No full textThis article aims to determine the nature of al-ahruf as-sab‘ah and al-qirâ’ât. In addition, this article also refutes some orientalist criticisms and negative accusations against the Qur’an by referring to the opinions of classical and contemporary scholars. This article uses a qualitative research method with the type of library research. The approach used is the interpretation approach and ulum al-Qur’an. This study found that al-ahruf as-sab‘ah was originally a rukhsah given to Muslims at that time because many Muslims had difficulty reading the Qur’an with one kind of letter. However, the rukhsah is removed after the loss of excuse. At the time of Caliph Uthman, the Qur'an was written and recorded only qirâ’ât following the Quraish lahjah (dialect) and left other qirâ’ât to avoid disputes in the reading of the Qur’an. The bookkeeping and writing of the Qur'an at the time of Caliph Uthman was carried out very carefully with high accuracy and witnessed by many friends who memorized the Qur'an and were following al-‘ardhah al-akhîrah. This refutes the orientalists who doubt the authenticity of the Qur’an by accusing the existence of negligence, political motives, the banishment of some al-ahruf as-sab‘ah, different qirâ’ât, and Arabic writing

No full textThe development of exegesis covered the ideology of the interpreter which is influenced by education, the sect adopted and the environment that surrounds the interpreter. The belief held by the commentator is then turned into a truth which sometimes blames other interpretations. The ideology of this interpretation can be found when Islam had developed during the tabi'in period, namely when a period of the emergence of various works of interpretation with the style of Sufism, theology, fikh, linguistics and so on. This ideological interpretation is then seen by contemporary commentators as a weakness of the previous interpretation. This study reveals various arguments from contemporary commentators regarding the methodology of interpretation, the ideology of interpretation to the subjectivity of previous commentators. Akibatnya, kepercayaan anggota terhadap pengurus perlahan hilang dan membuat organisasi RISMA tersebut vakum beberapa tahun. Dengan diterapkannnya fungsi manajemen, masalah-masalah tersebut dapat teratasi dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pendekatan sosial. Pendekatan sosial yang dimaksud ialah penyampaian maksud dan tujuan dari kegiatan Studi Lapangan ini. Setalah diterapkan fungsi manajemen tersebut, kegiatan RISMA bisa berjalan kembali dengan cukup efektif. Setiap kegiatan tidak akan berhasil secara maksimal tanpa adanya Manajemen yang baik. Get PDFArtikel ini membahas tentang analisis nilai-nilai dakwah dalam novel Islammu adalah maharku. Novel ini mengajak umat muslim untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai dakwah dan bagaimana cara atau metode berdakwah dalam menjalani kehidupan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, peneliti merumuskan masalah yaitu apa saja nilai-nilai dakwah dalam novel Islammu Adalah Maharku dan bagaimana metode berdakwah tokoh Syakila dalam novel Islammu Adalah Maharku. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian analisis isi. Adapun unit analisisnya sumber informasi yang akan diolah pada tahap analisis, dengan menganalisis nilai-nilai dakwah dan metode dakwah dalam novel Islammu Adalah Maharku. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya nilai-nilai dakwah meliputi tiga aspek yaitu nilai keikhlasan, nilai kejujuran, dan nilai kerja keras. Nilai keikhlasan terkait erat dengan berserah diri atas takdir Allah SWT. Nilai kejujuran terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu pelurusan akidah, berperilaku jujur dan tidak menyakiti orang, jangan merusak bumi. Nilai kerja keras seperti pepatah siapa yang bersungguh-sungguh dialah yang pasti dapat dan bagaimana metode berdakwah tokoh Syakila dalam novel Islammu Adalah Maharku meliputi, mad’u atau sasaran dakwah dalam novel ini cenderung kepada pembaca, maddah atau materi dakwah dalam novel ini dibuat oleh Ario Muhammad, PhD melalui peran tokoh Syakila, media yang digunakan tokoh Syakila dalam berdakwah lebih condong menggunakan media lisan dan perbuatan, metode dakwah tokoh Syakila meliputi Bil Hikmah, Mauidzah Al Hasanah, dan Bil Mujadalah dan efek dakwah yang dihasilkan akan dirasakan oleh pembaca novel secara berbeda-beda

No full textPreservation of the Qur'an from the past until now shows that Muslims are obliged to always respect and preserve it by reading, writing and memorizing it. The authenticity of the Qur'an is meant to be preserved through times of change and substitution. This study describes the Tahfiz al-Quran method at Darul Quran Islamic Boarding School, the supports and obstacles for students to memorize the Koran, and the right solution to cover these obstacles. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and data collection with interview and observation techniques were carried out at the Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School used two methods for the work of Tahfiz Al-Qur'an. The first is the Wahdah method of reading one by one verses of the Qur'an which will be memorized by looking at the manuscripts repeatedly, the second using the Sima'I method of listening or listening to the readings read by the ustadz and clerics or through voice recordings. However, the Tahfidz Al Qur'an activity certainly has disadvantages, such as losing the enthusiasm of repeating the students because of laziness, therefore the Ustad and Ustadzah work around this by providing various motivations that can revive the enthusiasm of the students in memorizing the Qur'an

The results of the study showed that the registration of a financial report done by the owners of the small and medium businesses umkm ladu arai pinang gusti use and very modest, the reason why small and medium businesses umkm in village records not financial report in accordance with SAK EMKM is the owner did not understand SAK EMKM and how preparing financial reports that is in accordance with the accounting standard entity micro small and medium enterprises (SAK EMKM)

Get PDFPurpose : This study aims to determine the application of the preparation of reports with financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium entities at Pak DJ's Souvenir Shop. The problems discussed in this study are how to prepare the financial statements of Pak DJ's gift shop and how to form the preparation of the DJ's gift shop's financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form of the financial statements of Pak DJ's Souvenir Shop and make a financial report of Pak DJ's Souvenir Shop in accordance with SAK EMKM.Design/methodology/approach : To obtain the data, the authors used descriptive qualitative research, namely through interviews with the owner of the DJ's Souvenir Shop and documentation of documents related to the preparation of the DJ's souvenir shop's financial statements.Findings : The results showed that the financial statements prepared by Mr. DJ's Souvenir Shop were only simple notes, namely cash receipts and disbursements, the application of financial statement preparation based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities at Mr. DJ's Souvenir Shops compiled by researchers consisting of: from the statement of financial position, income statement and notes to financial statements.Research imlications : Statement of financial position with total assets of Rp. 101,832,700 and total liabilities and equity of Rp. 149,490,100, income statement with total profit of Rp. 99,490,100 and notes to financial statements
Murabahah dalam Literatur Fikih Klasik dan Kontemporer
Get PDFAlong with the development of the times, of course, the problems and phenomena of this muamalah are increasingly diverse, so that it requires deeper study. The scholars found a solution to the muamalah phenomenon which became known as the contemporary concept of muamalah fiqh, where the concept is very different from the classical muamalah fiqh concept. Discussion regarding the two opinions regarding the murabaha concept needs to be understood more deeply for practitioners and academics in developing products sharia financial institution. Therefore the purpose of this discussion is to find out comparatively the concept of murabaha according to classical and contemporary studies as well as the weaknesses and strengths of the concept. This research is a library research (library research) with a qualitative descriptive model with a focus on studies on various matters relating to the classic murabaha buying and selling system in muamalah or business studies from the point of view of experts and the contemporary murabaha buying and selling system in the banking system. The results of this study indicate that the concept of murabaha according to classical fiqh is the concept of buying and selling a product purely for the purpose of trading that upholds the value of trust and cannot be fully implemented in today's banking world. While the advantages of the murabaha concept in contemporary fiqh studies are that it is a short-term investment mechanism that is quite easy and the weaknesses of murabaha in contemporary fiqh studies can be seen from the majority of mechanisms in Islamic banking that take too much into account the loss/risk of goods that are not in accordance with the customer's wishes
