    The pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus has led to negative economic consequences in all countries. The COVID-19 pandemic created problems in the functioning of the economy, and economic state measures were necessary to reduce the negative impact of the pandemic. Every country in the world has tried to find the best economic measures to help its citizens overcome the negative effects of the pandemic as easily as possible. After 5 years since the pandemic began, the real effects of these state measures, which were also implemented by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, can now be seen much more objectively, which is analysed in this paper. The primary objective of this paper is to evaluate citizens\u27 opinions on the effectiveness of the state economic measures implemented by the Government of the Republic of Serbia to mitigate the impact of pandemics on both citizens\u27 lives and companies\u27 operations

    Diplomsko delo proučuje učinek vpeljave sodobnih logističnih praks na področju digitalizacije procesov. Delo temelji na raziskavi poteka skladiščnih procesov v proizvodnem podjetju, kjer je namen proučevanega dela povečanje časovne učinkovitosti in sledljivosti toka materialov. Analizirano je bilo trenutno stanje skladiščnih procesov, identificirani so bili ključni vzroki za neučinkovito porabo delovnega časa skladiščnika ter podane možne izboljšave. Ena izmed glavnih usmeritev za izboljšavo je implementacija modula sistema za upravljanje skladiščenja (angl. Warehouse management system, v nadaljevanju: WMS) v že obstoječi sistem upravljanja virov organizacije (angl. Enterprise resource planning, v nadaljevanju: ERP), ki bi z digitalizacijo procesov zagotovila večjo konkurenčnost podjetja v poslovnem okolju. Predlagane so bile tudi organizacijske spremembe na infrastrukturnem nivoju, ki bi po okoljski preureditvi omogočale standardizirane izvedbe procesov. S celostnim pristopom k obravnavani problematiki diplomsko delo stremi k zagotavljanju večje prilagodljivosti, hitrejši dostopnosti materialov ter izboljšanju usklajenosti med skladiščem vhodnih materialov in proizvodnim procesom. Rezultati dela navajajo, da bi digitalizirane rešitve bistveno pripomogle k operativni učinkovitosti zaposlenih v skladišču. Implementacija predlaganih rešitev bi za podjetje predstavljala pomemben dolgoročni doprinos k višji tržni konkurenčnosti.This research paper examines the effect of implementing modern logistics practices in the field of process digitalisation. The work is based on a study of warehouse processes in a manufacturing company, where the purpose of the study is to increase time efficiency and traceability of material flow. The paper analyses the current state of warehouse processes, identifies key indicators of inefficient use of warehouse workers\u27 time, and provides possible improvements. One of the main directions is the implementation of a warehouse management system (hereafter: WMS) module into an existing enterprise resource planning (hereafter: ERP) system, which would ensure greater competitiveness in the business environment by digitising processes. Organisational changes at the infrastructure level are also proposed, which would, after environmental reorganisation, enable standardised process implementation. In a holistic approach, the work aims to ensure greater flexibility, faster availability of materials, and improved coordination between the input materials warehouse and the production process. The results of the work indicate that digitised solutions would significantly contribute to the operational efficiency of the warehouse. The implementation of the proposed solutions would represent an important long-term contribution to higher market competitiveness in modern production environments for the company

    Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na preučevanje etične uporabe umetne inteligence (UI) med mladimi, ki predstavljajo eno najbolj digitalno pismenih in hkrati najbolj izpostavljenih skupin sodobnega tehnološkega razvoja. Zaradi vse večje prisotnosti umetne inteligence v vsakdanjem življenju, zlasti v akademskem in poslovnem okolju, postaja vprašanje etične uporabe te tehnologije izjemno pomembno. Mladi pogosto uporabljajo umetno inteligenco pri študijskih obveznostih, pri delu in tudi v prostem času, vendar ob tem niso vedno dovolj informirani o etičnih dilemah, ki jih takšna uporaba odpira. V teoretičnem delu naloge so predstavljeni temeljni pojmi umetne inteligence, njen zgodovinski razvoj, osnovne vrste ter ključni etični koncepti, s katerimi lahko vrednotimo vpliv UI na posameznika in družbo. Posebna pozornost je bila namenjena tudi obstoječim regulativnim okvirom ter vlogi umetne inteligence v akademskem in poslovnem okolju. Empirični del temelji na anketni raziskavi, izvedeni med mladimi, natančneje pripadniki generacije Z. Zbrani podatki so pokazali, da je uporaba umetne inteligence med mladimi zelo razširjena, vendar so prisotni tudi številni pomisleki, zlasti glede zasebnosti, preglednosti algoritmov in odgovornosti. Anketiranci so kot največje etične dileme izpostavili nejasnost delovanja UI, možnost zlorabe osebnih podatkov ter vpliv tehnologije na lastno avtonomijo pri učenju in delu. V zaključku so podani konkretni predlogi za bolj etično uporabo UI, med katerimi izstopajo krepitev etične in digitalne pismenosti, transparentnost delovanja sistemov, jasna pravila uporabe v akademskem okolju ter vključevanje mladih v oblikovanje prihodnjih etičnih smernic v organizacijah.This thesis focuses on the ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) among young people, one of the most digitally literate and at the same time one of the most exposed groups in contemporary technological development. The growing presence of AI in everyday life, especially in academic and business environments, makes the question of the ethical use of this technology of paramount importance. Young people often use AI in their studies, at work and in their leisure time, but are not always sufficiently informed about the ethical dilemmas that such use raises. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the basic concepts of AI, its historical development, its basic types and key ethical concepts that can be used to evaluate the impact of AI on individuals and society. Special attention was also paid to the existing regulatory frameworks and the role of AI in academia and business. The empirical part is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among young people, specifically members of Generation Z. The data collected showed that the use of AI is widespread among young people, but there are also a number of concerns, in particular about privacy, transparency of algorithms and accountability. Respondents highlighted the lack of clarity about how AI works, the potential for misuse of personal data and the impact of technology on their autonomy to learn and work as the biggest ethical dilemmas. It concludes with concrete suggestions for a more ethical use of AI, including strengthening ethical and digital literacy, transparency of systems, clear rules of use in academia, and the involvement of young people in the development of future ethical guidelines in organizations

    Experiencing the poems "Love poem for girls" and "Love poem for boys" among 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade students

    Magistrsko delo raziskuje doživljanje ljubezni in pesniških besedil pri učencih prvega, tretjega in petega razreda osnovne šole. Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kako učenci različnih starosti in spolov doživljajo ljubezen, kako jo izražajo in prepoznavajo pri drugih ter kako razumejo izbrani pesmi "Ljubezenska za deklice" oz. "Ljubezenska za dečke". V empiričnem delu so bili uporabljeni različni instrumenti (skupinsko delo ob plakatu, delovni listi, ustvarjanje lastnih naštevank), s katerimi je bil pridobljen vpogled v čustveno in literarno odzivnost učencev. Rezultati kažejo, da se s starostjo razvijata tako kompleksnost doživljanja ljubezni kot globina literarne interpretacije. Ugotovljene so bile tudi razlike med spoloma. Dečki pogosteje izražajo ljubezen s konkretnimi dejanji, deklice pa z besedami in čustvenimi odzivi, ob čemer izkazujejo tudi večjo motiviranost za sodelovanje v učnem procesu. Na področju razumevanja literarnih besedil so bile razlike najbolj izrazite v prvem razredu. Raziskava prispeva k razumevanju čustvenega in literarnega razvoja otrok ter poudarja pomen vključevanja ustreznih literarnih besedil pri razvijanju empatije, izražanju čustev in oblikovanju varnega učnega okolja.This master\u27s thesis explores the experience of love and poetic texts among students in the first, third, and fifth grades of primary school. The aim of the research was to examine how students of different ages and genders experience love, how they express and recognize it in others, and how they understand the selected poems "Love poem for girls" and "Love poem for boys". In the empirical part, various instruments were used (group work on posters, worksheets, and the creation of original rhyming poems), providing insight into the students’ emotional and literary responsiveness. The results show that both the complexity of experiencing love and the depth of literary interpretation develop with age. Gender differences were also identified. Boys tend to express love through concrete actions, while girls more often use words and emotional responses and show greater motivation to participate in the learning process. The most notable differences in literary comprehension were observed in the first grade. The study contributes to the understanding of children\u27s emotional and literary development and highlights the importance of including appropriate literary texts to foster empathy, emotional expression, and the creation of a safe learning environment

    The mix matters

    What is the rational response to a scientific disagreement? Many epistemologists argue that disagreement with an epistemic peer should generally lead to conciliation by lowering confidence in the disputed belief or even suspending judgment altogether. Although this conciliatory approach is widely regarded as a norm of individual rationality, its value in the context of collective scientific inquiry is less clear. Some have even raised concerns that conciliating in scientific disagreements may slow progress or reduce the efficiency of inquiry. In this article,we introduce a novel agent-based model that captures key aspects of scientific disagreement by incorporating both epistemic norms, which govern belief revision, and zetetic norms, which guide how scientists pursue inquiry. Our results indicate that the effects of conciliating in the face of disagreement—whether detrimental or beneficial—depend on the zetetic norms that scientists follow. When scientists focus on exploiting the hypothesis that they believe is most likely to succeed, remaining steadfast is more effective. However, with exploratory scientists, conciliation does not negatively affect group performance. These findings highlight the critical role of zetetic norms in determining the rational response to disagreement in scientific practice

    Diplomsko delo obravnava kompetence kot ključen dejavnik uspešnega kadrovskega managementa, s poudarkom na tem, kako so predstavljene v zaposlitvenih oglasih za delovna mesta na področju kadrovskega managementa (HRM) v Sloveniji. Namen dela je bil ugotoviti, katere kompetence delodajalci najpogosteje navajajo, kako jih opisujejo in ali so skladne s sodobnimi smernicami stroke. Umešča se na področje upravljanja s človeškimi viri, natančneje selekcije kadrov in oblikovanja kadrovskih profilov. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen razvoj koncepta kompetenc, njihova klasifikacija (tehnične, mehke, digitalne in vodstvene) ter njihov pomen v strateškem HRM. V empiričnem delu je bila uporabljena kvalitativna vsebinska analiza 50 zaposlitvenih oglasov, objavljenih med marcem in julijem 2025 na portalih MojeDelo.com in Optius.com. Rezultati kažejo, da so kompetence v oglasih pogosto prisotne, vendar večinoma zapisane generično, brez vedenjske konkretizacije in povezave z delovnimi nalogami. Digitalne kompetence so podcenjene, strateške in vodstvene pa pogosto izpuščene. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da delodajalci še ne uporabljajo sistematičnega kompetenčnega pristopa pri oblikovanju oglasov. Diplomsko delo podaja priporočila za izboljšave, kot so uporaba kompetenčnih modelov, natančnejša opredelitev pričakovanj, večja vključitev digitalnih in vedenjskih kompetenc ter usklajevanje oglasov z organizacijsko kulturo. S tem prispeva k izboljšanju kadrovskih praks in profesionalizaciji zaposlovanja na slovenskem trgu dela.Thesis explores competencies as a key factor in effective human resource management, with a special focus on how they are presented in job advertisements for HRM positions in Slovenia. The main goal was to find out which competencies employers most often mention, how they are described, and whether these descriptions align with modern HR trends. The research falls within the field of human resource management, specifically in the areas of employee selection and creating HR profiles. The theoretical part outlines the development of the concept of competencies, their classification (technical, soft, digital, and leadership), and their importance in strategic HRM. The empirical part is based on a qualitative content analysis of 50 job advertisements published between March and July 2025 on the job portals MojeDelo.com and Optius.com. The findings show that while competencies are often included in the ads, they are usually written in a generic way—lacking behavioral descriptions or clear links to the actual job tasks. Digital competencies are noticeably undervalued, and leadership or strategic competencies are often missing altogether. It became clear that employers do not yet apply a systematic, competency-based approach when writing job ads. The thesis offers several recommendations for improvement, such as using competency models, providing clearer expectations, including more digital and behavioral skills, and aligning ads with the company’s culture. In doing so, it aims to support better HR practices and promote a more professional approach to hiring in the Slovenian labor market

    Analysis and Comparison of Morphological and Genetic Vineyard Peach (Prunus persica (L.) Batsch) Diversity Using Phenotypic and Microsatellite Markers

    Vinogradniške breskve (Prunus persica (L.) Batsch) predstavljajo bogat vir lokalno prilagojenega genskega materiala z bogato genetsko variabilnostjo. Ohranjanje te raznolikosti je pomembno za žlahtniteljske programe, izboljšanje in prilagajanje lastnosti kultivarjev in podlag. Za učinkovito upravljanje in rabo teh virov je bistvenega pomena natančna morfološka in genetska karakterizacija akcesij, ki jih hranimo v genskih bankah. Namen magistrske naloge je bil analizirati morfološko in genetsko raznolikost 24 akcesij vinogradniških breskev iz genske banke koščičarjev. Morfološko vrednotenje je potekalo na osnovi 25 fenotipskih deskriptorjev, genetska analiza pa z uporabo devetih mikrosatelitskih (SSR) markerjev. Na osnovi morfoloških podatkov smo s hierarhično metodo AGNES (angl. Agglomerative Nesting) razvrstili akcesije v štiri skupine, medtem ko smo z metodo NJ (angl. Neighbor-Joining tree) na osnovi genotipskih podatkov oblikovali tri skupine. Analiza SSR-markerjev je pokazala, da so bili štirje lokusi (EMPaS06, EMPaS14, BPPCT014, BPPCT034) pri vseh akcesijah monomorfni, kar kaže na omejeno diskriminatorno moč teh markerjev pri proučevanem materialu. Najbolj informativen lokus je bil EMPaS12, s štirimi aleli in vrednostjo PIC 0,474. Povprečna opažena heterozigotnost (Ho) je znašala 0,093, pričakovana heterozigotnost (He) pa 0,166, kar kaže na nizko stopnjo genetske variabilnosti znotraj analiziranega nabora. Primerjava dendrogramov, izdelanih na osnovi morfoloških in genetskih podatkov, je pokazala delno skladnost, z nekaj izjemami.Vineyard peaches (Prunus persica (L.) Batsch) are a rich source of locally adapted genetic material with a rich genetic variability. Conservation of this diversity is important for breeding programs, improving and adapting the characteristics of cultivars and rootstocks. For the effective management and use of these resources, accurate morphological and genetic characterization of accessions stored in gene banks is essential. The purpose of the master\u27s thesis was to analyze the morphological and genetic diversity of 24 vineyard peach accessions from the stone fruit gene bank. Morphological evaluation was based on 25 phenotype descriptors, and genetic analysis was performed using nine microsatellite (SSR) markers. Based on morphological data, we classified the accessions into four groups using the hierarchical AGNES (Agglomerative Nesting) method, while three groups were formed using the NJ (Neighbor-Joining tree) method based on genotypic data. Analysis of SSR markers showed that four loci (EMPaS06, EMPaS14, BPPCT014, BPPCT034) were monomorphic in all accessions, indicating the limited discriminatory power of these markers in the studied material. The most informative locus was EMPaS12, with four alleles and a PIC value of 0.474. The average observed heterozygosity (Ho) was 0.093, and the expected heterozygosity (He) was 0.166, indicating a low level of genetic variability within the analyzed set. Comparison of dendrograms constructed based on morphological and genetic data showed partial agreement, with a few exceptions

    Diplomsko delo obravnava proces konstruiranje zajemalke s prijemalom za prednji nakladalec. Glavni cilj naloge je bil razvoj funkcionalne zajemalke, ki ustreza zahtevam in jo je mogoče uporabiti na različnih področjih dela. Sama zajemalka je nadgrajena s prijemalom, ki omogoča učinkovito manipulacijo različnih vrst materiala. V uvodnem delu so podani opredelitev problema, cilji zaključnega dela in metode, ki so bile skozi diplomsko delo uporabljene. Sledi predstavitev prednjih nakladalcev in njihova uporaba ter pa predstavitev različnih vrst zajemalk. Sledila je faza konstruiranja, ki je zajemala idejno zasnovo, konstruiranje posameznih komponent s pomočjo 3D modeliranja v programu SolidWorks ter izbor ustreznih materialov. Skonstruirana zajemalka, je bila s trdnostno analizo, na najbolj obremenjenem delu preverjena z metodo končnih elementov. Na podlagi skonstruirane zajemalke s prijemalom so bile izdelane tudi sestavne risbe podsklopov in celotnega sklopa zajemalke s prijemalom.The diploma thesis discusses the process of designing a bucket with a grip for a front loader. The main goal of the thesis was the development of a functional bucket that meets the required specifications and can be used in various fields of work. The bucket itself is enhanced with a grip that enables efficient handling of different types of materials. The introduction presents the problem definition, the objectives of the final thesis, and the methods used throughout the work. This is followed by an overview of front loaders and their applications, as well as a presentation of different types of buckets. The design phase included the conceptual design, the construction of individual components using 3D modeling in SolidWorks, and the selection of appropriate materials. The designed bucket was analyzed using the finite element method to verify the strength of its most stressed part. Based on the designed bucket with a grip, assembly drawings of the subassemblies and the complete bucket-grip assembly were also created

    Magistrsko delo raziskuje vpliv toplotne obdelave na mehanske in geometrijske spremembe 3D tiskanih izdelkov iz PLA. Cilj raziskave je preveriti možnost izboljšanja mehanskih lastnosti za uporabo pri izdelavi protetičnih ležišč. Uporabljene so metode 3D tiska, toplotne obdelave, DMA analiza in izvajanje nateznih preizkusov. Prav tako je bil analiziran vpliv toplotne obdelave na geometrijske spremembe protetičnega ležišča. Rezultati so pokazali, da natezne trdnosti žarjenje ne izboljša. Žarjenje je povečalo modul elastičnosti in povzročilo velike spremembe geometrije.This master\u27s thesis investigates the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical and geometrical changes of 3D-printed PLA components. The aim of the research was to evaluate the potential for improving mechanical properties for use in the production of prosthetic sockets. The methods used include 3D printing, heat treatment, DMA analysis, and tensile testing. The study also monitors how heat treatment affects the geometrical changes of the prosthetic socket. The results showed that annealing does not improve tensile strength. However, it increases the elastic modulus and causes significant geometric deformations
