Analisis Jarak Titik Pengukuran Temperatur Tuang pada Kualitas Coran Aluminium Daur Ulang
Full text linkThe melt exhibits non-uniform temperature in a crucible at the surface, middle, and bottom. Thus, selecting the proper measurement location is essential since it affects the casting quality. This study investigates the proper temperature measurement location of recycled aluminum cans in investment casting. The selection was made based on casted samples' tensile strength and porosity. The pattern was prepared using the polylactic acid mold, then coated by dipping it in ceramic slurry, and then dewaxed at 120ºC. The aluminum cans were heated up to 700ºC, and the temperature was measured at 50 mm from the crucible bottom. Finally, the melt was poured into a 100ºC ceramic shell. The processes were repeated with the measurement at 125 and 200 mm. The samples were characterized through tensile tests and porosity measurements. The results show that the optimum tensile strength (112.97 MPa) and minimum porosity (6.367%) were found in the 125 mm sample.
Abstrak
Temperatur logam cair tidak seragam di permukaan, tengah, dan dasar kowi. Pemilihan lokasi pengukuran yang tepat sangat penting karena mempengaruhi kualitas pengecoran. Studi ini menyelidiki titik pengukuran suhu kaleng aluminium daur ulang pada pengecoran investment. Pemilihan dilakukan berdasarkan kekuatan tarik dan porositas sampel yang dicor. Pola dibuat menggunakan cetakan using polylactic acid. Pola dilapisi dengan mencelupkannya ke dalam bubur keramik kemudian didewaxing pada temperatur 120ºC. Kaleng aluminium dipanaskan hingga 700ºC, suhu diukur pada 50 mm dari dasar kowi. Logam cair dituangkan ke dalam cetakan keramik saat temperaturnya 100ºC. Proses diulang dengan pengukuran untuk lokasi 125 dan 200 mm. Sampel dikarakterisasi melalui uji tarik dan pengukuran porositas. Hasil menunjukkan kekuatan tarik optimum (112,97 MPa) dan porositas minimum (6,367%) ditemukan pada sampel dengan lokasi pengukuran temperatur 125 mm dari dasar kowi

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to determine the development of financial performance in Trenggalek District from 2018-2021 as a comparison of performance before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The variables used in this study include the Independence Ratio, the Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratio, and the Growth Ratio. The results obtained in this study are that the ratio of financial independence has fluctuated. There was an introduction of independence in 2019 but then it decreased in 2020. In 2019 and 2020 there was a decrease in effectiveness and it rose again in 2021 but the financial performance of Trenggalek district in 2018-2020 was included in the effective and very effective category. For efficiency ratios, the best occurred in 2019. The Covid pandemic caused a decrease in efficiency ratio performance. Performance has again experienced an improvement in the efficiency ratio in 2021

Full text linkMonitoring the growth of toddlers is very important to know the existence of an early appeal. Toddler growth can be seen from the consideration every month is very necessary. Growth monitoring activities in Indonesia are carried out through monthly weighing at posyandu using a card to be healthy. Parents are encouraged to update the data on the card every month by taking their toddler to the posyandu or pediatrician. Monitoring a child's growth through this card can allow doctors to determine whether the child is growing normally according to his age or not. The Objective The aim of this study was to obtain an overview of mothers' knowledge about the card towards health at the Posyandu in the Working Area of the Sidomulyo Inpatient Health Center Pekanbaru. The type of research is descriptive. This research was carried out on August 15-20, 2022 at the Posyandu in the Working Area of the Sidomulyo Inpatient Health Center Pekanbaru. The population and sample in this study amounted to 50 people. The sampling technique used was the total sampling technique The instrument: used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale, namely choosing one of two alternative answers with the subject's condition. The results of this study indicate that the mother's knowledge about the card towards healthy Pekanbaru Parental Knowledge Good 14 respondents (28.0%), Parental Knowledge Adequate 30 respondents (60.0%) and Parental Knowledge Less 6 respondents (12.0%). The Conclusion : In addition, it is recommended for mothers to pay more attention to the quality of their toddler's growth and for health workers to provide motivation for cadres to be able to provide correct information about cards to health

No full textPembelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SDN 013 Muktisari masih berpusat pada guru sehingga membuat siswa pasif dan kurang tertarik dengan proses pembelajaran. Siswa hanya berperan sebagai penerima informasi, dan guru sebagai sumber informasi. Tindakan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan model Think Pair Share (TPS) materi bumi pada siswa kelas V SDN 013 Muktisari. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan performansi guru, aktivitas, dan hasil belajar materi bumi pada siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) berkolaborasi dengan guru kelas V SD Negeri 013 Muktisari. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Kesimpulan yaitu dengan penerapan model TPS dapat meningkatkan performansi guru, aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar IPA materi bumi pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 013 Muktisari

This study examines and explores the Makkiyah and Madaniyah verses, the Al-Qur'an is the word of God which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Qur'an is an eternal miracle unlike the miracles of the previous Prophets. As we have seen, the Qur'an was received by Rasulullah SAW within a period of 23 years, namely some were revealed when the Apostle was in Mecca and some were revealed when the Apostle was in Medina. Therefore, in general, the scholars of rahmatahumullahu divide the Qur'an into two parts: Makkiyah and Madaniyah. Makkiyah is a revelation that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad before emigrating to Medina. Madaniyah is a revelation that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad after emigrating to Medina. Methodology This research refers to the literature approach (library research which is descriptive qualitative). This study focuses on the object of study in the form of written theoretical sources. The results of this research, especially for the academic world, can be used as reference material and references (literature) that can add to the library's treasures, especially in the field of Islamic education.

Full text linkBank Sampah Sakura adalah Lembaga swadaya yang bergerak pada pengumpulan Sampah, pengelolaan sampah, dan pembelian sampah yang dihasilkan oleh sampah-sampah rumah tangga. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Bank Sampah Sakura adalah pada saat akan akan mencatat saldo tabungan nasabah, pencatatan yang dilakukan pada bank sampah masih dilakukan secara tradisional sehingga kurangnya efisiensi waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem informasi bank sampah. Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode RAD. Sistem informasi ini akan dibuat menggunakan sebuah framework yaitu Laravel. Dengan adanya sistem informasi bank sampah diharapkan akan membantu kegiatan pencatatan saldo nasabah, pendaftaran nasabah baru, penghitungan beli sampah, informasi saldo nasabah, dan laporan bank sampah. Sistem informasi bank sampah tersebut akan membantu menghemat waktu yang diperlukan dalam melakukan kegiatan bank sampah tersebut. Full text linkThe implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has become a priority for many organizations, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the industrial sector. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of Apache Ofbiz ERP implementation on performance of Renyah.an MSMEs. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the impact of ERP implementation on Renyah.an MSMEs Primary data was collected through interviews with Renyah.an's MSME owners and staff involved in ERP implementation. In addition, secondary data is also used to support the analysis. In this research, several indicators of organizational performance are used, including operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Apache Ofbiz ERP has a significant positive impact on the organizational performance of Renyah.an MSMEs. In terms of operational efficiency, ERP systems can increase productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve data accuracy. In addition, ERP implementation also has an impact on customer satisfaction by improving customer experience and increasing response time to customer requests. In terms of business growth, ERP implementation facilitates business expansion, better inventory monitoring, and more accurate data analysis for decision making
Analisis Minat Dan Perilaku Penggunaan E - Commerce Shopee Menggunakan Metode Unified Theory Of UTAUT 2
Full text linkPasca pandemi Covid-19 terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belanja online sebesar 31% selama pandemi Covid-19. pada Shopee Terjadi peningkatan transaksi sebesar 130% dan memiliki rata-rata kunjungan tertinggi perbulannya sebanyak 93,4 juta. Hal tersebut mendorong para pelaku bisnis e-commerce agar mampu beradaptasi dalam sisi pelayanan penjualan barang dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang signifikan terhadap minat dan perilaku pengguna e-commerce Shopee dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of thecnology 2 (UTAUT 2) agar mampu meningkatkan penjualan e-commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behavioral intention adalah variabel social influence dengan T-statistik sebesar 2,150, p-value 0,032 dan variabel habit dengan nilai T-statistik sebesar 6,016, p-value 0,000. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap use behavior adalah variabel habit dengan nilai T-statistik sebesar 3,773, p-value 0,000 dan variabel behavioral intention dengan nilai T-statistik sebesar 3,355, p-value 0,001. Dari penelitian didapati kesimpulan bahwa pengembang Shopee agar dapat meningkatkan dari sisi layout sistem dan juga peningkatan intensitas notifikasi untuk mempromosikan produk agar dapat mempertahankan minat pengguna e-commerce shopee dalam berbelanja online
Sistem Monitoring Dan Kontrol Tanaman Pada Greenhouse Berbasis Android Menggunakan Fuzzy Sugeno
Full text linkPerkembagan teknologi akan terus berkembang sangat cepat dalam kemajuan di segala bidang dan dapat memudahkan pekerjaan manusia, salah satunya yaitu dalam sektor bidang pertanian. Salah satu dari kemajuan teknologi tersebut yaitu dalam sistem kontrol dan otomatisasi. Cuaca di Indonesia seringkali tidak menentu, sehingga menyebabkan menyebabkan terjadinya gagal panen, Hal ini membuat petani menggunakan beberapa cara untuk membuat tanaman mereka dapat tetap bertahan meskipun cuaca seringkali berubah, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan greenhouse. Masalah yang ada di greenhouse pada tanaman tomat apel yaitu belum adanya alat untuk monitoing ph tanah, suhu dan kelembapan secara realtime, selain dari itu, penyiraman tanaman masih manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses penyiraman serta kurang meratanya pemberian nutrisi sehingga tumbuhan tomat tidak tumbuh dengan baik, selain dari itu petani sedikit kesusahan dalam mengecek tandon air penyiraman karena masih diisi secara manual. Untuk memudahkan para petani dalam menyiram tanaman dan pemberian pupuk dan nutrisi. Perancangan monitoring ini menggunakan metode prototype dan logika fuzzy sugeno. Dari hasil pengujian sistem, maka di dapatkan error dari sensor kelembapan tanah (Soil Moisture) sebesar 0,03% dengan selish 2,4, error dari sensor ultrasonic sebesar 0,08% dengan selisih 9,6, dan error dari Sensor DHT 11 (Sesnor suhu) sebesar 0,036% dengan selish 0,74. Rata-rata error yang dihasilkan dari perbandingan lamanya penyiraman antara matlab dan jam digital adalah 0,844%.
Technological developments will continue to develop very quickly in progress in all fields and can facilitate human work, one of which is in the agricultural sector. One of these technological advancements is in control and automation systems. The weather in Indonesia is often erratic, leading to crop failure. This makes farmers use several ways to keep their crops afloat even though the weather often changes, one of which is by using a greenhouse. The problem in the greenhouse for apple tomato plants is that there is no tool for monitoring soil pH, temperature and humidity in real time, apart from that, watering the plants is still manual so that it takes quite a long time in the watering process and the distribution of nutrients is uneven so that the tomato plants do not growing well, apart from that farmers have a little difficulty in checking the water reservoirs because they are still filled manually. To facilitate farmers in watering plants and providing fertilizers and nutrients. This monitoring design uses the prototype method and Sugeno fuzzy logic. From the results of system testing, an error from the soil moisture sensor is obtained by 0.03% with a difference of 2.4, an error from the ultrasonic sensor is 0.08% with a difference of 9.6, and an error from the DHT sensor 11 ( temperature sensor) of 0.036% with a difference of 0.74. The average error resulting from the comparison of the duration of watering between matlab and digital clocks is 0.844%.
