Experimental Analysis of the Effect of Printing Parameters of 3D Printer FDM Machine on Dimensional Error and Surface Hardness of PLA+ Material
Get PDFPLA material is one of the most commonly used materials in Fused Deposition Modelling 3D printers for various purposes. The quality of the printed part can be assessed from its dimensional accuracy and surface hardness. The method used to determine the appropriate parameters for achieving optimal results is the 2k factorial design method. The parameters studied include BTT, WT, and FP. The levels for BTT were set at 1 mm and 3 mm, WT were 1 mm and 2 mm, and FP consists of concentric and lines. Statistical analysis revealed that several parameters significantly influence the response. The statistical analysis results show factors with a P-value < 0.05 (α = 0.05). The WDE response shows an interaction between BTT, WT, and FP. The HDE response indicates that the interactions between BTT and WT, BTT and FP, WT and FP, and WT affect HDE. In the SH response, the factors BTT, WT, and the interaction between WT and PT affected SH. Meanwhile, in the LDE response, all factors had P-values > 0.05. This study also found that WT individually affects HDE, WDE, and SH. On the other hand, the WT factor interacts with BTT and FP to affect SH

Get PDFSistem Informasi layanan rumah sakit memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional seperti pendaftaran pasien, penjadwalan dokter, pencatatan rekam medis, dan pelaporan layanan. Namun, sistem manual yang masih diterapkan di sejumlah rumah sakit menyebabkan berbagai kendala seperti keterlambatan layanan, duplikasi data, kesalahan pencatatan, dan kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi secara cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi layanan rumah sakit berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi pustaka, observasi lapangan, wawancara, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil dari analisis kebutuhan digunakan untuk merancang sistem dengan pendekatan unified modeling language (UML) yang mencakup use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, dan sequence diagram. sistem ini dirancang dengan fitur utama seperti pendaftaran online, manajemen jadwal dokter, pencatatan rekam medis elektronik, dan pelaporan otomatis. Sistem berbasis web memungkinkan akses fleksibel dan real time, serta dirancang dengan antarmuka yang mudah digunakan. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat layanan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit
The Effectiveness of the Social Commerce and E-Commerce Separation System in the Implementation of Minister of Trade Regulation Number 31 of 2023
Get PDFThe transformation of Indonesia\u27s digital trade ecosystem after the COVID-19 pandemic has given rise to social commerce a model that combines social media functions with online transactions creating an urgent need for more adaptive regulation. This study examines the effectiveness of the separation system between social commerce and e-commerce as regulated by the Minister of Trade Regulation (Permendag) No. 31 of 2023, which aims to restructure digital trade governance and protect micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research aims to assess how effectively the policy achieves market fairness, strengthens platform supervision, and fosters a competitive digital ecosystem. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and observation of implementation practices on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Tokopedia. The analysis applies the Adaptive Policy Design & Governance Capacity framework (Capano & Woo, 2018), covering analytical, operational, and political capacities, as well as policy robustness, adaptiveness, and integration. The results indicate that Minister of Trade Regulation No. 31/2023 is normatively effective in clarifying the boundary between promotional and transactional functions, while encouraging global corporate compliance through the TikTok Shop Tokopedia merger. The policy is found to be robust, adaptive, and well-coordinated across institutions, although challenges remain in oversight and MSME digital literacy. This study highlights the importance of adaptive and collaborative governance capacity in balancing innovation with regulation and provides a foundation for strengthening inclusive and sustainable digital trade governance in Indonesia
Client’s Communication Privacy Boundaries in Ruang Refleksi Online Service of Halo Jiwa Indonesia
Get PDFRuang Refleksi Online (RRO), or Online Reflection Room, is one of Halo Jiwa Indonesia’s online-based counseling services, providing emotional support to people since the COVID-19 pandemic. This online-based counseling is a free and non-professional service provided by peer counselors from Halo Jiwa Indonesia members, which was held in 2020. This study aims to know how the client manages their privacy rules in peer counseling, according to five criteria of Communication Privacy Management in boundary rules, which are culture, motivation, context, gender, and risk-benefit ratio. This research type is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Four clients were chosen from purposive sampling with a specific category. From this study, it can be concluded that clients of Ruang Refleksi Online created their privacy rule according to their motivation, contextual, and risk-benefit ratio factors. This determines how much self-disclosure they can share with the peer counselor during interpersonal communication in the counseling session. Inclusive Digital Communication in Higher Education: Information Accessibility for Low Vision Students in Bandung Raya
Get PDFInclusive higher education in Indonesia still faces significant challenges in providing accessible digital communication for students with low vision. Learning Management Systems (LMS) are not only repositories of course content but also key mediated communication channels where lecturers, institutions, and students exchange information and feedback. When these platforms are inaccessible, the problem becomes communication inequality that restricts students’ rights to receive and express information. This study explores accessibility barriers experienced by low vision students in universities across Bandung Raya, focusing on their interaction with LMS interfaces, messages, and media formats. Using a constructivist paradigm and an intrinsic case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed with Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. Findings reveal three main communication-related accessibility issues: inconsistent visual layout and low-contrast interfaces, inadequate keyboard-based navigation, and the absence of screen reader integration and alternative formats such as audio or transcripts. Viewed through inclusive communication and the social model of disability, these barriers act as structural “noise” in mediated interaction. The study argues that LMS accessibility must be treated as a central component of inclusive digital communication, requiring user-informed design, assistive communication technologies, and participatory testing with low vision students as co-designers
Reconstructing The Paradigm Of Legal Protection Of Workers: Conceptual Renewal Of Termination In The Welfare Perspective
Get PDFThe reform of the termination of employment (PHK) regulation in Indonesia through Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation has had a significant impact on the legalprotection and welfare of workers. This study aims to evaluate changes in layoff regulations, the implications of compensation reductions, and the implementation of Pancasila principles and Human Rights (HAM) in the protection of workers who experience layoffs. The normative-juridical method is used by reviewing legislation, Court decisions, and the latest legal literature. The results show that although the job creation law provides flexibility for employers, the looser provisions in layoffs have the potential to harm workers, especially in the aspects of compensation and legal certainty. The implementation of Pancasila and human rights principles is an important foundation in ensuring the protection of workers so that the right to work, social justice, and humanity are maintained. Social security policies and fair dispute resolution mechanisms are strengthened through the latest Ministry of labor regulations, but the effectiveness of their implementation needs to be constantly monitored. The study recommends comprehensive reforms that promote a balance of interests between workers and employers, as well as strengthening constitutional protections for the sustainable welfare of workers
Optimalisasi Platform Trading Online Saham: Pelatihan Penggunaan Fitur dan Tools RELI-Trade untuk Meningkatkan Inklusi Keuangan Masyarakat

Melihat urgensi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi RELI-Trade, yaitu platform resmi dari PT. Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk sebagai salah satu platform aplikasi online trading di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam Himpunan Mahasiswa Niaga (HIMA Niaga) STIA YPPT Priatim, yang merupakan mitra dalam pelaksanaan program. Mahasiswa dipilih sebagai sasaran karena memiliki potensi besar sebagai agen perubahan dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan di masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi pelatihan teknis, simulasi penggunaan fitur-fitur dan tools pada aplikasi RELI-Trade, diskusi interaktif, serta pendampingan praktik langsung. Pelatihan akan difokuskan pada pemahaman analisis pasar, cara melakukan transaksi beli-jual saham, pemanfaatan data pasar, serta manajemen risiko investasi. Luaran dari kegiatan ini antara lain adalah meningkatnya literasi keuangan dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi trading saham secara mandiri. Selain itu, akan dihasilkan modul pelatihan digital dan artikel ilmiah yang ditargetkan untuk publikasi pada Jurnal Pengabdian terindeks sinta sebagai bagian dari diseminasi hasil kegiatan. Diharapkan, program ini dapat menjadi kontribusi nyata dalam mendorong inklusi keuangan dan meningkatkan partisipasi generasi muda dalam investasi pasar modal yang sehat dan bertanggung jawab. Pengaruh Agresivitas Pajak, Leverage Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Agresivitas Pajak, Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2019-2023. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2019-2023. Metode penelitian sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka terdapat 15 perusahaan yang digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Nilai perusahaan dapat diartikan sebagai nilai sahamnya. Ada beberapa hal yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan antara lain profitabilitas, agresivitas pajak, leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan aset. LEGAL PROTECTION OF DEBUS ARTS IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF LOCAL UNIQUENESS-BASED CULTURE
Get PDFThis research aims to (1) analyze the form of legal protection of Debus art both in cultural advancement regulation and in copyright; and (2) propose a Model that is appropriate in enhancing the role of related stakeholders in Banten Province for the implementation of Debus protection. This research falls under normative juridical research emphasizing secondary data supported by interviews with informants as supporters, examining positive law (IPR/Copyright and Cultural Advancement). The output of this research is targeted for a scientific publication in the form of a model to increase the role of stakeholders for the protection of Debus Banten. The research results show that 1. The form of legal protection of Debus art needs to be enhanced not only through preservation carried out by Debus performers and their associations, but also stakeholder synergy in regulation, promotion, and education. There are 4 pillars namely protection, development, guidance, and utilization, which are continuously strived for optimally. 2. The appropriate model in enhancing the role of related stakeholders in Banten Province for the implementation of Debus protection, with the optimization of the role of local governments in implementing 4 pillars, plus partnership patterns and partisanshi
