Analisis Kegiatan Literasi SD Negeri 3 Sungai Besar Kota Banjarbaru: Analysis of Literacy Activities in Public Elementary Echool 3 Sungai Besar Banjarbaru City
This study aims to analyze literacy activities at SD Negeri 3 Sungai Besar Banjarbaru that have been implemented for two years. These activities aim to increase students' interest in reading, but challenges remain, such as students' low interest in reading and more interest in playing than reading. To improve reading interest and literacy skills, this study used a qualitative case study approach and involved 15 informants consisting of principals, teachers, and students. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The results show that students' interest in reading is improving, although there are still some obstacles. The obstacles include limited time allocation, lack of attention from some parents towards literacy activities, low reading interest, narrow reading rooms, and limited variety of reading materials. The curriculum change from K13 to the Merdeka Curriculum also affected the improvement of students' literacy skills. Based on these results, several solutions are recommended, including increased cooperation between schools and parents, additional facilities such as a more adequate reading room, and the provision of more diverse reading materials. The research conclusion shows an increase in students' interest in reading at SD Negeri 3 Sungai Besar which is monitored through the education report card compiled by the central government as an indicator of literacy and numeracy in schools
Pengelolaan Arsip Digital dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya: Digital Archives Management in Improving the Quality of Public Services at Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya
Nowadays digital archiving has an important role to play in supporting administrative efficiency and the quality of public services, including in higher education institutions. This research discusses the implementation of digital archive management at Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya (UMPR) as an effort to improve the quality of public services. Through archive digitization, UMPR seeks to speed up the flow of information, facilitate data access, and increase transparency and accountability in administrative services to students, staff, and the relevant community. Even though there are several challenges or obstacles such as limited infrastructure and human resource skills, solutions in the form of training, infrastructure improvements, and system integration can optimize digital archive management. The research results show that digitizing archives at Muhammadiyah University of Palangka Raya has the potential to improve the quality of public services which has an impact on stakeholder satisfaction and makes it easier to carry out administrative tasks as a whole
Edukasi dan Praktik Pembuatan MPASI dalam Rangka Pencegahan Stunting di Kelurahan Sangasanga Dalam Kutai Kartanegara: Education and Practice of Making Breastfeeding in Order to Prevent Stunting in Sangasanga Dalam Kutai Kartanegara
Stunting, a condition resulting from chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, is a serious threat to child growth and development. Sangasanga Dalam Village, located in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, faces a high prevalence of stunting with 39 cases in June 2023. This study aims to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres regarding complementary feeding as an effort to prevent stunting. By involving 29 posyandu cadres, counseling activities and the practice of making complementary foods were carried out at Wisma Ria Pertamina EP Sangasanga Field. Pre-tests and post-tests were conducted to measure the cadres' knowledge before and after the intervention. The results of statistical analysis showed a significant increase in the cadres' knowledge after the intervention, with a p-value <0.05. The enthusiasm of the cadres was evident from the attendance of 29 participants, exceeding the initial target of 20 cadres. The interactive learning process involved a nutritionist from Sangasanga Dalam Health Center, who provided a detailed understanding of making complementary food according to the age of the child. This study concludes that the SIAP-MPASI activity succeeded in increasing the knowledge of posyandu cadres about complementary food. The approach of counseling and practice with nutritionists proved effective in improving the cadres' understanding. Therefore, stunting prevention efforts can be improved in Sangasanga Dalam Village
Penerapan Program SATAMPAH (Saluran Tanpa Sampah) sebagai Pencegahan Stunting Melalui Pembersihan Sanitasi Di Kelurahan Debong Kidul, Kabupaten Tegal: Implementation SATAMPAH (Saluran Tanpa Sampah) Program as Stunting Prevention Through Sanitation Cleaning in Debong Kidul Village, Tegal Regency
Stunting is a key indicator of inadequate nutrition in children, and the role of healthy sanitation in preventing stunting is a focus of attention. Tegal Regency's stunting rate was reduced by 6.5 percentage points, from 22.3 percent in 2022 and 21.5 percent in 2023 Efforts in sanitation management, the Tegal Government rejected the SATAMPAH Program which is the implementation of a clean sanitation cleaning program with Debong Kidul residents, 1). Observation. 2) Coordination. 3) Physical activity, 4) Through the SATAMPAH program, Debong Kidul urban village has carried out good stunting prevention in its implementation, and residents in the Debong Kidul environment are very enthusiastic about working together. Sanitation in Debong Kidul Village still requires community involvement, namely to always keep the sanitation environment clean and increase the prevention of stunting in the future. SATAMPAH has been able to increase awareness and knowledge at the community level regarding the relationship between proper sanitation and stunting prevention. The implementation of this program is expected to be an effective version for various regions in reducing stunting rates while supporting the national target of reducing stunting in Indonesia. Continuous assessment of the impact of this implementation is needed to ensure its sustainability and effectiveness over time
Pelatihan Pembuatan Video Pembelajaran Menggunakan OBS Studio bagi Guru Sekolah Mandiri Palembang: Training on Making Learning Videos Using OBS Studio for Teachers at Sekolah Mandiri Palembang
This training aims to enhance teachers' skills in using technology, particularly the Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) Studio application, to produce effective and engaging learning videos for students. The methods applied in this training include presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on practice with the OBS Studio application to create learning videos. The outcome of this training is learning videos designed by the teachers. Based on the assessment of the videos created by the teachers and the analysis of the questionnaire data, it can be concluded that this training has improved the teachers' ability to create learning videos using the OBS Studio application, and the teachers were highly satisfied with the content and delivery of the training materials
Pengembangan Laboratorium Lapangan Agribisnis sebagai Unit Usaha dan Pusat Pembelajaran Agripreneurship: Development of Agribusiness Field Laboratory as a Business Unit and Agripreneurship Learning Center
The development of the Agribusiness Field Laboratory (LLA) as a business unit and agripreneurship learning center aims to integrate education, research, and business practices in the agribusiness sector at the University of Muhammadiyah Kendari The development of the LLA began with the installation of a greenhouse, the creation of six NFT hydroponic units, the development of organic cultivation covering an area of 0.5 hectares, and training in the provision of organic fertilizers and botanical pesticides and vermicompost. The results obtained in the first two months of the initial production stage in the hydroponic unit were IDR 4,062,500 and from the organic garden IDR 3,584,000. Investment assessment based on NPV analysis obtained a value of 169,456,788.54. Based on the calculation results above, it can be seen that NPV> 1 so that the hydroponic business with the NFT system meets the requirements as a productive business unit that can increase partner income through campus business development programs
Pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam Pemanfaatan Mikro Organisme Lokal Hasil Limbah Rumah Tangga untuk Pertanian: Empowerment of Women Farming Groups in Utilizing Local Micro Organisms from Household Waste for Agriculture
Bonto Karaeng Village is known as one of the most important sectors with people's livelihoods as livestock breeders, farmers, and traders which means that residents do not lack food. However, the household waste produced has not been utilized properly, resulting in significant environmental pollution. Therefore, this activity was carried out to empower and provide knowledge to the community about managing household waste into Local Microorganisms (MOL) which is useful for improving soil fertility and better quality of harvest. The method used was counseling and training which was attended by a group of women farmers in Bonto Karaeng Village. With this training, the community, especially women farming groups, are expected to get the results they hope for. They understand how to manage household waste combined with EM4 to make MOL and it is hoped that this activity can handle existing household waste by making it more useful
Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Bagi Orang Tua Komunitas Pekerja Migran Asal Kampung Pandan, Malaysia: Adolescent Reproductive Health Education for Parents in the Migrant Worker Community from Kampung Pandan, Malaysia
The "Adolescent Reproductive Health Education Program for Parents in the Migrant Worker Community of Kampung Pandan, Malaysia" aims to enhance parents' knowledge and involvement in guiding their adolescent children on reproductive health. The migrant worker community faces unique challenges in accessing health education, including the role of parents in educating their children about reproductive health. As faith-based and community-oriented organizations, PCIM and PCIA strive not only to educate but also to empower, particularly by providing relevant skills to improve quality of life. A total of 29 parents participated, with the majority aged 46-55 years and working as laborers or housewives. The results of pre-tests and post-tests showed an improvement in parents' understanding, with 59% demonstrating good comprehension of adolescent reproductive health and 66% showing a positive attitude toward educational activities. However, 24% of participants remained less engaged. Based on these findings, community-based counseling programs. have proven effective, although further approaches are needed to increase the involvement of all participants. Recommendations include targeted mentoring and collaboration with local health institutions
Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Limbah Baglog Jamur Tiram Menjadi Pupuk Multi Fungsi di Kota Palangka Raya: Training on Utilization of Oyster Mushroom Baglog Waste into Multi-Function Fertilizer in Palangka Raya
From July to September 2024, a community service team from the Agrotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Palangka Raya, together with partners, conducted training on utilizing oyster mushroom baglog waste into multi-function fertilizer for mushroom farmers in Palangka Raya. The first partner is the Indonesian Phytopathology Association Central Kalimantan Regional Commissariat (PFI Komda Kalteng) and the second is mushroom farmers in Palangka Raya. The methods used include preparation, counseling, mentoring, and demonstrations, as well as training in Trichoderma propagation, making Trichocompost, compost packaging, and using compost as a planting media. Additionally, demonstration plots are made using Trichocompost. The mushroom farmers have succeeded in mastering the technique of making Trichocompost from oyster mushroom baglog waste. This innovation not only reduces environmental waste but also makes oyster mushroom cultivation more sustainable. Waste that is usually thrown away or only used as direct fertilizer is now processed into a multifunction fertilizer that can stimulate plant growth and increase plant resistance to disease that proven by a demonstration plot of chili cultivation using Trichokompos. This processing process not only increases the efficiency of natural resource use but also provides added value to waste and increases mushroom farmers' income
Strategi Pemasaran Beras Organik dalam Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Konsumen di Kabupaten Kolaka
This research was conducted in Puuroda Village, Baula District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi from May to July 2024. Using qualitative methods with interview and observation techniques, this research aims to analyze marketing strategies for organic rice to increase consumer confidence. SWOT analysis is used to identify internal and external factors. The research r esults show that the main strengths of the product include guaranteed quality, certification, and packaging variations. Disadvantages include high price and short shelf life. Opportunities are identified in the use of e-commerce and local collaboration, while threats come from competition with non-organic products and the circulation of false claims. Recommended strategies include the use of digital platforms for consumer education, emphasis on product quality and certification, and production efficiency to maintain price competitiveness
