STUDENTS' PERCEPTION OF SIPINTAR SAVINGS PRODUCTS (STUDENT EDUCATION SAVINGS) AT BANK KERINCI
No full textSIPINTAR savings product is a savings product issued by Bank Kerinci specifically for students. This study aims to determine the system and procedure of SIPINTAR savings products and students' perceptions of SIPINTAR savings products at Bank Kerinci. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with a survey approach. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents who were students of SMPN 1 Kerinci. The data was analyzed using perceptual analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results showed that SIPINTAR savings procedures consist of 3, namely account opening, deposit, and withdrawal; two service systems are coming directly to the office and shuttle services. Studi Komparatif Fatwa MUI dan LBMNU Jawa Timur tentang Kehalalan Karmin sebagai Bahan Tambahan Pangan
Get PDFThe differing opinions on the halal status of carmine between the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and the East Java Bahtsul Masail Nahdlatul Ulama (LBMNU) have raised questions regarding the ijtihad methodologies employed by these two institutions. This study aims to examine the differences in methodology, legal reasoning, and Islamic jurisprudential approaches utilized by the two institutions in determining the halal status of carmine. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-comparative approach, based on an analysis of fatwa documents and relevant literature. The findings indicate that MUI declares carmine halal through a tahqiqul manath approach, incorporating empirical research and considerations of utility, whereas LBMNU prohibits carmine using a textual approach that bases its decision on the impurity of insect carcasses according to the Syafi'i school of thought. These differences suggest that MUI adopts a more adaptive stance toward modern contexts by integrating scientific aspects, while LBMNU prioritizes preserving the tradition of the Syafi'i school. Get PDFThe debate over religion-based regional regulations (perda) has become a significant discourse in studies of state–religion relations at the local level, particularly within the context of democracy and societal pluralism. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2009 and its revision through Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2014 in Tasikmalaya City, a region known for its religious character and Muslim-majority population. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method using document study and policy discourse analysis approaches. The findings reveal that Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2009 sparked controversy due to its perceived discriminatory nature against minority groups and its lack of procedural legislative rigor, which led to ineffective implementation. The revision in Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2014 demonstrates a shift toward more inclusive language and editorial format, yet it retains ideological elements that favor the dominant religious majority. These findings highlight the ambivalence that arises when moral aspirations of the community are formalized into local policy, potentially conflicting with constitutional principles. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of identity politics in subnational legislation
PENGARUH TABUNGAN WADIAH DAN GIRO WADIAH TERHADAP LABA BERSIH PADA BANK BJB SYARIAH PERIODE 2020-2022

This research was conducted to determine whether or not there is an effect of wadiah savings and wadiah demand deposits on net income at Bank BJB Syariah for the period 2020 - 2022. The type of research used in this study using quantitative research with secondary data and purposive sampling techniques. In this study, the sample data used was 36 months, the data were wadiah savings, wadiah current accounts and net profit of BJB Syariah bank for the period 2020 - 2022 which were sourced from the financial statement data of BJB Syariah bank. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that the wadiah savings variable has a positive and significant effect on net profit with a positive regression coefficient value of 0.231. However, the wadiah current account variable has a negative and insignificant effect on net profit with a negative regression coefficient value of -0.231. negative regression coefficient value of -0.070. While there is positive and significant effect of the independent variable or both independent variables on net profit with a regression coefficient value of -0.070. independent variables on net income with a coefficient of determination of 0.761.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh tabungan wadiah dan giro wadiah terhadap laba bersih pada Bank BJB Syariah periode 2020 – 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dan teknik pengambilan sampling secara purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini sampel data yang digunakan sebanyak 36 bulan, data tersebut yaitu tabungan wadiah, giro wadiah dan laba bersih bank BJB Syariah periode 2020 – 2022 yang bersumber dari data laporan keuangan bank BJB Syariah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel tabungan wadiah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih dengan nilai koefisien regresi bertanda positif sebesar 0,231. Namun pada variabel giro wadiah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap laba bersih dengan nilai koefisien regresi bertanda negatif sebesar -0,070. Sementara terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel independen atau kedua variabel bebas terhadap laba bersih dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,761
College Students' Understanding of Digital Economic Crimes: A Study on Perceptions and Challenges in Law Enforcement
Get PDFDigital economic crimes pose a significant challenge in the rapidly evolving technological era, particularly for younger generations actively engaged in digital activities. This study aims to explore students’ understanding of digital economic crimes, the challenges in law enforcement, and their critiques of existing regulations. The research adopts a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach, involving 10 students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, majoring in Sharia Financial Management, as informants. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews conducted in two sessions of 20 minutes each. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key themes. The findings reveal that while students are aware of digital risks, such as online fraud and identity theft, their preventive measures remain limited. Informants also identified challenges in law enforcement, including the technological gap between offenders and law enforcement agencies, lack of inter-agency coordination, and inadequate technological training for law enforcement personnel. Moreover, existing regulations, such as the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), are deemed insufficient in addressing the complexities of digital economic crimes. This study highlights the importance of enhancing digital literacy among students, reforming regulations to better adapt to technological advancements, and improving technological capacity and inter-agency coordination in law enforcement to establish a safer digital ecosystem
ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KECENDERUNGAN CALON MAHASISWA MEMILIH PERGURUAN TINGGI DI DAERAH SUNGAI PENUH DAN KERINCI
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis apakah faktor internal dari dalam diri calon mahasiswa yang terdiri dari motivasi dan sikap serta faktor dari luar diri calon mahasiswa yang terdiri dari promosi, kelompok rujukan, dan citra perguruan tinggi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan calon mahasiswa memilih perguruan tinggi yang ada di Kota Sungai Penuh dan Kabupaten Kerinci. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 responden. Alat analisis data yaitu dengan regresi linear berganda, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis yaitu melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari promosi, kelompok rujukan, citra perguruan tinggi, motivasi, dan sikap terhadap keputusan calon mahasiswa memilih perguruan tinggi di Kota Sungai Penuh dan Kabupaten Kerinci dengan besarnya pengaruh tersebut yaitu 63,7%. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya Promosi, Citra Perguruan Tinggi, dan Sikap yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan calon mahasiswa memilih perguruan tinggi di Kota Sungai Penuh dan Kabupaten Kerinci, sedangkan Kelompok Rujukan berpengaruh negatif, serta Motivasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan
AVIATION BUSINESSES DURING COVID-19: AIRASIA'S FINANCIAL CHALLENGES AND POSSIBLE WAY-OUTS
Get PDFPurpose: This paper aims to discuss the financial challenges faced by AirAsia and the possible way-outs in the wake of the company’s slumped performance caused by COVID-19.
Design/methodology/approach: The methods used are qualitative, in-depth company studies and articles.
Findings: The result of this study can be concluded that AirAsia has several financial challenges that the analysis can see of the company’s finances. AirAsia also strives to implement several strategies to cope with COVID-19’s impact despite enormous and competing challenges and uncharted solutions.
Research implications: This article provides an overview of the strategy implemented by AirAsia after experiencing a downturn due to the COVID-19 pandemic

No full textThis article aims to comprehensively reveal the method of Tafsir al-Maudu’iy in Al-Fatihah Verse. The article adheres to conventional academic structure and employs clear, objective, and value-neutral language. The object of this study is Karim Amsansaf’s Suratu al-Fatihah: Tafsir Maudu’iy fi Daui ‘Ibadati al-Du’ai, Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-’Aziz al-’Awajiy’s al-Tafsir al-Maudu’iy al-Muyassar li al-Fatihah wa Qasari al-Mufassali, and the book titled Ila al Qur’an al-Karim, written by Muhammad al-Ghazali and Mahamud Shaltut, attempts to examine various legacies of tafsir works that are rarely researched by the public. An examination of the three tafsir shows differences in their interpretive products, with a focus on revealing in-depth thematic aspects on the intrinsic and extrinsic side, as stated by Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-’Aziz al-’Awajiy. The text discusses the principles of thematic interpretation in Tafsir Maudu’iy, with a focus on the thematics expressed by Karim Amsansaf. The discussion is aimed at beginner readers or lay people and is presented in a simple manner. Optimalisasi penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Talang Lindung

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini agar masyarakat dapat mengamalkan nilai-nilai Pancasila secara optimal. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode terapan (Applied Research). Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat Talang Lindung, masyarakat secara tidak langsung sudah menerapkan bentuk-bentuk kegiataan yang terkandung pada nilai pancasila. Meskipun pengamalan penerapan Pancasila sudah cukup baik, namun masih perlu adanya optimalisasi dan arahan. Tujuannya supaya masyarakat Talang Lindung lebih mengetahui secara mendalam tentang pentingnya nilai Pancasila sebagai petunjuk dalam bertindak dan bertingkah laku dikehidupan sosial masyarakat sehari-hari
