    Problems Of Copyright Protection For Artificial Intelligence (AI) Works: A Study Of Legal Voids In Viral Cases Of Digital Creators

    Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) technology, particularly generative AI, have produced digital works that resemble human creations. However, Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright does not expressly regulate the legal status of AI-generated works or human contributions through prompts, resulting in a legal voids. This research examines the problem of copyright protection for AI-produced works from the perspective of Indonesian law. The discussion focuses on the legal status of prompts as expressions of ideas, the role of creators within the current legal framework, and the urgency of reforming the Copyright Law to face digital era challenges. This urgency is underscored by the growing number of cases involving unauthorized commercial use of AI works, such as the viral case between independent creator Noxxa and game company Garena. This study employs a qualitative approach using a normative juridical method, analyzing relevant laws in Indonesia and several other countries. The findings indicate that although AI-generated works are not directly protected, human contributions through original prompts can fulfill the requirement of originality and deserve copyright protection. Therefore, legal reform is needed to accommodate technological developments and ensure fair, proportional protection for works involving AI

    Label Halal: Eksplorasi, Persepsi Dan Urgensi Sosialisasi

    Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat terhadap label halal serta memberikan sosialisasi mengenai urgensi dan manfaatnya melalui pendekatan partisipatif masyarakat Kab. Banjar di Desa Tambak Anyar Kecamatan Martapura. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), yang menitikberatkan pada pemanfaatan potensi dan aset lokal sebagai dasar pengembangan program. Tahapan yang dilaksanakan meliputi discover (identifikasi aset komunitas), dream (perumusan harapan bersama), design (perancangan aksi sosialisasi), deliver (implementasi), dan evaluate (evaluasi dampak). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD), serta pre-post test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ABCD efektif dalam meningkatkan eksplorasi, persepsi serta kesadaran masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM terhadap urgensi  label halal. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil menghasilkan modul edukasi halal, serta mendorong inisiatif masyarakat untuk membentuk komunitas sadar halal sebagai bentuk keberlanjutan program

    Pemanfaatan Limbah Organik Sebagai Subtitusi Nutrisi Pada Sistem Budidaya Hidroponik Di Pondok Pesantren

    Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Mas’ud Putri merupakan tipe pondok modern, yang selain mengajarkan pelajaran agama juga mengajarkan pelajaran umum, dan sekaligus sebagai tempat proses hidup itu sendiri dalam bentuk umum. Salah satu kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Mas’ud Putri adalah pemanfaatan limbah yang belum optimal di lingkungan mitra sebagai nutrisi pada budidaya sayuran sistem hidroponik. Pengenalan terhadap berbagai pemanfaatan limbah dan budidaya sayuran hidroponik perlu dilakukan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra mengenai pemanfaatan limbah pada budidaya sayuran sistem hidroponik. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu berupa penyuluhan, praktek, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan respon positif dari mitra terutama dalam pengelolaan limbah organik menjadi POC yang kaya akan nutrisi. Selain itu, partisipasi mitra pada kegiatan praktek dan pendampingan sangat berperan aktif. Oleh karena itu, ketersediaan sayur di pondok pesantren dapat meningkatkan konsumsi sayuran dan juga meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra terhadap sistem hidroponik.     TRADISI DAN RELIGI DALAM PRAKTIK PERNIKAHAN: STUDI TENTANG LARANGAN MENIKAH SATU ARAH RUMAH DENGAN SAUDARA KANDUNG DI SUMBERJATI, BLITAR

    Abstract: In Javanese customs, every marriage or marriage has many meanings contained in each procession. Researchers want to conduct a research renewal that is more focused on one issue, namely the prohibition of marrying in the same direction as siblings (Mlumah Murep). This aims to analyze the views of society in this modern era, whether people still believe in this taboo or not. From this case, a case study was conducted in Sumberjati village, Kademangan sub-district, Blitar regency. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. From the opinions of religious leaders and traditional leaders, it can be concluded that although the religious rules do not mention the prohibition of marrying in the same direction as siblings or Mlumah Murep, to respect existing customs as Javanese society. In addition, the majority of the Sumberjati Village community still believes in the prohibition of marrying in the same direction as siblings (Mlumah Murep). Keywords: Javanese custom, Taboo on marriage, Mlumah Murep.   Abstrak: Dalam adat Jawa pada umumnya dalam setiap pernikahan atau perkawinan itu memiliki banyak makna yang terkandung dalam setiap prosesinya. Peneliti ingin melakukan pembaharuan penelitian yang lebih terfokus pada satu permasalahan yakni larangan menikah satu arah rumah dengan saudara kandung (Mlumah Murep). Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengurai pandangan masyarakat bagaimana di era yang modern ini, apakah masyarakat masih mempercayai larangan tersebut ataukah tidak. Dari kasus tersebut, studi kasus yang dilakukan yakni di desa Sumberjati, kecamatan Kademangan kabupaten Blitar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dari pendapat tokoh agama dan tokoh adat dapat disimpulkan bahwa meski dalam aturan agama tidak disebutkan mengenai larangan menikah satu arah rumah dengan saudara kandung atau Mlumah Murep namun untuk menghargai adat istiadat yang ada sebagai masyarakat Jawa. Selain itu, mayoritas dari Masyarakat Desa Sumberjati masih mempercayai mengenai larangan menikah satu arah rumah dengan saudara kandung (Mlumah Murep).     Exploring Students’ Experiences in Essay Writing Learning through YouTube Channel Engagement

    This study investigates EFL students' experiences using YouTube channels in their essay-writing learning. Ten fourth-semester English Education Department students from UIN Antasari Banjarmasin participated in the study. Interviews and documentation were used to gather data using a qualitative approach and the narrative inquiry method. The results indicated that YouTube videos provide visual aids and flexible access, which aid students in developing their writing abilities, increasing their vocabulary, and learning on their own. Nevertheless, problems including passive learning, distraction, and a lack of lecturer contact also surfaced. In general, YouTube's contribution to writing education was seen as advantageous

    Klasifikasi Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis pada Materi Penyajian Data dan Diagram: Profil Siswa Kelas VII

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas VII dalam memahami materi penyajian data dan diagram. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Partisipan yang dilibatkan adalah 31 siswa dari salah satu SMP Negeri di Kota Pekanbaru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes tertulis, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa 61,29% memiliki kemampuan penalaran matematis yang sangat baik, sementara 19,35% siswa tergolong baik dan 19,35% lainnya tergolong cukup. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar siswa telah memahami konsep dasar dan mampu menyelesaikan soal dengan pendekatan yang logis serta sistematis. Namun demikian, masih terdapat sebagian siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menafsirkan data dan menyusun langkah penyelesaian secara tepat. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya penerapan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual yang dapat mengaitkan konsep matematika dengan pengalaman sehari-hari siswa. Dengan pendekatan tersebut, Pembelajaran matematika perlu dirancang lebih kontekstual dan reflektif agar dapat mendukung perkembangan penalaran siswa secara menyeluruh.     Hidden Curriculum Strategy in the Formation of Tolerance: A Case Study at Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School

    This study aims to analyze hidden curriculum strategies in fostering tolerance attitudes at Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School as a replicable model of tolerance education. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, the research was conducted over six months, involving the deputy head of the boarding school, the academic council, the coordinator of mentors, mentors, and students as research subjects. The findings reveal that the hidden curriculum operates through three dimensions: structural via the Student-friendly Islamic boarding school program, interactional through dialogic communication between mentors and students, and cultural via institutional openness and diversification of extracurricular activities. Implementation follows a systematic pattern from the micro level (room) through amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, the meso level (boarding school) with social activities, to the macro level (community) through interfaith dialogue. Students active in extracurricular activities have higher tolerance levels. This study produces the Tri-Dimensional Hidden Curriculum concept, which integrates Jackson's theory with boarding school values, contributing theoretically and practically to the development of tolerant character education in Indonesia

    Compensation and Teachers' Turnover Intention in Indonesian State Islamic High School: Evidence from Banjarmasin

    This research examines the influence of financial and non-financial compensation on turnover intention among teachers at State Islamic High Schools (SIHS) in Banjarmasin, addressing the lack of studies within Islamic education contexts. Using quantitative field research design, the study surveyed 136 teachers selected from a population of 206 through simple random sampling. Data was collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire, with analysis conducted through multiple regression. Results indicate that both financial and non-financial compensation have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Financial compensation showed a t-value of –2.571 (p = 0.011), while non-financial compensation exhibited a stronger effect with a t-value of –7.075. The model's adjusted R² of 0.510 demonstrates moderate explanatory power, indicating that the two compensation variables can explain 51% of turnover intention variance. These findings underscore the importance of implementing equitable and competitive compensation systems, emphasizing monetary rewards and non-monetary benefits, to strengthen teacher retention and institutional stability in Islamic educational settings

    Education must be able to make the students better. Likewise, Islamic religious education must be directed at fulfilling philosophical ideals in order to havuing faith based on the qualities. Modern world education must be able to integrate all elements worldly and aspects of finality so that in its development both aspects work together and can crate accountabel education. In the field of education, philosophy will determine the goals, content, implementation and evaluation of education. There are several types of educational philosophy, namely perenialism, essentialism, progressivism, and reconstructionism. Reconstruction of one of the modern schools of education. The flow of reconstructionism argues that the task of saving the world is the duty of all humanity. Therefore it is necessary to re-foster healthy intellectual and spiritual power through proper education of true values and norms for the present and future generations, thus forming a new world in the control of mankind. However, in Islam its must remain in line with the concept of Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach through library research.     The government initiated an impactful campus program, namely the role of campuses that not only produce graduates but also transform people's lives. One of them is through campus social responsibility based on Islamic values. This study aims to explore the contribution of universities in developing networks and digitizing BUMDes Lumintu in Blora Regency and at the same time carry out the role of preaching in society through Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with BUMDes managers, lecturers, students, and other stakeholders. Data were analyzed systematically to understand the role of campuses in village empowerment. The results of the study show that universities play an important role in strengthening networks through collaboration with the government and community. Despite challenges in infrastructure and community involvement, the synergy between academics, government, and the community in different ways, namely through taujih, irsyad and himayah has proven effective in supporting BUMDes development. The University Social Responsibility (USR) approach provides a relevant model for village empowerment, emphasizing the importance of active participation from all parties. Sustainable and collaborative programs are expected to be a catalyst for more independent and sustainable village development
