Memorising Traditions and Challenges in Guidance Counselling
Learning guidance with memorization methods is an important form of guidance service that should be provided in educational institutions. Memorization means the activity of intentionally and earnestly remembering. Learning guidance through memorization focuses more on identifying difficulties in memorizing lesson material, which includes problems with recognition difficulty, recalling, and the ability to use old memories to recognize new ones. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research in the form of library research, which utilizes books and other literature related to the research theme. Based on the issues of difficulties in memorizing lesson material among students, this shows that if these problems are not immediately addressed, they will significantly affect the students’ learning achievement. Therefore, solutions to the problems related to difficulties in memorizing lesson material among students should be found to avoid poor academic performance. This aligns with the duties and roles of counselors in providing learning guidance and counseling through memorization methods
Living Islam: Studi Atas Tradisi Pintan Dalam Menyambut Dan Mengakhiri Bulan Ramadhan

Dalam prosesnya, latar belakang pembaca, waktu, dan konteks sosial budaya yang mengitarinya sangat mempengaruhi konstruksi pemahaman. Sejauh ini resepsi performatif atas sumber ajaran islam tidak mendapat perhatian yang lebih besar dibanding resepsi informatif atasnya. Living islam merupakan disiplin keilmuan yang relatif baru yang berupaya mengkaji resepsi performatif atas sumber ajaran islam dalam konteks sosial budaya. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengkaji tradisi masang pintan sebagai fenomena living Islam dalam komunitas masyarakat Jawa, Desa Patok, Kayu Aro, Kerinci. Tradisi ini dikategorikan sebagai fenomena living islam karena memiliki partikel dan dimensi islam di dalamnya serta telah mengakar lama dalam dimensi sosial-kultural keagamaan di komunitas masyarakat muslim Desa Patok. Selain hal tersebut, tradisi ini oleh masyarakat desa Patok dianggap memliki landasan normatif yang berasal baik dari al-Quran maupun hadis. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologis, kajian ini menemukan bahwa tradisi pasang pintan oleh masyarakat desa patok memiliki makna fungsional-kultural yaitu sebagai bentuk penyatuan antara agama dan budaya. The Concept of Al-Poor According to the Qur'an Konsep Al-Miskin Menurut Al-Qur‘An
In Arabic the word al-Miskin (المسكيه ) includes the isim shifat muybahan which comes from sin, kaf and nun ( س- ك - ن ) which means the opposite of the words shaking and motion, so the word sakana (سكه ) means silence or calm, or silence. not moving, or the stillness of something after moving, can also be interpreted to reside. While al-Miskin according to the term is a person who has nothing but will remain but still better than al-Fakir. The word al-miskin ( المسكيه ) and its derivation in the Qur'an is mentioned 25 times. 11 times in the mention of al-miskin ( المسكيه ) itself, in the mention of poor ( المسكيه ) it is called 12 times, and the mention of the word maskanah ( مسكنة ) is repeated 2 times. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam setiap kegiatan pada suatu lembaga termasuk lembaga pendidikan. SDM harus dapat dikelola atau dimanage dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsinya supaya sumber daya manusia SDM ini dapat berperan sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya pada lembaga yang digelutinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis konsep dan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam konteks pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis literatur yang relevan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai pendekatan dan strategi dalam manajemen SDM di lembaga pendidikan. Sumber data terdiri dari dua yaitu sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Prosedur pengumpulan data terdiri dari identifikasi literatur dan seleksi literatur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam proses pendidikan secara umum. Oleh karena itu fungsi-fungsi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia harus dilaksanakan secara optimal sehingga kebutuhan yang menyangkut tujuan individu, organisasi/lembaga, organisasi ataupun kelembagaan dapat tercapai. Development of Geogebra Mathematics Learning Media on Exponential and Logarithmic Function Topics
Information Technology really supports the teaching and learning process in mathematics learning, but in reality there are still very few teachers who use ICT in learning activities, even though if teachers use ICT in the learning process it can help students and teachers in learning mathematics. This research aims to determine the effect of multimedia mathematics learning assisted by the Geogebra application on students' conceptual understanding of exponential and logarithmic function material. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), referring to the ADDIE development model. The subject of this research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 SILIMAKUTA class X-3. The instruments used are student online response questionnaires, teacher online response questionnaires. Based on the results of testing the development of teaching materials assisted by Geogebra in learning exponential and logarithmic functions, from all aspects of statements from student response questionnaires and teacher responses, the average response percentage was 89.7%. Thus, the high percentage of student responses proves that the development of mathematics learning media assisted by Geogebra can increase students' understanding of concepts and can be used effectively and practically as an additional reference for mathematics learning media, especially material on exponential and logarithmic functions. The implication is that if every lesson uses the right media, it will increase students' learning motivation and improve their learning achievement

This study intends to investigate the extent of the influence of location and brand image on students' interest in transacting at BRI Kanca Sungai Penuh. The research found that location positively and significantly influenced students' interest in transacting. This contrasts with the brand image, which has no effect on students' transaction interest. However, location and brand image have a positive and significant impact on student interest in transacting, with location being the most influential variable affecting student interest in transacting at BRI Kanca Sungai Penuh.
