PENGARUH DEBT TO ASSETS RATIO (DAR) DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) TERHADAP RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) periode 2018-2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Berdasarkan metode purpose sampling terdapat 9 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Equity (ROE), sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) pada perusahaan Jakarta Islamic Index. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) pada perusahaan Jakarta Islamic Index.Kata Kunci: Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE)
ANALISIS STRATEGI PUBLIC RELATIONS DAN PUBLISITAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH NASABAH TABUNGAN EMAS DI PT. PEGADAIAN CABANG SUNGAI PENUH
Strategi public relations dan publisitas di PT. Pegadaian Cabang Sungai Penuh dalam memasarkan tabungan emas dilaksanakan dalam bentuk promosi dilakukan di media sosial secara berkesinambungan, peran media sosial untuk public relations dan publisitas dapat memperkuat pengaruh publik, baik dalam hal positif dan sebaliknya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: mengetahui strategi public relations dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah tabungan emas di PT. Pegadaian Cabang Sungai Penuh, mengetahui strategi publisitas dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah tabungan emas di PT. Pegadaian Cabang Sungai Penuh dan mengetahui faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat penerapan strategi public relations dan publisitas di PT. Pegadaian Cabang Sungai PenuhJenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif, objek penelitian ini adalah Analisis Strategi public relations dan publisitas dalam Meningkatkan Jumlah Nasabah tabungan emas. Subjek Penelitian Petugas dan nasabah. Informan adalah pimpinan, Karyawan dan Nasabah PT. Pegadaian Sungai Cabang Penuh. Jenis data yaitu data primer berupa hasil wawancara dengan Karyawan dan nasabah, data sekunder berasal dari sumber tertulis.Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data adalah Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data digunakan tiga triangulasi,triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi public relations terdiri dari Strategy Of Publicity, Strategy Of Pesuation, Strategy Of Argumentation dan Strategy Of Image. Penerapan starategi publisitas oleh PT. Pegadaian Cabang Sungai Penuh dilakukan melalui 3 bentuk strategi publisitas yaitu Pure publicity Tie-In Publicity dan Paid publicity Faktor yang mendorong Public Relations . Faktor pendukung Public Relations dan Publisitas pihak adanya dukungan dan semangat dari semua pihak pegadaian, selain itu adanya hubungan solit antara pimpinan dan bawahan sehingga terbentuk tim solid dalam menjalankan strategi Public Relations dan Publisitas. Faktor penghambat kurang kesadaarn masyarakat untuk mengetahui lebih jauh lagi mengenai tabungan emas, selain itu adanya keterbatasn biaya untuk mengadakan promosi itu terlihat dengan sedikitnya iklan dan brosur yang beredar di masyarakat.

THE EFFECT OF SELF-AWARENESS, SELF-CONTROL, SELF-MOTIVATION, SOCIAL AWARENESS, AND SOCIAL SKILLS ON PERFORMANCE OF MSME WOMEN ENTERPRISES
Purpose: The research aims to measure the relationship between self-awareness, self-control, self-motivation, social awareness, and social skills and business performance of female entrepreneurs.
Design/methodology/approach: The total population in this study was 248 businesses. The analysis used in this research used several PLS methods, which included several analyses, including Factor Analysis, Designing a Structural Measurement Model (Inner Model), Designing a Measurement Model (Outer Model), and Hypothesis Testing.
Findings: The effect of self-awareness on the performance of MSMEs shows a coefficient value of 0.435. The effect of self-control on the performance of MSMEs shows a coefficient value of 0.054. The effect of self-motivation on the performance of MSMEs shows a coefficient value of 0.273. The effect of social awareness on the performance of MSMEs shows a coefficient value of 0.048, and the effect of social skills on the performance of MSMEs shows a coefficient value of 0.246.
Research implications: This research shows that self-awareness, self-control, self-motivation, social awareness, and social skills have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance
Analysis of "Burekol" Procedures and Benefits for Generation Z at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI): Analisis Prosedur dan Manfaat “Burekol" di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bagi Generasi Z
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the procedures and benefits of opening an online account (BUREKOL) Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) for Generation Z (Study of Students of Sharia Banking Study Program UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar). This type of research is field research or field research, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study found that the procedure (BUREKOL) (BSI) is to download the BSI Mobile application, then select Open an Account, then select the Card Type, then the customer prepares the required documents for opening a BSI account, then fills in complete and correct personal data, uploads a photo of the ID card, a photo of the customer holding the ID card, and the NPWP card, the customer verifies via video call service with the BSI officer, and finally waits until the account opening is approved. The benefits of (BUREKOL) are that it does not take a long time to open an account, can be accessed anywhere, does not require a long time to process, free administration fees, account opening services can be done by yourself via cellular telephone for 24 hours a day, do not bother filling out forms at the bank, have mobile banking and internet banking facilities, and are easy to process
The Implementation of Roland Barthes semiotics in Al-Baqarah Verse 143 on the Word of Ummatan Wasathan: Penerapan Semiotika Roland Barthes dalam Surat Al-Baqarah Ayat 143 pada Kata Ummatan Wasathan
Umatan wasathan is a way of forming the character of Muslims which represents various differences in beliefs between religions. Umatan wasathan has an important role in maintaining harmony, peace and tranquility so that a harmonious society can be created amidst differences. In the process of its implementation, the Umatan wasathan makes Muslims not to be excessive, to be in a middle position, not extreme right or left, but to have a moderate character that adorns the personality of every Muslim. This research discusses the Umatan wasathan in the Al-Qur'an surah al-Baqarah verse 143. This research uses a qualitative research type of literature study which is presented descriptively-analytically using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The results of the research show that the Wasathan Ummah is a people who have a moderate character which is reflected in the ability to act fairly, be balanced, and be able to implement beneficial values. Muslims are asked to be able to combine two things, namely, piety in the afterlife and worldly life. This research recommends that future researchers examine the future of Indonesian life amidst diversity and religiousity
The Qur'an and Self-Actualization: Thematic Verses on the Pillars of Islam from Abraham Maslow's Perspective: Al-Qur’an dan Aktualisasi Diri: Ayat-ayat Tematik tentang Rukun Islam Perspektif Abraham Maslow
This article discusses self-actualization with the progress of civilization and the rapid growth of technology giving rise to many offers of ways of life so as to create a confusing situation and individuals fail to make meaning of their lives. Maslow with the theory of the hierarchy of human needs through self-actualization can understand and accept themselves so that they act better in the future. The pillars of Islam as a coaching system of ideal character building and training to achieve self-actualization. Based on this statement, this paper tries to examine self-actualization through the interpretation of the verses of the Pillars of Islam with the hierarchy of needs theory. This research uses qualitative studies with literature studies. The method of data collection is the documentation method, primary data sources from the literature of the book of tafsir and psychology books, secondary data sourced from journals and scientific papers analyzed by descriptive-analysis. The approach used is the psychological approach of Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. The results of this study are self-actualization through the pillars of Islam in the Qur'an can form a better Muslim personality in terms of physical and mental, the significance of the verse and the link to Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is QS. al-Anbiyā [21]: 25 about monotheism to Allah Swt. can be linked to the theory of the initial stage (physiological) and the final stage (self-actualization), QS. al-Ankabūt [29]: 45 about prayer preventing evil deeds and dislikes covers the needs of the second level (security), third (love and affection) and self-actualization, QS. al-Baqarah [2]: 183 about fasting as a path to taqwa in various fields of life covers the first stage of the third, fourth (self-esteem) and self-actualization, QS. al-Taubah [9]: 103 about zakat which purifies covering the second, third and self-actualization stages, QS. al-Baqarah [2]: 197 about Hajj the highest need (self-actualization) to achieve the degree of taqwa

The Qur'an, the holy book of Muslims, has been a source of wisdom and guidance for centuries. In the contemporary era, the challenge of understanding the power and beauty of Qur'anic language has never been more relevant. This article aims to unravel the mystery surrounding this sacred text, exploring how contemporary challenges arise in trying to understand and appreciate the Qur'an's linguistic uniqueness. This study uses qualitative methods. The qualitative method in this study is used to understand social phenomena in depth and detail. This method focuses more on interpretation and understanding the meaning of the data obtained, rather than measurement and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is the literary quality of the use of language in the Qur'an has a significant role in the spread of Islam among the Arab community in the seventh century, which gave birth to a special interest in the study of the Qur'an. Thus, the uniqueness of the Qur'anic language is known as Qur'anic Uslub or Stylistics. Based on several responses to the Qur'an, it can produce a unique phenomenon called “Quran in everyday life” in contemporary Qur'ānic discourse, reflecting how the Qur'an is responded to and understood beyond its textual meaning, through continuous interaction. Thus, the Qur'ān seems to come alive and merge with everyday life. The divine challenge in the Qur'ān refers to various verses that invite humans to contemplate and understand the signs of God's greatness in His creation. The implication is to encourage people to get closer to God, gain a deeper understanding of God, and take lessons from the signs in the universe. Balaghah Analysis of the Tashbih Sentences in the Book of Al-Lubab Al-Hadith: Analisis Balaghah pada Kalimat Tasybih dalam Kitab Al-Lubab Al-Hadits
Tasybih is lexically a simile. While terminologically tasybih is likening or equating one thing with another because of the similarity in one or several characteristics in a meaning by using tasybih instruments or what is called Adat Tasybih. This study analyzes and understands the types of tasybih and the purpose of tasybih contained in Al-Lubab Al-Hadith. This study aims to describe the types and purposes of tasybih in Al-Lubab Al-Hadith. So that it can be known what types of tasybih are contained in the book of Al-Lubab Al-Hadith and the purpose of tasybih. This study uses analytic descriptive method. The data collection technique in this study uses literature study technique, because the data in this study is qualitative data. Thus, the method used in this study is to reveal and explain the types of tasybih and the purpose of tasybih in the book of Al-Lubab Al-Hadith. While the approach adopted in this study is the science of bayan, namely tasybih. Based on the results of the study of Al-Lubab Al-Hadith, the types of tasybih contained in Al-Lubab Al-Hadith consist of 12 types of mursal tasybih, 12 mujmal tasybih. Then the purpose of tasybih sentences contained in the book Al-Lubab Al-Hadith consists of 9 bayan hal al-musyabbah and 3 bayan imkan al-musyabbah
Qur’anic Counseling and Psychotherapy: Psychopathological Insights from Surah Yunus Verse 57: Konseling dan Psikoterapi Al-Qur'an: Wawasan Psikopatologis dari Surah Yunus Ayat 57
This study aims to develop a Qur’an-based counseling and psychotherapy model, focusing on the analysis of psychopathology found in Surah Yunus, verse 57. The research employs a qualitative approach using thematic exegesis (maudhu‘i) to uncover the deep meaning of the verse and its relevance to modern psychopathology concepts. Data were collected through a literature review involving classical tafsir, contemporary tafsir, and clinical psychology literature, and then analyzed hermeneutically to identify correlations between the Qur’anic message and therapeutic strategies. The findings indicate that Surah Yunus, verse 57 provides a four-dimensional framework for psychological healing: the educative-preventive dimension (al-maw‘izhah), the curative dimension (al-shifā’), the cognitive-preservative dimension (al-hudā), and the affective-spiritual development dimension (al-rahmah). These four dimensions can be adapted into a Qur’anic counseling model that emphasizes a balance between religious knowledge, self-understanding, cognitive restructuring, and spiritual strengthening. The implications of this model offer an alternative integrative approach that combines modern psychological principles with Islamic values for addressing mental disorders, particularly those related to anxiety, depression, and loss of life meaning. This study recommends the implementation of the Qur’anic counseling model based on Surah Yunus, verse 57 in Islamic mental health service settings as a holistic and transformative intervention strategy
Pembinaan Akhlak Pada Anak di Madrasah Ibtidayah No.04/E.72 Koto Baru Kota Sungai Penuh
Banyak sekali permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pembentukan akhlak pada anak terutama tentang nilai norma dan moral. Hal itu yang membuat perlunya melakukan pembinaan akhlak pada anak. Untuk hal itu, tim melakukan pembinaan akhlak terhadap anak dengan menggunakan sistem ceramah. Penggunaan metode ceramah juga sangat efektif dan praktis, karena banyak siswa yang berpartisipasi dan banyak hasil yang diperoleh dari materi yang dibuat. Perwujudan nilai-nilai moral juga memerlukan proses yang sangat panjang, dan penamaannya tidak sekedar formal, tetapi sudah mencapai taraf praktis. Dan yang diharapkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dapat memberi perhatian terhadap anak sebagai langkah awal untuk mencegah perbuatan yang melanggar nilai-nilai moral.
