Monografie se věnuje komparativní analýze vybraných ruských a českých syntaktických termínů z 3 terminologických okruhů: Slovní spojení / Syntagma; Syntaktické vztahy a prostředky jejich vyjadřování; Větné členy. Předmětem zkoumání jsou principy a úkoly komparativní terminologie a zejména vymezení nevyřešených problémů současné terminologie. This paper focuses on selected historiography concepts of the soviet historian and ethnologist L. N. Gumilev (1912–1992). The main aim is to present Gumilev\u27s revision of the Kulikovo battle (1380). Paper is based on his two articles published in 1980 on the occasion of the 600th anniversary of the event. Paper clarifies alleged Eurasianist aspects of Gumilev\u27s articles and consequences of their ambivalent reception in the intellectual milieu of Russian nationalists

Queer past commemorated in press of the sexual minority during the first Czechoslovak Republic

    Get PDF
History is an endless well of diverse stories and events from which individuals, small groups of the population, minorities, majorities, nations or humanity itself choose what is important to their image of not only historical reality. Queer history often transcends the notion of narrowly understood boundaries of nations, religions, social classes, gender, or other social categories. In this paper I would like to answer the question – what historical events or personalities were most often commemorated by the Czechoslovak queer community in the First Czechoslovak Republic (1918–1938) and why? The answer to this main question will be aided by an analysis of the press of the Czechoslovak sexual minority from the period of the First Czechoslovak Republic

Jahrestage in Propaganda der kommunistischen Tschechoslowakei in Frankreich in den Jahren 1958–1963

    No full text
Communist Czechoslovakia was looking for opportunities for ideological action in western countries at the turn of the 1950s and 1960s. It should have the widest possible range, at the same time it had to be however so inconspicuous so that it did not prompt a negative reaction of local authorities. Purpose-built updating of selected anniversaries of historical events was an interesting tool of Czechoslovak propaganda. In the case of France, particularly events related to Germany were remembered. Actually, the aim of that propaganda was – first of all – to point out the alleged danger arising from the cooperation of western countries with the Federal Republic of Germany, which resulted for example in the Élysée Treaty in 1963

Identifying the quality of part-time studies : mature student perspectives

    Get PDF
Cílem článku je z jistit, na základě jakých kritérií konstruují zralí studenti (nad 26 let) kombinovaného studia pedagogických (učitelských i neučitelských) oborů hodnocení kvality svého vysokoškolského studia. K naplnění cíle využívám 28 narativních rozhovorů, v nichž kombinovaní studenti popisují svoji cestu studiem. Na základě tří kol kvalitativní analýz y (iniciální kódování, identifikace a analýza hodnoticích výpovědí, analýza významu jednotlivých hodnoticích výpovědí pro jednotlivé respondenty) představím čtyři pilíře kvality, které mají hlavní slovo v hodnoticích soudech zralých studentů pedagogických oborů. Prvním pilířem je partnerský přístup ke studentům indikovaný vnímavostí učitele a z působem nastavení pravidel. Čtvrtým pilířem je didaktická kvalita prezenční výuky i online podpory. V závěru textu navrhuji postup, jak kvalitu studia v očích kombinovaných studentů efektivně zvyšovat. The article aims to determine criteria that mature part-time students studying for education (teaching and non-teaching) degrees use to evaluate the quality of their higher education studies. Twenty-eight narrative interviews describing mature students\u27 educational paths are analyzed (initial coding, analysis of evaluative statements, and contextualizing statements in narratives). The four pillars of quality perceived by mature students are identified. The first pillar, the attitude toward students, is indicated by interaction style and by ways of setting rules. The second pillar equals the meaning fulness of the subject curriculum and the program curriculum. The third pillar represents the optimal level of demands indicated by keeping educational standards and subordination demands to overall study goals. The fourth pillar depicts the instructional quality for both teaching and online materials. Finally, recommendations for significant quality enhancement are offered

Similarity-attraction theory and feedback-seeking behavior at work : how do they impact employability?

    Get PDF
Employees\u27 feedback-seeking networks at work are important for employees\u27 learning and employability. Earlier studies often neglected the specific characteristics of the different relationships an individual employee has at work. We conduct social network analyses in seven samples to study inter-individual differences in feedback-seeking relationships in detail. We investigate 2,058 feedback-seeking relationships of 118 employees to study how similarity-attraction affects the composition of feedback-seeking networks at work and how the composition of these feedback-seeking networks influences employees\u27 employability. This research study aims to contribute by taking into account both the mechanisms that shape feedback-seeking networks and the effects of this on employability. The results show that similarity-attraction affects feedback-seeking in the workplace and that having a largely homogeneous feedback-seeking network has detrimental effects on employability
