IMPLEMENTASI METODE WEIGHT PRODUCT UNTUK PENILAIAN KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. PERTAMINA GAS
In an office routine, recording employee data is an unavoidable necessity. This data collection has the main purpose of evaluating employee performance, thereby enabling appropriate rewards to be given as a means of increasing their motivation in carrying out their duties. To solve the problems that have been described, a decision support system is planned to be built by utilizing the WP algorithm. The purpose of using the WP algorithm, to provide decision-making support in choosing alternatives as a result of information processing with a decision-making model, and to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems. Employee performance assessment will be used as a basis for evaluation to improve overall performance. Employees who are successfully selected as having the best performance will be given a reward as a form of appreciation for their achievements. The results of the employee performance assessment are the employee named MULYOKO ranked as the best performance with a score of 0.096505 and the employee with the lowest performance score REVI with a score of 0.044987
Virtual Tour Panorama 360Β° Sebagai Media Infomasi Kampus Universitas Nusa Putra
Nusa Putra University is one of the universities in Sukabumi that is experiencing a significant increase in the admission of new students from different regions every year. With the increase in the number of students, it is important to have adequate information facilities. Virtual tour is one of the current technological innovations. This technology allows users to view and explore the environment online. It provides an immersive experience for users. This thesis aims to create a website that provides a 360-degree panoramic virtual tour of Nusa Putra University's campus area. The application development process uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six phases: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The development of a virtual tour will display campus environment information that can be accessed through the website, which can guide users to find information in every corner of the campus area with 360-degree panoramic image media. The results of this study indicate that users respond positively to this virtual tour applications, based on the results of functionality testing using the black box method, which obtained a percentage of feasibility of 99,47%, and the results of usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which obtained a percentage of feasibility of 94,08%, which means that the system is very feasible to use and works well and can be easily used by usersUniversitas Nusa Putra merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi di Sukabumi, mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam penerimaan mahasiswa baru dari berbagai daerah setiap tahunnya. Dengan pertumbuhan jumlah mahasiswa, penting untuk menyediakan fasilitas informasi yang memadai. Salah satu inovasi teknologi yang sedang populer saat ini adalah Virtual Tour. Teknologi ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk melihat dan menjelajahi lingkungan secara online sehingga akan memberikan pengalaman yang imersif bagi pengguna. Artikel ini menyajikan hasil pengembangan website virtual tour panorama 360 derajat sebagai media informasi wilayah kampus Universitas Nusa Putra dan sebagai eksplorasi tren terkini dalam teknologi informasi. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), dimana metode ini memiliki 6 tahapan yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing dan distribution. Pengembangan virtual tour akan menampilkan informasi lingkungan kampus yang dapat diakses melalui website, yang dapat memandu pengguna untuk mengetahui informasi di setiap sudut wilayah kampus dengan media gambar panorama 360 derajat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merespons positif terhadap aplikasi virtual tour, berdasarkan hasil pengujian functionality menggunakan metode black box mendapatkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 99,47%, dan hasil pengujian usability menggunakan metode system usability scale (SUS) mendapatkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 94,08% yang berarti sistem sangat layak digunakan dan berjalan dengan baik serta dapat digunakan dengan mudah oleh pengguna
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENEGAKAN DISIPLIN PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TERPADU AL HIDAYAH
This study aims to find out, study, explore and describe the Implementation of Policies on Enforcing Student Discipline in Elementary Schools and it is hoped that policies that support success in upholding student discipline can be found. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, research conducted at Al Hidayah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, with the subject of the principal, teachers, educators and students. The research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research that the authors conducted show that in the process of enforcing student discipline it is carried out through several policies, namely: 1) Policy for enforcing student discipline 2) Establishing rules at school and in the classroom, 3) Monitoring student discipline behavior by making a monitoring book students' daily activities, 4) sanctions for violations, 5) involving school principals, teachers, and parents.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengkaji, menggali dan mendeskripsikan Implementasi Kebijakan Tentang penegakan disiplin peserta didik disekolah dasar dan diharapkan dapat ditemukan kebijakan yang mendukung keberhasilan dalam penegakan disiplin pesera didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, penelitian yang dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al Hidayah, dengan subjek kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga pendidik dan para peserta didik. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses untuk menegakkan disiplin peserta didik dilaksanakan melalui beberapa kebijakan, yaitu: 1) Kebijakan penegakan disiplin peserta didik 2) Menetapkan aturan disekolah dan didalam kelas, 3) Memantau perilaku disiplin peserta peserta didik dengan membuat buku monitoring kegiatan sehari-hari peserta didik, 4) Sanksi pelanggaran, 5) Melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua
VISUALISASI DATA LOKASI RAWAN BENCANA DI JAWA TENGAH MENGGUNAKAN POWER BI
The Central Java Province, as a disaster-prone region, faces risks due to both natural and human factors. Low awareness of disaster risks and insufficient mitigation efforts worsen the situation. This research utilizes Power BI to visualize disaster data, contributing to the understanding of risks. A quantitative method is employed with a focus on data analysis, collected from the Indonesian Disaster Risk Index. The data blending and cleaning phase ensure dataset quality and relevance before implementation into Power BI. An interactive dashboard is created with graphics such as tables, bar charts, and donut charts. Evaluation and analysis of the results are conducted to ensure the effectiveness of the visualizations. The findings indicate that forest fires are the most dominant disaster, followed by floods and landslides. Volcanic eruptions have the lowest frequency. Recommendations include enhancing preparedness for forest fires, in-depth analysis of disaster causative factors, periodic data updates, and improved collaboration among stakeholders

Indonesian Language Learning for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) is an educational process that focuses on teaching Indonesian to individuals who are not native speakers. This research uses a qualitative method in which the presentation and interpretation of data is structured based on descriptive form, which means that the results of this research are in the form of quotations and words. The aim of this writing is to improve your listening, speaking and sentence composing skills in Indonesian. Learning activities are designed to encourage active learners, enrich vocabulary, and understand the cultural context in everyday use of Indonesian. By utilizing technology and online media, it aims to facilitate interactive and interesting learning. Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) merupakan proses pendidikan yang difokuskan pada pengajaran bahasa Indonesia kepada individu yang bukan penutur asli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang penyajian dan penafsiran data disusun berdasarkan bentuk deskriptif, yang berarti bahwa hasil penelitian ini berupa kutipan-kutipan dan kata-kata. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mendengarkan, berbicara, dan menyusun kalimat dalam bahasa Indonesia. Aktivitas pembelajaran didesain untuk mendorong pemelajar aktif, memperkaya kosa kata, dan memahami konteks budaya dalam penggunaan bahasa Indonesia sehari-hari. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan media online bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik.  
Efisiensi Perusahaan: Apakah Busyness Dewan Komisaris Berkontribusi?
The busyness of the board members has become a hot topic since this can positively and negatively impact corporate governance outcomes, such as company efficiency. However, a limited study investigates the role of supervisory board busyness and company efficiency using Indonesian data. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between supervisory board busyness and company efficiency. In addition, this study also analyzes the effect of the supervisory board experience and size on firm efficiency. Forty-two publicly listed transportation companies are employed as research samples. Secondary data from the annual and financial reports are used, and multivariate regression analysis is applied. This study found that supervisory board experience is positively related to company efficiency (Ξ±=5%). Hence, the company's efficiency is achieved if the supervisory board has more experience. Besides, this study also found that company profitability, leverage, and size significantly related to company efficiency
Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Opini Audit Terhadap Audit Delay
This research aims to investigate the influence of profitability, solvency, liquidity, company size, and audit opinion on audit delay in Property and Real Estate companies. The study employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, involving 23 companies in the sample. Data analysis is conducted through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that profitability does not have a significant effect on audit delay. However, debt payment and company size significantly influence audit delay. While liquidity, though not significant, does affect audit delay. Auditor opinion also significantly influences audit delay. These findings provide valuable insights for stakeholders such as company management, auditors, and regulators in understanding the factors influencing audit delay in the Property and Real Estate sector
Model rapid application development dalam pengembangan sistem informasi pengarsipan surat
Archiving is essential in managing a collection of documents. Although archiving is now available in a web-based form, there are still agencies that use letter archives in a conventional way. This study was made to develop a web-based letter archive application for one of the government institutions in Medan, i.e. the Secretariat of the North Sumatra DPRD. This study uses two types of methods, namely research methods and system development methods. The research method used is a qualitative method with a research design in the form of observation and literature study. In addition, the system development method used is rapid application development (RAD). In addition, to design the application, researchers used XAMPP software to create MySQL as the database, JavaScript, PHP and Visual Studio Code as the programming language, as well as HTML and CSS to organize the web display. After that, the application is tested with the black box testing method. The results show that overall the features on the user function properly.Pengarsipan merupakan hal penting dalam mengelola kumpulan dokumen. Meski sekarang pengarsipan telah tersedia dalam bentuk web namun masih ada lembaga yang menggunakan arsip surat dengan cara konvensional. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengembangkan aplikasi arsip surat berbasis web untuk salah satu lembaga pemerintahan di Kota Medan, yaitu Sekretariat DPRD Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis metode, yaitu metode penelitian dan metode pengembangan sistem. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian berupa observasi dan studi pustaka. Selain itu, metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah rapid application development (RAD). Ditambah lagi, untuk merancang aplikasi, peneliti menggunakan software XAMPP untuk membuat MySQL sebagai database-nya, JavaScript, PHP dan Visual Studio Code sebagai bahasa pemrogramannnya, serta HTML dan CSS untuk mengatur tampilan web. Kemudian aplikasi diuji dengan metode black box testing. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan fitur-fitur pada user mendapatkan hasil yang valid
IMPLEMENTASI METODE COCOSO PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN HOTEL DI KABUPATEN BULELENG
The Buleleng Regency, located in North Bali, is a strategic and attractive area for tourists. The combination of natural beauty, art, and culture has attracted many tourists, for recreational, business, and other purposes, making tourists plan to stay comfortably in the Buleleng Regency. However, with numerous hotel choices, tourists often find it confusing to select and find a hotel that suits their needs. To address this issue, this research provides a solution using a Decision Support System. The method chosen is the Combined Compromise Solution. There are 6 criteria that form the basis for assigning criteria weights: rental price, distance from the city center, star rating, overall rating, facilities & services, tourist area rating, and parking conditions. With 7 hotel alternatives in this study, the New Sunari Lovina hotel emerges as the best recommendation for tourists, with a preference score reaching 2.2999, followed by Banyualit Spa & Resort Lovina and Singaraja Hotel as the next recommendations
Implementation of object detection in the guess the picture game feature on the english online course website with Ml5.js
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris pada website kursus online Hanna Hersop dengan mengusulkan penambahan fitur permainan tebak gambar yang dilengkapi dengan deteksi objek. Hanna Hersop adalah Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Bahasa Inggris, menyediakan materi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris secara offline maupun online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan fitur permainan tebak gambar dengan objek deteksi secara signifikan meningkatkan pengalaman pembelajaran para pengguna. Fungsi deteksi objek pada permainan tebak gambar tidak hanya memberikan tantangan tambahan dalam pembelajaran, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman interaktif yang lebih menarik. Permainan tebak gambar ini memanfaatkan M15.js sebagai library machine learning JavaScript yang menyediakan akses ke algoritma ML di browser yang dibangun di atas Tensorflow.js dan JavaScript, CSS, HTML sebagai kerangka untuk perancangan pada permainan tebak gambar pada website. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembang dan penyelenggara kursus bahasa Inggris online, serta berkontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang bagaimana teknologi digital, khususnya deteksi objek, dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. dengan begitu para peserta kursus dapat memperoleh manfaat tambahan dalam memahami dan mempraktikkan bahasa Inggris, menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif. Integrasi deteksi objek pada fitur permainan tebak gambar menjadi solusi inovatif dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan efektif.This research aims to improve the user experience in learning English on the Hanna Hersop online course website by proposing the addition of a picture guessing game feature equipped with object detection. Hanna Hersop is an English Course and Training Institute (LKP), providing English language learning materials offline and online. The research results show that adding the image guessing game feature with object detection significantly improves the users' learning experience. The object detection function in the picture guessing game not only provides additional challenges in learning, but also provides a more interesting interactive experience. This picture guessing game utilizes M15.js as a JavaScript machine learning library which provides access to ML algorithms in the browser built on Tensorflow.js and JavaScript, CSS, HTML as a framework for designing picture guessing games on websites. The results of this research provide valuable insights for developers and organizers of online English courses, as well as contributing to further understanding of how digital technologies, in particular object detection, can be used effectively to improve the quality of learning. that way course participants can gain additional benefits in understanding and practicing English, creating an innovative and effective learning environment.
