Peningkatan Kesadaran Siswa Terhadap Pengelolaan Sampah Organik Melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Komposter di SMAN 1 Ciruas
Get PDFPengelolaan sampah organik menjadi isu lingkungan yang krusial, khususnya di sekolah-sekolah. SMA Negeri 1 Ciruas menghadapi tantangan besar dalam pengelolaan sampah, yang tidak hanya mencemari lingkungan tetapi juga berpotensi menimbulkan masalah kesehatan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan siswa terhadap pengelolaan sampah organik, dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan komposter sederhana. Kegiatan ini menggabungkan sosialisasi tentang jenis-jenis sampah, pemilahan sampah, serta praktik pembuatan kompos dengan menggunakan drum plastik sebagai komposter. Siswa juga dilibatkan dalam aksi kebersihan sekolah dan mini games edukatif untuk memperkuat pemahaman mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang pengelolaan sampah, serta terbentuknya Pos Pengolahan Kompos sebagai langkah awal untuk pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya menghasilkan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih bersih, tetapi juga membentuk karakter siswa yang lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan. Diharapkan, program ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam penerapan pendidikan lingkungan berbasis praktik langsung.Pengelolaan sampah organik memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat dan bersih. SMAN 1 Ciruas menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan sampah, khususnya sampah organik. Untuk itu, dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan komposter sederhana bagi siswa guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka. Kegiatan ini mencakup edukasi jenis sampah, praktik pembuatan kompos, dan mini games edukatif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan kepedulian siswa terhadap lingkungan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pendidikan lingkungan berbasis praktik yang dapat diterapkan di sekolah lain
Deep Learning Based Recommendation System for Employee Retention Using Bipartite Link Prediction
Get PDFThe Human Resources (HR) department faces significant challenges in employee retention. Traditional methods, such as performance evaluations and career development using regression, association, and clustering, have been widely used and have yielded positive results. However, these approaches are limited in predicting changes in employee behaviour and capturing complex relationships between variables. In this study, we leverage AI advancements to enhance predictive analysis by utilizing deep learning’s ability to identify patterns and complex relationships while continuously adapting to employee behavior changes. Specifically, we integrate Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) deep learning-based and bipartite graph-based approaches to construct a robust link prediction model. The bipartite employee-training network serves as input to the GCN, where each convolutional layer aggregates information from neighboring nodes, leveraging observed link information at each hidden layer. During the evaluation phase, the model iteratively aggregates information until an optimal state is reached, uncovering hidden relationship patterns that facilitate employee skill development. Empirical results on a benchmark dataset demonstrate significant performance improvements, with precision, recall, and AUC metrics exceeding 80%, highlighting the model\u27s effectiveness in enhancing employee retention
Preservation of a Rare Art, Okokan, through the Quality Improvement in Musical Instrument Quality and Merchandise Design
Get PDFAn Okokan art group named "Omelan I Kayu Bolong" in Banjar Dinas Kukuh Kangin, Kukuh Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan Regency, is a partner in the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (CPP). The issues of the partner are that the musical instruments for the Okokan performance have been dull, and the paint has peeled off. Meanwhile, the partner had no merchandise to promote this Okokan art group. CPP aims to improve the capability of this art group, revitalize the Okokan musical instrument by re-coating ornaments, and design merchandise. CPP was implemented with the training to be attended by the partners, which started with a Focus Group Discussion and continued with training for coating the Okokan ornament and designing the merchandise. The CPP improved the partner\u27s skill in re-coating the Okokan musical instrument and merchandise design as the media for promotion, in the form of Okokan miniature, logo, poster, and T-shirt

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the persuasive political communication style employed by Dedi Mulyadi in his efforts to build a positive public image and gain electoral support as a candidate for Governor of West Java. In the context of local politics, communication style serves as a strategic tool to foster emotional connections with the public, particularly through approaches that emphasize cultural values, simplicity, and social closeness. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through social media content observation and document analysis. The findings reveal that Dedi Mulyadi adopts a humanistic and narrative persuasive communication style, utilizing Sundanese cultural symbols, accessible language, and storytelling that evokes empathy. This strategy not only enhances his visibility and popularity but also strengthens public identification with him as a leader who preserves local traditions and remains close to ordinary people. His political communication reflects a successful integration of local content and a personal approach, proving effective in shaping public opinion and influencing voter preferences
Implementasi Multi-Stakeholder Partnership dalam Penguatan Pelayanan Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial di Desa Cibadak
Get PDFThe Social Welfare Center (PUSKESOS) of Cibadak Village, Bogor is an organization established in 2023 by the Social Service with the involvement of Cibadak Village in selecting officers to carry out services for the community. High enthusiasm of the community towards the presence of PUSKESOS has resulted in an imbalance between service times and community demand for the number of workers. Institutional strengthening is needed by PUSKESOS in facing challenges and forming development strategies through a Multi-Stakeholder Partnership approach. This research aims to examine the influence of PUSKESOS collaboration with various partners using the Multi-Stakeholder Partnership theory to evaluate the impact of partnerships on services along with supporting and inhibiting factors in the running of the PUSKESOS organization in Cibadak Village. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews as a primary data collection tool. The research results show that PUSKESOS has succeeded in building collaborative involvement between stakeholders with service development strategies implemented to maximize PUSKESOS services including service improvements in data input training and the use of technological facilities as well as monitoring and evaluation activities to facilitate the service process for the people of Cibadak Village
Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta dengan Menggunakan Diagram Kartesius
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the quality of public services at the Jebres Subdistrict Religious Affairs Office (KUA) using a Cartesian diagram. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The data for this study were collected through the distributions of questionnaires at the KUA Jebres Subdistrict. The findings of this study show that there are five criteria that fall into quadrant A (need to be improved) in the Cartesian diagram, such as timeliness of service and employee problem-solving ability. Several criteria that fall into quadrants C and D, such as accessibility and employee appearance, are considered less important by the public, so they do not affect the overall performance of the KUA Jebres Subdistrict. Meanwhile, several criteria, such as the speed of the service process and the suitability of procedures, fall into quadrant B, which shows good performance and has met public expectations. In general, the quality of public services at the KUA Jebres Subdistrict is quite good, but there are several criteria that need to be improved, which are listed in quadrant A to ensure that the quality of services provided can meet public expectations.

Empowerment of the Lentora Turtle Care Group in Mapane Tambu Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency
Get PDFThe Mapane Tambu Village community group has long pursued Lentora Turtle Conservation. However, these conservation activities still have various obstacles to their implementation, especially in the buildings and infrastructure that support the conservation of Lentora turtles. These obstacles are related to funding problems, which are permanent in nature. The long-term existence of Lentora turtle conservation can benefit the people of Mapane Tambu Village if it is managed well, especially if it is used as a turtle conservation ecotourism area. Low public awareness and knowledge and a lack of concern for turtle conservation are the main problems in turtle conservation activities. This service aims to help empower the Lentora Turtle Care Group to raise funds for the Mapane Tambu Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency community. The stages of this service activity include preparation and implementation (training and socialization). The achievement of the service was an increase in donors for turtle conservation fundraising from 4 donors to 6 donors. The Lentora turtle care group initially had problems providing turtle food, but through this service, it was able to obtain permanent donors to provide lentora turtle food. Furthermore, the sustainability of community service activities requires assistance in developing turtle conservation ecotourism as a new business opportunity to increase additional income and as a new source of Village Original Income through the tourism sector

No full textPengolahan hasil tes psikotes di PT Mahkota Maharaja Indonesia masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga memakan waktu dan bisa terjadi kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi psikotes berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh admin untuk melakukan input data, mengolah hasil, dan mencetak dokumen seperti hasil tes, sertifikat, dan amplop secara otomatis dalam format PDF. Pengembangan pada sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem menggunakan UML (use case dan activity diagram), perancangan antarmuka dengan Laravel dan MySQL, serta pengujian menggunakan metode black box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan telah berhasil memenuhi semua kebutuhan fungsional, dengan seluruh skenario pengujian menunjukkan hasil valid, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi serta akurasi dalam proses perhitungan dan penyajian hasil psikotes

Get PDFAbstrak - Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan pada industri kursus mengemudi, khususnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan siswa kursus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi website berbasis Metode Importance Performance Analysis guna mengukur tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap pelayanan di Lembaga Kursus Lestari Belajar Pinrang. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan Next JS dan MySQL. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, aplikasi ini terbukti sangat membantu dalam mengelola dan mengevaluasi data penilaian kepuasan siswa. Hasilnya, tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap pelayanan dapat diketahui secara lebih efektif, dan aplikasi ini dapat dijadikan wadah bagi siswa untuk memberikan penilaian serta umpan balik kepuasan mereka terhadap pelayanan di Lembaga Kursus Lestari Belajar Pinrang
Risk of Hemodynamic Disorder in Cats in Surabaya and Surrounding Areas with Erythrocyte and Platelet Components Analysis
Get PDFThe community service program by lecturers of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya, in collaboration with WEKA Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Many cat owners are unaware of the clinical symptoms of hemodynamic disorders, such as fatigue, weakness, tiredness, lethargy, or even a decreased or loss of appetite. However, visible clinical signs, such as pale gums or mucous membranes, and shortness of breath, sometimes prompt cat owners to consider what to do. This program aims to educate the public regarding the risk factors for hemodynamic disorders that affect the general condition of the cats with blood tests for erythrocyte and platelet components. This program focuses on cats cared for by owners in Surabaya and its surroundings. The method for identifying risks of hemodynamic disorder is a blood test with a hematology analyzer, and it is free of charge. The contribution of this activity is Improvement awareness and knowledge of pet owners, especially cat\u27s owners, about the importance of blood tests to reduce the risk factors for hemodynamic disorders in cat health. This activity uses sample of 25 cats from 25 different owners, which were taken randomly without looking at clinical symptoms. Blood samples were taken and continued with the Raito-vet® hematology analyzer to determine the components of the erythrocyte and platelet values. The results showed that all samples had anemia, and 19 cats had thrombocytosis. After the results were obtained, a discussion and education stage was carried out with cat owners regarding the condition and further treatment of the cat. Cats without significant symptoms can experience hemodynamic disorders, as evidenced by the fact that almost all cats participating in this program had abnormal erythrocyte and platelet counts. A blood test with a hematology analyzer is an effective supporting diagnosis for detecting hemodynamic disorders or blood abnormalities in cats. Therefore, the results of this test play a significant role in ensuring cat owners are more aware and vigilant about the effects of abnormal blood results and in deciding on further action to improve their cat\u27s health. This program also helps veterinarians provide education and advice to cat owners so they can pay more attention to their cat\u27s health through various stages of prevention and treatment, so that diseases can be detected early, are not fatal, and improve cat health
