarkan madu rata-rata kurang tertarik dengan rasa dan bau madu, serta kurangnya wawasan terkait manfaat madu untuk kesehatan. Melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim Pengusul kepada Mitra adalah membuat sebuah inovasi produk madu berupa Fermented Garlic Honey (FGH) yang menawarkan rasa dan bau lebih menarik serta unik, serta klaim manfaat kesehatan yang baik, dengan menggunakan aplikasi teknologi fermentasi sehingga dapat dihasilkan produk berkualitas. Program ini diawali dengan evaluasi proses pengemasan madu dengan meninjau kembali layout sarana yang digunakan, kemudian diberikan pengetahuan terkait proses pembuatan serta manfaat medis FGH. Hal ini didukung dengan pengadaan alat fermentasi hingga pada pengemasan serta pengujian laboratorium untuk menganalisis kualitas FGH yang dihasilkan. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan yang difasilitasi oleh Tim, mitra dapat menghasilkan produk FGH yang aman, berkualitas dan berdaya jual tinggi.
 
Edukasi Mesin Pencacah Sabut Kelapa Muda bagi Peternak Domba Kambing di Desa Sukosari, Bandongan, Magelang
Get PDFPemenuhan kebutuhan hijauan pakan domba-kambing di Desa Sukosari sangat terbatas disebabkan karena kurangnya lahan untuk merumput, ketersediaan hijauan saat musim kemarau dan masyarakat tidak mempunyai cukup waktu untuk merumput. Berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi peternak domba-kambing di Desa Sukosari belum pernah mendapatkan pengalaman dan edukasi tentang jenis hijauan pakan dan penggunaan mesin pencacah rumput. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu meningkatÂkan keterampilan peternak domba-kambing dalam penggunaan mesin pencacah sabut kelapa muda, dan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi sabut kelapa muda sebagai hijauan pakan domba-kambing. Metode pengabdian yang dilaksanakan yaitu observasi melalui wawancara dan penyuluhan. Materi kegiatan pengabdian penyuluhan tentang edukasi manajemen pakan domba-kambing, penyuluhan implementasi mesin penÂcacah sabut kelapa muda, dan praktik pelaksanaan penggunaan mesin pencacah sabut kelapa muda oleh peternak domba-kambing. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus – September 2021 yang diikuti oleh peternak sebanyak 23 orang. Profil peternak domba-kambing yaitu sebanyak 82,61% peternak domba-kambing berjenis kelamin laki-laki.. Sebanyak 73,91% peternak hanya mengetahui rumput saja yang dapat diberikan sebagai hijauan pakan domba-kambing. Hasil kegiatan pengabdiÂan adalah alat mesin pencacah sabut kelapa muda bagi kelompok peternak domba-kambing, adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang jenis hijauan pakan domba-kambing, pengolahan hijauan pakan, dan peningkatan keterampilan dalam pengguÂnaan mesin pencacah para peternak domba-kambing di Desa Sukosari. Tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan bertambah sebesar 68,11% tentang manajemen pakan dan penggunaan mesin pencacah sabut kelapa muda untuk pengolahan hijauan pakan.
