Disjoint Clusters Comparison of Overlapping Community Membership Detection
The online social media is the great area of research which is explored by the researchers now days. There are number of areas in which overlapping community detection works. In this article comparison of various algorithms used to detect the overlapping will be made. The disjoint clusters can be identified by the use of algorithm. The framework for evaluating various algorithms will be described which will help disclosing the person’s membership in multiple clusters. The cluster will be collection of number of distinct users belonging to only one group. This article evaluates the algorithms which are used for overlapping community membership detection
Basics of Image Signal Processing
The aim of this paper is to describe the technological aspects of Digital Image Processing. Colours used in Digital Image Processing like RGB and CMYK are discussed in it. We have also discussed the astronomical image processing which can be used to make digital satellite maps
Role of Phthalic and Glycolic Acids to Increase Chromium Uptake in Leather Tanning Process
Evaluate phthalic (PhA) and glycolic (GA) acids as inducer agents in chrome tanning has been attempted in the present study. Based on pelt weight, three concentrations from PhA or GA (0.5%, 1% and 2%) were studied in pickling step then pelts were tanned with chromium sulphate. Chrome exhaustion, leather uptake, scanning electron micrographs, mechanical and chemical properties were determined for each experimental groups. Using PhA or GA was improved the chromium leather uptake, mechanical properties and reduce chromium waste in spent liquors. Chrome exhaustion greater than 95% and 85% has been achieved when added PhA or GA, respectively. While increasing concentration was enhanced chromium exhaustion, leather uptake and mechanical properties were improved with added concentration 0.5% better than other concentrations. scanning electron micrographs (SEM), fiber bundles were more cementation, cross-linking and higher fullness in added chelating groups than chrome alone.
Energy Efficient Clustering Protocols in Wireless Sensor Network: A Survey
Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) consists of number of nodes which are randomly deployed in the network with some energy. All the nodes connect with each other to send and receive data. But this phenomenon can depleted their energy soon which results in decrease of network lifespan. To improve energy consumption clustering technique is used which can enhance stability, performance, lifespan and efficiency of the network. All the nodes in the network are well organized into clusters which consume less energy. In this article, survey on various routing protocols. From the survey, it does not conclude that any protocol perform well in all facet. But this end up with the future scope to overcome the issue of energy consumption
Data Security in a Network by Using Advanced Encryption Standard
Security of data is considered as most important task in any network where data is to be passed between two terminals or ports. Advanced Encryption Standard cryptography technique is used for security of data that convert the plain text to the encrypted text by using symmetric key cryptographic method where same associated key is used for both encryption and decryption. In this article 128-bit block as well as 128-bit key size is used and in Add Round Key step, two XOR operations on state and sub key with some scope are performed to encode the data more so that it will become more secure and takes more time to decode by any wrong method or by means of hacking. AES can be used for both hardware and software so this method can be used for both but performance is done for the software part only. This implementation works more efficiently for the military purposes, private investigations and for securing online data from attacks because it is related with data security related terms such as data confidentiality, integrity etc. One may need to work more if there is a need of getting data through unauthorized way. There are three other byte-oriented approaches used before this implementation such as Sub Bytes, Shift Rows and Mix Columns
Recent Advancements in Audio Steganography
The information security is one of the most major problems in data communication .so it becomes an indivisible part of data communication. When we transfer data from one location to another location then we sure that data is safely transfer the perfect location. Moreover utilize of excessive use of information in a variety of areas of existence strain a protected method. In order to address this problem various is developed like cryptography, watermarking and steganography. All of these steganography methods provide better security. Now a days, audios, videos, images are used for hide a secret messages. In this research article we focus on audio steganography. Within this research article review resting on most recent auditory steganography method is approved away beside advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, contrast among a variety of steganographic methods
Performance Evaluation of Border Gateway Protocol Using GNS3
Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is the protocol of the internet. All the internet service providers in the world use BGP to connect with other ISPs. As the internet traffic is growing with the time, BGP routing table is also growing. This article explains the BGP and its performance analysis. It also describes the various faster-convergence methods for BGP like Fall over and external Fail over. Both IPv4 and IPv6 based BGP is analyzed in the article. Apart from this, security analysis is done in this article on how IPSec secures the WAN traffic or BGP based traffic. Neighbour authentication methods and TTL security mechanism has been described in the article. This article provides best practices that can be used while implementing BGP
Experimental Study to Determine the Optimum Value of Super Plasticizer for Self Compacting Concrete
Self-compacting concrete is suitable for placing in formwork with congested reinforcement without vibration. Self-compacting concrete development must ensure a good stability between the deformability and the stability also the compact-ability. In this study the trials performed on concrete mix by increasing or decreasing the value of the ingredients or varying the value of the admixture to perform the required tests. Then two sets for self-compacting concrete (i.e. addition of 1.14%, 1.16% by the total weight of the cement). The mix design has prepared according to IS 10262:2009. The mix proportion of M25 grade came out to be 1:1.59:2.76 with w/c ratio 0.45. The required tests were performed (V-funnel test, J-Ring test, L-box test) to evaluate the optimum dosage and also determined the compressive strength at optimum dosage. As a result, it has been successfully conducted that the optimum dosage for the self-compacting concrete is 1.14% by volume of the cement material. After undergo cost analysis the best result came out to be from self-compacting concrete optimum mix derived from M25 mix. By changing the values of the material the cost of SCC is reduced from the NVC mix, the final cost cutting came out to be 14.29% as compared to the conventional cement concrete mix. Hence it is recommended that the use of self-compacting concrete for the construction of the structure can be good option for the mega building structures
BDaaS: Overview and Synchronization Issue, Challenge Resolved Using Lamport’s Logical Clock
Big data as a service is one kind of cloud service for providing the big space to store large data. BDaaS service is useful for large industries commonly IT industries where data retrieving rate per second is too much high. The aim of the current article is to focus on applying the logical clock concept given by Leslie B and explore the common issue of synchronizing the large data dispersed on distributed nodes over a cloud. Lamport it makes a bridge between two events to share their data on time in the big data as a service of cloud
Integration of Differential Wheel Educational Mobile Robot in Robot Operating System
This article presents the integration of differential wheeled educational mobile platform build around embedded controller with the Robot Operating System (ROS). Unlike ROS.org listed supported platforms this educational mobile robotic platform uses products from the market makes possible at a very low-cost awakening the engineering nature of students and researchers. A teleoperation of mobile platform is made by creating a serial driver interface in ROS to actuate drive and get encoder tick counts. To validate the system, as the robot navigates it can be visualized in ROS 3D visualization package Rviz. Furthermore, future plan with the mobile platform such as implementation of cost-effective stereo vision and manipulator arm which pave the way for academic research are describe
